Sara: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win... a DEATH BATTLE.
Lizzie Rampages through DEATH BATTLE
(Showdown - Andrew Lockington)
Vanessa: It all started in a space station called Athena-1 owned by a company called Energyne when the crew were experimenting with the common test subject; a lab rat. And it all worked out well... Yeah fucking right!
Nakano: The rat was genetically edited with the help of a pathogen, made with Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats, or CRISPER for short, however this was much more advance, and dangerous. The rat mutated which escaped, wreaked havoc on the station and killed most of the crew with the exception of Kerry Atkins who managed to retrieve three samples and escaped in a pod just as Athena-1. Things were going well, but...
Sara: Unfortunately, the pod's windows received too much damage from the mutated caused which caused it to be engulfed in flames upon re-entry, killing her and sending the three pathogens down to Earth. One fell into the San Diego Zoo, where a a certain albino came in contact, the Next fell into the Wyoming forest, and that attracted the attention of a Wolf, and finally, the last one fell into the Everglades, which got devoured by an American Crocodile.
Vanessa: And once they were infected with it, they turned into giant monsters. George the Gorilla, Ralph the Wolf and today's combatant: Lizzie the Crocodile.
Nakano: Now to be clear, there's a big difference between Lizzie from the original game and the 2018 movie, the second which will be the focus of our analysis.

Nakano: Lizzie stands at a whopping 60.7 feet tall, 225 feet long and weigh over 150 tons, and she makes good use of that size on her teeth and jaws in thanks to being an American crocodile. A fully grown American crocodile has the bite force of over 2,125 psi, so just imagine what a giant mutated one like Lizzie is capable of.
Sara: But thanks to the "Project Rampage" pathogen, she's gain the ability of other animals, which includes being to heal minor wounds and the ability to grow large. Now what it contains is a bit vague but Kate Caldwell stated that it has the DNAs of the shark, blue whale, rhinoceros beetle and cheetah as a base gene.
Vanessa: She's got a tail club and a thick hide that's covered in armor and spikes, making her extremely resilient to most damage. And thanks to a gecko DNA, she has adhesive pads on her toes that let her walk on surfaces she can't normally climb.

Nakano: Of the three animals infected with the "Project Rampage" pathogen, Lizzie is easily the deadliest. She's tore through the weapons of the US military ranging from bullets to a RPG, caught an A-10 Warthog mid-flight and survived a skyscraper falling down on her with no visible damage whatsoever.
Sara: And being the biggest and toughest of the three, it's no surprise Lizzie overpowered Ralph and George with little effort, killing the former and nearly doing the same to the latter. Even having her giant tusk ripped off and stabbed into her or Davis throwing a belt of grenades to her gills barely slowed her down.
Vanessa: She also travelled from the Gulf of Mexico to Chicago in a hours. The distance she went from is at 2,828 kilometers.
Weaknesses

Vanessa: Lizzie, while an absolute beast, still has a few exploitable weaknesses. Her eyes lack no armor which George used to his advantage by impaling her with a rebar, the same one that impaled him no less, killing her and ending the threat.
Nakano: Plus like most crocodiles and alligators, they lack any protection on their soft underbelly. So you could theoretically flip her over to attack it.
Sara: But considering how it's extremely difficult to do so, you'd pray for a miracle you don't cross paths with this monster crocodile.
Lizzie capsized a nearby ferry, sending its passengers to a watery grave as the mutated crocodile emerged from the Chicago River, roaring to make her presence known. Davis Okoye, who was in a helicopter with Kate Caldwell, only could say this.
Davis: Well, that sucks.
Ramarak is the Big One on DEATH BATTLE
(Ein Heldenkongen - Kong: Skull Island Complete Score)
Nakano: Skull Island, home to many inhabitants that are unique and bizarre. So much so that a human clan called the Iwi tribes worship a giant monkey named Kong who acts as a guardian for both the island and the people that reside there.
Vanessa: I would say that'd be a great place to go on vacation... if it wasn't for the fact that Skull Island is also inhabited by vicious predators that can kill you in over a hundred ways! Like the Sirenjaws, Death Jackals, Psychovultures, Mother Longlegs, Spirit Tigers and even the Titan Camazotz. But none are as famous as the Cranium Reptant, aka Skullcrawlers!
Sara: Skullcrawlers once ruled over Skull Island, forcing lesser species like the Iwi tribe to hide in fear until Kong's species arrived and began thinning their numbers. Eventually the Skullcrawlers were forced to retreat underground, but not before decimating nearly all of the giant apes in return, leaving only Kong himself, who witnessed his parents' death at their hands, as the sole survivor.
Nakano: Years later however, in 1973, an expedition by Monarch sees the Skullcrawlers surfacing once more after they brough seismic charges that woke them up. And when Packard and his men ambushed Kong in the swamp, a big Alpha Skullcrawler emerged from the waters. Commonly referred to as the Big One or the Skull Devil, but she's also dubbed Ramarak.
Vanessa: Yes, Ramarak is a female.

Sara: Ramarak is easily one of the biggest Skullcrawlers to ever exist, surpassed only by Number 10 in Godzilla vs Kong. Standing over 95 feet tall, over 194 feet long and over 100 tons. She's got backwards facing teeth meaning any victim that tried to escape will be punctured in the process.
Vanessa: Ramarak possesses strength that rivalled that of an adolescent Kong, able to stretch her tongue to grab foes or use her tail as bludgeoning weapon. And for something that big and heavy, she's terrifyingly fast, able to move in huge strides.
Nakano: Not only that, but adult Skullcrawlers like Ramarak also gain intelligence as they get older. And they have immense pain tolerance and durability to match given they live on one of the harshest environments where just about everything is out to kill you.

Sara: Ramarak is undoubtedly the toughest foes Kong had to face in his earlier life. She's able to take a beating from Kong and even throw the giant ape around and this guy weighs 158 tons at the time, 58 more than Ramarak herself.
Vanessa: Skullcrawlers are shown to be able to step foot in lava and like the juveniles, Ramarak has an insane durability, if not even greater. Kong struck her face with a boulder, stabbed her shoulder with a boat propeller and then proceeded to slit her throat with said propeller, yet Ramarak still kept fighting.
Nakano: She even saw through Cole's attempt to kill her with two grenades by trying to make her eat him and simply sends him flying with her tail, causing the grenades to explode without taking her out.
Weaknesses
Ultimately killed by Kong after pulling her tongue out, which is connected to her organs, killing her instantly

Nakano: But even Ramarak isn't unstoppable. Due to their high metabolism, Skullcrawlers are in always hungry and will do anything to eat, and Ramarak is no different. Kong used this against Ramarak when she tried to devour Mason and refused to let go of Kong's arm, resulting on Kong pulling her tongue and organs out, causing her demise.
Sara: And because of their limbs, Skullcrawlers can be easily toppled due to their body structure. They also lack armor to protect their most vulnerable areas and their eyes can be easy to hit.
Vanessa: But don't think Ramarak is an easy foe to defeat. If Kong had trouble and was nearly killed, you can be sure you had no chance against the Skull Devil of Skull Island.
Ramarak pounces on a wounded Kong and successfully pins down by slamming her clawed foot into Kong's face and roaring. She then looks at Mason Weaver who recorded the whole thing in a camera before James Conrad who grabs her and rushes into the forest
Conrad: Kong's down, let's go!
Sara: All right, the combatants are set. Let's end this debate once and for all.
Sara, Nakano and Vanessa: It's time... For a DEATH BATTLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
Skull Island
(Warhammer of Doom - Brandon Yates)
A herd of Sker Buffalo can be seen grazing along the grasslands of Skull Island, just happily munching on their food as the sun shines down upon them. However, they were completely unaware of a massive predator watching them from afar. A massive Skullcrawler named Ramarak growls as she patiently waited for the right time to ambush them.
When they were a few feet away, she made her move.
Ramarak: GROOOOOOOOOOOOORNNNGK!
The Skull Devil roared and bursts from the trees, startling the herd and forced them to flee in panic as Ramarak charged at them to separate one of them which results in the largest Sker Buffalo being targeted. The Sker Buffalo ran until it saw a large lake, seeing it's chance, ran towards the edge of the water.
The Skullcrawler's eyes widened and quickly launched her tongue to wrap it around the prey. Unbeknownst to them, however, the water started to bubble, and shook intensely, indicating something is living nearby.
The Sker Buffalo was about to get in the water it was caught by the Skull Devil's tongue, causing it to struggle even more. Ramarak was about to pull it in, until-
SPLASH!
Something gigantic rose from the water and bit down on the buffalo, killing it instantly.
Fortunately Ramarak is able to pull her tongue back in time, but is still shocked and enraged at another predator stealing her prize. She saw a huge mutated crocodile with spikes and a spiky tail emerging from the waters and making land. It was Lizzie.
Lizzie: GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWHHHR!
Both giant reptiles locked eyes with one another. For Ramarak, she wanted payback for having its lunch taken. For Lizzie, she decided that the Skullcrawler would make a fine main course.
FIGHT!
Ramarak: GROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORNNNGK!
Lizzie: GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWHHHR!
Ramarak roared and charged at Lizzie, and leapt at her neck to try and make her bleed, unfortunately that was proven to be a mistake, as the giant crocodile saw the attack, and swung it's tail and smacked Ramarak in the face with her tail club, sending her flying back, and crashing against a few trees, dazed. Ramarak tried to get up, but suddenly felt pain from her tail, and looked down and saw it was Lizzie biting it.
Lizzie tore off the bit of the tail, and devoured it in her jaws, causing the Skull Devil to roar in pain. Lizzie stomped forward and was about to bit down on the neck, but the Alpha Skullcrawler slashes the Crocosaurus in the face, and then pushed her back with her forelimbs, and then raised her head high and bit down at one of Lizzie's frill fins, and tore them off and proceeded to consume them as revenge for the tail.
The mutated American Crocodile snarled, and Ramarak tried to bite the neck, but was knocked back by her tail-club. Lizzie turned around, and dove back into the water, Ramarak recovered, and went over to the edge of the lake, looking to see if the Aquatic Reptile was there. At first she saw nothing but then-
SPLASH!
The giant crocodile launched out of the water, and bit down on the Skullcrawler's neck, and drags her down underwater, Ramarak struggled to pry herself off the monster crocodile's jaws, but Lizzie refuses to let go and continues dragging her down further underwater in the hopes of drowning her. In a desperate attempt to escape, Ramarak raised her arm and slashed at Lizzie's head, forcing her to let go.
The Skull Devil quickly swam up to the surface, and went back on land. However the giant crocodile snarled, and followed her back up as well. Ramarak had to wait for the right time, and saw Lizzie splash out of the water, and charged straight at him, the Skullcrawler immediately leapt at her once more, but was tail-whacked by Lizzie in retaliation.
The Alpha Skullcrawler tried to get back up, but was too late to see the raised tail club and smashed into her face for with a sickening crunch, causing blood to splatter all over the ground. Lizzie turns to see Ramarak seemingly lifeless. Feeling that she had won, Lizzie rears her back back and roars.
Lizzie: GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWHHHR!
However, the eyes of Ramarak open, revealing that she is alive and had been playing dead.
Ramarak: GROOOOOOOOORNNNGK!
Without warning, the Skull Devil leapt forward at the unsuspecting Lizzie and bites down on her throat, the action causing the giant crocodile to be turned on her back and roaring pain. Ramarak then grabs Lizzie's lower jaws and is about to tear it off when she was smacked once again by the giant crocodile's tail club, knocking her off Lizzie. The Skull Devil recovers just as Lizzie manages to flip on her stomach again.
Both monsters snarled at each other. Then, Ramarak eyed the mutated American crocodile's tail club, which had been Lizzie's secondary attack option and an idea formulated into her head. Rather than attack, Ramarak patiently waited for Lizzie to make the first move. And the monster crocodile didn't disappoint as Lizzie charges at Ramarak, and spins to smash her face with her tail club. But this time Ramarak dodged and before Lizzie could recover, the Skull Devil bites down on the tail club.
The mutated American crocodile roars in pain and tries to escape, but the Alpha Skullcrawler, despite her smaller weight is able to lift Lizzie up and slams her down multiple times. Then, with one forelimb grabbing pinning down the rest of the tail, Ramarak bites down as hard as she could and tears it off, causing Lizzie to roars in agony.
Lizzie turns and snarls at the Skull Devil who held her now severed tail club and charges but is caught off guard by Ramarak throwing her own tail club in the face, stunning her long enough for Ramarak bite Lizzie in the head and tossing throwing her head far up for the Skull Devil to go for the throat, pushing her on her back again.
Ramarak lifts her head up and is about to bite down on Lizzie's throat, but Lizzie returns the favor by biting Ramarak's throat, intent on killing her face. However, this angers the Skull Devil deeply and she viciously counterattacks by clawing the now exposed underbelly of Lizzie, disemboweling her.
This forces Lizzie to release Ramarak's throat in pain which is exactly what Ramarak hoped to happen and she bites down on Lizzie's throat and tears a huge chunk of flesh off, killing the mutated American crocodile.
Ramarak devours the piece and looks down on Lizzie, who was dead with blood pouring out of her throat which was missing a large portion. The Skull Devil raises her head and roars in victory, claiming her lunch.
Ramarak: GROOOOOOOOORNNNGK!
KO!
* Ramarak starts devouring Lizzie.
* Several juvenile Skullcrawlers appear and started fighting over Lizzie's severed tail club.

Vanessa: Hey, on the bright side, Kong wouldn't have to deal with a giant crocodile and Skullcrawlers ganging up on him right?
Sara: Both Lizzie and Ramarak are very brutal and ferocious monsters with their own advantages. Lizzie is definitely more armored of the two and had the stronger bite force, but Ramarak is more agile and her body structure meant she was more maneuverable meaning she can dodge more easily and and given Ramarak is 35 feet taller, she had a easier time avoiding those deadly jaws and her longer limbs meant she has a better range
Nakano: And while the "Project Rampage" pathogen gave Lizzie the strength of a rhinoceros beetle, which are able to lift objects 850 times their own body weight, Ramarak was surprisingly strong too. Sure Ramarak is lighter than Lizzie who weighs 150 tons to her 100, but remember that the Skullcrawler has been able to throw an adolescent Kong with minimal ease, who was 8 tons more heavy than Lizzie. So she is strong enough to flip Lizzie over her back and attack the soft underbelly.
Vanessa: Both are equally tough. Lizzie survived a building falling on top of her and unfazed by bullets and missiles from modern weaponry, whereas Ramarak can take punches from Kong and survived having her throat slit. In simple terms Ramarak had speed and and the physical strength to lift the crocodile, but Lizzie had defense and the stronger bite force and both are equal in endurance. So, how did Ramarak emerged victorious?
Popup: The "Project Rampage" pathogen also gave Lizzie the speed of a cheetah (which can move from 80 to 130 km/h), but Ramarak is able to cover more ground thanks to her huge strides and is shown to be able to leap at great heights.
Sara: It all came down to experience and intelligence. Other than the physically weaker and smaller Ralph and George, Lizzie has yet to fight opponents of her size, whereas Ramarak is able to hold her ground against Kong who was bigger and would've killed him had Mason not distracted her. I mean sure, an average American crocodile could live up to 50-70 years, but Skullcrawlers have originated from the Hollow Earth which existed for millions of years before invading Skull Island and have been fighting other carnivores since some could get as big as Ramarak.
Nakano: And while we're aren't saying Lizzie is dumb, Ramarak has shown a great level of intelligence like when she saw through Cole attempting to coax her into eating him so he can blow Ramarak up from the inside. Ramarak would know to avoid Lizzie's biggest weapons that are her jaws and tail club and go for her vulnerable underbelly or disable the tail.
Sara: Lizzie is no slouch and would win in certain scenarios thanks to her jaws and armor. But in the end, Ramarak's body structure, agility, experience and intelligence means the Skull Devil comes out on top.
Vanessa: You could say that Ramarak put a stop to this crocodile's Rampage.
Sara: The winner is Ramarak.

* The connections between Lizzie and Ramarak is that both are giant reptilian monsters that serve as antagonists in a live action sci-fi movie that are released within a one year gap. Both fought a giant ape (George and Kong respectively) and would've killed them had it not been for the interference of a human who came to their aid (Davis Okoye and Mason Weaver respectively). Both would seek to kill them as well, but are slain by the giant apes they attempted to kill (George impaled Lizzie in the eye and brain while Kong ripped out Ramarak's tongue and organs)
