Link ran towards the one with his items as he took out the bow and arrows. The one with his sword and shield ran towards Link. He swung the sword towards Link but Link tucked and rolled out of the way. The one with items shot arrows at Link but he deflected them with the deku stick. The one with the sword swung at Link again but he deflected it with the deku stick. The one with items shot a fire arrow at Link. Link deflected it again but this time, his deku stick set on fire and was burned to ash. Tatl: Link! He must have your magic as well! Link quickly used the deku flint on the 2 of them but only one of them was blinded. The one with the sword and shield kept attacking Link as he narrowly managed to dodge each attack. Link quickly ran towards the one with his items who was still blinded while the one with the sword and shield chased after him. The one with the items lit up a light arrow this time. Link thought to himself: I better time this just right! The light arrow shot towards Link super quick. Link ran and front flipped and just barely missed the arrow. He kept running towards the one with the items as the light arrow shot towards the one with the sword and shield who stopped and put up the shield in defense. Link quickly looked behind him as he was close to the one with the items. He saw the light arrow bounce off of the mirror shield and back towards him. Link did a back flip as the light arrow quickly flew underneath him. The light arrow hit the one with items and his body vanished into thin air. Link saw his magic bag of items hit the ground. The other mask salesmen jr quickly ran towards it trying to grab it first but Link quickly grabbed it first. He grabbed his bow and arrows and shot an ice arrow towards the mask salesmen. He deflected the arrow with the mirror shield and Link barely dodged the ice arrow as it flew back towards him. The mask salesmen jr ran towards Link and swung the golden sword at him as Link got ready to shoot another ice arrow. Just before the mask salesmen jr was about to cut Link in 2, Link shot the ice arrow and froze him in his tracks. The mask salesmen jr fell to the ground as the ice shattered. Link quickly ran up and grabbed his sword and shield then took the mask of truth off of the mask salesmen jr's face. Tatl: We have some questions we would like answered! Mask salesmen Jr: Silly fairy...There is no point in me answering any of your questions. That's the job of the mask of truth. Tael: What does that mean? Mask salesmen Jr: There's still so much you don't know about Termina! It's past, present, secrets and even the future! Also by the way...the magic of the arrows came from me...But we don't have your magic. We have our own! Once you leave this room, you still won't have your magic and there for will no longer be able to use the magic arrows...He paused for a moment then pointed to a gossip stone in the corner of the room. Tatl: We've seen those before. What about them? Without warning, the mask salesmen stopped moving and then his whole body disappeared. Link finally had his sword, shield, items and the mask of truth back. Link nodded then put the mask on and walked over to the gossip stone. Tatl: Are you sure you know what you're doing, Link? Link put his hand on the gossip stone and his vision went dark.
Moments later, Link woke up and saw a bright white world. It looked empty. Link thought to himself: Am I dead? Is this the afterlife? Link saw something in the distance. He floated towards it. Link became worried as he got closer as it was a scary looking dragon that surprisingly matched the colors of Majora's mask. A giant clock could be seen way up in the sky and it wasn't moving. Link: Is time frozen here? All of a sudden 2 warriors with armor, a sword and shield approached the dragon. Warrior 1: I'll kill it first! Then I'll be the one who has the power to make a wish! Warrior 2: Ha! Over my dead body! The Dragon: Your dead body indeed! The Dragon easily knocked the weapons out of the warriors hands and ate them both. More and more warriors showed up to try and claim the dragons magic armor that is said to grant a wish to the one who can obtain it but all of them failed and were eaten. The more people the Dragon ate, he started gaining their feelings, emotions and even some of their characteristics. The Dragon became lonely and hated being in an empty dimension where time was frozen. Link looked over at a new person approaching. Link gasped as the figure kind of looked like his Fierce Deity form. To Link's surprise, he didn't try to kill the dragon like the others did. The Dragon: What do you want from me if you're not here to kill me? The newcomer replied: I'd rather know what you'd want. If you could have anything you want, what would it be? The Dragon hesitated for a moment but then replied: I would like time to pass for me...I have been stuck in this empty dimension with foolish men coming here and attacking me trying to get my armor. I am tired of this all and would like to just finally be able to die of old age. The newcomer replied: I can do that for you. The Dragon: Why do you want to help me? The stranger replied: It's what I do...The Dragon paused for a moment then agreed to accept his help. The newcomer took out an ocarina and Link gasped. He played a song for the dragon and the dragon danced to the song. Link looked back up at the clock and saw 3 days go by. He looked back to the dragon as the newcomer stopped playing the song. The dragon fell to the ground and stopped moving. The stranger took out his sword and started carving the dragons armor. Link couldn't see as the newcomer had his back turned. Link floated to the other side to see the front of him. Link gasped again as he saw what the stranger had forged from the armor. It was Majora's mask.
Link finally woke up and stood up then took the mask off. Tael: Are you alright Link? Tatl: It looked like you were heaving a vision! What did you see?
Minutes later, Link left the woodfall temple with the 2 fairies following behind him. He made his way outside the area and the monkey and deku princess met him there. Deku princess: Thank you Link! Everyone has returned to normal. The monkey: And I got to see her beat up her dad once again! The monkey smiled. Tatl: I wish I could have seen that! The deku princess laughed then a heart container appeared between the 2 of them and hovered towards Link. Link now has 6 heart containers. Deku princess: Hopefully we'll see you again Link! Link nodded then he took off running with Tatl and Tael following closely behind him.
