Hamon Training with a Smiling Birthday Moment
Izuku is seen with his face looking like he is going through a tough struggle that could break his body at any moment, and that's exactly what he is going through right now while trying to get his breathing under control.
"Come now, surely this little exercise can't give you too much trouble." Zeppeli chuckled while slipping on his tea.
"Baron Zeppeli, I don't think carrying 200 pounds of weight, plus your own weight, on my back and running for 10 miles count as a little exercise!" Izuku exclaimed whizzing.
Izuku is currently running through a peaceful street that doesn't appear to be out of the ordinary and this part hasn't been attacked by monsters so far either, but there are some heroes like Class-C and B are patrolling the area to keep an eye on everything to make sure it stays that way.
But despite the peaceful air within the area, Izuku is not enjoying the scenery because of the intense training his master Zeppeli is putting him through for the past week since the day he came back into the boy's life.
This one week of training has been very hard on Izuku that he could feel like he's about to passed out or something, and yet his determination and heart refuses to give up.
"But you really are doing well, you just pass the half of the fourth mile." Baron Zeppeli said.
"That's great…" Izuku exclaimed.
"It was a good idea that you picked this place for the training, Baron Zeppeli." Izuku said.
"Yes, monsters rare show up here and even if they do, they are just the weaker monsters for the C class heroes to handle." Baron Zeppeli nodded.
"But even so, one should never assume that this peace is going to last forever and there will always be evil in the world that may show up either sooner like this very second or in a long time like months or years." Baron Zeppeli looked around.
Then the Baron look over to see one father playing with his son bouncing an orange ball, this brought up a memory in his mind about his own son as he wonders how he is doing right now.
"(I do hope my boy is well, and that he understands of why I had to leave.)" Baron Zeppeli thought prayed for his son's safety.
Izuku kept on running until he completed the 10-mile run all the way back home and he fallen face-first on the floor.
"Very good, the morning training is day. Now get yourself clean up for your sisters are coming." Zeppeli reminded him of the weekend hang out.
"Right…" Izuku said.
"You should be graceful that I'm allowing you some time off with your older sisters for the every month hang out, but know that the training I'm putting you think will be much harder the more use you are to them." Zeppeli pointed out.
"I know, but even so… I won't give up." Izuku pushed himself up to face Zeppeli.
"No matter how many times my body gets broken down, I'll keep on getting back up again and again until I am able to save even one life!" Izuku shouted his determination to become a hero with his body glowing of the Hamon a bit.
"Ah, there is that determination that is shines brightly as the sun." Zeppeli smiled.
"Remember to hold on to that spirit, Izuku. That is going to be the key to you being a hero." Zeppeli advised as he leaves the house.
(Later)
Izuku is now seen eating a big bowl of Katsudon while sitting between his big sisters, enjoying the amazing flavors of this bowl in his mouth while having his mind go on a relaxing vacation.
"Man, this is so good!" Izuku smiled.
"Glad to see that you're still with us." Tatsumaki giggled.
"Glad to be with you girls. You have no idea on how hard the training is, Zeppeli isn't pulling any stops in making me stronger." Izuku said.
"He did warn us that his training month wasn't going to be easy as the first day could make you feel like death, but I thought he was just exaggerating." Fubuki said.
"Yeah, he really is pushing my body to the absolute limit." Izuku nodded.
"He better not push you too far or else I will end him myself." Tatsumaki threatened while levitating her cup and crushing it into a ball while keeping her drink inside.
"You know you'll have to pay for that, right?" Fubuki pointed out with a sweat drop.
"You don't need to worry about that, he won't hurt me for real since he has very high faith in me even though we've only known each other for a short time." Izuku smiled before taking another bite.
"Does that mean you can do that glowing stuff?" Tatsumaki asked curiously.
"Yeah, I've been getting the hang of this Hamon stuff enough to make myself shine a little." Izuku held out his hand.
Izuku close his eyes and took in the calmest and deepest breath he could muster to cause his hand to glow of the sunlight.
"Oh my, just looking at it makes my body feel warm like I'm right under the sun!" Fubuki was amazed.
"I still don't get this whole sun breathing thing, but it looks pretty strong." Tatsumaki commented.
"Baron Zeppeli explain that with enough training that I can my breathing so much that my Hamon would also become stronger to put a dent on a steel door." Izuku said.
"Really? That can make you that strong?" Tatsumaki asked in surprise.
"He said it all depends on my breath and the strength of my physical body." Izuku answered.
"Oh, there's another thing I could show you!" Izuku said, looking excited and finished up his bowl.
The three Midoriya siblings went outside and walked for a bit to a secure area where there aren't any people around.
Izuku got in a breath with the yellow and orange spark of Hamon emitting throughout his right arm.
"Zoom Punch!" Izuku threw a punch, and his arm then stretch farther.
"No way!" Tatsumaki and Fubuki gasped.
But then a man came running out of a direction while holding a big bag over his back not noticing the incoming punch that stretches and struck his face knocking him down.
"Oh no!" Izuku panicked.
"Izuku! What the fuck was that about? You stretch your arm!" Tatsumaki asked shock.
"I'll tell you about that later! Right now, we need to get this man to a hospital!" Izuku worried for the man he just knocked out.
"Wait, that man is not innocent!" One woman shouted as she and another ran up to them.
"Hold up, I recognize you two. You're the recent new heroes that joined the Hero Association eight months ago." Fubuki said.
"That's right. My name is Ruby Hunter, I'm a Class-A Hero Rank 7, Crimson Claw." Ruby introduced herself.
Ruby is a woman with dark skin, spiky long red hair that goes down a little past the middle back, and bright purple eyes. She wears a revealing and less armor, red shoulder blades with silver outlines and a gold bud each, small red armor on her side with black stripes connecting to the black underwear part with a silver armor part, and small breast cups covering little of her big breasts, forearm length black glove for the left arm and silver armbrace with a pink gem, and black leggings connected with shoes and silver leg braces. Her right arm is robotic with three sharp blades and a blaster feature where the hand should be. Breasts size: K-cup.
"My name is Henrietta, A-Class 18 named Princess Pink Knight." Henrietta introduced herself as well.
Henrietta is a tall girl about 6'6 with long orange-like blonde hair that reaches down all the way to her butt tied in a ponytail, and purplish-blue eyes. She wears a white and pink suit that reveals some parts of her upper body with green wide strap that is connected to the white cup of her big breasts along with cleavage view and pink neckwear area, white arm sleeves with pink gauntlets and bracelets, pink metal boots with some black design, pink back side and knee length skirt with a matching cloth on the front, black leggings inside white ones, and a small pink tiara on her head. She also carries a big and long thick sword-like weapon on her back along with a normal side sword on her hip. Breasts size: K-cup.
"That man you knocked out is actually a bank robber." Ruby pointed at the guy.
"For real?!" Izuku gasped more, shock that he just stopped a bank robber.
"That's right, he's a tricky one who managed to escape capture from both the police and some heroes for about a month now, stolen some money from seven banks. We were hoping to catch him in the eighth bank he just robbed and yet he was able to slip away even from us." Ruby explained.
"Seriously? What kind of fucked up bitches let a weakling get away if you two are supposed to be Class-A heroes?" Tatsumaki insulted.
"Ah! How dare you talk such vulgar toward us!" Henrietta gasped in anger.
"Don't mind my big sister, she doesn't trust other people outside of our family unless they can prove themselves to be strong." Izuku apologized.
"But anyway, I'm glad I was able to help even though it wasn't how I wanted to show my sisters the move I learned." Izuku said.
"Unexpected things can happen a lot in life, and this is one of them." Ruby chuckled with a grin.
"Anyway, we'll be taking him to the police now." Ruby picked up the bank robber bastard on her and place him on her shoulder.
"By the way, how exactly did you do that punch?" Ruby asked curiously.
"Oh yes, was that Hamon?" Fubuki asked.
"Yeah, is dislocates and stretches the joints to extend the arm and give it greater reach while at the same time dulls the pain caused by the move itself which I believe can be use for other things than offense." Izuku said, already thinking of many ways to use the Zoom Punch.
"Oh my, you have the power to stretch your arms like that!" Henrietta was surprised.
"No, it's not exactly a power, more like a martial art style that harness the power of the sun through breathing." Izuku clarified that.
"My word, it is like you are the Knight of the Sun!" Henrietta complimented.
"Knight? I'm not sure about that." Izuku said, felt a little weird yet please from the compliment.
"Tell me, are you planning to become a hero at the Hero Association?" Henrietta asked.
"I am, just until after I turn 15 and then do some training with my sisters to get ready for the Hero Entrance Exam." Izuku answered.
"Then I am already looking forward to seeing you become a great hero." Hernietta smiled.
"Wow, Princess Pink Knight, you only just met the kid and you're already flirting that womanly charm on him." Ruby said with a sly face.
"No, no, it isn't like that! I was just saying that this boy has great potential!" Hernietta blushed and waving her arm rapidly.
"It was nice meeting you all." Ruby waved goodbye with her claw arm as they walk away.
"Well, well, it looks like Izuku charmed another woman." Fubuki teased while lightly tapping her elbow on the eldest Midoriya sister who got the message.
"Oh yeah, this guy is a real prince charming." Tatsumaki chuckled.
"Girls, come on! I'm not like that with girls!" Izuku felt embarrassed with his sisters teasing him.
"Come on, there's still plenty of time for us before you go back to your training with Zeppeli." Fubuki said.
"Right, what should we do next?" Izuku asked.
"There is this money I mentioned to you guys about. I've been wanting to see it for a while since it came out." Tatsumaki mentioned a movie.
"Which movie is that?" Fubuki asked.
"The one about a kid with a straw-hat sailing through outer space to find the ultimate treasure on a planet." Tatsumaki answered.
Izuku looks at both of his older sisters, they are known to be one of the best heroes in the world as they help save people and destroy evil monsters with their amazing power even though Tatsumaki can be scary when angry by certain things.
But to him, they are his older sisters and fellow human beings of this world, and he loves them very much so that he wants to protect them when they may find themselves in dangerous situations that they can't handle.
"(I will get stronger for you two, I will become a hero!)" Izuku thought felt more determined than ever before.
For the next four months, Izuku survive through Baron Zeppeli's training to go stronger with his physical strength and his Hamon to be ready for anything to fight against some strong monsters and other things like bad humans doing bad things.
Izuku is standing on top of a fin pole on the tip of his toe while holding up two large buckets in each hand with rocks and water inside, he's been at it for four hours straight and there is still four more hours to go. And the pole is about fifty feet tall.
Zeppeli has Izuku control his breathing to be very fast in both taking in more air in a short breathing in and the letting out that much in a short release, and he has to do it with balloons to make then inflate into the right shape of a balloons though it was a struggle for him.
Zeppeli has Izuku run along the along, and by that he means literally running on the water by channeling his Hamon energy into his feet to increase the surface tension of the water. Of course, Izuku struggled to do that as he kept sinking into the water many times for four days until he was finally able to run on water though his feet are the only ones that go in the water.
Izuku practices attacking things with his Hamon while at the same time avoid hitting something that is already in the way of the target such as striking his fist down at a little puppy to break a rock about half size of his body in half. It was really difficult for Izuku to do when his fist keeps making contact with the puppy for a bit, but he knew to visualize his energy going through the puppy and at the rock which leaves a crack, and that crack gets bigger for over a dozen times until it broke in half.
And throughout the days when he's not training such as going to school, Izuku would write things in his notebook about his training with Zeppeli and what he's learning about Hamon so far like controlling his blood flow.
"Shit, Izuku. You're really going all out and still going." Kirie commented.
"I'm a little worried that you're pushing yourself too hard." Nene worried.
"Don't worry, I promise I'm doing fine with Baron Zeppeli and I can feel myself growing stronger too." Izuku smiled, feeling all of that hard work is paying off.
(Midoriya Home)
"Hey mom, I'm home." Izuku called out as he entered the house, but there was no response.
"That's weird, she would come and greet me by now." Izuku said as he goes further into the house then notices something that is coming from the backyard.
He opens the door to the backyard and then.
"Surprise! Happy Birthday, Izuku!" Everyone he knew cheered loudly for his birthday, including his two older sisters are here.
"Oh, thanks guys!" Izuku smiled.
"You didn't really think we miss out on your special day." Tatsumaki smiled.
"We put this little party together and even invited a few heroes that I know you'll enjoy." Fubuki gestured to the heroes including that ones who are the Blizzard Group with Lily among them.
"A toas to Izuku Midoriya for living another year of his wonderful life!" Zeppeli said and everyone cheered.
After having some cake and opening his presents, Zeppeli comes up to him.
"Izuku, allow me to give you something as another step forward in your life." Zeppeli bowed.
"Sure." Izuku nodded, but he may have come to regret saying that.
Suddenly, faster than he could react, Zeppeli strapped something onto his face which covers his mouth, and his breathing has become harder and harder for him to breathe even normally.
"Your training has been kicked up a notch! That breathing mask will make your breathing much more difficult as a better way for you to control it, and we will also be doing some other extreme things as well." Zeppeli smirked.
"Isn't this a little much?" Izuku asked while trying to take it off but can't.
"Bastard! That thing better not choke him to death!" Tatsumaki was angered.
"Yes, please do remember that we want our little brother to live!" Fubuki was angered as well.
"Worry not, your brother will more of a man than you could possibly dream him of being. He will keep on wearing that mask until I deem him ready." Zeppeli smiled which worries Izuku as he wonders if he will be able to eat with this thing on.

Izuku has started his training under the guidance of Zeppeli teaching him the ways of Hamon reaching all the way to his birthday making him fifteen and has begun a new kind of training by wearing that difficult breathing mask and will have to brace himself for some other things.
Next chapter will be the official start to the One Punch Man series.
