Seven years have passed since the battle between Omega Shenron against Goku and Vegeta. Chi-Chi passed away thanks to a unknown virus that killed her slowly over the last few months. Her last wish was for Goku to go on a adventure on a new world, that world end up to be Earthland. An adventure that will change the history of Earthland and the entire Universe 6th is about to begin..

Hello everyone! Welcome back to another chapter of the Golden Fairy! As you guys have notice, I changed the title from Remastered to Remake completely because I began to realize that this story is becoming much more different than the original. So I thought changing the title to remake was appropriate.

Also have you guys seen the new trailer for Dragon Ball Daima? It looks pretty awesome and with the premise involving the Makai World is really gonna give me ideas that I can use in this story! And that's not mentioning how 100 Years Quest is becoming more interesting with the oncoming three way battle between Team Natsu, Ignia's faction and the Black Wizard Faris. It really feels great when some of your favorite shows are getting their respective spotlight.

Now since that's out of the way, let's get this chapter stared where you will start to see some major changes compare to the original when it comes to characters! So just giving you a heads up!

Chapter 12: Counterattack

Fairy Tail Guild... Magnolia.. Kingdom of Fiore.. July 26th, X784.. Late Afternoon..

The Saiyan God along with the Celestial Mage arrived to the basement of the guild via Instant Transmission, where they could see most of the guild mates helping each other wrapping themselves with bandages from the scratches that they got against Phantom Lord. However, they all stopped when they noticed Goku's and Lucy's presence..

"Goku! Lucy! You guys are back!" exclaimed Nab with a happy expression as he was wrapped up by bandages..

"See, I told you guys that Goku was going to bring Lucy back!" said Natsu with a grin on his face, after all he was happy that his friends were safe and sound..

"Nobody was doubting your word Natsu, after all Goku is the strongest member of the guild currently so he would no doubt be able to rescue Lucy.." responded Ur casually as she made her way towards where Goku was standing next to Lucy, who didn't want to separated herself from him which was noticed by the Ice-maker master but decided to point it out "I assume that the rescuing mission went without any issues huh?"

"Yep! I didn't even encounter the Guild Master of Phantom Lord since Lucy-chan was already falling from where she was captured so I rescued her from crashing into the ground.." explained the Saiyan God neutrally towards Ur who nodded at his explanation "So where's Erza-chan and Mira-chan? I don't see them around..?"

"Mira needed to contact the other S-Class Mages from our guild to support us in this war and Erza went to take a shower to de-stress herself.." explained Gray as he also made his way to where Goku was standing along with the others.. "By the way Lucy, what happened? Why did Phantom Lord was trying to capture you when you have done nothing to them.."

"About that, I want everyone to listen to this since it's one of the main reasons why Phantom Lord attacked Fairy Tail and why they tried to capture me.." stated Lucy to the members of Team Natsu who nodded at her request and began to round up everyone that was available to hear her story. After everyone was gathered together to the middle of the basement hall, the Celestial Mage began to speak about who she truly is along with her past and why Phantom Lord were so keen in capturing her..

To say that most of the guild mates were shocked to learn that she is the daughter of a richest man in the continent would be an understatement..

"I'm sorry that I hid this secret from all of you that everyone is suffering the consequences of me being here.." commented Lucy with a saddened expression as she stares at everyone "If going back home means that Phantom Lord will stop their attack, then I'm willing to do the sacrifice if it means that all of you will be safe..!"

Everyone stayed quiet at her comment that nobody wanted to break the tense silence. However, a certain Saiyan was the one who spoke up first..

"Come on Lucy-chan don't say that! Do you really think anyone in the guild will let you go back to a place where you were never happy to begin with.." said Goku with a soft smile as he grabs her shoulder to support her "And even if you give yourself in, I'll make sure to bring you back to the place where you are truly happy!"

"Goku is right Lucy! You're part of the Fairy Tail family and we take care of each other no matter what!" added Natsu to the conversation with his own smile as he tries to reassure his friend..

"Yeah you're one of us from the moment you joined and it will be like that forever..!" said Gray with a small smirk towards the Celestial Mage, this was followed by everyone giving their own comments about how Lucy was now a permanent member of Fairy Tail and how they will take care of her from any enemies.. Lucy couldn't help but to start to feel overwhelmed by all the love she was feeling from her guild mates..

"Goku-kun.. Everyone.. Thank you for supporting me!" exclaimed the blonde-haired mage emotionally as she began to let some tears of happiness come down from her face.. Everyone that was near her couldn't help but to smile that they were able to make Lucy feel more welcomed than ever..

Meanwhile that was going on, Goku attention went towards Loke as he was sitting down at the bar looking at Lucy with a solemn expression. But what left the Saiyan God perplexed was that his energy was decreasing despite of not even fighting. Before he could continue that train of thought, his gaze landed at Cana who was staring at multiple cards being light up at a table. This got the Saiyan's attention and decided to head where the Card mage was standing..

"Hey Cana-chan what are you doing?" asked Goku with curiosity as he looms over where he could see that she was using multiple magic cards

"I'm trying to locate the position of our S-Class Mages, specially Mystogan who is harder to track. But unfortunately I wasn't able to locate any of them..!" responded Cana with frustration in her tone of voice as she took a swing from her beer bottle "And not only that, Phantom Lord is going to come knock on our doors with their entire guild sooner than later..! We truly are in some deep shit if the Master doesn't wake up by then.."

"I see.." said Goku neutrally as he began to notice that although he was the strongest in the guild, most of them don't believe they could win without Makarov leading the charge. If only he could actually show what he's truly capable off to prove that they can win with no problems. Unfortunately, he needed to keep the image of being from this world a bit longer..

The Saiyan's attention then landed on Mirajane who was talking to someone through a Lacrima communicator, when Goku got closer to her he got surprised that she was talking with Makarov's grandson, Laxus Dreyar..

"Please Laxus we need you to comeback and help us! Master is in a coma after his encounter with Jose Porla and Mystogan can't be found anywhere! You're the only one we can rely on to help us.." pleaded the white-haired barmaid towards Laxus who's face turned into a smug expression

"And why should I give my support? To help the shitty old timer after he fucked up for going against another guild?" responded Laxus through the Lacrima with a cocky expression towards Mirajane who was getting more frustrated by the second

"That piece of shit.." murmured Cana angrily who was hearing the conversation going on from her spot..

"Don't you see the big picture? The old man stared all this mess because some weaklings couldn't defend themselves so it's his responsibility to fix it, not mines.." stated Makarov's grandson with his arms crossed but still keeping his smug expression

"He's your grandfather! Aren't you even worried about his health?!" exclaimed Mirajane with a frustrated tone of voice "And besides! Lucy our guild mate is being targeted by them! Phantom Lord is attacking one of our own!"

"Ah, you mean the newbie with the big boobs that came with the old man's golden child?" asked Laxus with a dark smile on his face, Goku's face turned into a serious one as he heard that Laxus was also referring to him when he said 'old man's golden child' "I have three conditions if you want my help. First tell that blondie to become my women and she needs to be dressed up in skimpy clothes when she meets with me, hell you can even join her to make it more tempting! Second, make sure the old man retires from his position as Guild Master and hands it to me when he wakes up and lastly.. Son Goku needs to leave the guild immediately, I don't need frauds in my guild who get handed to them everything on the golden platter!"

"Do you really think we will accept those conditions you bastard!?" exclaimed Cana with anger as she was getting tired of the shit Laxus was spewing from his mouth..

Before the white-haired barmaid could give her own response, all of the sudden the Lacrima suddenly was destroyed that it send small shards through the room which made almost everyone yelp from the shock. Mirajane then noticed that Goku had his right hand extended at the direction where the Lacrima used to be, which made her come to the realization that he was responsible for destroying it all of the sudden..

"G-Goku-kun? Did you just destroyed the Lacrima that I was using..?" asked Mirajane with bewildered expression towards the Saiyan God who still kept his serious expression..

"Yeah I did, I used my Telekinesis to destroy the Lacrima.." responded Goku dangerously calm towards the white-haired barmaid who was surprised to learn that her crush knows such advance and dangerous technique. However, she couldn't continue those thoughts as he saw Goku turned around began to walk away.. "If you wondering why I did that it's because I can't stand people talking down to my friends in times of need, specially if it's someone like Lucy-chan or even you, Mira-chan who are just asking for help in situations like these. You guys don't deserved to be treated like that.."

"Goku-kun..." said Cana to herself as she felt moved by his small speech he gave. Actions like these is what made her fall for him hard and she doesn't blame any female member if they feel the same..

"Goku-kun destroyed the Lacrima because he was angry after how Laxus talked to me. Does he really cares that much about me?" thought Mirajane as she felt multiple feelings going through her body, but the one that was standing out the most was adoration towards the person she has fallen in love for.. "To believe that people like him still exist in this world.."

"And besides, we don't need his help at all! With my strength is more than enough to turn the ties of this battle!" added the Saiyan God with a confident smirk towards both girls, but specifically towards Mirajane who was still shocked from Goku's actions. Before the Saiyan raised on Earth could walk away, in an act of impulse Mirajane ran towards him and begins to hug him tightly from behind which took Goku by surprise "M-Mira-chan..? What are you-.."

"Thank you Goku-kun.. Thank you so much.." murmured the white-haired barmaid as she let some silent tears come down from her face..

"Come on Mira-chan don't cry. I was just doing what I felt was right.." responded Goku softly as he turns around to face her "Do you really think I was going to let him talk to you like that when all you asked was for his help? No way I was going to let that go on any longer!"

"I know.. But I just can't help but to feel frustrated at the fact of not being able to get support from our allies! I couldn't even do anything when Lucy got kidnapped!" exclaimed Mirajane with frustration as she couldn't stopped her tears coming down her face "I just feel so useless.."

"Mira-chan listen.." said the Saiyan God in a serious but soft tone towards the white-haired girl as she looks up to him with puffy eyes "Don't be so hard on yourself, we were all taken by surprised when Lucy-chan was captured so don't blame it on yourself! And besides you're not useless, you helped around in the guild so much that you keep it afloat yourself when the Master is not here, so take pride on that..!"

Mirajane couldn't help but to slightly blush as she cleans her tears and stares at the Saiyan God with adoration. So innocent and yet was able to make her feel this way all the time without any ulterior motives. Goku truly was different compared to other men she came across in her life..

If only she could be brave enough to admit her love towards him right then and there..

Scene Change... Fairy Tail shower room...

In one of Fairy Tail's shower room, we could Erza taking a shower but at the same time she was enveloped by her thoughts about what happened today. Her Master was now in a coma thanks to Jose Porla getting him into a trap, which hit the morality of guild members. She was aware that they could have defeated Phantom Lord right there with the forces that they had, but it would come at the sacrifice of Master's life which is something Erza was not willing to do..

She felt that it was the right decision to tell Goku to command everyone to retreat..

Speaking of the Saiyan God, the Re-quip mage knew that without Master on the fray it would be up to Goku to lead them to victory. If there's one person that can inspire hope within everyone in the guild then it has to be him.. However, what had her concerned was the expression that Goku was giving her when she recommended to leave the battlefield to heal the Master.. It was as if he wanted to fight everyone by himself..

He wanted to sacrifice himself so the others could escape freely

"It was a good thing that I manage to convince Goku-kun to come with us instead of staying behind fighting every Phantom Lord member including Jose Porla. We can't afford to lose someone so precious and valuable" thought Erza as she felt frustration building up within her that she punches the wall of the shower, which leaves a small crater behind "He's the only one who could be able to fight Jose Porla on equal grounds! It makes me mad that I'm not powerful enough to help him and stand at his side.. It's becoming clearer that I need to become stronger if I want to help Goku-kun in these situations!"

Before she could continue with her train of thoughts, the ground was beginning to shake violently which surprised Erza since she couldn't sense anyone releasing their Magic power and she highly doubt it was Goku since she would have felt the pressure of his power. Not wanting to waste time, Erza quickly gets out of the shower and Re-quips into her Heart Kreuz armor and heads to the guild's backyard where everyone was gathering. From the distance where the Magnolia's lake is located she saw something that left her in awe and will never forget..

It was the Phantom Lord Guild transformed as a mecha walking towards their direction..

"Woah.. I didn't expect that from them.." commented the Saiyan God with a surprised tone of voice as he was standing close to Erza, along with the other members of Team Natsu..

"Neither did we!" responded Gray with a frustrated tone of voice "We didn't expect Phantom Lord to bring their entire guild hall as a Mecha! This is ridiculous..!"

"Those bastards..!" murmured Natsu angrily as he glares at the mecha that was getting closer to their direction..

"I would never imagine that they were hiding something like this.." added Ur with sweat coming down her forehead, she really didn't expect that technology could advance this much meanwhile she was in a coma for the last ten years..

Meanwhile that was going on, at the top of the Phantom Lord mecha we could see Jose Porla standing with his arms behind as he was located in the main room where he could see the entirety of Fairy Tail and Magnolia itself..

"Prepare the Jupiter Cannon! I don't want any single one of them to be alive!" commanded Jose with a dark smile on his face towards the guild members who were controlling the Mecha

"Yes Jose-sama!" responded everyone as they activated the protocols of activating the Jupiter Cannon. Everyone who was watching from the Fairy Tail guild began to notice that the Mecha was releasing a giant cannon from the middle, followed by beginning to charge a great amount of Magic energy which Goku noticed first..

"That cannon is about to unleashed a blast of energy that can destroy the entirety of Magnolia! Are they planning to kill everyone in the city despite of not being involved in the war?!" thought the Saiyan God with anger as he notice how most of the guild members were feeling afraid at the impending doom approaching "I need to stop it before-.."

"Re-quip!" shouted Erza as she was enveloped in a blinding light that caught everyone's attention. As the light began to died down it reveals her new armor known as Adamantine Armor, which gives her immense high defense that she was confident enough that it will stop the blast coming from the Jupiter Cannon.. "Everyone get behind me! I'll protect everyone from the incoming blast!"

"Don't do it Erza-chan! Your Magic level is not enough to stop a city-busting attack despite having the best defense! It will leave you severely damage!" said Goku with urgency towards the red-haired mage. Just by sensing her energy he could tell she's not strong enough to tank such devastating attack despite possessing an Armor with high defense..

"Goku is right Erza! You will die if you go through this plan!" added Natsu to the conversation with urgency as well..

"If I die, then at least I'll die saving the guild which is enough for me!" responded Erza with determination on her face as she summons a big shield in front of her to protect everyone..

"No..." murmured the Celestial Mage as she was feeling guilty once again, her actions might cause the death of one of her friends or even worst the destruction of the entire city..

"Fire!" shouted the guild master of Phantom Lord as he commanded his guild members to unleash the Magic blast from the Jupiter Cannon. Immediately, the cannon releases a massive purple beam of Magic energy that was approaching at blinding speeds towards the Fairy Tail guild. Everyone stayed still with a fearful expressions, waiting what would happened next and if Erza was going to be able to save them..

However, what happens next would leave everyone surprised and confused since it happened all in a instant..

Through Goku's point of view, everyone began to move in super slow motion as he uses his Instant Transmission and appears in front of the purple blast mid way through. He puts his arms in a 'X' form and blocks the incoming attack which causes a massive explosion that sends a shock-wave through the entirety of Magnolia, followed by sending city-sized wind gusts through its surroundings..

"What the?!" said the Re-quip mage in surprised, since she didn't expect the Magic blast to explode all of the sudden mid-way through..

"The blast suddenly exploded on the way!" added Natsu to conversation as he covers himself from the wind-gust

"Whatever stopped the attack really saved our asses! We weren't ready to block such attack that quickly!" said Gray with some relief in his tone of voice, as he also covers his face from the massive wind gusts

"Wait where is Goku-kun..?" wondered both Lucy and Mirajane at the same time at they noticed the Saiyan God was missing from his spot and began to look around. However, both girls expressions began to turn into a horrifying one as they came to the realization that there's only one reason why Goku wasn't present and it had to do to the sudden explosion that just happened "Oh no.. Don't tell me that-?!"

When the smoke began to died down, everyone's expression turned to a shocked one when the saw Goku floating in the air with his arms crossed in a 'X' and with his blue gi almost destroyed which revealed part of his upper body and some holes on his pants.

However, what surprised everyone the most was that the Saiyan God didn't had any scratch or injury in his body after such explosion..

Goku has just saved the entire guild along with Magnolia..

"Goku/Goku-kun/Goku-san!" shouted every member of Fairy Tail with surprise and concern as they stare at Goku beginning to put his arms down and stares at the Phantom Lord mecha with a serious expression, specifically where Jose Porla was located who had a stunned expression after what just happened..

"What a shame.. I was hoping for that attack to actually do some damage without me increasing my power, but as expected it I was able to withstand it with ease.." stated Goku with a serious tone as he completely removes his upper damaged gi which leaves his whole entire upper body exposed "If that's all what you can offer power-wise Phantom Lord, then you guys are in serious problems for attacking my friends and capturing Lucy-chan! I hope you guys are ready to receive the consequences!"

"No way, Goku was able to stop an attack like that with no problems..!" thought the Dragon Slayer with awe as he stares at the floating Saiyan God with admiration "That was so cool! I want to do that too!"

"He moved so fast that he was able to stop the Jupiter Cannon with just his body, if it wasn't for him Erza would have been greatly damaged.." said Gray to himself as he could feel sweat coming down from his forehead, if it wasn't for Goku saving everyone who knows what would have happened..

The girls who had feelings towards the Saiyan couldn't help but to feel shocked at the fact that he was able to withstand such powerful attack. However, it was Erza who was the most taken aback from Goku's action, although she was amazed at the fact that Goku was able to block such devastating attack it made her realize just how wide the power gap is between them..

It made her frustrated that they need to rely on Goku more than ever, meanwhile they can't returned the favor back to him since they are not at his level..

Before she could continue her train of thoughts, the Saiyan God re-appears in front of them via Instant Transmission which caught everyone's attention..

"Goku-kun! Are you okay..?!" asked Lucy with concern in her tone of voice as she checks on Goku if he had any major injuries..

"Besides my gi being almost completely destroyed I'm okay!" responded the Saiyan God with a smile towards the Celestial Mage, who just realized that Goku's upper body was completely exposed which made her blush comically..

"Why did you do it?! You know that attack could have left you in a bad state if I hadn't seen what you're able to do in person!" stated Erza as she chastise the Saiyan God who just flashed her his famous grin..

"Come on Erza-chan don't be like that! You know an attack like that wasn't going to injure me so I took it head on. Besides, I wasn't gonna let such attack reach you or the others knowing that it will severely injured you" explained the black-haired Saiyan with a carefree attitude towards the swords-women, who felt a slight blush staring to creep up to her face at hearing that he wasn't going to let any attack harm her..

"Still, if you try to do that again then I'll make sure to freeze you on the spot.." said Ur with a 'smile' towards the Saiyan God who felt a chill going down on his spine when he looked at that 'smile'

"Ur-san is right Goku-kun, if you do something reckless that puts you in danger again then I have no choice but to cut your food intake in the guild.." added Mirajane to the conversation a smile that was eerly similar to Ur's. Goku couldn't help but to sweat comically when he looked at those two 'smiles' staring at him deeply to his soul..

He decided to respond back with a few simple words..

"No promises but I'll keep that in mind I promise.." responded Goku with a nervous chuckle towards the two women, who were somewhat satisfied by his answer of not getting into danger..

However, their conversation was interrupted by Jose who was finally out of his shocked state and spoke up through the speakers of the mecha guild, which caught the attention of everyone..

"Son Goku, you might have been able to stop the blast released from the Jupiter Cannon, but let me assure you that it will only delay the impending destruction of Magnolia and your pathetic guild!" responded Jose through the speakers with smug expression, along with his eyes turning dark thanks to his Magic "In fifteen minutes, the Jupiter Cannon will release another blast that will be far stronger than the previous one! So give up the Heartfilia girl and accept your destiny to become dust!"

After he said those words, every Fairy Tail mage that was currently outside staring at the mecha began to shout back about 'not giving back one of their own', along with saying 'not giving up without a fight'. Lucy was seeing all of this going down and couldn't help but to feel more saddened than happy..

"All of these people willing to protect me despite going through all this pain that I brought upon them.." said Lucy within her mind as she couldn't help but to let some tears start coming down on her face, then her gaze landed on Goku who was staring at the mecha with a serious expression "Even my beloved Goku-kun could end up dying if he keeps blocking those type of attacks.. I need to gi-.."

However, Lucy's train of thoughts were interrupted by a certain Saiyan God who spoke up out-loud which caught everyone's attention..

"Not a chance!" exclaimed Goku with a determine expression as he began to walk forwards "If you really think we're going to back down and give up Lucy-chan then you got another thing coming Jose! You have to go through my dead body if you want that to happen! And I highly doubt you have the abilities to kill me..!"

"What the..!?" said the Guild Master of Phantom Lord in shock at hearing the answer of from the Wizard Saint candidate..

"Goku-kun..?" murmured Lucy in awe as she stares at the Saiyan God with a captivated expression, leave it to her beloved to be the one to protect her to the point he was willing to die for her.. It just made her realize that kissing him in a act of impulse was the right decision..

"What he said pal!" responded the Dragon Slayer out-loud as he began to stand next to Goku "You have to take Lucy over our dead bodies! We will destroy you for what you done!"

"I see.. THEN SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES OF BRINGING THIS ENTIRE CITY INTO TOTAL ANNIHILATION! ENJOY THESE FIFTEEN MINUTES LIKE THEY ARE THE LAST YOU WILL EVER SEEN!" shouted Jose with rage as he commanded his guild members to start charging the Jupiter Cannon once again

"Not on my watch!" shouted Goku as he raised his right hand into the sky and began to channel his Ki into his right hand palm. This caused the ground to began to shake which made everyone stared at the Saiyan with surprise

"The whole ground is beginning to shake!" stated Ur out-loud as she stares at the Saiyan God with a surprise expression "What is Goku planning to do?!"

"I'm not sure but it must be something huge..!" added Mirajane to the conversation as she also stared at Goku with a stunned expression "The amount of power he's releasing is far greater that I could ever release in my Satan Soul two years ago..!"

In Goku's right hand, everyone could see a blue energy disk began to form along with lightning sparks which made some guild members yelp in surprise..

"Wait, I know that technique! Isn't that-" before the Celestial Mage could finish up her sentence, it was Goku who spoke out-loud..

"Kienzan!" shouted Goku as he finishes molding his attack into a perfect energy disk..

"Woah.. That looks awesome.." murmured Natsu in amazement as he stares at Goku's powerful technique that he was holding with ease..

"What are you planning to do Goku-kun?" asked Erza with curiosity towards the Saiyan God, who just chuckled at her question..

"Just watch this.." simply said Goku as he gave a mighty shout and launches the Kienzan towards the Phantom Lord mecha. Jose couldn't help but smile arrogantly when he saw such puny attack coming towards his mecha which wouldn't be scratched at all. However, all of the sudden the Kienzan grew multiple times which shocked Jose and everyone else watching, followed by directly cutting the Jupiter Cannon from the Mecha in a vertical way. In a instant, the cannon began to fall into the ocean that causes a small Tsunami that didn't affect the Magnolia shoreline..

Everyone who witnessed such displayed of power from Goku, couldn't help but to feel in awe and fear since he was able to cut the Jupiter Cannon with such ease. It just left them speechless..

"He was able to cut the Jupiter Cannon in half?!" exclaimed Gray with a stunned expression on his face

"And not only that.." added Natsu to the conversation as he glares at Goku comically "How come you haven't shown us such awesome technique!?"

"Because you guys need to learn how to mold Ki more properly, besides this is one of the next technique you guys will learn next.." explained the Saiyan God neutrally towards the Dragon Slayer, who was somewhat satisfied by his answer..

However, their attention went back to the Guild Master of Phantom Lord who spoke up through the speakers with a enraged tone of voice..

"If you think destroying the Jupiter Cannon will avoid the destruction of your puny guild then your sorely mistaken!" exclaimed Jose angrily as he began to unleash his Magic power, which created a heavy pressure in the room he was located "Activate the protocol to activate the Phantom MK II!"

"Y-Yes Jose-sama!" exclaimed back the guild members with sweat coming down their foreheads, thanks to the pressure their Guild Master was emitting. Every Fairy Tail member who was outside watching began to notice that the guild mecha was beginning to transform into a more menacing form. The results being a bizarre transformation that is a gargantuan, humanoid mechanical being that's standing on two legs, possessing a pair of large arms, with its dark hands having just the thumbs and two more fingers, and bright "eyes" visible in the crack of its helmet.

All of this together made the mecha look more humanoid which was creepy for some guild members

However, what caught the attention of Goku and the other mages the most was the Magic circle that began to appear above the mecha. The Saiyan God could tell that it was emitting a greater amount of energy compared to the Jupiter Cannon by multiple times. Before he could say something, the Guild Master spoke up once again..

"And now for the icing on the cake.. Shade!" exclaimed Jose maliciously as he began to unleash thousands of purple ghostly figures from his body, some of them with swords, spears and even magic books. All of the ghostly figures began to gather outside the mecha guild, which made the view of their enemy more intimidating..

"What are those things? I never seen them before and I can't seem to sense their energy at all!" asked the Saiyan God out-loud as he stares at Jose's army of ghostly figures with a serious expression "Not only that, the Magic Circle above the mecha is emitting a massive amount of energy greater than the Jupiter Cannon.."

"That's Jose Porla shadow magic known as Shade. He's able to manipulate ghostly figures and shape them into soldiers with weapons and even grant them elemental magic like lightning. The magic circle above the mecha is known as the Abyss Break, a highly destructive spell that is able to wipe out an entire city and its surroundings if we are not able to turn off the source of its power.." explained Cana towards Goku who seemed to be satisfied from her answer..

"I see.." said Goku neutrally as he began to extend his sensing ability radius to the point it covered the entire city of Magnolia, in a instant the black-haired Saiyan was able to pinpoint the source that is powering up the Abyss Break which made him smirk in success "Alright here's the plan. Cana-chan and Ur! I want you guys to stay here and help to fight off the ghostly enemies with the other guild mates, both of you guys are in charge in giving orders!"

Both Cana and Ur were surprised by the sudden tone Goku was taking, but they couldn't help but to feel elated that the man they have feelings for was trusting them for something important..

"Don't worry Goku-kun! I'll make sure to not disappoint you, after all I'm one of your students so I need to lead them to victory..!" responded Cana with a soft smile as she gave a thumbs up towards the Saiyan God..

"What the girl said, we'll make sure to support everyone in the battle! So don't worry and do what you got to do Goku.." added the Ice-maker master with a confident smile on her face towards her savior who smiled back

"Right!" responded Goku as he then moves his gaze towards the other members of Team Natsu and Elfman who was standing close to them "Natsu, Gray, Erza-chan and Elfman! I want you guys to come with me to take down Jose Porla and the Element Four members, who are using their energy to create the Abyss Break spell. It will be essential that we defeat them before the spell goes off so we can't waste anymore time!"

"Indeed, time is not in out side at this moment.." responded Erza with determination as she Re-quips into her Black Wing Armor "If you think that defeating Jose and the Element Four is essential to save Magnolia, then I'll make sure to use my sword to cut them down!"

"Alright I'm fired up to do this!" added Natsu to the conversation as he collide both of his fist to create fire "I'm going to beat that bum Gajeel for thinking he's the strongest Dragon Slayer in the country! Happy I'm going to need your wings to support me! Think you up for the task?"

"Aye sir! Whenever you go I'll go!" responded the Exceed with a confident smile to his 'father' figure..

"Great, I was getting bored of being just a spectator.." stated Gray neutrally as he cracked his knuckles and began to stretch his limbs "Those Elemental Four bastards won't know what hit them!"

"Oh yeah! I'm going to show them what a real men can do!" said the white-haired mage with enthusiasm as he lifts up his fist to the sky..

"Alright guys! Grabbed on to me I'll teleport us into the mecha.." stated Goku towards his group, who nodded in agreement as they went to grab on to his shoulder. Before the Saiyan God could teleport, he notice that the Celestial Mage was staring at him deeply like she wanted to say something "Is there something wrong Lucy-chan?"

"N-No it's just that.. I notice that you didn't include me in any of your plans.. Is it because you consider me weak..? Is it because I can't even protect myself from the enemies" murmured Lucy but was loud enough for Goku to hear. The Celestial Mage knew that she wasn't up to par when it comes to the mages in Fairy Tail, specially members of Team Natsu who seemed to get stronger each day. But it hurts the most when her beloved even considers her not up to par to fight in this battle..

It just re-affirms her believe that she's always the weakest one..

Before she could continue her train of thoughts. Goku got Lucy's attention by grabbing both of her shoulders which slightly startled her, followed by a slight blush forming on her face..

"Lucy-chan, the reason why I didn't include you into this mission it's not because I think you're weak. It's because your the most important part of the mission along with saving Magnolia, which is protecting you at any cost. I wasn't lying when I said I will do anything to prevent you from getting capture.." explained Goku with serious but soft expression towards the Celestial Mage, who was stunned from hearing his words of concern towards her "That's why I had Cana-chan and Ur to be in charge of everyone else, meanwhile the rest of us fight Jose and the Element Four so they don't have any chance to capture you.."

"G-Goku-kun.." murmured the Celestial Mage as she didn't have any words to say to her beloved at the moment, he was doing all of this planning to just protect her from the enemies.

He really is like a guardian angel that protects her from any harm..

"In fact, after all of this is over I'll give you a proposition that will help you to get you stronger!" exclaimed Goku with a grin as he lets go of her shoulders and puts his two fingers on his forehead ready to teleport.. "Alright, we have to go Lucy-chan! Stay safe!"

"Wait! B-Before you go..!" said Lucy in a meekly tone as she got close to the Saiyan God and gives him a quick kiss in the cheek, which not only surprised Goku but also the rest of Fairy Tail mages who were watching, specially the female members.. "T-Thank you for cheering me up.. And I'll be waiting for that proposition with excitement so please try not to get killed for my sake.."

"You got it..!" responded the black-haired Saiyan cheerfully, as he uses Instant Transmission to teleport to the Phantom Lord guild along with his group. Thus, leaving Lucy and the others to deal with Jose's ghostly soldiers..

Before anyone could say something about what just happened, the ghostly figures began to make their way towards the Fairy Tail members who notice their incoming onslaught

"Shit.. Ur-san! We will need your magic to slow them down so we have time to use our attacks!" exclaimed Cana towards the Ice-maker master who nodded at her request..

"Understood..! Ice-Maker: Lance!" said Ur out-loud, as she summons a blue magic circle in-front of her and shoots of hundreds of Ice Lances towards the ghostly figures, some of them were hit by the attacks bur others were able to dodge and continue to make their way to where the Fairy Tail mages were..

"Loke! Can you aid use Ur-san as well?" asked the Card Mage as gets one of her cards out that will boost Ur's magic power temporarily..

"You got it.." responded Loke with a serious expression as he uses his ring, which began to light up and summons a green magic circle "Wind Magic: Twister!"

From the green magic circle, Loke releases a powerful storm in the form of a vortex that creates wind gust around the battlefield. The Vortex began to mix with Ur's Ice Lances and engulfs a good chuck of ghostly figures that were stabbed or pushed back. However, most of them notice how they regenerated from their wounds thanks to their ghostly bodies..

They realized the fight was going to be harder than they thought..

"Lucy! I need you to come with me, there's a special place in the guild that nobody will be able to find you!" exclaimed Mirajane towards the Celestial Mage with urgency

"B-But I can't leave them behind when it was my fault to bring them here..! I need to fight alongside them..!" responded Lucy with determination towards the white-haired barmaid. Although she lost her Celestial Keys when she was captured by that Water mage, she needed to do something to redeem herself..

"Like Goku-kun said earlier, it's not your fault for bringing them here. They are the ones who stared this war and we are protecting one of our own with our lives, that's one of the main things about Fairy Tail. We are all family who got each others back no matter what.." responded Mirajane with a soft smile towards the Celestial Mage..

Before Lucy could say anything, the white-haired girl raised her right hand towards Lucy and uses a spell to knock her unconscious and manages to catch her before falling to the ground..

"Reedus-san! Can you take Lucy to the secret passage on the basement of the guild?" asked the white-haired girl towards one of her guild mates who was closed to her..

"Understood Mira-san!" responded the orange-haired man with glasses as he carries the unconscious Celestial Mage to Fairy Tail's secret passage. Mirajane then moves her gaze towards where Phantom Lord mecha was charging his upcoming attack..

"It's unfortunate that I sealed my powers away two years ago. However, that doesn't mean I'll stay in the sidelines and do nothing.." said Mirajane to herself as she uses a spell that transforms her to an appearance similar to Lucy.. "I hope you forgive me for knocking you out Lucy, but knowing how unpredictable Phantom Lord is we needed to take every precaution so I'll put myself as bait.. I hope Goku-kun, my brother and everyone else makes it back safe and sound, I can't imagine losing another person close to me.."

However, what Mirajane and the other Fairy Tail mages didn't realized that a certain enemy was watching from the distance listening to the whole conversation thanks to his enhanced hearing. He couldn't help but to smirk savagely that he knew where there going to be hiding the Heartfilia girl..

It was time to get into action..

Scene Change.. Phantom Lord Main Hall..

Goku along with Natsu, Gray, Erza, Elfman and Happy appeared in the Main Hall of the Phantom Lord mecha and began to look around. Compared to what they saw earlier when they raided the guild, the Main Hall still looked the same and was desolate since there were no Phantom Lord members on sight which left the group perplexed..

"It seems that there's no enemies in sight at the Main Hall.." commented Gray as he kept looking around for any enemies but found nothing..

"It's because they are all over the mecha, we could very well find them on our way to defeat the Element Four.." responded Goku neutrally as he was able to pinpoint every Phantom Lord member throughout the entire mecha thanks to his sensing abilities.. "We should spit up to cover more area, that way we can stop the Abyss Break from going off..!"

"I agree, with the five of us splitting up we will be able to find the Elemental Four in a shorter frame of time!" said Erza in agreement as she stares at Natsu, Gray and Elfman "Any objections boys?"

"None ma'am!" responded Natsu, Gray, Elfman and Happy at the same time, which Goku found somewhat amusing..

"Alright then let's split up!" commanded the red-haired girl as she saw Natsu along with Happy, Gray and Elfman going on their separate ways looking for the Elemental Four. Before the Saiyan God could leave as well, Erza spoke up to get his attention "Goku-kun, before you leave I have a question.."

"What's up?" asked Goku with curiosity towards the Re-quip mage who felt her cheeks slightly blush at the question she was about to ask..

"That kiss that Lucy gave you on the cheek.. Are you guys friends or something more intimate..? If so when did it happened..?" said Erza with some stuttering towards the Saiyan God. She hated to ask these type of questions since it was not in her position to ask about someone's relationship. But this one 'mattered' to her because it involves the person she's staring to develop a crush for and her female friend who she knows is in love with him..

"What are you talking about Erza-chan? Of course me and Lucy-chan are friends!" responded Goku with genuine confusion towards Erza who was stunned at hearing the answer from the Saiyan God "What made you think anything different? If it's about the kiss then don't worry! It's just a way for her to express her gratitude towards me!"

"Wait.. Is Goku-kun actually being serious?! Does he not realize the hints that Lucy is giving him about wanting something more than being friends?!" said the Re-quip mage to herself as she couldn't believe that Goku could be this naive despite being a person with a lot of wisdom and intelligence in the battlefield "Could be it that there's still some time for me to capture his feelings.."

"Why did you asked that question by the way?" asked the Saiyan God with curiosity towards Erza who cut her train of thoughts after hearing his voice..

"N-No reason..!" responded the red-haired girl quickly as she deviates the topic by speaking up once again "We need to get going, we can't be wasting anymore time..!"

"Right!" said Goku in agreement as they went on their separate ways to fight their opponents..

Scene Change... Phantom Lord Mecha.. Center Zone..

Natsu along with Happy were running through the halls of the center zone of the mecha, looking for the members of the Element Four. The Dragon Slayer could smell Gajeel's scent all around this zone, coming to the conclusion that he could be here. However, his Ki sensing ability went off as he sensed an unknown magic presence that was coming from one of the main gates of the center zone..

Not wanting to waste time he violently opens the gate and meets with a unknown male individual that had his black and white hair tied up into a ponytail, a black line going across his face and was wearing a ninja-like attire consisting of a long, orange reddish Karate gi-like cloth, held closed by a black belt, with prominent reddish fur around the collar..

The Dragon Slayer could tell he was giving 'Ninja' vibes..

"Who are you? I've never seen you before!" asked Natsu with a wary tone of voice towards the individual who stared at him with little irritation..

"I should be asking you the same question!" responded the white-black haired man with indignant tone of voice as he points at himself with a thumbs up.. "My name is Totomaru! As you can see I'm part of the Phantom Lord guild, an S-Class Mage and a member of the prestigious Element Four!"

"So you're part of the Element Four huh! Makes my job easier!" said Natsu with a savage grin as he got into his normal battle position "So you know where Gajeel is located right?"

"Even if I told you, you won't be able to go any further since I'm stopping you right here and now..!" responded Totomaru confidently as he got into his own battle position

"Then we doing this the fun way huh? Fine by me, I need to destroy you regardless!" exclaimed the Dragon Slayer still keeping his unhinged smile and fighting position "Stay out of this fight Happy, I don't want you to get caught in the cross fire.."

"Aye sir!" responded Happy as he moves away from the battle that it was about to unfold..

Without wasting time, Natsu unleashes a powerful wave of fire from his right arm at Totomaru who couldn't help but to smirk at the incoming attack. The Element Four member moves his hand to the right, which made the wave of fire go to the right as well thus surprising the Dragon Slayer..

"What the hell..?! What did you do with my attack?!" asked the Dragon Slayer with confusion in his tone of voice..

"Why don't you come close and find out?" responded Totomaru cockily towards Natsu, who got slightly irritated at his taunt and shoot off fire from both feet to propel himself towards the S-Class mage at blinding speeds.

However, what took Natsu by surprise was his flames from both feet leaving him and heading towards Totomaru, which caused the Dragon Slayer to crash into the floor for a couple of meters as he was left stunned from what just happened..

"My flames.. You're controlling them?!" exclaimed Natsu as he stood up from where he landed just to see his opponent wielding his current flames..

"That's right, my Pyrokinesis Magic allows me to control any type of flames!" explained the black-white haired mage with a small smirk on of his own as he then transforms Natsu's flames into blue fire "And it allows me to make these flames my own! Blue Fire!"

Totomaru then launches a wave of blue fire towards the Dragon Slayer who just stood there and was consumed by the attack. This made the S-Class mage smiled in victory since he thought his opponent was done. However, what he didn't expect was for Natsu to absorb the blue flames through his mouth which stunned him..

"What the hell?! He's absorbing my blue flames! It's similar to what Gajeel-san does!" thought Totomaru as he stares at the Dragon Slayer who finished eating the flames "Wait don't tell me he.."

"First time I eat flames that are this cold.." said Natsu to himself a he taps into his stomach and then looks back at Totomaru with a playful grin "Thanks for the meal, now I'll be at full tank when I fight Gajeel!"

"You're are the Salamander of Fairy Tail, a Dragon Slayer similar to Gajeel..!" exclaimed the Element Four member as he stares at Natsu with a serious expression "It seems that we are in a stalemate, my fire can't damage you since you can eat it and you can't use your flames since I can control them..!"

"Then it seems we going to have to do this the old-fashioned way, hand-to-hand combat!" exclaimed the Dragon Slayer as he got into his Renewal Taekwondo stance, followed by Totomaru who began to take out his katana and got into a battle position "Let me tell you this, I still haven't used all my abilities against you so I hope you can still be conscious when I unleashed them all at you!"

"I'll be the judge of that Salamander!" exclaimed Totomaru as he ran at fast speeds towards Natsu, who saw him coming and blocks Totomaru's attack by clasping the katana with both of his hands. This surprised the S-Class mage since he didn't expect his opponent to do something so reckless..

Without wasting time, both opponents disappeared from where they were and began to move at super-sonic speeds around the chamber, each clash creating a sonic boom that made the room began to tremble..

"Wow..! I can't even followed their movements with my eyes!" commented the Exceed as he tried to locate where his father figure was moving around. Then, all of the sudden both Natsu and Totomaru appeared in the middle of the chamber with their fist buried into each others face cheek at the same time..

(A/N: This fist collision into their face is the typical one that Super Saiyan 2 Goku and Majin Vegeta do against each other in the Majin Buu Saga)

Both fighters jumped back to get some distance and began to stare each other with a serious expression, the first one to speak up was the Phantom Lord member..

"I have to say I'm impressed! I didn't expect the Salamander of Fairy Tail to be quick on his feet to the point of keeping up with me..!" responded Totomaru with confidence towards the Dragon Slayer who didn't say nothing and kept staring at him "However, if that's all you can offer then you will lose this battle.."

"Funny I also came to the same conclusion!" responded Natsu with a savage grin towards the Element Four member who was surprised by what he said "You see, the speed I've been showcasing is just my physical speed which means I haven't used any type of energy to amplify it at all! And that's not mentioning the weighted wristbands I'm wearing! Overall it means you have zero chances against me!"

"W-What!? You're holding back?! You're telling me that you haven't use your Magic at all to amplify your speed!?" exclaimed the black-white haired mage as he began to sweat nervously "Y-You must be bluffing! There's no way you can surpass my speed!"

"Heh, let's test that shall we!" commented Natsu confidently as he channels his Ki into his legs and disappears from where he was, which surprised the S-Class member of Phantom Lord. Totomaru was trying to keep up with the speed that Natsu was moving but it was resulting difficult..

"Impossible! I can't keep up with his movement!" thought the Element Four member as he tries to use his sensing ability to keep up with his movements, but it was resulting difficult "He's not a mere Dragon Slayer! He could be at the level of Gajeel if he keep this up!"

Before Totomaru could continue his train of thought, he suddenly receives a powerful punch to the gut which made him spit saliva and blood from his mouth. The Element Four member looks down at who was responsible and it was Natsu who kept a playful smile on his face..

"What's wrong? Am I too fast for your 'ninja-like' reflexes? Do you want me to slow down?" mocked the Dragon Slayer as he follows up by delivering a powerful kick that sends Totomaru flying to the end of the chamber and crashes into the nearest wall..

"But how..? H-How are you moving this fast?" said Totomaru in pain as he comes out of the crater slowly. However, his eyes went wide as he could sense Natsu was all of the sudden standing behind him facing the opposite direction, this made the Element Four jumped away from him with some fear.. "How are you doing all of this..!?"

"Quite simple really, I'm just far more powerful than you.." responded Natsu confidently towards his opponent who's eyes went wide in fear after hearing his statement. The Dragon Slayer then runs at blinding speeds towards Totomaru and began his onslaught to defeat him "Renewal Taekwondo: Sonic Barrage!"

Natsu began to deliver a barrage of punch and kicks at Totomaru at super-sonic speeds, each punch and kick that made contact with his body created a shock-wave that made the chamber tremble to the point that it was beginning to crack. The Dragon Slayer then finishes his onslaught by delivering a powerful high kick to Totomaru's jaw that sends him flying up a couple of meters and then falls into the ground unconscious..

"And that was for trying to manipulate my flames!" exclaimed the Dragon Slayer with a petty expression as he then looks at Happy who was watching from the sidelines "What did you think Happy? Pretty amazing huh!"

"Aye! You were amazing Natsu! I've never seen you fight with such precision that it's completely different from your wild fighting style!" responded the Exceed as he made his way towards where the Dragon Slayer was standing..

"Right? It's thanks to Goku that I was able to defeat that guy with ease!" said Natsu with a grin towards his companion, followed by then staring at Totomaru's unconscious body "For being part of the Element Four and on top of that an S-Class mage he's pretty weak! Nothing compared to the S-Class mages we have"

"Or maybe it could be you're becoming stronger than ever!" added Happy to the conversation..

"Could be both to be honest.." replied the Dragon Slayer with a shrug as he stretches his limbs "Since that's out of the way let's get out of here! We need to find Gajeel so the Abyss Break doesn't go off and also I can kick his ass!

"Aye sir!" responded the Exceed in agreement as both of them made their way outside the chamber and kept going on their way to look for Gajeel..

One Element down and three to go..

Scene Change.. Phantom Lord Mecha... Jose's Chamber..

The Guild Master of Phantom Lord was staring from his window how the Fairy Tail members were fighting his ghostly figures without having any success since they don't have a physical form. Jose also could sense that some intruders were running around his guild, he came to the conclusion that it was Son Goku since he hasn't seen him in the battlefield fighting his ghost warriors..

"Son Goku thinks that infiltrating into my guild will stop the impending doom that is approaching on Magnolia. We'll see how far can he get..!" thought Jose with a dark smile on his face as he stares on his window once again. With his critical eye he saw a certain blonde-haired girl making her way towards the Fairy Tail guild with another person.. "Now why are you in the battlefield Heartfilia-sama? You know that being out in the open you will get captured. Unless your another person who's using transformation magic to make yourself look like her.."

"It was a good thing that I send Gajeel to infiltrate the Fairy Tail guild to bring me Heartfilia-sama when everyone is distracted.." said the guild master of Phantom Lord to himself as he began to made his way to his nearest throne chair "However, that doesn't mean I won't teach her a lesson for trying to fool me..!"

Meanwhile back in the battlefield, every Fairy Tail member was busy trying to fight off Jose's ghostly figures with their respective abilities. Some of them being able to push them back, others failing to do so thanks to their bodies being intangible..

If this kept going they would definitely lose..

In the meantime, Mirajane who was using her transformation magic to look like Lucy was making her way to the guild for two reasons. One of them being to make sure the real Lucy and Reedus to the secret passage safe and sound, the second reason was to allure the Guild Master of Phamton Lord to capture her so the Celestial Mage could be safe..

Before she could made it to the guild, a sudden ghostly figure appeared in front of her and compared to the others this one was multiple time bigger which made it more intimidating..

"It seems that Jose Porla caught the bait. Good that means that Lucy will be safe from being captured.." said Mirajane to herself in relief as she lets herself being captured by the giant ghostly figured who used his entire body to carry her to the Phantom Lord mecha. This was of course noticed by some of the Fairy Tail mages..

"Was that Mirajane-san getting captured?!" commented Ur with urgency as she fights off multiple ghost figures by using her technique Ice Maker: Ice Geyser which brings multiple giant Ice spikes from the ground..

"Shit! Of course Mira would put herself as bait to save Lucy from being captured!" responded back Cana with frustration as she grabs another card from her deck and summons an light attack that consumes the ghostly enemies in front of her.. "Come on Goku-kun and everyone! We need you guys to deactivate the spell before we lose energy!"

What they didn't realized and notice was that a certain Iron Dragon Slayer was already on the move to capture his target, with his enhanced smell ability he was able to locate the Celestial Mage position and knocks out the person who was protecting her. Since she was still unconscious from Mirajane's spell, Gajeel was able to retrieve Lucy back into the Phantom Lord mecha without even being noticed..

Everything was going to plan..

Scene Change.. Phantom Lord Mecha.. Third Floor..

As Elfman was running through the hallways of the Third Floor, he stopped all of the sudden when he saw ahead of him a green haired individual dressed up in a brown suit with a ragged collar. The white-haired mage raised an eyebrow with a perplexed expression, wondering who the hell it was..

"Who the hell are you?!" asked Elfman in a wary tone of voice towards the individual who 'bowed' elegantly towards him..

"Salut my dear invader, you must be Elfman Strauss.." responded the green-haired man in a French-like accent as he looks up to him "My name is Monsieur Sol, people in Oak City know me as 'Earth of the Sun' and member of the Element Four.."

"So you're one of the bastards that captured Lucy earlier.." said the white-haired mage with a serious expression as he recalls the events where Lucy explained how she got capture and the names of the individuals who did it "Good, it makes it easier for me to kick your ass! A man should never capture a lady without their consent!"

Without wasting time, Elfman uses Take Over: Beast Soul to transform his arm into one of a beast that he fought two years ago and launches himself towards Sol, who began to evade his attacks with no problems thanks to his reflexes as a S-Class Mage..

"So the rumors are indeed true.. You can only use your Beast Soul ability on your arm and not do a complete transformation.." responded Sol with interest as he dodges Elfman's beast arm by fusing with the ground and re-appearing behind the white-haired mage "Could it be that the cause of this has anything to do with the events of a Fairy Tail mage dying in battle two years ago..?"

"W-What..?!" said Elfman with a stunned expression as he didn't expect the enemy to know that kind of personal information, he specifically knows how many people know about the events that happened two years ago with his sisters.. "H-How the hell do you know that information?!"

"Let's just say Jose-sama was able to gift me information about every Fairy Tail member who is alive, retired or even dead.." responded Sol with a sadistic smile forming on his face, which left Elfman shell-shocked that his enemy has this type of information.. "I'm well aware that your older sister is Mirajane Strauss, the retired S-Class Mage who was known as the She-Devil, a Demon amongst mages. However, you wouldn't happened to have a younger sister as well?"

Elfman's eye went wide in shock at hearing his opponent insinuating that he knows about what happened to his younger sister Lisanna. Anger began to plague his mind and rushes towards where Sol was standing, who he couldn't help but to smile darkly since his opponent felt to his trapped..

"Sable Dance!" exclaimed Sol as he extends his right arm towards Elfman and summons a yellow magic circle, which creates a powerful vortex of sand that covers Elfman completely and begins to cut him on different parts of his body..

However, the Element Four member wasn't done with his assault..

"Roche Concerto!" shouted the S-Class Mage with glee as he summons another yellow magic circle, followed by unleashing a barrage of massive rocks that landed on different parts of Elfman's body. The last rock sending him flying away to the nearest pillar as he crashes violently into it and lands on the floor sitting down with blood dripping down on his face and other parts of his body..

"Pathétique! That trauma of yours is holding you back from unleashing your true power as a Beast Soul user.." said the green-haired mage with disgust as he began to make his way to where Elfman was still sitting down "if you were mentally stronger you wouldn't be in this situation and your little sister would have been alive!"

Elfman gritted his teeth and tried to punch Sol once again. Unfortunately, he dodges the attack once again and delivers a low round-house kick to Elfman's face which sends him flying a couple of meters away from Sol. The Beast Soul user began to stand up slowly in pain as he stares at his opponent who was walking down to his direction with a menacing smile..

"Shit.. At this point if I want to win, I need to succumb to the Full-Body Take Over.." said Elfman to himself as he began to channel all of his magic throughout his body which will allow him to transform. However, he received a sharp pain in his head that made him stumble down to the ground. The white-haired mage began to reminisce memories where he remember Lisanna's last moments in the mortal world, how it was his fault that he succumbed to the Beast instincts and attacked her which ended up killing her..

He still blames himself heavily two years later..

Sol used this opportunity and rushes in to deliver a barrage of kicks and punches that kept hurting Elfman, then Sol finish off his onslaught with one of his main attacks..

"Platre Sonata!" shouted the Elemental Four member as he creates a large earth fist and punches the white-haired mage with such force, that sends him flying to the other side of the hallway along with crashing into the nearest pillar.

Despite all the injuries he had obtain these last few minutes, Elfman began to slowly stand up in pain but that didn't mattered when his rage was beginning to boil up. Not only he was letting himself down but also he was letting the guild, his friends who are fighting to protect Lucy and most importantly he was letting his sisters down because he refuses to move on from his sins. His sister Lisanna would have wanted him to move on..

He was not going to let his sins to endanger his friends and family!

"Oh? You still have some fighting spirit left in you?" asked Sol in a mocking tone of voice towards Elfman, who began to release a great amount of magic power and began to glare at his opponent which surprised the green-haired mage "Huh?"

"My younger sister Lisanna died because of my mistakes of not controlling my powers, but no more! I won't let this transformation control me and risk the life of my friends and family who are still alive!" shouted Elfman with rage and determination as he began to transform into a beast that hasn't being unleashed in the last two years. He began to grow exponentially, with his arms growing longer, larger and sprouting sharp claws, followed by being covered in thick white fur. However, what made this transformation stick out the most was his giant horns along his intimidating size and huge magic increase..

Elfman has finally achieved Full Body Take-Over: Beast Soul..

"RAAAAAAAAGGGHHHHHH!" gave the 'King of Monster' a mighty roar which shook Sol to it's core since he didn't expect this to happen. Before he even realized it, the monster was already in front of him and gives him a shattering punch that shook the entirety of the third floor which sends him flying back to the other end of the hallway.

But Elfman wasn't done there, with his new enhanced speed he rushes to where Sol landed and began to deliver a massive barrage of punches towards his opponent. Each punch shaking the room to it's core, which was causing Sol to start losing blood and his consciousness at a alarming rate. The Beast gave another mighty roar and punches his opponent one more time which creates a small crater below Sol's body who was now all bloodied up and unconscious..

The 'King of Monsters' gave another powerful roar as he looks up to the sky and began to de-transform into his original form. After finishing de-transforming Elfman falls onto his back tiredly after using such taxing form that he hasn't used in the last two years, he noticed that he had a lot of blood on his fist but he didn't care. After all he was finally able to conquer the beast within him..

"Lisanna.. Did you see? I was able to transform into my Beast Soul form and control it..! I did it..!" said the white-haired mage tiredly with a soft smile on his face as he could feel fading into unconsciousness "I was able to prove that I am a real men that can protect his loved ones similar to Goku-san.. I'm proud of myself.."

Scene Change... Phantom Lord Mecha... Lower Rooftop..

In on of the main rooftops of the Mecha, we could see Gray climbing to the lower rooftop of the Mecha where he could sense that someone with a high Magic power was hiding here. As he began to walk around the rooftop he sensing abilities went off as he could feel Elfman and Natsu increasing their powers momentarily against their opponents, which only meant one thing for the Ice-maker user..

"Huh, so Flame Brains and Elfman were able to defeat two of the Element Four by themselves. And that power increase that Elfman got is huge! Could it be that he finally was able to use that Beast form that he refuses to use..?" thought Gray to himself with curiosity as he shook his head and kept walking "I shouldn't worry about that right now, my concern is to find that Element Four member and defeat him! Or else Goku and Erza are going to beat their opponent before I do and I refuse to come in last!"

As he kept walking through the rooftop, Gray began to feel drops of rain coming down onto his head until all of the sudden it began to pour heavily that the view around the rooftop was foggy..

"Rain..? But wasn't sunny a moment ago..?" asked the Ice-maker mage to himself when his eyes suddenly went wide when he came to a sudden realization "Wait! Didn't Lucy said that something similar happened to her when she was captured?!"

Suddenly, Gray's sensing abilities went off as he look to his right side and saw his opponent coming to his way. To his surprised it was a girl with curly blue hair wearing a blue dress coat, a 'Russian' blue hat and a umbrella that was covering half of her face.. It was none other than Juvia Lockser, an Element Four member and a S-Class Mage from Phantom Lord..

"Who are you?!" asked Gray in a wary tone of voice as he got into his Full Contact Karate stance so he could be prepared in case she does anything..

"The name is Juvia.." said the blue haired girl neutrally, who still hasn't looked up to see who is her opponent.. "Juvia is a member of the Element Four who is charged of protecting the guild from any intruder. To believe that your people was able to take down two of the Element Four members. However, Juvia and Aria-san are in a whole different level compared to Monsieur Sol and Totomaru-san!"

"It's that so huh? At least you save me some time in looking for you since I need to beat you to stop the Abyss Break!" responded Gray confidently as he kept the same stance and began to slightly smirk "Just because you're an S-Class Mage and a girl that doesn't mean I won't go easy on you! I have people that I need to protect from my enemies!"

That's when Juvia looks up to see her opponent with a neutral expression and her eyes went slightly wide at his appearance and she began to blush, which surprised the Ice-maker since he didn't expect that reaction. Without wasting time, the water mage turned around and began to walk away..

"You have won the battle stranger! Goodbye..!" said Juvia in a hurried tone of voice, not wanting to look at the man she made her feel like that..

"Hey what the hell?! What's with the sudden change of attitude!?" asked Gray with a comical expression towards his opponent who never looked back and kept walking..

"Why Juvia feeling like this all of the sudden?! Juvia's chest can't stop pounding after looking at that man..! Could this be love at first sight?!" said the blue haired girl to herself as she couldn't stop her thoughts about Gray. That's when she came to a sudden solution about this situation.. "I need to capture him so I can make him mine and no one else's!"

"Water Prison!" shouted Juvia as she extended her right hand towards Gray's position and creates a deep blue magic circle, which unleashes a Water dome that covers Gray's entire body who was taken off guard by what just happened..

"Come on Juvia! Don't try to kill him! Juvia just need him to be unconscious so we can capture him and keep him..!" thought Juvia nervously as she felt her mind going all over the place, she couldn't think properly thanks to him so her solution is too keep him at all cost..

Before Juvia could continue her messy thoughts, Gray began to release his Magic aura which caused the Water Prison to freeze completely, thus taking Juvia by surprised since she didn't expect her opponent/crush to use Ice magic to freeze himself. Suddenly, the frozen water dome began to crack and with a mighty yell Gray releases himself from the frozen prison, which sends the ice shards all around the battlefield..

"I have to admit I was taken by surprised with how fast you were able to execute that spell..!" commented Gray confidently as he began to take off his shirt, which made Juvia blush even more without realizing it "However, that trick wont work on me since I'm an Ice mage! Now let me show what I can do!"

Gray began to run at near super-sonic speeds which created a trail of water, towards Juvia who wasn't looking up to him. Not wanting to waste this opportunity he appears in front of her ready to deliver his powerful attack..

"First Stance: Black Tortoise!" exclaimed Gray as he unleashes a powerful punch towards the blue-haired girl expecting it to land. To his surprise, his fist went through her body which made that part of her body turn into water which shook the Ice-maker user "What the? You're made out of water?!"

"Not exactly, Juvia has been able to master Water Magic to such degree that Juvia is able to become water itself!" exclaimed Juvia trying to keep a neutral tone as she didn't wanted to gush more about her opponent "It's unfortunate that the person Juvia feels smitten for is the enemy.. However, Juvia has to be strong and be able to complete the mission..!"

"Water Slicer!" shouted the blue-haired mage as she unleashes Water cuts from her body towards Gray. Who narrowed his eyes and began to dodge her attacks with no issues. Not wasting any time, Gray quickly creates his Ice Lance, Areadbhar and quickly rushes to where Juvia kept shooting slashes and tries to stab her once more. Unfortunately for him, the attack went right though once again thanks to her intangible water form..

"Damn it! Even if I tried to launch a stronger attack than before all she needs to do is become water itself..!" thought Gray with some frustration as he jumps back with Areadbhar at hand.. "I need to find a way to overcome her water form and land an attack on her physical body..!"

"Give up darling! It's impossible to land an attack on Juvia. Surrender and bring us Lucy Heartfilia back to Phantom Lord and in exchange Juvia will try to talk to Jose-sama to stop attacking your guild!" exclaimed Juvia in a neutral tone despite her blush still not diminishing from just staring at Gray "If Juvia is able to convice Jose-sama to at least leave him alone it will be a perfect chance to Juvia to swoop in and make him mine! He just needs to bring Lucy Heartfilia back to us..!"

"Hey.." said the Ice-maker mage with a serious tone which got Juvia's full attention "You say a lot of nonsense! Do you have any idea how far this conflict between guilds has gone on, not only you all threaten to destroy Magnolia with it's citizens but also tried to capture one of our own! Lucy is part of our guild and we are not going to give her up that easily! Besides just because your intangible that doesn't mean you won this battle, I still haven't gone all out against you!"

"What..." murmured Juvia as she dropped her umbrella from the shock she was feeling currently. The blue-haired girl didn't know what she was feeling but she felt something snap within her, she began to unleash steam from herself to the rage that was being built up for one simple reason "Heartfilia! That blonde bimbo thinks she can capture my darling's heart because she's playing the victim card?! No I won't let her! Nobody will have him except me!"

"Not only she's creating steam from her body but also her magic power is increasing rapidly..!" thought Gray seriously as he got into a battle stance with his Ice Lance "If she keeps increasing her power I will need to remove my weighted wristband to overcome her with my speed.."

Overall, Gray knew that this wasn't going to be an easy battle, specially against an S-Class Water Mage..

Scene Change... Phantom Lord Mecha... Jose's Throne Room..

When the Phantom Lord guild master enters his throne room that was being guarded by Aria from the outside, his gaze landed on his prisoner who was wearing Lucy Heartfilia's appearance as she was being held up in a magic circle. Mages who are not S-Class level would have fallen for this trick, fortunately for him he was a Wizard Saint who's able to sense magic energy easily so it wasn't difficult that Fairy Tail was trying to deceive him..

They will pay the price for trying to make a fool out of him

"I hope I didn't kept you waiting for that long 'Heartfilia-sama'" stated Jose as he emphasized the 'Heartfilia' part to see how would this person react, so far she wasn't giving any out of character reaction.. "I would have gave you better conditions to make your stay more comfortable, unfortunately I can't take any risk of you escaping which is why you are in this situation.."

"You won't have to worry about it anymore, I won't try to escape this time as long as you stop your attack with Fairy Tail! This conflict stared because of me belonging with them which is why I gave myself in! So please stop attacking them!" exclaimed 'Lucy' who in actuality was Mirajane as she was hoping that her transformation magic would help her try to fool the Guild Master of Phantom Lord..

Unfortunately, she wasn't going to get that luck..

"See I would have believed you if this was our first encounter back at the tower, which is something you don't remember since I'm not talking to the real Lucy Heartfilia in front of me!" responded the Guild Master of Phantom Lord with a dark smirk towards his prisoner who's eyes went wide in fear at hearing his comment "Do you really think that a mere transformation magic is able to fool a Wizard Saint?! You must be foolish if you didn't account for that!"

"I-I don't know what you're talking about! I'm the real Lucy Heartfilia! I have nothing to gain from deceiving you!" exclaimed Mirajane out-loud as she was trying to salvage the situation..

"If you truly are Lucy Heartfilia then don't mind if I do this to test that theory..!" responded Jose as he unleashes from his right hand a wave of Lightning Magic towards Mirajane, who received the attack head on and began to scream from the pain she was experiencing. It reached to the point that her transformation magic began to disappear, thus leaving her into her original appearance which surprised Jose since he didn't expect that it was Mirajane that allowed herself to be captured..

"Who would of thought that Mirajane Strauss herself, who once was an S-Class Mage and was known as the She-Devil would end up capture in such pathetic way! Two years ago you would have shrugged off this type of attack and now you can't even help but to yell in pain..!" stated the Guild Master of Phantom Lord in a mocking way towards Mirajane who couldn't help but to glare at Jose..

"You won't get away with this Jose...!" said the white-haired girl in anger but at the same time in pain, thanks to the attack she recently received..

"We both know that's a lie, if this happened two years ago things might have gone differently but now you're nothing but a shell of your true self..!" responded the Guild Master of Phantom Lord darkly as he began to charge up another attack that looks far more powerful than the previous one, Mirajane could sense that if attack landed on her it could definitely kill her.. "It's unfortunate that your plan ended up being a failure since I send Gajeel-kun to retrieve Heartfilia-sama when everyone was distracted. You will die knowing that you couldn't save your precious friend and family because you're too weak.."

"He's right.. If I still had my Satan Soul powers I wouldn't be in this situation.." said Mirajane to herself with a defeated expression as she began to let some tears of frustration come down to her face "I'm useless if I can't help or contribute to save a guild member for being capture. I'm sorry Goku-kun, brother and everyone else it seems I won't make it back.."

"Say goodbye She-Devil!" shouted Jose with a sadistic smile as he was ready to unleash his attack on Mirajane. However, before he could release his attack Jose suddenly was teleported to the other side of the throne room where the door was located which left him confused "Huh? What the hell?! How did I end up at the other side of the room?"

The Wizard Saint then moves his gaze towards where Mirajane was supposed to be and to his surprised there was another individual next to her which he recognized in a instant.

It was Son Goku, the 'mage' that is next in line to become the youngest Wizard Saint in history and he somehow was able to move him from his position without even noticing it..

"Goku-kun!" exclaimed the white-haired barmaid in surprised tone, but at the same time relieved that she was saved by her crush who with pure strength removed her from the magic circle that held her captive "What did you just do?! One moment Jose was about to kill me and then you appeared in the same spot where he was?"

"It's a neat trick I've developed with my Instant Transmission, I can swap positions with anyone when I point at them with my index and middle finger" responded the Saiyan God casually meanwhile he was making sure that Mirajane was safe and sound "Anyways, I was surprised that I sensed your energy here when you were supposed to stay with the others, how did you get captured?"

That's when Mirajane began to explain her situation on how she planned to get herself captured as 'Lucy' thanks to her transformation magic, stating that Phantom Lord would stop their attacks to the guild and their pursuit towards the real Lucy. Unfortunately for her, Jose destroyed that plan immediately that she almost got herself killed but thanks to Goku it didn't happened..

"I see.." responded Goku in a serious tone as he then glares at Jose who stared back at him with a dark smirk. However, the stare-off was suddenly interrupted when Mirajane out of nowhere began to hug him tightly "Mira-chan?"

"I'm so sorry Goku-kun..! I couldn't do anything useful to stop this conflict! I felt so hopeless in not being able to save Lucy or any of my guild mates! Why am I so useless?!" yelled Mirajane with frustration as she began to cry on Goku's chest, not even caring that he was shirtless at the moment. The white-haired girl then suddenly yelped when Goku began to hug her back with his right arm on her waist.. "G-Goku-kun..?"

"Remember when I said early that you're not useless? I still stand by my word. You helped everyone on the guild by running the show when Master isn't there, you make everyone's day happier with your cheerful attitude and you make one of the best meals I have ever tried! That's not even mentioning the lengths that you went to save Lucy from being captured! That's far from being useless in my opinion.." responded Goku with a soft smile towards Mirajane who was stunned from hearing his words "So don't be hard on yourself! I really don't like seeing you this sad so cheer up and be proud of what you can accomplish outside the battlefield!"

"Goku-kun..." murmured the white-haired girl as she couldn't help but to stare the Saiyan God in admiration. A person who always finds the right words to cheer her up and make her happy, not expecting anything in return. Goku will always look out for anyone that needs help, despite saying he's not a savior or a hero. However, in Mirajane's eyes Goku will always be her hero, a leader to rely on and the person she has fallen in love with..

She needed to let Goku know about how she truly feels about him before it's too late..

In a moment of impulse Mirajane cups the Saiyan God's face and leans in to give him a soft kiss on the lips which took Goku by surprise, it was the second time today that someone kissed him on the lips and from a different person nonetheless. He was beginning to think that Earthland girls were really into showing their appreciation towards him in form of kisses, similar to what his deceased wife used to do in private moments. Not that Goku minded since he let Mirajane continue until she stop and separated herself from him..

"That was a gift from me to you for trying to cheer me up all this time.." said Mirajane in shy tone of voice as she could feel herself blushing "I wish it could have lasted longer but unfortunately, it's not the time since we have other matters at hand.."

"You're right.." responded Goku as his face turned into a serious one as he moves his gaze towards Jose, who hasn't moved from his spot or sneak attack him which made the Saiyan God perplexed. However, he needed to be on his guard just in case he does something "Mira-chan, I want you to get out of here before things get ugly. Erza-chan should be around this floor anytime soon so go reunite with her in case someone tries to attack you.."

Mirajane wanted to protest about the idea of fighting a Guild Master who is a Wizard Saint by himself. However, every time she doubted Goku's true strength he would always prove her wrong by simply showing that his power is just unbounded..

If there's anyone who can defeat an established Wizard Saint besides Master, it was Goku who also is about to become a Wizard Saint himself. She's going to place her faith on him..

"Alright Goku-kun.. Just be careful, I don't want to lose another person who has become important in my life..!" responded the white-haired girl with some concerns but was faithful that the Saiyan God was going to win..

"Don't worry Mira-chan! I'll make sure to win this battle and end this conflict for good!" said Goku confidently as he flashes a grin towards Mirajane who couldn't help but smile at his attitude.. "Now go before Jose does something..!"

"Right! Good luck!" stated Mirajane with faith in her tone of voice, as she runs away from the Throne Room by going through one of the exits that the place had which to her relief it meant that she didn't had to go through Jose. After Mirajane left the room, both Goku and Jose began their stare-down as they were inspecting each other with a serious expression..

"So you must be Jose Porla, the Guild Master of Phantom Lord and the one responsible of creating this entire conflict?" asked the Saiyan God with serious tone of voice towards Jose, who couldn't help but to smile darkly at his question..

"Indeed and you must be Son Goku, an S-Class Mage that is about to become the youngest Wizard Saint in history. I'll say it's a pleasure to meet a soon-to-be Wizard Saint fellow in person!" responded Jose as he mockingly bows towards Goku who's expression didn't change at all "It's unfortunate that we have to meet through these circumstances, you would have been a fine addition for this guild!"

"I wouldn't join an organization that kidnaps people and endangers the lives of citizens who have nothing to do with this conflict!" exclaimed Goku out-loud towards the Guild Master of Phantom Lord, letting him know that even if he got the opportunity to join the guild he would have reject it on the spot.. "I'm aware of your plan of capturing Lucy-chan and let me tell you that I will make sure to stop that from ever happening!"

"Now now Son Goku, I wouldn't called it kidnapping when the person who requested this only wanted to retrieve his daughter and bring her back home. I'm just helping him to accomplish his goal for a good amount of money!" responded Jose casually as he began to walk around but never took off his stare from Goku "But enough about that! We both know what we are here for so let's get this show stared! We will determine here and now who's guild will end up winning and who will end up kneeling!"

"Heh! Sounds fine by me, I'm somewhat excited to test my strength against a Wizard Saint!" stated Goku with a playful smirk on his face as he got into his Turtle Hermit fighting stance, ready to fight his opponent..

"Cocky one aren't you.." murmured Jose to himself as he also into his battle stance with a serious expression "Before we start, I want to know how were you able to teleport me without using any magic spell? I assume that's what you use to be able to get here and avoid Aria who's outside the room.."

"Correct, it's a neat trick called Instant Transmission and I was able to developed it to such degree that I'm able to swap positions with the person with just pointing at them!" explained the black-haired Saiyan to the Wizard Saint, not seeing the problem of explaining one of his techniques since he was confident enough that he could defeat Jose easily "Now let me ask you, Why didn't you try to attack me when my guard was lowered when talking with Mira-chan?"

"I'm not a person who likes to interrupt intimate moments so I decided to just spectate, who would of thought that next Wizard Saint was able to capture the heart of the famous She-Devil. It's something that you don't see everyday.." replied Jose with a dark mocking tone towards Goku who wasn't bothered by his obnoxious attitude and instead kept his serious expression.. "And besides, I wanted both of you get an intimate moment before I razed this entire city to the ground!"

Jose then began to roar as he unleashes his Magic power, which surrounded his body into a purple-like aura that some spots had shape of a skeleton. Jose's purple aura not only was creating powerful wind gust throughout the Throne Room, but also was emitting a powerful pressure around that it began to crack some of the walls of the room. People who were even S-Class Mages wouldn't be able to tolerate this amount of pressure being unleashed everywhere, fortunately Goku was the exception since he has felt more powerful pressures throughout his life..

"So that's the power of a Wizard Saint. He's definitely more powerful than Deliora by a margin, I doubt anyone from the guild besides Makarov could defeat him on a one-on-one.. He might be the only person so far who could at least give me a decent challenge when I use 5% of my Base Form power..!" thought Goku with excitement building up within him as he releases his white Ki aura at 5% capacity, it was big enough that it collided with Jose's purple aura which was getting bigger every second into a stalemate..

(A/N: This scene is similar to what Ultra Instinct Sign Goku did against Moro in the Galactic Patrol Saga, where their auras collided with each other. Of course the difference being that it's at a smaller scale)

"Ha! To think someone this young is able to match my power at almost equal terms!" exclaimed Jose with a crazy grin forming on his face, not feeling nervous that someone is able to match his power easily "Let's not waste anymore time Son Goku! Let's dance until one of us is dead on the floor! We will find out if Kingdom of Fiore can handle a fight between two Wizard Saints!"

"Like I'll let that happen!" exclaimed Goku with determination as he runs towards where Jose was at blinding speeds ready to punch him. The Guild Master of Phantom Lord also did the same thing as he also runs towards the Saiyan God at the speed of sound. In a split of a second Goku and Jose where in front of each other in the middle of the Throne Room, as both collide their respective fist into each other with such force that it created a powerful city-sized shockwave that destroys the roof of the room along with parts of the walls that collapsed from the shockwave..

The battle between the two Wizard Saints was about to commence..!

And Cut! Another long chapter in the books, you know when I was remaking this chapter I began to realized that if I adapt all the Element 4 fights into one chapter, it will definitively be over 25K words which is way too long even for my liking. Which is why I decided to do just do the Natsu and Elfman fights along with showing parts of the Gray vs Juvia fight that I'm excited to write about since it will have a different ending.. So for next chapter expect the Goku vs Jose, Natsu vs Gajeel, Erza vs Aria and the rest of the Gray vs Juvia to happen, that means it will be another long chapter to cap off this arc yay!

Anyways let's go over with some of the changes and facts that I did this chapter and what made it different from the original Golden Fairy..

1. This chapter covers the ending of the original Chapter 11 and the majority of Chapter 12..

2. More added dialogue and action scenes to flesh out the main characters and side characters..

3. Lucy after the kiss from last chapter is becoming more bold than before when it comes to her feelings for Goku, which is why she gave him a kiss in the cheek before he teleported

4. Natsu acting more like Goku when it comes to holding back against a weaker opponents..

5. Although I mentioned in earlier chapters that Juvia will be part of the Harem, that doesn't mean that she won't stopped loving Gray as well. You will see in the future chapters how this dynamic between the three will go down..

6. Jose now acts more smartly compared to his manga counterpart. However, he still keeps that sadistic and evil attitude that is known for.

7. Next chapter I'll further emphasize the gap between an S-Class Mage and a Wizard Saint which will be showcased in the battle between Goku and Jose..
