"The nursery looks great honey, and she's gonna love it. I hope John and Juilet are just as excited about this like we are." Rocke heard Piper saying making him get it.
It was a few weeks later and soon, they'd have to pick John and Juilet up and planning to tell them about what was happening hoping they'd take it well, knowing they'd have questions so they were prepared to answer them plus noticed that their kits were small compared to their peers who'd hit their growth spurts and experiencing puberty but Rocke just guessed they were late bloomers like him knowing John and Juilet were noticing this seeing Pipey entering loving the nursery as it looked like Tokyo making both Piper and Rocke smile.
"How's the eggy mc muffin doing, Piper. You look sleepy." she commented making Rocke smirk at her. Since she could eat now, Rocke had introduced her to foods and sometimes they had breakfast at McDonaldcoon's which was why Pipey called the growing kit an egg Mcmuffin which Piper found adorable knowing she was just being sweet.
"Yes, she was movibg around in my tummy plus Rocke played her Guardians of the World music so yeah, I'm tired." Piper said giving Pipey an idea.
"Rocke and I can get John and Juilet so you can rest." she told her. "Good idea and thanks Pipey." she said hugging her going to her and Rocke's room to lie down as they were leaving to goget their kits leaving the house heading to the pickup point seeing the bus there only John and Juilet were surprised seeing Pipey with their dad instead of their mom making them concerned as they got in the car. "Dad, is mom okay, nothing bad happened while we wee at camp, you're hidibg from us." John asked worried.
"We'll talk aboht it at hone guys. Nothing to worry about really." Rocke said as they drove off.
Both kits were exchanging a look, as the car drove through the streets until they got home but both kits bolted into the mansion running upstairs finding Piper there sensibg their dad hadn't told them sitting them down. "You two are going to be big sibs as we're adding to our famiky as I am with kit which happened while you were at camp." she told them relieving them as Rocke and Pipey joined them guessing Piper had tokd them.
"Yes and you made them think that something bad had happened." she said to him.
"Sorry Piper, but they know and seen goid aboht it, I think." he replied seeing Pipey scanning John and Juilet sensing excitement but anxiety seeing Rocke tell her to stop as that was infringing on personal space making Pipey stop. "Sorry as I was helping or trying to." she said.
"It's okay Pipey, as you have a piubt." Juilet told her.
Piper and Rocke were relieved that it wasn't anything at camo that maxe them feel sad, but wanted to let them come to them.
"Dad, are you sure we're hitting puberty soon. A lot of the kits at camp are talker than us. They also have their big claws and were asking us how old we were." John said to Piper and Rocke. It was early evening in the Nirohita mansion and they were havibg sushi for dinner which was a family favourite only both Piper and Rocke sensed this would happen or come up pkus neither kit had their first pimple which was a sign of puberty beginning making both parents exchange a look.
"There's nothing wrong with you both just because you haven't had growth spurts or yohr first pimpke and in Juilet's vase, her first red alert but there's nothing to worry about as you're late bloomers just like yohr father at yohr age." Piper told them..
"Mmmmmmnm sushi 's good and glad I have a stomach now like you." Pipey said impressibg John and Juilet guessing she'd le had it while they were at camp seeing Rocke nodding seeing they were going to their room as they weee exhausted after getting back from camp, guessing Teefs was the same seeing Pipey there as Rocke wanted to make sure they were okay because they'd seemed like they'd been attacked by Blue Meanies making John abd Juilet smile. "We're just feeling insecure as we're not hitting growth spurts or starting puberty like ohr peers. It's hard to explain, as you don't have to deal with it." Juilet told her.
She then leftthem be seeing Piper and Rocke on the couch with Rocke singing to the baby which was nicknamed Eggy by Pipey which they foundadorable seeing the cybernetic poorcupine female join themsaying John and Juilet were still sad making them sigh.
"They'll be okay honey, it's just kit stuff." Piper reassured them seeing Rocke nodding. "Just give tgem sone tine and in a bit, they'll forget aboht it." he told her seeing Piper nodding kissing him which Piper found sweet
