Chapter 4: Breaking Limits
Hey everyone, I'm back with a new chapter. And I'm thrilled to say RWBY is saved! Viz Media is taking on the project so hopefully we can get a season 10 and I can maybe use elements from that in this story. It had been a few days since the Huntsmen began training with Roxas and his friend. On top of meeting his new friends, they were learning how Roxas was helping them train too.
We see Roxas standing in a clearing with Saya across from some targets. He had decided to teach her magic.
"Okay let's see if you got the basics down," Roxas said turning to the target. "Fire!" Holding out his hand a fireball shot across the field and blew up the target.
"Remind me again why I have to learn this spell first?" Saya asks.
"Everyone starts with the fire spell. If you master that you expand into the other elements and then you can get creative." Roxas explains.
"Okay, okay, I get it. I've studied your stupid lessons I need to make a fireball and blast the target. How do I do that?" Saya asks.
"Well if you're half as smart as you keep saying you are you should be able to figure this out," Roxas smirks making her growl.
"Oh, I'll show you," Saya said turning to the target and holding out her hand and concentrating. 'Come on. Come on.' She thought trying to make the fireball form.
"I'll tell you what. If you can pull it off, I'll make you a custom weapon just for you." Roxas offers to get her attention.
'Is this guy pitying me or trying to bribe me? Alright Roxas. I'll play your little game.' Saya growls determined. "Fire!" She yells as a fireball half the size of his shot out and hits the target on the far left destroying that part of it
"What do you know? You actually made one this time. Before you could barely make a candle flame." Roxas said impressed.
"Of course, I made one! You didn't say I had to make one as big as yours or that I had to hit it dead center. You said make a fireball so I did. Don't think that means you can back out of your deal." Saya glares.
"I never I was." Roxas holds up his hands innocently. "You did good. Now that you mastered that spell I got a feeling you'll figure out the others in no time."
"Yes, well…of course I will. Just be sure to make do on your promise." Saya said clearing her throat.
"I will." Roxas smiles walking away.
As much as Saya hated to admit it, no one had given her a challenge like this in a long time. Master magic was tough and Roxas was proving to be quite the teacher.
"I wonder what this new weapon will be?" Saya said curious.
Nearby we see Isa with Shizuka who seemed to be struggling.
"Alright let's try this again. What do you mix to make an Elixir?" Isa asks pinching his nose.
"Uh let's see…this one, this one, and…this one?" She asks nervously.
"Correct." Isa starts making her smile. "If I had asked you to make a Healing Potion but I said Elixir." Isa scolds making her frown.
"Sorry. I got them mixed up." Shizuka apologizes.
"You're not leaving until you can get this right. You call yourself a medical expert?" Isa asks.
"I'm a nurse, not a potions expert. And you're mean." Shizuka pouts but Isa just glares at her making her whimper.
"Listen to me, these people are counting on you when they're weakened and hurt. Your medical knowledge is helpful but these items can mean the difference between life and death in a dire situation. As a medic, you need to know this." Isa explains.
Despite how scary he was, Isa was right. This was her area of expertise and she had to be ready for anything.
Taking a few deep breaths, she looks at the ingredients again.
"Uh…this, this, and this?" Shizuka points.
"Correct." Isa nods making her smile. "Now I'm gonna make sure to have these recipes committed to memory."
Moping, Shizuka just couldn't win with this guy.
Meanwhile, at the arena, we see the tiles glowing, and appearing in from them were several Shadows, Gigas Shadows, Creepy Plants, and Scarlet Tango Heartless.
Charging in with her semblance Ruby appears in front of several shadows and slashes them in half.
"Starting to get the hang of this." Ruby smiled softly when a Gigas Shadow came at her.
Suddenly a bullet was shot hitting it in the arm.
Turning around Ruby saw Kohta and Rika with their guns in sniper positions.
"Wow you guys really know how to use those things," Ruby said impressed.
"You fight, we'll give you cover," Rika calls out.
Charging in, Saeko draws her katana and stabs the Gigas Shadow in the chest while Nora leaps in and smashes her hammer down on its head making it explode.
As a Scarlet Tango flew in it hurled fireballs at them forcing them to dodge.
Sliding out of the way, Ren fires at them knocking the Scarlet Tangos in different directions.
"Let's see how you like this." Switching the dust in her weapon, Weiss hurls fire dust at the Scarlet Tango but instead of being hurt it just glows green replenishing its energy.
"What's going on? Why didn't it work?" Weiss asks.
"Certain Heartless have elemental powers which means if they get hit by the same element it makes them stronger. Not weaker." Xion informs.
"You have to be able to figure out their weakness," Lea calls out.
As the Scarlet Tango shoots a fireball at Weiss dodges the attack and Winter hurls a spear of ice and pierces the Scarlet Tango instantly destroying it.
"I see, Fire and Ice are each other's weakness," Winter noted.
Appearing alongside the Heartless some Dire Plants joined the group.
Looking around the Dire Plants fired seeds at all of them.
Gasping Jaune raised his shield to deflect them.
"Everyone look out!" Jaune yells as the Dire Plants continue their assault forcing them to evade the attacks while also dealing with the Heartless.
"Pick your targets. Figure out which ones need to be defeated first so you can win." Lea calls out.
In the back, Takashi looked at the various Heartless and noticed the Dire Plants couldn't move it all. They could just attack.
"The plants! Take out the plants first!" Takashi calls out.
Racing in, Emerald and Blake delivered powerful slashes taking out two of them while Oscar delivered a series of quick jabs to one until it exploded.
With the Dire Plants out of the way, they continued their focus on the remaining Heartless.
"Hey, what did I miss?" Roxas asks joining his friends.
"They're quick to learn," Lea said as Penny flung her swords forward slashing some Scarlet Tangos while Yang punched through a Gigas Shadow destroying the last one.
"Man these things show up almost as often as Grimm do," Yang said stretching her arm.
Looking out, Isa saw the sun was setting. "That's enough for today. Let's get some rest."
That night, we find ourselves in a large hot spring divided by a stone wall.
On one side, we see TEAM RWBY, Nora, Winter, Emerald, and Xion relaxing in the water wearing only towels to cover them.
"Oh mama, after all that training this hits the spot." Nora sighs.
"No arguments here," Yang said noticing Penny was sitting by the edge. "Hey Penny come on in, the water's fine."
Slowly Penny dipped her toe into the water and to her surprise felt the warm temperature.
"Hmm I've never experienced this sensation before," Penny said slowly getting in.
"Yeah, it's called relaxing." Emerald smirks.
"This is my first time trying this as well," Xion said joining them.
Curiosity getting the better of her, Emerald scoots closer.
"So Xion, now that we're alone what's the deal with you and those boys?" Emerald asks.
"Ooh, good question," Nora said as the other girls looked over.
"What's to say? Roxas and Lea are my best friends in the whole world." Xion declares.
"And Isa?" Ruby asks.
"Well, he's slowly becoming a friend. We didn't have the best start." Xion said.
"Yeah teammates can be like that sometimes," Blake said remembering when she first met her teammates.
"So that's all they are to you? Just friends?" Weiss asks and Xion nods.
Suddenly the door opens and Saeko, Rei, Saya, Rika, and Shizuka walk in wearing only towels.
"Oh wow, this looks amazing," Shizuka said as her giant chest bounced.
Eyes widening, the Remnant girls couldn't help but feel a little self-conscious and jealous looking at the "assets" of the other girls. While Rei, Rika, Saeko, and Saya were pretty large Shizuka's were gigantic.
'Oh mama look at the size of those things.' Nora thought.
'They're even bigger than mine.' Yang thought.
'Is that like a thing in their world?' Ruby thought.
'No way those things are real.' Emerald thought curious.
Frowning Weiss looks at herself before covering her chest with her hands and slowly descending into the water.
"Weiss?" Glancing down Winter could feel a dark purple aura of envy and jealousy before glancing at the girls. 'Bigger doesn't always mean better. Those things must slow her down when it comes to battle.'
Looking over, Saya glances over and the girls faked innocence.
On the other side, we see Jaune, Oscar, and Takashi trying to relax and Kohta is inching towards the wall.
"Oh mama, if I could get just a peek." Kohta starts.
"Don't even think about it," Ren said pulling him back.
"Oh come on guys, all those hotties on the other side? Aren't you the least bit interested?" Kohta asks.
"No," Isa said almost immediately.
"What is with this guy?" Roxas asks glancing at Lea.
"Roxas, buddy. You shouldn't lower yourself to that level." Lea said patting his friend on the shoulder much to Roxas' confusion. "Just trust me on this."
Curious Roxas wasn't sure how to respond when he heard a yelping from the other side.
"Rei let go of me!" Shizuka yelps.
"What? They didn't know if it was real so I'm showing them." Rei said.
"They're real?" Blake said in disbelief.
"Oh, mama." Nora said.
"Will you girls keep your hands to yourself!" Winter scolds making the boys pause.
"I think I'm getting out," Roxas said turning to leave.
"Wise move," Lea said leaving the girls to their judging of each other's bodies.
The next day we see Roxas approach Takeshi and his group.
"Guys, I'd like you to meet someone special," Roxas said as from behind him a little white creature with stubby arms and legs, a big nose, and a red balloon floating over its head.
"Aww, he's adorable." Rei squeals.
"I just want to hug it tight and never let go," Shizuka said.
"What is that thing?" Takashi asks curious.
"This is a Moogle. And don't let his size fool you. They're master craftsmen. When I first met Team RWBY and their friends, I saw their unique weapons and got an idea. You guys are good, you had to learn to get by with what you got, but now you guys can have a serious upgrade." Roxas explains.
"I've made some of my best work, kupo." The Moogle said getting their attention.
"Rei, this is for you," Roxas said handing Rei a long orange spear. "Takeshi told me you specialized in this form of combat."
"Sojutsu club member." Rei said proudly. Reaching for it, Rei held it in her hand and swung it around doing a few thrusts and jabs.
"Okay I can work with this," Rei admits impressed.
"That's not even the cool part. Flip the switch on the hilt." Roxas points.
Looking for the switch, Rei flicks it and her spear transforms into a rifle.
"Whoa," Rei said amazed.
"A spear and a gun? Now that's cool." Takashi smiles.
"Ooh! Ooh! What did you make me Roxas?" Kohta asks interested.
"Here you go," Roxas said handing Kohta what looked like a leather travel briefcase.
"Huh?" Kohta said confused with a deadpan expression. "Roxas…is this some kind of joke?"
"No joke. This is your new weapon." Roxas said.
"You give Rei a spear gun and I get a dumb briefcase?" Kohta said feeling jealous.
"Just trust me on this. Try it on." Roxas urged.
Sighing Kohta put the bag on his right shoulder and when he did, he noticed a pad with numbers 1-9 on it.
"Click a number, kupo." The Moogle said.
Curious Kohta pressed the number 2 and suddenly his bag changed shape into a giant two-handed machine gun.
"Holy shit!" Kohta smiles widely.
"It can change between 9 different styles of guns depending on which one you click, kupo." The Moogle explains.
"So still think it's dumb?" Roxas asks.
"I will never doubt you again." Kohta chuckles excitedly with a big smile at the thought of all the damage he could do with this.
Getting an uneasy feeling, Saya took a big step away from him.
"Saeko. This is for you." Roxas said holding out a new katana in a purple and dark blue sheath with a black and red handle for her.
"It looks like just a regular katana," Rei said.
"It is. You don't like flashy stuff, so I had them make you a new sword. This one is stronger, lighter, and more durable than your last one. But if you want to upgrade it, we can talk." Roxas offers as Saeko takes it.
"I will wield it with pride." Saeko smiles grateful.
Unsheathing it, Saeko marveled at the elegant steel blade with hints of black carved along its edge.
Turning to Rika, Roxas gave her a new black rifle with an interesting styled scope.
"What's this?" Rika asks curious.
"A special scope that allows you to deal with special attacks. And your weapon can switch modes." The moogle explains as Rika's rifle changes to a stun baton.
"Nice and simple." Rika smiles liking it.
"And don't think I've forgotten about you." Roxas said turning to Saya.
"Time to make do with that promise you made." Saya grins as Roxas holds out a magic staff for her.
It had a long blue-white handle, a blue orb on top of it, and several pink glyph lines wrapping around it.
"It's called Fantasista. A weapon that is purely focused on magic, kupo." The moogle said.
"Wow, I gotta say Roxas this is not what I expected," Saya said blown away.
"Hopefully you can master it." Roxas smiles.
While Shizuka didn't need a weapon, Roxas instead turned his attention to Takeshi.
"So, what you got for me?" Takashi asks eager for his new weapon.
"You are going to love this." Reaching behind a tree Roxas reveals a large silver two-handed sword that almost resembles a buster sword.
"Whoa." Takeshi smiles blown away.
"You told me you used a bat for a while, figured a large blunt weapon would be best suited for you," Roxas said as Takeshi grabbed the handle.
Lifting it, Takeshi noticed a switch similar to Rei's. Flicking it the blade bent forward revealing two shotgun barrels. "Oh yeah. I can work with this." Takashi whistles impressed.
"Well, what do you guys think?" Roxas asks curious.
"Dude…I wish we met you a long time ago." Takashi smiles clapping him on the shoulder.
"I cannot wait to test this baby out on some Heartless." Kohta cackles.
"Well, I wanted to make sure you guys got them before we taught you all a new skill," Roxas said getting their attention.
"What kind of skill?" Saeko asks interested but Roxas doesn't say a word.
Soon all of them were gathered at the arena as Roxas, Lea, Isa, and Xion stood in front of them.
"Alright today, we're going to teach you guys a skill that can take your fighting to the next level. The Limit Break." Lea declares.
"I've never heard of that skill before," Ren said.
"It's a very powerful ability but it only works when you're on your last legs. This skill unlocks dormant power inside of you and releases it in different ways. When Lea fought Winter you saw a glimpse of his limit break." Isa explains gesturing to him.
"That was your limit break?" Winter said surprised.
"Don't flatter yourself. That was only a small portion of it. I held back because I didn't want to burn you all." Lea smirks.
"Ooh, I wanna learn one. How do we practice?" Nora asks.
"Well, first you need to be weak enough to unlock it. Yang, can you help us with this part?" Xion asks as Yang walks up. Leaning in Xion whispers something in her ear making her pause.
"Are you sure? I don't want to hurt you." Yang said.
"That's what I'm counting on. Just trust me," Xion assures.
"If you say so," Yang said as Xion took a few steps back and faced her.
Charging forward Yang punched Xion hard in the gut sending her flying and crashing to the ground.
"Ooh, that's gotta hurt." Ren cringed as Xion was slow to get up.
"Yang why did you do that?!" Ruby accuses.
"She told me to hit her as hard as I could." Yang defends.
"Still, you could have held back a little." Jaune gestures.
"Don't worry, she did it right," Roxas said as the arena glowed and a Large Armor Heartless appeared.
Leaping into the air, the Large Armor attempted to crush Xion but she jumped out of the way dodging it and the shockwaves emitted from it.
While everyone was worried, they had to hope this skill would reveal itself soon.
Growling Xion focused, channeling her power to the point light began to radiate from her.
Lunging forward at an incredible speed, Xion delivers a series of quick slashes faster than the eyes could see knocking the Large Armor to the ground.
Harnessing the light, Xion unleashed glowing pillars that blasted the Large Armor until it exploded into data.
"Amazing. Even though she was hurt she was able to wield such power." Penny said blown away.
"Curaga," Xion said casting a healing spell on herself, and instantly felt better. "Wow Yang, you pack quite a punch."
"Yeah, right back at you," Yang responds amazed. "You're gonna teach us that skill?"
"Oh yeah, and we guarantee you guys will be stronger than you ever thought possible." Lea declares.
Hearing this, all of them were more driven than ever.
That night, after long hours of training trying to teach everyone this new skill we see Roxas, Xion, Lea, and Isa talking to Yen Sid.
"How is their progress?" Yen Sid asks.
"They're coming along great. I think they could be ready." Roxas said.
"Yeah, I was skeptical at first, but Roxas found some fighters," Lea admits.
"Plus they're fun to hang around." Xion smiled before they glanced at Isa.
"I suppose they can be useful." Isa shrugs.
"That's good to know because I require your services. Lea, Xion, Isa. I'll be sending you 3 out on missions soon. Roxas. When your team is ready I'll send the harder ones to your group to tackle." Yen Sid states.
"Already?" Xion asks not liking the idea of separating from her friends.
"The darkness is beginning to grow. I'll need you all to be prepared when it happens. A Gummi Ship is being prepared for your new team Roxas." Yen Sid said.
Frowning as much as the 4 of them didn't like this, they knew it would have to happen sooner or later.
Going back to the others they told them the situation.
"So Roxas, will be keeping an eye on you all but the three of us will be leaving soon," Isa informs.
"What? But we just started making big strides." Jaune said.
"Yeah, I almost got my Limit Break down," Nora assures.
"Look we know you guys are doing great but some worlds need help fast. And while Roxas has all of you guys, the three of us don't have any backup to go on World Missions. Meaning we have to take them on together." Lea informs.
Hearing this, Winter looked to her sister and her friends and then to Lea. They were doing so much for them, and yet they were struggling to figure out their own next step. She had to do something, anything to help.
"Actually…that's not entirely true," Winter said getting everyone's attention. "Lea, I want to go with you." Winter declares surprising everyone, Lea included.
"You do?" Lea asks not expecting that.
"What? But Winter—" Weiss starts.
"This group has more than enough members, if I go with Lea, I can help with worlds that require more than one person and if possible, I can also help identify others from our world. If I do this then Xion and Isa can keep up their ends while we take on harder missions." Winter explains.
Glancing at each other, Lea had to admit she made some good points.
"Alright, Winter but let's make one thing clear. You run with me and you gotta be able to keep up with everything I do. Got it memorized?" Lea asks doing his signature pose.
"I think I can handle it," Winter said crossing her arms.
"We'll see. I'll tell Yen Sid that you're teaming up with me and see what he thinks. In the meantime, you better make sure you're ready." Lea smirks walking away.
"Well, he's taking that well. He doesn't realize how much help Winter is." Weiss narrows her eyes.
"Lea may not show it but he's grateful for the help," Isa informs.
"Yeah, thanks Winter this is a big help," Xion assures.
While Winter seemed happy to know she was helping Weiss glanced at Roxas who despite hearing that his best friends were heading out didn't seem to mind it.
A few hours later, as everyone was lying in sleeping bags getting plenty of rest, we saw Weiss and Winter next to each other.
"Are you sure you want to leave? We just got back together after avoiding a disaster." Weiss asks turning her head.
"Which is exactly why I need to be out there helping them. If they can't save worlds then others will suffer like we did when we lost Remanent. Only those people won't have someone to find them like we did." Winter said looking up at the sky. "Mother, Whitley, Klien, they're out there somewhere."
Pausing Weiss noticed she didn't say anything about Ironwood or their father. Not that she could blame her older sister. After everything Ironwood had done to get Penny back. And for her father…well she didn't need an explanation for him.
'If I ever see him again, it'll be too soon.' Weiss thought turning her attention back to Winter. "But don't you think we should stick together?"
Sitting up Winter turns to her little sister. "Weiss, you don't need me to protect you. You can take care of yourself plus you have your team and your friends to help look after you."
"I guess so. Still, I liked the idea of you and me fighting side by side as equals." Weiss admits sitting up with her.
"Maybe someday." Winter smiles.
"I bet having you around with us would have made us a force to be reckoned with," Weiss said when Winter heard footsteps.
Pausing Winter slowly looked around and noticed Roxas walking away.
"What's he doing up so late?" Winter asks as Weiss glances in her direction.
"Roxas?" Weiss said curious as well.
Slowly following after him, they saw Roxas approach the arena.
Taking a deep breath, Roxas pulls his hood over his head and steps onto the panels.
As they glowed brightly dozens of data Neoshadows emerged from the arena surrounding him on all sides.
Surprised both sisters saw it was twice the amount they used to train everyone.
Summoning Oathkeeper and Oblivion, he took a stance.
Making the first move a Neoshadow lunges at him from behind but Roxas turns around and slashes it with Oblivion destroying it.
Seeing this as a sign the other Neoshadows went on the attack forcing Roxas to slash and move destroying each Heartless as they attacked him.
Kicking one away, Roxas saw 3 Neoshadows leap into the air for an aerial attack.
Acting quickly Roxas leaps up and throws Oathkeeper slashing them away.
Leaping after him, Roxas slashes the Neoshadows away in midair before spinning downwards and slamming his keyblades down them sending the Heartless flying back.
Near the forest both Schnee sisters were impressed.
"I've heard of quite a few huntsmen in situations like this, but never one where they could fight being completely surrounded," Winter said while Weiss was unable to look away.
She had never seen Roxas fight like this before. Sure they had sparred against each other a few times, but Weiss didn't realize just how dangerous Roxas could be. Taking out her scroll, Weiss started recording the fight so she could show the others.
'No wonder he beat Tyrian. Where did he learn to fight like that?' Weiss thought curious.
Doing a backflip, Roxas lands behind the Neoshadows.
Crossing his arms in an X shape, Roxas lunges forward and slashes his way through them.
After fighting for over 10 minutes, Roxas slashed the last 2 in half.
Panting Roxas took off his hood to catch his breath.
Looking around, Roxas smiled seeing that he had beaten all the data heartless he used.
"I think you have a decent substitute lined up to take my spot," Winter said.
"Yeah…no arguments here," Weiss said.
Eventually, the day came when everyone had to go their separate ways.
Standing outside the forest, Yen Sid had made 3 portals for them.
"Take care of yourself, buddy," Lea said clapping Roxas on the shoulder.
"You too." Roxas nods.
"When we get back, let's go for ice cream together." Xion suggests.
"Sounds good to me," Lea said before turning to the group. "Yo Winter, last chance to back out."
"You obviously don't know me that well," Winter said approaching him. "I'm not one to run away."
"We'll see about that," Lea said as he walked towards the portal on the left but Winter turned to her sister and her friends.
"Good luck to all of you, hopefully, our paths will cross again soon," Winter said.
"Take care of yourself, Winter," Penny said as Winter nodded in acknowledgment.
Turning to her sister, Winter and Weiss glanced at each other and both had a soft smile.
"We'll keep in contact. If either of us finds the whereabouts of our family we'll try to meet up." Winter suggests.
"Sounds like a plan," Weiss said hugging her sister goodbye.
After a few seconds, Winter lets go and looks to Team RWBY.
"I trust you three will watch out for each other." Winter assumes.
"Of course." Blake nods.
"Look who you're talking to," Yang smirks.
"We won't leave her side." Ruby nods.
As Winter turned to leave, she and Roxas locked eyes for a few seconds before she joined Lea.
"I'm ready," Winter said.
"Then let's get going," Lea said as the two of them walked through the portal.
"Yen Sid said he found the perfect ship for you and your team to use," Isa said.
"Good to know. Be careful out there." Roxas said.
"We, will. So uhm what's a good way to tell if someone is from your world?" Xion asks.
"If find any people that are Huntsmen, they often have weapons similar to ours." Ren starts.
"Plus there's also the Fanus, they look like people but with animal features," Nora adds.
"And quite a few people know us. If you use TEAM RWBY, the right people will know what that means." Yang adds.
"We'll keep our eyes open," Isa said as he and Xion exited through the middle portal.
Seeing all his friends were gone, Roxas let out a sigh.
"Sorry you had to say goodbye to your friends," Blake said.
"It's fine, we knew this would happen sooner or later. And besides…it doesn't matter if we're not together every day. As long as we keep thinking about each other, we're never truly apart." Roxas smiles.
Hearing this, the people of Remanent felt a sense of comfort hearing that.
"Alright before we go get our ship, I've been thinking this over and I want you guys to hear me out," Roxas said getting their attention. "I think for missions unless decided otherwise Team RWBY, JNPR, Emerald, Penny, and Oscar will accompany me in the fields while Takeshi you, and your group will be our backup and support."
"I'm sorry what?" Saya said not sure if she liked that.
"We're not going on missions?" Kohta asks.
"Roxas, we trained alongside you guys, don't you think we deserve a shot?" Rei asks.
"I never said you didn't, but Yen Sid said he made a ship specific for us. A standard Gummi Ship can only hold a few people meaning I'm gonna need a crew to help run it." Roxas said getting their attention.
"A crew?" Takeshi pauses.
"Aside from helping me pilot this ship, I'll need people I can count on at a moment's notice. I'll need a medic, a strategist, a co-captain to lead them, and a few backup fighters to man the weapons, controls, and in a worst-case scenario join us on the mission." Roxas said looking at Shizuka, Saya, Takashi, Rei, Saeko, Kohta, and Rika. "How does that sound?"
Smiling all of them happily accepted this new job.
"Then what are you all doing? Let's get our ship and get moving." Roxas gestured as they all followed him to the portal.
"Hey, I just realized since Roxas is joining us that means with him, Emerald, Oscar, and Penny we have enough to make a 3rd Team." Nora declares.
"Oh yeah, we do." Yang smiles but Roxas is confused.
"What are you guys talking about? We're all one team." Roxas said.
"Technically but when 4 Huntsmen gather they can be a team," Blake explains.
"What should we call them?" Ruby asks.
"What is she talking about?" Roxas asks.
"Team names often come from the first letter of your first or last name that combine together to make a new name," Ruby explains.
"A team huh?" Emerald pauses liking the sound.
"I like the sound of that." Penny smiled as they entered the portal ready to take on whatever dangers came their way.
Meanwhile, in a dark unknown location, we see a figure in an Organization coat standing near a ledge as Salem approaches them.
"Did you find any?" Salem asks as the figure nods and gestures downwards.
Looking down she sees several Heartless forming beneath her.
Grinning, she couldn't help but marvel at the creatures of darkness.
"Such amazing creatures, the ability to go anywhere they want, infect worlds, and a never-ending supply. Just what I need." Salem smiles snapping her fingers.
Approaching the Heartless we see several Beowulf Grimm surround them before Salem waves her hand as some Grimm are destroyed dark liquid spills from them onto the floor surrounding the Grimm and Heartless before it mixes with a whisp of darkness that surrounds the two creatures trapping them in a sphere.
From it, multiple lights and loud noises went off. When the darkness disappears, we see one group of creatures remaining but it is neither Heartless nor Grimm.
Zooming out, Salem grins evilly as a Shadow Heartless' eyes turn red, and for a brief moment, sharp teeth emerge allowing it to let out a Grimm-like roar before things go black.
