A/N: So uh...I guess adding onto AUs inspired by games I've played...here's another that cropped up considering one certain bachelor in Stardew Valley reminding me of Yusei. ….it's Sebastian, by the way. I can't help it! That motorcycle scene(s) just brought too many similarities up! Not to mention one mod I've got that gives different outfits for each season with the NPCs! Seb's got a leather jacket! Ahem, better tone the fangirling down. Especially since technically the first one of the bachelors/bacheloretts I went with was Leah. Anyway, onto the show!

Farm AU- A New Day:

(Ren's POV)

I wiped the sweat from my forehead as I stood up from pulling weeds out. It was starting to get hotter with the day, really showing what summer was about. Unfortunately, I couldn't just take the day off if I wanted to make sure to have any produce to sell. I started as early as I could and just got the last bit of the weeds out of the soil. There was still feeding and checking the animals before I could think of heading off into town.

Well, guess this beats slamming my head against a keyboard in a building without a working AC. At least the wind still blows out here, I thought as I wiped the dirt onto the overalls. I grabbed the pail next to me. Better get this finished so I can wash off this day's work.

The sound of a motorcycle roaring up to the gate broke me out of my routine. I looked up, seeing the rider park by the north gate. Well he's here early. I set the pail down as I went up to greet him. "Hey stranger, here again?" I greeted.

Yusei chuckled, setting his helmet down. "I see you're setting up for the summer weather," he responded.

"Yeah, well, sprinklers are going haywire again. And the weeds just don't want to stay gone for long. Besides, the animals don't exactly feed themselves."

"Must be rough work being a farmer."

"Eh, I've been doing it for over a year now. I've got it down to an art by now. Anyway, what's with the sudden visit?"

"Dad sent me to drop off some schematics he threw together from the last request you finished." He handed me a few envelopes.

"Ooh, nice. I could use a few more things to liven this place up a bit."

"Going to be free this afternoon to go to the saloon? I've got a few rounds of pool planned with Jack and Crow."

I grinned at him. "You know it. It's way too hot to try any exploring outside for a while, and I've already gotten what I wanted out of the caves. Just need to smelt a few ores into bars. Then I can get to the bigger projects!"

"Well, I better not keep you then." I put the envelopes into the pockets up front while he was getting ready to go. "Oh, right, before I go..."

"Did you forget—mmph!" I had just pulled up to see what he was needing when my chin was grabbed and I felt another pair of lips on mine. Everything flew right out the window my face still bright red when Yusei pulled away.

"Be seeing you," he said, putting his helmet back on and revving the engine of his bike. He drove off as my brain was still trying to reboot from the action.

Did...Did he... My thoughts slowly started catching up. Then a loud 'moo' sounded behind me, alerting me of my hungry animals.

"Ah! Sorry! I'll be right there!" I yelped, grabbing the pail and rushing down to the barn.

A/N: Sorry if many of these tend to be short. I'm slowly getting out of the funk that kept me from writing (I mean, I've kind of updated quite a few things right now). Hopefully I can get some longer ones in the near future but for now enjoy the short fluffy ones!
