A/N

I'm sorry I didn't update for a long time. I didn't give up on this story. I was going through a small phase. I gave up everything last month, and only reading kept me sane. I recovered by myself reminding I want to live.

I just want to say, that I love you soo much. And help each other in need. When someone wants to talk to you, to share their pain please share it with them, cause it might be the world to them.

As usual don't forget to leave a review. Good or bad, your words have the power to heal me.

Rose's POV

"What do you mean by with us?" Belikov asked. I looked at him.

"Exactly what I just told you, I'll work with you guys but not for you," I told them.

"English, Rose," I sighed and I'm sure my face showed a bored expression.

"I'm not going to kiss any one of your asses, got it now?" They both raised an eyebrow. I sighed again.

"Are you that dumb? What I mean is..." Belikov stopped me before I could continue.

"We know what you mean, but why?" He asked me. Really? What kind of a question is that?

"Why should I work for you?" I asked them.

"Why do you want to work with us?" He asked.

"Because I do not want to be a lapdog, I don't want to be a pawn, I don't want to be used by any one of you..." I stopped to take a breath. "So if you want me to do this, I will work with you," I told them. They looked at each other and sighed. A part of me hoped to say no.

"Fine," My father told and Belikov nodded. "But you have to sign a contract,"

I groaned and placed my head on the table.

Shit!

I got up and looked at my father with a bored expression.

Fine, let's do this.

"Handcuffs?" I told him. He smirked and looked at Uncle Pavel, he nodded and took some keys out coming towards me smiling. I smiled back and before he reached me I removed my hands from the handcuffs and I looked at all of them smirking.

Yep! I know how to remove handcuffs. I learned that when I was 13. That's what I did keeping my head down just a few seconds ago.

"Whoa," I looked at Belikov's PA.

"With what did you do it?" He asked me. I showed him my bobby pin.

"That's cool!" He told.

"Thank you, Mr Zeklos," I told him.

"Please, Ivan, since we're going to work together." I nodded.

"Rose," I told him. He smiled.

"Shall we kiz? We have a contract to sign," My father told and I nodded getting up.

"Where are we by the way?" I asked them. They smirked and looked at me.

"We bought a mansion here two years ago when I moved here and after we united." My father told and I nodded.

"This way," Uncle Pavel opened the door for me.

...

"I have to live here?" I asked taking my eyes off the papers. My father and Belikov were sitting right in front of me. Belikov placed his hands on the table leaning towards.

"It's for your security and also since you want to work with us, we have to make sure that nothing goes out," He told.

"What about my college, friends, and other things?" I asked them. They looked at each other.

"We aren't cutting you from your social life kiz, you can still do what you please outside. But just make sure that everything that happens here stays inside," My father told giving a sharp look.

"Do I really have to live here?" I asked them. They nodded and that nod was enough to tell me the end of the discussion.

I started reading again

"You will keep an eye on me always?" I asked.

"Not personally but you know what it means," My father told me. I nodded.

"You will be providing me everything I need? Hey, I didn't ask for that," I told them.

" You don't need to continue with your part-time jobs. Paying your student loans and publishing your book is not the only thing you're getting for working with us. You have the equal power we have since you're working with us," Smirnov told me and I raised an eyebrow.

"Okay, not the equal power but close enough," I nodded and started reading.

"I need your permission before doing something?" I asked them.

"Work-related," Smirnov told and I nodded again. "And if needed even personal," I glared at them.

"I don't need permission from any one of you to live my life," I told them before reading again.

After reading the contract twice I looked at them placing the papers on the table.

"So as soon we gett Robert down this ends right?" They nodded.

"Unless, you want to stay," My father told and I ignored him.

"One question before this," I told them and they both looked at me.

"I've been out of hacking and computers for three years. And this is quite serious, what made you think I'm capable of this?" I asked them. They both smirked.

"Out of it? Are you sure?" My father asked. My eyes widened.

"I ran a background check on you and it came without information about your life 3 years ago, you were here for 3 years and no one knew," Smirnov told.

"Just because you're a nerd, it doesn't mean you can do all of that. So we all know even including you that you're more than capable to do this," He continued. I rolled my eyes.

"Oh, and please tell me that your marks aren't lies made by you," He told smirking.

What the fuck! I clenched my fist.

"I'll take it as a no," He told sitting down. I glared at him.

"We don't have the all-day, kiz," My father told me. I sighed looking at the contract.

I have to do this for my sake! But signing this means being back in this motherfucking life.

I already got the first scholarship, so they wouldn't give me another one. Not when I'm going to graduate in a few months. So I have to do this.

A part of me told.

Yeah still you can pay the loans, and there'll be like 5$ left, but you can always ask Mandy to give you an early salary. So don't do this. It's almost the end of the month. You can manage.

The other part told me.

"Can someone bring me a glass of vine or vodka, anything liquor?" I asked them after a long silence. They looked surprised.

"You need a drink?" Ivan asked. I shrugged my shoulders. My father sighed and looked at Ivan. He nodded and went near the small tea table and opened the small cupboard and took a bottle and a small glass out of it.

" Russian Vodka?" He asked me and I nodded.

"Sure, hard is what I need right now," I told him and he chuckled.

"Russian Vodka?" My father asked me I shrugged my shoulders.

Ivan brought the glass and gave it to me. I took a sip and swirled it around my tongue. It's so damn strong but nothing I can't handle. I smiled at Leonid.

"This is good," I told him, and his eyes bulged out and mouth hung open. I chuckled.

"Not too strong?" He asked me.

"Don't get me as an addict but I have a very good stamina when it comes to alcohol," I told him and gulped the rest in one sip closing my eyes. Damn!

I opened my eyes and took a deep breath before taking the pen to sign this. But before I'd sign it a hand stopped me. I looked up to see my father.

"I want you to know that if we're going to do this together, we have to trust each other. I know I broke yours 3 years ago but I want to start over." I looked down at the paper.

"I'll think of it, it's not like I know about everything but I'll try," I told him looking at him again and he nodded after a few seconds and took his hand away. I closed my eyes again and opened them and looked at them once again. And then signed it. Both of them signed it afterwards.

"Welcome back, kiz. Even for a little time," My father told me and I nodded.

"Looking ahead to work with you Ms Hathaway," Smirnov told me.

"No need of formalities," I told while shaking his hand.

"Likewise. Xander Dimitri Belikov," He told me.

"I'm not going to start today. I need to come up with a decent reason for my friends and others. And I'll move out the day after tomorrow which is Friday, is that fine with you?" I asked them.

"You don't need to bring much, I'll give you everything little girl," I looked at my father with a glare.

"I don't need anything from you, Mr Mazur, and don't expect me to trust you so soon. In fact, don't be surprised if I don't trust you at all. Don't you dare think I'll forgive you, now show me the way out," I told him. His eyes showed something, like hurt but I ignored it. He lost the chance to get hurt cause of my words 3 years ago!

"Pavel will show you the way out," He told. I nodded and walked to the door.

"I killed him," I stopped dead at his words. It's not like something new I mean he can kill people every day. After all, he's the leader of the Italian mafia. But this time his words stopped me because I knew whom he referred to.

"Most brutally, I've ever killed someone for what he did to you, I killed him right after I found out, I did that for you, kiz. Not because you left this life because... because you're my daughter." I heard him saying. I didn't turn. There were tears in my eyes already. I took a deep breath.

"I never asked you to kill anyone, did I?" I asked.

"What?" I heard him.

"All I asked from you from the begining to love me, to believe me, to trust me, not to kill anyone," I told him. Well, I'm glad that bastard's dead but the hurt, was still there.

He didn't trust me, he didn't believe me. He wasn't there for me when I needed him the most. Honestly, who am I kidding he wasn't there at all! He used my knowledge for years, he used my skills. I gave him everything, trying my very best just to be his daughter but I never realized that he was just pretending. I turned to him.

"And even if you killed him, it was too late, don't you think? I was already long gone," I told him and left.

You're not doing this so he pays your loans. You know that.

I ignored my self.

...

Time Skip Ibrahim's POV

Fuck!

I burst to open my door entering it. I straight went to the cupboard which has my bottles. I took one of them and started gulping.

Fuck!

"All I asked you from you to love me, to believe me, to trust me, not to kill anyone..." Her words rang like a bell in my head.

"I know you're there Belikov," I told turning to find Dimitri.

"Why didn't you tell me about her?" He asked. I rolled my eyes.

"I wasn't going to bring her into this," I told him.

"Into this? Which means you were going to bring her anyway," He told. Smart boy! I looked at him and nodded.

"I was going to bring her back, not back to this," I told him,

he nodded.

"You killed Victor Dashkov for her?" He asked. I nodded again. The whole mafia world knows about the most brutal death done by me.

"I realized everything too late, boy," I told him.
