Yacht, Day Time
The group was on the yacth as they were all busy doing different things.
Darius was on the side of the boat hanging from a rope as he added more duct tape to their makeshift patch.
Ali runs over to the ledge as he looked at Darius.
"Hurry up with the patch D! We're basically afloat right now, unless you want to be flattened by rocks that is." Ali called out to Darius.
Darius sighed to himself. "Alright! Pull me up!" Darius exclaimed as Sammy and Yasmina began pulling him up.
As Darius got to the top Ali pulls him onto the boat by his arms.
"We gotta fix that hole, or the gas is gonna be the least of our problems." Darius announced to them.
Kenji made his way down to the lower deck to join them.
"I thought having no GPS was the least of our problems?" Kenji questioned them.
"Yea, uh not to add to the doom and gloom b-" Yasmina cuts herself off as the boat began rocking startling the group.
"Oh great, we're sinking now too, this just keeps getting more and more fun." Ali said with a deadpanned expression.
"No, we're just riding low in the water because of uh, ahem." Kenji said as he directed their attention towards Bumpy and Ben.
Funny enough, Bumpy was in fact weighing down the part of the boat she stood on.
"Don't listen to him, you're perfect the way you are." Ben whispered to Bumpy as he pets her head.
"Isn't there some non-dino infested dock we can get to?" Ben asked the others.
"The closest one is on the other side of the island, we'll never make it." Brooklynn answered him.
"Let's just face it, we're doomed and gloomed." Brooklynn said hanging her head low.
"Wait! There's another dock, not far from here, uh a private dock, that's not on any map, the dock near the P house!" Kenji exclaimed as the others looked at him in confusion.
"Um, I went before we left." Ben explained.
"Pee house? Yea no thanks, I'd rather take my chances with the killer dinosaurs." Ali said as he crossed his arms.
"No, I didn't mea- I meant my dad's penthouse! There's-" Kenji is cutoff by Ali.
"Let me stop you right there, this wouldn't happen to be the same penthouse that you were locked out of, right?" Ali asked incredulously.
"Yes, but now we have a magic keycard to get inside, so it works out, boom!" Kenji exclaims proudly.
"And you're just now telling us this?" Yasmina asked rhetorically.
Ali palmed his face. "I am so tired." Ali mumbled to himself.
"That penthouse could have everything we need!" Darius exclaimed in joy.
"Will, have everything we need, my dad loves boats he's got all sorts of nautical junk." Kenji boasted proudly.
"To the P house!" Darius exclaimed while fist pumping.
"To the P house!" The others minus Ali exclaimed as they scattered.
"Can we please not call it that!" Ali yelled as he followed after them.
Later
Kenji was in the process of docking the boat again, this time at a different dock clearly.
Brooklynn, Ali, Darius, and Kenji were in the control room.
"Okay Kenji, this time jus-ack!" Brooklynn exclaimed as the boat's hull collided with the docks much like with the other docks from before.
"Excellent parking, if I do say so myself." Kenji said as Brooklynn deadpanned at him.
Darius and Ali were paying attention to the gas meter as it read empty.
Ali tapped the glass as nothing happened.
"Nothing, not even a twitch." Ali said as he looked down solemnly.
"That's it, that's the last of the gas." Darius said as he looked down aswell.
Kenji hated seeing his brothers like this so he decided to cheer them up.
Kenji made his way to them and put them both into side hugs.
"Come on dudes! Cheer up! It was totally worth it, because you're about to see the most exclusive spot on the island." Kenji reassured them as they looked ahead with incredulous expressions.
Land
The group had all came together as they were now on land riding through the jungle.
They each rode on yellow moped like vehicles, except for Ben who opted to ride on Bumpy behind them.
"At the penthouse we travel in style, it's only a short ride away." Kenji announced to the others.
"Yes, because yellow mopeds is so, luxurious." Ali said sarcastically, however Kenji did not appear to pick it up.
"I know right, it's so cool huh? Thanks to B's magic keycard opening every door on the island, I'll finally get to show you guys my home away from home." Kenji said proudly as he kept leading them forward.
Suddenly the entire group stops abruptly and gasps at a sight they saw.
It was a moderately sizeable dinosaur that was mainly green in color minus the fact it was a darker shade on it's underside.
The dinosaur had very sharp teeth lining it's mouth and a giant crest on it's snout.
This was a Monolophosaurus, a deadly predator especially when it has a pack.
"Uh D, this guy doesn't look too friendly, Ima need a dino analysis." Ali said as they all looked at the Monolophosaurus with weary gazes.
Darius suddenly sighs in relief as they all looked at him now.
"It's just a Monolophosaurus, they're loners, pretty much keep to themselves." Darius said as he began moving again.
"Sounds like someone I know." Ali said as he chuckled.
Yasmina punched him in the arm swiftly as she smirked at him.
"Then onward! Paradise awaits!" Kenji exclaimed as they all began moving again.
As they left they failed to realize another Monolophosaurus that was brown in color run up to the previous one.
They both watched the group leave as they snarled and growled.
As the group kept on driving through the jungle they eventually come face to face with a giant white building.
This was no doubt Kenji's penthouse, well more so his father's.
Everyone stood slack jawed minus Kenji who had seen the building before.
"Pretty cool, right? Wait till you see the inside." Kenji said as he rode forward.
"Okay I admit, this place is amazing." Ali said as they all rode forward looking at the building in awe.
They get to the entrance as they all began getting off the mopeds.
"Let's make this clear, we get in, get what we need and get out." Darius reassured them.
Bumpy was seemingly not on board with this place as she had her head to the ground.
"No offense, but it's not her kinda place." Ben relayed to Kenji.
"N-No offense, but she's an eight thousand pound dinosaur who would totally crash my pad, so it's not happening anyways." Kenji said as they all went up to the door minus Ben and Bumpy.
"Alright Brooklynn, work your magic." Ali said as Brooklynn nodded at him.
Brooklynn swipes the card over the lock as it thankfully turns green.
They each let out silent cheers, they were finally going to be able to get inside the penthouse.
As they got inside they realized stairs, an enormous amount of them might I add.
"You've gotta be kidding!" Sammy exclaimed.
"Race you to the top?" Ali asked Yasmina as she scoffed.
"Careful what you wish for, I'm the trackstar here." Yasmina said as they smirked at eachother.
"I mean, my team ran up five flights of stairs everyday for conditioning and I was always the first one done, I think I can give you a run for your money, Miss trackstar." Ali said with a smirk as he crossed his arms.
"Well, why don't you put your money where your mouth is, Mister all-star." Yasmina said as she stretched her right arm acrossed her chest.
"They flirt in the weirdest way." Kenji whispered to Darius who gave him a puzzled expression.
Ali and Yasmina then got into a traditional track race starting position.
"Ready." Ali started off with a determined look.
"Set." Yasmina continued with a look of determination aswell.
"Go!" They both exclaimed as they took off up the stairs.
"Showoffs." Kenji deadpanned as the rest of the group began climbing the stairs.
Yasmina and Ali had both made it to the top of the stairs at genuinely the same time.
They both smirked at eachother. "I'm willing to call it a tie if you are." Ali said as he offered her his hand.
"I'm fine with that." Yasmina said as she shook his hand.
Suddenly their attention is drawn to the labored breathing as they noticed the others crawling up the stairs.
"How...do we run...from dinosaurs everyday...and we're this winded...from taking the stairs." Darius said in between breaths.
"Sorry, if the elevator was working, opens up right inside." Kenji said as he breathed heavily.
"You guys are seriously unhealthy." Yasmina said as she crossed her arms.
"Just open the door!" Brooklynn exclaimed as she was also trying to regain her breath.
Kenji walks over to the penthouse door and opens it as they all looked inside.
The sight was so beautiful they couldn't help but gasp in awe.
The room was mainly white as many different decorations and golden artifacts covered the room.
There were many photos lining the room, most if not all had a man that looked to be an older version of Kenji, this was more than likely his dad.
"I am not dressed for this." Sammy said in complete shock.
Kenji walked to the front of them as he extended his arms to the side and removed his hat.
"Welcome friends, to Casa de Kenji! Who's up for the grand tou-" Kenji is cutoff as they all ran past him and began exploring the sight in front of them.
"Or, the self tour." Kenji said as he walked over to them.
"Woah, this thing is awesome!" Darius exclaimed as he stood in front of a golden Sinoceratops skull.
Kenji suddenly came behind him and wrapped him in a side hug.
"Cool, right? Gift from Masrani, I named it, Horatio." Kenji said to Darius.
"A replica of the 68' Sinoceratops skull found in China!" Darius exclaimed as he fawned over the skull.
"Yea, and plus it's gold." Kenji pointed out.
"Kenji, this is amazing!" Brooklynn exclaimed as Kenji turned to her.
He noticed that Brooklynn was touching a white artifact of some sort.
Kenji ran over frantically. "Careful! Dad never lets me touch that, it's one of his favorites, an original gaddi." Kenji explains to her as she looked at him incredulously.
"Your daddy's gaddi?" Brooklynn questioned.
"It's uh, it's expensive that's why it's art." Kenji tried to sound cool.
"Kenji, why do none of these pictures have you in it? It's only your dad in most of if not all of them." Ali said as he looked at the wall of picture frames.
"Well, he doesn't like taking pictures with me, or doing...anything with me." Kenji said as Brooklynn and Ali looked at him with saddened expressions.
'The more I hear about his dad the more I dislike him.' Ali thought to himself as gritted his teeth.
Sammy suddenly ran into the room eagerly as she ran towards the picture wall.
"Kenji! Is that your dad?!" Sammy asked/yelled as she pointed at one of the pictures.
"Yea, and that's the first skyscraper he ever bought." Kenji informed them.
They then shift to the picture next to that one.
"Is that him in front of the Whitehouse!?" Sammy yelled/asked once again.
"What can I say? Dad plays golf with the prez." Kenji praised his father.
Ali clenched his fists slightly, why does Kenji praise a man that doesn't even care about him so much?
"Hey, how come there aren't any pics of you?" Sammy asked in confusion.
"Because his dad's a ass-mph!" Ali is cutoff as Brooklynn covered his mouth causing his sentence to be muffled.
Sammy looked at them awkwardly as Brooklynn flashed a smile at her.
Brooklynn eventually lets go of Ali realizing he was finally going to stop.
Kenji realizing the awkwardness, decides to grab an old photo album as he brought it over to Sammy and gives it to her to look at.
Kenji wraps his arm around Sammy as they both looked at the album together.
"If you like those, check these out, there's even a pic of dad on the cover of modern CEO magazine, yea he owns the magazine but still, huge honor." Kenji boasted.
"Guys! Snacks!" Yasmina exclaimed as she appeared with bags of chips in hand.
Yasmina then tossed two bags of chips as Darius and Ali caught them.
Ali throws one over to Sammy as Darius throws one to Brooklynn.
"Um, important snacks." Kenji corrected Yasmina.
Ali opens his bag as he took some chips out to eat.
"Dude, it doesn't matter what you call em', they're all going to end up in our stomachs eventually." Ali said as he began munching on the chips.
Kenji shook his head and walked to the back room.
"You can say that again." Sammy said as she opened her chips aswell.
Brooklynn had a bag of popcorn as she sat on the couch and put her head back while dumping the popcorn into her mouth.
"I...could eat only this...all the time." Brooklynn said in between chewing.
Kenji had came back from the back room with bottles of water for each of them.
"Thirsty?" Kenji asked Yasmina who was happily munching on her chips.
"Yea! Mhm!" Yasmina said as she reached for a water bottle only for Kenji to move it out of the way immediately.
"Just so you know, it's from a very exclusive artesian well in Paris, filtered through diamonds." Kenji said as he finally handed her the water, which she snatched in annoyance.
Yasmina was about to take a sip of water until she noticed Kenji was staring at her weirdly.
Yasmina pulled the water away from his vicinity as she finally took a sip.
Yasmina was immediately refreshed at the taste.
"That's not water, that's an experience." Yasmina said in bliss as she and Kenji bumped their bottles together.
"I don't care if it was filtered through diamonds or emeralds! Give me the water!" Ali exclaimed as he took a bottle from Kenji and began downing it.
Ali's eyes widened. "Okay, I may stand corrected, because that right there is not just water, no way, no how." Ali said as he looked at the bottle in shock.
"Told ya." Yasmina said teasingly as Ali deadpanned.
The group all began talking happily as they finally had some form of refreshments on this island.
Ben was the only one not celebrating the victory.
He was instead standing next to the Sinoceratops skull judging them.
"Look at them, they've all gone soft." Ben said in disgust.
"Hello!" Ben exclaimed as he drew their attention putting the celebration to an abrupt stop.
"I thought we were supposed to be searching for gas?! A patch for the boat? A GPS? Any of this ringing a bell?!" Ben snapped at them.
"Ben, relax brodie, we're just taking a moment to chill, after all we've been through." Ali said calmly to Ben who scoffed.
"Yea dude, chill, have some water." Kenji said as he tossed Ben some water.
Ben reluctantly opened the water and took a sip.
As soon as the refreshing liquid hit his taste buds Ben felt as though he was on cloud nine.
Ben turned away from the others to hide his expression as he downed the water secretively.
"And just like that, Mr. Paranoia is under control." Ali said as he highfived Kenji.
"Does this place have a hot tub?!" Yasmina shouted/yelled as they all broke out into conversation again.
Bumpy, Outside
Bumpy was resting right outside of the penthouse as the kids played inside.
Suddenly the two Monolophosauruses from before come upon the scene as they bumped into the moped which startles them.
They eventually move on as they walk over to the entrance.
There were even more Monolophosauruses there as they all sniffed around the entrance to the penthouse.
This was not looking good, the number of Monolophosauruses was vast.
Things get really insane when the lead Monolophosaurus makes it's way to a vent that was in the side of the penthouse.
The Monolophosaurus started pushing against the vent with a snarl.
After a few seconds of effort he was able to break the vent down.
The Monolophosaurus pack then began advancing as they made their way through the vents.
The noise and commotion eventually wakes Bumpy up as she sits up alerted.
Bumpy looks over to the pack of Monolophosauruses that was making their way through the vents.
Bumpy roars as she ran towards the vent to stop them, but she was too big to fit.
So she then opted to instead warn the others by hitting the ground with her tail loudly.
Inside
The camp fam was still oblivious to the Monolophosaurus pack so they were still relaxing.
Darius was playing a video game intensely as Kenji watched over his shoulder.
"I can't believe you have this! I didn't even know it came out yet!" Darius exclaimed happily.
"Cool right, top secret prototype, took me all last summer to get that high score so..." Kenji trails off as the game makes a ding sound.
"Yes! High score!" Darius shouted as he jumped up.
Darius' eyes then widen in realization as he turned to Kenji.
"Sorry." Darius apologized sincerely.
"W-Whatever, it's a kiddie game." Kenji said as he walked away.
Sammy was sitting on the couch still going through the photo album as she found a piece of paper in it.
This puzzled her causing her to pick it up and open it.
What she sees causes her to gasp loudly and cover her mouth.
Ali and Yasmina walk over to the couch she was sitting on as they chuckled.
"This place is crazy, right?" Yasmina questioned them.
"You can say that again." Ali said with a chuckle.
"Look at how cute this is." Sammy said as she showed them the paper.
The drawing was not drawn properly at all, there was a house with a red roof and four individuals in front of it.
For some reason one of them was a..mermaid?
"Aww." Yasmina said with a smirk.
"Cute is a strong word, that looks demon-ack!" Ali is cutoff as Yasmina elbowed him.
"Right, right, it's so adorable." Ali corrected himself.
"What awesomeness are you three looking at?" Kenji asked making his presence known.
"Just this adorable drawing you made of your adorable family." Sammy said lovingly as Kenji looked frantic at the picture.
Ali then recognized part of the picture was ripped out.
"What's with the rip-" Ali is once again cutoff as Kenji takes the picture away from Sammy's hands.
"I got all this baller stuff, and you zone in on some drawing I made when I was five." Kenji said in annoyance.
"Uh guys, something's up with Bumpy!" Ben exclaimed as he beckoned them over, minus Sammy and Yasmina who stayed in the room.
They look over the edge and noticed Bumpy's erratic tail smashing.
"She only acts like this when she senses danger, or she's constipated." Ben informed them.
"Never in my life would I have thought that constipation was the better option out of well, anything." Ali said in disgust.
"I'm sure it's nothing." Kenji reassured them.
"We can't risk it, you said your dad's penthouse has a portable GPS in it, right?" Darius asked Kenji.
"Yea, somewhere, but I didn't even show you the hot tub yet, sixty jets!" Kenji exclaimed happily.
"No time Kenj, sorry, I'm gonna go down to the garage, see if they got some gas or anything to help with the boat situation." Ali said as he made his way to the exit.
"We're coming with." Yasmina said referring to herself and Sammy.
Yasmina turned around when she realized Sammy didn't move, she was too caught up in Kenji's photo album.
"Sammy!" Yasmina shouted as Sammy turned to her.
"You coming?" Yasmina asked as Sammy closed the book.
"Oh, uh yea." Sammy said as she ran out the door to join them.
"Well come on then Samster." Ali said with a chuckle as the three make their way to the garage.
Hallway
"Man, who woulda known Kenji's penthouse would be that fun." Sammy said as they walked through the hallway.
"Tell me about it." Yasmina said as they chuckled.
Suddenly they hear a suspicious noise causing them to go on the defensive.
Ali puts both of his arms in front of them defensively as they all looked around frantically.
"You guys heard that too, right?" Ali questioned them.
"Most definitely." Yasmina said as they all slowly walked to the end of the hall.
They eached popped their heads out from behind the corner as they looked at the door where the sound was coming from.
"Alright girls, come on." Ali said as he began moving forward.
Sammy and Yasmina look at eachother and nod as they made their way to the door.
They made sure to move slowly just in case.
As they stood in front of the door they looked at the glass hole in the middle of the top of the door.
It appeared as if nothing was there as they were still visibly tense.
Before they could relax a Monolophosaurus suddenly pops up with a loud hiss and growl causing them each to jump.
The Monolophosauruses began ramming the glass as it starts cracking.
"How did they get up here!?" Sammy yelled/asked.
"Does it matter?" Yasmina retorted quickly.
"No, it does not! Run back to the penthouse!" Ali exclaimed as they began running down the hall.
As they turned the corner they abruptly stop as they noticed the shadow of a Monolophosaurus down the next hallway.
"Oh no." Ali said as the Monolophosaurus lets out a roar.
Suddenly they heard banging as they turned around to see the other Monolophosaurus slamming it's head against the glass once more.
They each backed up as their backs were now facing eachother.
They were literally caught between death itself, there was seemingly no way to come out of this alive.
Ali looks up as he noticed a vent which gave him an idea.
"Hope you guys are up for another round of vent crawling." Ali said as he referenced the events of the end of book one.
Yasmina and Sammy looked at him with puzzled looks.
He had no time to explain as he put the plan into motion.
Right as the Monolophosauruses each came around to the different sides of the hallway they roared in confusion.
Their prey was gone, but how did they escape?
The Monolophosauruses met up in the middle of the hallway as they heard noises from above.
They look up to notice an open vent, so that's how the kids escaped.
The lead Monolophosaurus lunges up at the vent with a shriek.
Penthouse
Brooklynn, Ben, and Darius were searching for the GPS as Kenji was busy relaxing on his massage chair.
"Are you seriously relaxing at a time like this?!" Ben yelled/asked in frustration.
Kenji sighs in relief. "You bet I am, bro, I can feel the stress leaving my body, you guys are missing out, who's got next?" Kenji asked with a trembling voice due to the massage.
"I should've went with the others." Ben said as he deadpanned.
"We're a little busy here Kenj!" Darius exclaimed as he was searching through a book shelf.
"You seriously have no idea where the GPS is?" Brooklynn questioned Kenji as she stopped searching for a bit.
"Dad's not big on sharing details...especially with me, frees me up to not sweat the small stuff, or any stuff really." Kenji said as the three walked over to him.
Brooklynn groans in annoyance as she crosses her arms.
"Okay fine! Did he atleast tell you where we can find something for the boat!?" Ben asked/yelled as he was on the verge of snapping.
Kenji stands up and stretched. "Boat supplies are thataway right next to the..." Kenji trails off as they walk away without a care for whatever else he had to say.
"Twenty seat home theater." Kenji finished with an annoyed expression.
Brooklynn, Ben, and Darius walked into the nautical room as they noticed multiple boat items in the room.
"Okay, getting warmer maybe." Brooklynn said as they began searching.
Ben then picks up a golden telescope as he swung it around.
"Hm, I could use this as a staff, or a club!" Ben exclaimed as Brooklynn deadpanned.
"Or you could use it for what it's meant for, a telescope." Brooklynn said as she took the telescope from him and they both walked over to Darius.
Darius was searching the desk in the middle of the room as he noticed a black compass on the desk, it had a small crack but it still worked.
"A compass! It's not a GPS but it'll do." Darius explained.
"It'll more than do, that's an antique, rumor has it, it used to belong to-" Kenji is cutoff by Ben.
"Some big shot rich guy, we get it!" Ben exclaimed in annoyance as Kenji looked almost hurt.
Brooklynn and Darius walk out of the room followed by Ben and Kenji.
Suddenly a loud growl is heard as Brooklynn gasped sharply and they began backing up.
"What the heck was that?!" Ben whispered/yelled out.
They look over at the door as they see a brown snout poke through the door with it's teeth baring.
Kenji suddenly walks out behind the three of them.
"What is tha-woah!" They all yelped as the snout sprang through the door revealing a Monolophosaurus that was green in color.
"Close the door!" Ben exclaimed as Brooklynn, Darius, and himself ran towards the door trying to close the Monolophosaurus out.
"Kenji! Help us!" Brooklynn shouted as Kenji ran over to add to their strength.
After a bit of struggle they finally pushed the Monolophosaurus out and shut the door.
This moment of relaxation allowed them to sigh in relief.
The relief was however short lived as the Monolophosaurus rammed into the door leaving a crack in the door.
This caused them all to jump away from the door as they fell in different directions.
"This door is solid mahogany!" Kenji shouted in disbelief.
"We get it! You're rich, just help Ben keep the door shut so we can barricade it!" Darius yelled out as Brooklynn and Darius ran to get things to barricade the door whilst Ben and Kenji tried to keep it shut.
Brooklynn and Darius pushed one of the couches against the door as Ben and Kenji moved out of the way.
"Careful!" Kenji exclaimed in terror.
As they all got out of the way of the couch Kenji puts a vase on the couch to add to the weight as he puts his hat on whilst joining the others.
"It's not gonna hold!" Ben exclaimed as he realized the door was still being shifted.
"The elevator!" Brooklynn pointed out the dead elevator.
"That's definitely not working." Kenji said to them.
"We can climb down through the shaft." Darius said as he and Brooklynn ran over to the elevator trying to pry the doors open.
They eventually got the doors open as Ben ran in without a second thought.
"Kenji! Come on!" Brooklynn exclaimed as she and Darius strained with the elevator doors.
Kenji then began to hesitate as he ran over to the living room area.
"Kenji!" Darius yelled in despair as they continued straining.
Kenji had ran back to get his daddy's gaddi as he ran back over to the elevator area.
Right as he got there the Monolophosaurus finally had got through the door.
It let out a mighty roar as it chased Kenji.
Brooklynn and Darius both leap onto the cables in order to climb down the shaft.
Kenji barely gets there in time as he basically squeezed past the doors.
"Well, that wasn't very fun." Ben said as they each were hanging to the cables.
Vents
Ali was leading Yasmina and Sammy through the vents as they crawled on all fours.
"We have to go back for the others." Sammy whispered to Yasmina.
"They're safer at the penthouse, we'll meet back up with them after we hit the garage." Yasmina whispered in response.
"If those Monolophosauruses are on the loose, nowhere is sa-" Ali cuts himself off as they all hear a snarling sound causing them to jump.
"Come on girls, let's keep moving forward." Ali said as they began crawling down the vents again.
As Ali was in front he got to the corner first.
Ali looks left to notice it was only empty space as he sighed and turned to his right.
Unfortunately he was met with a mouth full of sharp teeth as a black Monolophosaurus lunged at him with a snap forcing him to dodge the attack upon instinct.
"Woah!" Ali exclaimed as they began backing away from the beast as it lunges again but falls due to it's own momentum.
"Go!" Yasmina exclaimed as they all turned and began crawling back hastily as the Monolophosaurus got back up with a roar and gave chase.
As Yasmina was now technically the front she crawled all the way back to the other end as the others followed.
Suddenly another Monolophosaurus appeared but it was on this side causing them to stop directly in the middle of the vents.
Suddenly they all fall backwards causing them to yelp in surprise.
There was no time for questions however as they sat up realizing both of the Monolophosauruses roaring into their faces.
Sammy suddenly notices a vent going down to another room.
"This one goes down!" Sammy exclaimed as they all looked down the vents.
"Down where?!" Yasmina asked/yelled.
"Anywhere but here is fine!" Ali exclaimed as he leaped down without a second thought.
Yasmina and Sammy both leap in afterwards with two yelps.
The vent had lead them into another hallway.
Ali lands with a roll as he up stood on his feet immediately afterwards.
Sammy landed sort of awkwardly but she quickly stood up.
Yasmina came last as she landed gracefully on her feet.
"Wow Yas, that was-" Sammy is cutoff by a loud roar.
"No time ladies!" Ali exclaimed as they all began running away from the area.
They suddenly get to two large double doors as they open them.
The room inside was basically a giant garage lined with limousines.
"Seriously? Limos in the jungle? I will never understand these people." Ali said as they walked over to some lockers that were in the garage.
Sammy and Yasmina open the first locker door.
"Ooh! Sealant, we can use this to patch the boat!" Yasmina announced as she grabbed the sealant from the locker.
"Good job Yas, now all we need to do is find some gas." Ali said as he looked around the garage before realization struck him.
The Limos had to have gas in atleast some of them right?
Elevator Shaft
Kenji, Ben, Darius, and Brooklynn were all scaling the elevator shaft using the cables.
"Faster Kenji!" Darius yelled as they all grunted with effort.
"Maybe he'd be faster if he would put that stupid thing down!" Ben shouted at them.
"No way! It's an antique!" Kenji yelled back.
Suddenly they hear a loud growl coming from the vents.
Those growls turned into a few loud roars.
"Where are they coming from?" Brooklynn asked as they were now all on the defensive.
Suddenly a dark colored Monolophosaurus bursted through the vents causing Kenji to jump as it snapped at him.
Suddenly another Monolophosaurus popped out of a vent that was on Brooklynn's level as it snapped at her.
Unlike Kenji, Brooklynn was not lucky to be able to hold on to the cables as she began descending with a loud scream.
Brooklynn fortunately grasped the cables again as she slid down the cables swiftly.
As Brooklynn got to the base of the cables she lays on the ground unconscious.
Darius' eyes lit up with fear for Brooklynn's wellbeing.
"Brooklynn!" Darius shouted in complete horror.
Suddenly the Monolophosaurus that snapped at Brooklynn turned to Darius as it lunged at him and tried to bite at him.
"Woah!" Darius exclaimed as he began climbing up a bit.
Brooklynn had regained her consciousness, thankfully she was not hurt.
Brooklynn then began struggling with something as she grunted in frustration.
A Monolophosaurus on Ben's level had lunged at him aswell causing him to also fall down the cables.
"Woa-oof!" Exclaimed Ben as he landed with a loud thud in front of Brooklynn.
"Ben!?" Brooklynn yelled in a questioning tone.
"I'm fine." Ben said as he got up and walked over to her to help.
"We gotta get this vent...open!" Brooklynn exclaimed as they strained.
Darius was still ascending up the cables as the Monolophosaurus had actually leaped onto the cable and began climbing after him.
Darius shrieked as the Monolophosaurus snapped at him.
Kenji is forced to lean backwards as the Monolophosaurus on his level lunged at him.
"Woah!" Kenji exclaimed as he made sure to keep the gaddi safe.
Darius realized that he was losing his grip as the fear struck him.
After one last bout, Darius' fingers slipped off the cables as he fell.
Thankfully Darius was able to somehow catch himself on a pipe.
Realizing he couldn't stay for too long as the pipe wasn't strong enough Darius leaped to a ledge that was below.
The Monolophosaurus was very unfortunate however, as it lost it's grip and fell through the shafts with a loud roar.
"Oh no!" Ben exclaimed as he and Brooklynn ducked out of the way.
The Monolophosaurus' body slammed into the metal floor as it was knocked unconscious.
This was fortunate for them however as the weight of the Monolophosaurus made the floor lower as a tiny double door was revealed.
"Come on Ben!" Brooklynn exclaimed as they both began grunting as they tried to open the doors.
Darius had really been holding onto the ledge for a long time now.
He could feel the strength leaving his arms as he began slipping.
As Darius finally began falling he lets out a terrified shriek.
Brooklynn looked up in horror as she noticed Darius' falling form.
"Darius!" Brooklynn shouted in fear as he continued falling.
Luckily for Darius, he landed on the Monolophosaurus' body which cushioned the blow for him as he sighed in relief and rolled off the beast.
Ben winced at the Monolophosaurus' pained groan.
"Man, that guy's going through it today." Ben said as he shook his head.
Brooklynn crawled over to check on Darius.
"Are you hurt? Are you okay?" Brooklynn questioned as she began checking Darius over.
"Y-Yea, Brooklynn I'm oka-" Darius is cutoff as Brooklynn wrapped her arms around him tightly.
"I was so worried about you." Brooklynn said shocking Darius for a second as he immediately got over his stupor and returned the hug.
"So was I." Darius said as they both clenced their eyes.
"Bleh! Can you guys do this gross couple stuff later? We ha-woah!" Ben exclaimed as the Monolophosaurus woke up and zoned in on them.
The dinosaur roars loudly as the three back up to the doors in fear.
Brooklynn and Darius hold onto eachother as they all shrieked in terror.
Kenji was still dangling upside down at the top of the shaft.
His Captain's hat falls down and lands on the Monolophosaurus distracting it for a bit.
The creature shakes the annoyance off as it roars at Ben, Brooklynn, and Darius angrily.
Ben and Darius had been trying to open the double doors.
Kenji noticed his friends were in danger, he had to do something.
The Monolophosaurus had had enough as it screeched and lunged at them as they screamed in fear.
Before the Monolophosaurus could even get a chance to attack them something hits it in the head rendering it unconscious.
"No way." Ben said in shock and disbelief as they all looked at the downed Monolophosaurus in shock.
What really shocked them was the fact that Kenji's antique was shattered over it's head.
Kenji has descended down as he looked at the broken gaddi in disappointment.
He picked up a piece of the broken gaddi and his Captain's hat mournfully.
"Sorry about that Ken-woah!" Ben exclaimed as the Monolophosaurus had once again rose up with a roar, moment of mourning over.
Kenji slammed the remaining piece of the gaddi that was still intact over the Monolophosaurus' head as it shattered to pieces and downed the dinosaur long enough for all of them to slip through the doors swiftly.
Garage
Ali's plan was working as he stood by the gas tank of one of the limos using a green tube to transfer some gas over to a red jerry can.
"Alright ladies, now we wait." Ali said as he stood up next to Yasmina.
Yasmina turns to Sammy making Ali turn to her aswell.
They both notice the down trodden demeanor Sammy sported.
Ali and Yasmina look at eachother thoughtfully as they then turned back to Sammy and walked over to her.
"Sammy?" Yasmina questioned as Sammy did not even acknowledge their presence.
"Uh, Earth to Sammy." Ali said a bit louder as Sammy jumped a bit and turned to them with her demeanor taking a huge one eighty into happiness.
"Oh, hey guys! Uh, what...?" Sammy asked frantically.
"Is something bothering you?" Yasmina asked Sammy sincerely.
"Yea, come on Samster, you can tell us anything." Ali said as they listened intently.
"It's just that..." Sammy trails off as she looks at them.
Sammy then sighs exasperatedly, it was really hard to talk for some reason.
"Seeing that drawing of Kenji and his family, it made me think, we're about to go home, but, do I even have a home to go back to? What if Manticore is mad I failed at spying for them? Yas, Ali, I'm scared to go home." Sammy opened up finally as they took it all in.
Ali sighed heavily as he turned to Sammy.
"Look Sammy, we'll figure all that stuff out when we get to it, but just know when the time does in fact come, Yas and I will have your back, that's a promise." Ali said as Yasmina rested her arm on his shoulder.
"You won't have to face this alone, we'll be there the entire way." Yasmina added.
"You guys...thank yo-" Sammy is cutoff as they heard a loud roar.
Suddenly two Monolophosauruses burst through the vents as they fell to the floor with loud thuds.
"Get in the limo!" Ali whispered/yelled as they opened the limousine and got in.
Ali let Sammy and Yasmina go first right as the Monolophosauruses began getting up.
As he got into the limo he shut the door which alerted the Monolophosauruses as they walked over to the limousine and began inspecting it.
They could not see inside because of the tinted windows but the trio inside could definitely see them.
"Let's go!" Yasmina yelled/whispered.
"How? We just took the gas out of every limo in here!" Ali whispered/yellef in response.
"Not that one." Sammy said as she pointed out the limo to the far end.
"Oh great, ofcourse it's the one all the way to the end." Ali said as he shook his head.
"Alright guys, let's move, but limo to limo, and quietly." Ali said as he opened the door.
They then opened the door to the limo next to them as they crawled through it and sat in the other limo.
The noise of the door shutting on the second limo got the attention of one of the Monolophosauruses as it roared and walked over to the disturbance.
'So much for quiet.' Ali thought to himself.
The three all breathed heavily in fear as they watched the Monolophosauruses from the tinted back windshield.
Yasmina looked up to see that the Monolophosaurus had moved away from the limo slightly.
"Coast is clear." Yasmina confirmed as Ali opened the door and began leading them to the third limo.
They got into the limo as they shut the door which once again alerted the Monolophosauruses.
"Okay girls, only one more left, lets do this." Ali informed them as they each shared looks of determination.
This time Sammy went to open the door but she immediately jumped back in fear as one of the Monolophosauruses ran past the door.
Yasmina turns behind her to see that the other Monolophosaurus was on her side.
"They're circling us." Yasmina pointed out from her position.
"Alright, on the count of three, run." Ali said as they nodded.
"One...two...three!" Ali exclaimed as they opened the door swiftly and sprinted towards the final limousine.
This alerts both of the Monolophosauruses as they roared and gave chase to their prey.
They all made it to the limousine as they opened the doors with haste.
Sammy and Yasmina got into the back of the limo as Ali got into the driver's seat.
One of the Monolophosauruses tries to snap at Sammy before the backdoor had closed.
The creature whined in pain as Yasmina kicked it in it's jaw and closed the door quickly, one down.
Suddenly the second Monolophosaurus jumps onto the front windshield startling them all.
"Go!" Sammy exclaimed as Ali turned the keys in the ignition, presses the gas, and reverses as the sound of the tires screeching was all that was heard.
The Monolophosaurus had leaped off of the windshield and landed in the middle of the way.
"Go! Go! Go!" Sammy and Yasmina yelled simultaneously.
"I'm doing that!" Ali shouted back as he switched the gear into drive and sped towards the Monolophosaurus.
Said Monolophosaurus leaps out of the way of the speeding limousine as it was left in a cloud of smoke.
The Monolophosaurus gave chase as Ali turned a corner and began driving up the driveway to leave the garage.
Team Darius
Team Darius had escaped the penthouse as they ran through the doors with loud screams.
Unfortunately they were still being chased by two Monolophosauruses.
Suddenly they hear an engine hum and a horn honk twice.
They all turn to see Ali drive up beside them with the limousine.
Yasmina and Sammy open the door to the limousine as all four of them leap into the car without a second thought.
Before they could get the door closed however two Monolophosauruses show up and lunge at them.
Suddenly out of literally nowhere came Bumpy as she slammed into the Monolophosauruses rendering them unconscious.
"Woo! That's what I call a sack!" Ali shouted as he sped up a bit.
"Let's hit it, Bumpy!" Ben shouted out to his friend as she turned with a roar and chased after the limo.
"Where did you learn how to drive?" Darius questioned Ali.
"Let's just say, me and my cousin were bad kids when we were younger, may or may not have taken my aunt's car for a couple rides." Ali said as they all looked at him as if he had grown two heads.
"Well I'm not complaining, because we're alive!" Kenji exclaimed as they all began cheering as they drove through the jungle.
Yacht
They had made their way back on to the boat safely.
Yet another life threatening crisis averted.
Darius was in the control room as he set the compass down.
Ali walked into the room a little later.
"And the gas is in the ship." Ali said as they smiled at eachother.
Darius soon turns his attention to Kenji who was sitting in sorrow outside of the control room.
Darius and Ali look at eachother as they both turn to Kenji and walk towards him.
'Deja vu.' Ali mentally stated as he remembered the conversation with Sammy.
Ali and Darius sat at the opposite sides of Kenji.
"Cheer up Kenji, with all the stuff we found at your place we'll be out of here in no time." Darius reassured him.
"I-I know, I guess I thought by seeing the penthouse, you guys would finally think that I'm...I-I mean I just wanted to show you all a good time before we left the island." Kenji admitted frantically.
"What do you mean Kenji? You did show us a great time, that was quite possibly the most fun we had here from this entire experience." Ali said as Darius nodded in agreement.
"I mean, minus the dinosaurs trying to kill us." Darius added in.
"Was trying to leave that part out, D." Ali said through gritted teeth.
"Sorry." Darius said as he rubbed the back of his head.
"But seriously Kenji, you know we don't care about all of those expensive rich people things, that's not what makes you cool Kenji, you're funny, loyal, and charismatic, that's what makes you, you, your father may not tell you this often because of the man he is, but Kenji you're a great person." Ali said as Kenji looked at him as his expression visibly changed.
"Yea come on Kenji, you fought off a dinosaur in a elevator shaft." Darius added in.
"Even though I give you a hard time Kenji, I'm willing to admit you're a good guy, and an even greater friend." Ali said as he got up and began leaving.
Darius left soon after as he went to go check on Brooklynn.
Kenji pulled out his drawing as he looked at it lovingly.
'I should add them to my new family drawing, I knew I made the right choice in my brothers.' Kenji mentally stated.
Ali had went to the lower deck as he noticed Sammy sitting on the couch moping.
Yasmina soon came around the corner on the other side as they both looked at eachother then back to Sammy.
Ali hated seeing people like Sammy, upset they were always cheery but when they got upset it was saddening.
Ali and Yasmina both sit on the opposite sides of Sammy on the couch.
"I know what you two are about to say, it stinks that I have to be so worried about my family, but, maybe I don't have to sit here and worry, maybe I can help them somehow, maybe I should do something, that's exactly what I'm gonna do, do something about it!" Sammy exclaimed as her usual bubbly attitude was back.
"Aww, thanks you guys, you guys are awesome!" Sammy exclaimed as she brought them both into embraces.
She soon lets them go as she walks away.
Ali looks at her retreating form with a puzzled expression.
"What exactly did we do?" Ali questioned Yasmina.
"I don't know what we did, but we nailed it." Yasmina said as she raised her fist to him.
"I'm fine with that, today's been exhausting." Ali said as they bumped fists.
"Just gotta thank Allah for letting us survive another day." Yasmina stated.
"Wait, you're religious?" Ali asked.
"Nah, I'm not the most religious person but I do believe in Allah." Yasmina informed him.
"I can agree with that sentiment, I'm definitely not a saint or a really deep in to it Christian but, I do belive in the most high, and I thank God everyday we all wake up to another day." Ali said as they watched the sun set.
"Aww, that's sweet." Yasmina said as they fell in to a bit of silence.
Until finally Ali broke that silence.
"Hey Yas, can you teach me about Muslim culture? It's always interested me, because my dad told me my name is of Muslim descent, seeing as though my great grandfather was actually Muslim, so I feel like this'll help me figure out my heritage more." Ali stated.
"Yes, your name is actually 'of great wisdom' in Arabic, so that explains a lot." Yasmina said with a chuckle.
"But sure, I can teach you the stuff I know about Muslim culture, my mom's the real expert on this stuff." Yasmina informed him.
"Don't worry Yas, I'm happy with any info you give me." Ali said with a smile, which Yasmina returned.
Yasmina then laid her head on his shoulder as he put his arm around her shoulder.
The two got comfortable as they both took this time to relax, the setting Sun was a nice view to end the eventful dat off.
Darius was next to the hole in the ship as he ripped off the remaining duct tape.
"So, how are we gonna fix this thing?" Darius asked Brooklynn as Sammy walked up.
"I don't know, I never got around to making a unboxing boat repair video." Brooklynn said with a chuckle.
"Too bad, I bet it would have tons of views." Sammy pointed out.
Soon everyone was in on the discussion.
"Alright ladies and gents, any suggestions for the yacht hole?" Ali asked as everyone began throwing suggestions out.
The camp fam was finally starting to win at life.
Jungle
It was night time in the forest as most of the creatures were asleep, apart from the nocturnal ones ofcourse.
A drone zips through the forest as the camera on the drone picks up random things in the jungle.
Suddenly a roar is heard as a black figure runs by the drone swiftly.
Suddenly the footage turns into static as the drone was destroyed and thrown to the ground.
The creature from before stomped over to the drone as it stood over the destroyed piece of technology.
The dinosaur then lets out a loud piercing roar that more than likely woke up the entire jungle.
