*POV BELLA*

We didn't tell anyone about our visit to my mom, it was a special moment that we both left between us. All I knew now, was that I had some planning to do. Everyone we love, knew this was it for us. Why wait? Granted, yes would wait till graduation to actually have the wedding. But why prolong what destiny has laid out for us. The only unanswered questions would be what would happen afterwards. With everyone graduating, we'd all have to go to college. I just don't know what would happen when it came to the pack. Could I actually leave? Would Jake have to come with us? Could I actually leave Charlie? More conversation to have at one point with Alice and the others.

I was glad to not see Lauren, Monday morning when we got to school. Unfortunately it didn't last long. She was doing morning announcements by Thursday. Rosalie and I share a look, they all know what happen with Lauren that morning. I quietly whisper "I love you", knowing Alice will hear me.

Alice: I love you too. She's not getting you.

I chuckle and just whisper, "I'm yours.". A warm feeling spreads through me, as if I feel her smiling at me. When the bell rings, I quickly gather my things, in hopes to make it to Alice's class before she leaves. Before I can say anything, she grabs my hand and starts walking us out the building. There's a nice layer of snow and ice on the ground. If it wasn't for my wolf reflexes, I would've instantly slipped.

Bella: hey!

Alice: I need you.

Bella: Alice, we're in school.

Alice: and now we're going outside. I have Emmett's keys.

Bella: Alice, you know we're not going to be able to do this every time Lauren…

She stops too quickly, and I bump into her.

Alice: are you saying you don't want me?

Bella: I always want you; I was just saying we won't be able to skip 2nd period every day. So we'd have to find another way…

I'm stopped with her lips and the moan that comes out of her, jets right down to my dick. I yank open Emmett's back seat door and pull her in with me.

Bella: did I ever tell you how much I love that you wear skirts and dresses? It makes it so much easier to do this.

I pull her down on me and instantly slide inside of her.

Alice: and did I tell you how much I love, how good you are at that?

Each time feels just as intense as our first. Only better each time, the more comfortable we get with our bodies. I don't know how many rounds we go, before we're interrupted by Rosalie.

Rosalie: Alice, you're buying Emmett a new truck. I love both of you dearly and I understand why, but you could've just used the woods. Emmett and I do it all the time.

Bella: gross Aphrodite!

I hear her laugh as she heads back into the school. Alice and I start straightening ourselves up before exiting the car. I hope they don't call Charlie about me missing class.

Alice: come on, let's go feed you. I'm sure you've worked up an appetite.

Rosalie's glaring at Emmett, I'm sure making a joke or two before we can even sit down. Edward whispers that he'll tell us later causing Rosalie to glare at him. They fill us in on the whispers from around the school. Of course with it being a small town, rumors of Lauren's failed marriage range from him cheating to her cheating to her coming back for me because she heard I moved on with Alice. If they only knew how true that last one was. The whole table was surprised when Alice didn't jump out of her seat at the last one. Instead she just laid her head on my shoulder while I continued eating and the others continued talking. When the bell rang, we put our trays up. We bid our goodbyes to Rosalie and Emmett, as we headed to our study hall.

Jess: Bella! Hey, can I talk to you really quick?

Alice gives me a quick kiss on the cheek and walks into class with Edward.

Jess: I heard you spoke to Lauren the other day.

Bella: yeahhhhh…

Jess: *laughs* I can imagine. As your friend and cupid, I wanted to let you know, she's planning to break you and Alice up.

Bella: as long as she stays in the office, everything will be ok.

Lauren: as long as who stays in the office?

Jess and I share a look.

Jess: what are you doing here?

Lauren: I'm taking over study hall.

Bella: why?

Lauren: well Bella, it's my job.

Jess and I stand there staring at her. I tell Jess, I'll see her later and walk into class. As I walk away, I hear Jess, "leave Bella alone. Alice makes her happy. Happier than you ever did." Her standing up for Alice and I warms my heart and causes me to smile. Edward and Alice are smiling too. Alice's is short lived when I hear Lauren come into the class, closing the door behind her. I see some of the other students look between us and Lauren. Quickly taking my seat next to Alice, I slide my hand onto her leg. Rubbing small circles while I grab my book to read. I feel her slightly relax next to me. Through most of the class, I feel Lauren's eyes burning holes in the back of my head. Before I know it, the bell rings. We gather our thing and start exiting.

Lauren: Bella, can I talk to you for a minute?

Alice instantly freezes next to me. A couple of the other students stop their movements. Edward grabs Alice's hand and pulls to lead her out the classroom. I place a kiss on her cheek to help her and turn walking back to the desk. Lauren nor I say anything as the other students walk out the class.

Lauren: I just want you to know, I didn't know you were in this class. I'm sorry if I'm causing problems between you and…

Bella: you're not.

Lauren: *haha* that's good to know. Well, either way, I didn't know you were in here. I was given this class and this period. I hope we can be the adults that we are, especially here at school. It's your learning and it's my job.

Bella: we can. You don't have to worry about Alice and me. I'll see you later.

Alice is immediately in my arms when I walk out the classroom. I chuckle and pull her along leading us outside. When we get outside, the others are waiting with Emmett's windows down. The looks on their faces tell us something is wrong.

Edward: Carlisle called, there's a vampire at the house.

We don't say anything as we quickly get in our cars. I text Jake to let him know, he'll want to be there with Edward. Also, letting the pack know. They'll need to be on alert around Forks and the Res. We arrive quickly at the house. I can hear Carlisle and another woman laughing from the living room. My wolf is on alert and ready, if anything happens. We walk into the living room; Esme is sitting on the sofa with Carlisle standing at her side. I'm sure, in case he needs to protect quickly. There's a red headed vampire sitting on the other side. My wolf growls but I push him back down when I spot her eyes are the same color as the Cullens'. I try to remember if they ever mentioned another vampire with the same diet besides their cousins in Alaska.

Carlisle: Victoria, these are our children. Emmett and Rosalie, Alice and Bella, Edward and I'm sure Jacob is on his way. Kids, this is Victoria. She said she was traveling when she heard about our family. Sharing the same diet, she wanted to meet us. Of course, not coming across many vampires with our diet.

Edward: how did you… why did you take up this diet?

She stands but doesn't move.

Victoria: first I just want to say nice to meet you. Carlisle, Esme, you have a beautiful family. Second, please call me Tori. Victoria just seems too formal. Edward, right? When I was changed, it was hard to come to grips with having to hurt humans just to survive. I tried to hold out for as long as I could each time to feed. One day, I was in between feeds running through the woods. I came face to face with a bear. He hastily attacked me. During our scuffle, some of his blood was spilled and I don't know if it was the hunger or that it didn't smell too bad. But I fed from him. I wasn't fully satisfied so I went looking for another, after 2 more, I was full. And I was ok for about 2 weeks. I didn't feel the same guilt as feeding from humans. It was hard but I stuck to the diet. I slowly realized that I could live better around humans. It made me happier. As Carlisle said, in my travels, I came across a few vampires. Not all friendly because of my eyes. A few fascinated but never willing. Eventually, I ran into one who told me about you guys and here I am. I hope it's ok.

Edward: I don't see anything in her head to prove otherwise. And to answer your question. No, Bella is not a vampire. And no, she's not just human. But it's not my place to say.

Victoria stares at Edward confused before looking back and forth between Carlisle and Edward.

Carlisle: my son is gifted. He can read minds.

Tori: I heard of vampires with gifts, I never met any. Are all of you gifted?

Bella: I'm a wolf. I have a pack. We were born to hunt vampires. Vampires who hunt humans. Alice and I are together. Edward is with a member of my pack. Here he comes, Tori this is Jake.

Jake quickly moves to stand next to Edward. Who slides his hand into Jake's. Stopping the trembling.

Alice: do you plan to stay?

Tori: if it's ok with you all. I always wanted to try to settle down somewhere. And I hear you guys have here. It would be a help to have friends.

Carlisle looks to all of us. I see some of the others nod their heads. Jake and I are a little more on edge.

Carlisle: I think… if you don't hunt humans. If you stay off the Res. And if you keep things low key. Don't make the humans suspicious of anything or a situation that would cause us to have to move. This is our home. Please respect the town and our secrets.

Tori: of course. We can tell them I'm a cousin that came to visit. I found a house not too far from here. Please come visit whenever you'd like. I'll go hunt now. I have some shopping to do later. I haven't had a home since I was human. Excited to do shopping for it.

With that, she made her exit. We all stared are her departure. After a minute paused, Edward, Carlisle and Rosalie broke into a discussion about this Victoria. The uncomfortableness about it all. We don't know anything about her. Jake and I agree to have the pack on alert. I know Sam and the others will be on high alert. With their mates being human, there's a greater risk.

I never wanted to walk through these hospital doors again. The smell of bleach, the cold halls, the bright lights… it all brings back memories of the many visits. I had to say goodbye to my mom here. It was one of the hardest days of my life. Yet here I was, hopefully creating a new happier memory here. Edward said his office was on the 3rd floor. Though I'm 99.9% sure the answer would be yes, there's still that chance he'll tell me no. And that .1% worries me. I find his office easily. I take a deep breath and wipe my hands on my jeans before knocking on the door.

Carlisle: come on.

I open the door, and he's head down in a book. Writing notes on the side. I wait for him to look up before saying anything. Not wanting to interrupt his thoughts and focus. He finally looks up and gestures for me to sit down.

Bella: hey Carlisle. I hope I'm not bothering you.

Carlisle: of course not Bella. Is everything ok?

I wipe my hands again.

Bella: I wanted to talk to you about something. Well, more so ask you something.

He gets up and walks around the desk, taking the seat next to the chair I'm in.

Carlisle: ok what can I help you with?

Bella: I want to marry Alice. And I was hoping to get your blessing.

I see the twinkle in his eye and slight smile as he realizes the nature of the conversation. He relaxes into the chair.

Carlisle: I see. And Bella, why should I give you, my blessing? Alice is my baby girl. I want nothing but happiness for her. I need to know she'll be safe with you before I give you, my blessing.

I study him. Wondering if he's serious or if he's talked to Esme and messing with me. Just in case he's not joking and being serious. I take the matter as such.

Bella: your daughter will always be safe with me. I would give my life for her. And I would do anything to make her happy.

Carlisle: a father always wants to hear that when it comes to his children. I just want to know, why now? Why not wait a while to marry?

Bella: why wait? She's it for me. We all know, this is forever. Why not start forever now? The wedding wouldn't be till after graduation, of course. Given I'm sure, we'll have to move eventually. I would love to give that memory to my father and friends before we do so.

Carlisle: Charlie can always come with us Bella. He's our family too. Have you thought a lot about what happens after graduation? If you want to go to school? You know whatever you want to do, we'll support. Everyone has gone to college and I'm sure wouldn't mind attending again.

Bella: Charlie would never leave Forks. He would never leave my mom. I'm sure college is in the plans. I haven't discussed it with Alice yet.

Carlisle: I see. Esme and I love you, Bella. I know you will love and protect my daughter. I know you'll give your life for her. And I know you'll do everything you can to make her happy. Esme already gave you, her blessing. And of course, you have my blessing. Do you know when you'll ask her?

Bella: Christmas…..

It had been a crazy 2 weeks. With this random ass vampire in town, everyone was once again on edge. Christmas was upon us, luckily for online shopping, we were all able to get our gifts. In case there was a situation, none of us wanted to be far from town. She took a job at the café. Edward has been able to hear through the town's minds about her. She's seemed to be staying out of trouble. Lauren on the other hand, has been desperately trying to be friends. Popping up here and there. Between seeing her around school and sometimes around town, I was just lucky Alice's jealousy has calmed down. Today is Christmas Eve and I can't wait to be with the whole family. Open gifts. See the looks on everyone's faces. Most importantly seeing Alice when I give her, her last gift. I've been planning how to do this since that day at the cemetery. To keep Alice from seeing anything, I involved a lot of people. In fact, everyone.

Alice: Bella! Are you ready?

Bella: yes, just getting the last few gifts.

I put the box into my pocket. Grabbing all the bags and head downstairs. We have to drop off gifts at the Res before heading to pick up Charlie. We load up Emmett's truck and head down to Leah's house. We'll drop off the packs' gifts there too, letting them stop by to get them whenever they want. Billy and Jake will be joining us at the Cullens later. Carlisle was given the tasks to keep them entertained. Giving time for Emmett and Rosalie go to Charlie's to set up the tv. Jake and Edward time to go to Billy's and set up his. The level of excitement Emmett and Jake have for their gifts is comical. Once they come back, we'll have dinner and open gifts after.

Dinner went by pretty quickly. I honestly think everyone was just anxious to get to Alice's gift. When we start exchanging gifts, they all pretty much rip their gifts open. While their excitement grew. My nerves soared with each gift. Edward finally handed me the envelope. I stared at it waiting for Esme to open her last gift. I take a deep breathe. All eyes on me.

Bella: Alice? This last one is for you. Wait a second before you open it. Edward, Rosalie and I have to leave. Wait 10 seconds and then open it.

*POV ALICE*

I stare at the door as they head out. I look over to the others, Emmett and Jake are almost bouncing in their seats. All the others smiling. I slowly open the envelope, not wanting to rip it open, I take my time opening it.

"Go to the place where I first saw you. Take your car."

Alice: a scavenger hunt?

Jake: just go with it.

I head for the door, debating if this is something I should really take my car or run. The snow might make it a little harder to speed. I sigh as I get in my car, doing what the paper says. Getting in, I see 4 white roses in the seat. I smile as I sniff them and smell the cologne I bought her. The first place I saw her was the school cafeteria, but the first place she saw me was the parking. I take off quickly, making it in less than 3 minutes. I see Edward standing by Bella's car, it's parked in the same place it was that day. He's holding 2 more roses. The snow quickly falling around him. Trying to make up for not snowing in a while. I walk up to him, and he has the biggest smile on his face.

Edward: I know you expected Bella. Be nice and go along with it. You'll love the gift. Now here.

He hands me the roses and another envelope.

"I remember the first time I saw you. My whole world stopped… Go to the place you go to think of me."

I nod and get back in the car. Driving to an area between Bella's and our house. I take off into the woods, quickly making it to my spot. The snow has now made a small layer on the ground. On the rock over the cliff, I see 2 more roses and another envelope.

"This place brought you peace many times. And it brought me peace when you were gone… Go to the place you first watched me sleep."

I smile thinking about the many times I came here to think of her freely. And the times we've been here since. I grab the roses and head back to my car. Placing them on the seat with the others. The drive to Charlie's house didn't take long. I rush up the stairs into her room. On the bed are 2 more roses and another envelope.

"Waking up to you is one of my favorite things. The first time, I thought it was all a dream that you spent the night… Go to where we had our first kiss. I promise, you're almost done."

I smile at the memory of her running down the stairs that morning. I grab the roses and run back down to the car. Driving back to the school. Edward is no longer there but the gym door is open. I walk in and engulf with her cologne again. In the middle of the gym, there's a table with a candle, 2 more roses and another envelope. I look around but see no one. I pick up the roses and envelope.

"Go to the place I made you mine… Bring the roses."

The drive to the beach takes for real. Or maybe it's just my anxiety that feels like I'm not getting there quick enough. I pull up as the snow fall slows down. I look further down the beach, and I see a tent. The same tent we shared our night in. Grabbing the roses, I get out the car, my ears quickly pick up the music.

This scene feels like what I once saw on a screen. I searched aurora borealis green. I've never seen someone lit from within, blurring out my periphery. My smile is like I won a contest.

I smile big at the fact she picked out this song. She can say what she wants but I'll make a Swiftie out of her one day.

And to hide that I would be so dishonest. And it's fine to fake it 'til you make it. 'til you do, 'til it's true.

I walk at human pace down to the beach. I don't see her but I'm sure she's here. My body can feel her.

Now it's like snow at the beach. Weird but fucking beautiful. Flying in a dream, stars by the pocketful.

I look up and there are more stars tonight than nights before.

You wanting me tonight feels impossible. But it's coming down, no sound, it's all around.

I smile big as my beautiful Bella comes into view. She's dressed in a nice grey button down that really bring out her eyes and dress pants. She's holding a white rose with the biggest grin on her face.

Bella : I can't speak afraid to jinx it. I don't even dare to wish it. But your eyes are flying saucers from another planet. Now I'm all for you like Janet, can this be a real thing, can it?

I don't stop myself from jumping into her arms. Kissing her all over her face. I hear the music volume lower.

Alice: I love you so much! You memorized another Taylor song for me!

Bella: *haha* only for you. But I'm not done.

Alice: there's more?

She doesn't say anything just puts me down and hands me the last rose. I look down at them and realize there's 13. I laugh at the thought she put into all of this.

Bella: Thomas Merton once said, "Love is our true destiny. We do not find the meaning of life by ourselves alone. We find it with another." When I first phased, I was so confused. At first, I didn't understand why everything was happening. But now I do. My destiny was always you Alice. Our love has brought peace between the pack and your family. Our love has brought peace to my heart. It healed parts of me I never knew needed healing. And I'm forever thankful for it. I love you more than life itself Alice. I want nothing more than to spend the rest of my life by your side. Loving you the way you deserve to be loved.

She pulls out a small box from her pocket and slowly gets down on her knee. When she opens the box, I quickly notice it's a ring I've seen before. It's her mother's ring.

Bella: Mary Alice Brandon Cullen, will you marry me? And just so you know, I did ask Carlisle. He gave us his blessing. As did Esme. And the others.

I feel the tears run down my eyes, unable to speak I nod my head yes. She slides the ring onto my hand and it's a perfect fit. I'm unable to take my eyes off of it as she stands. I look into her eyes and see her happiness shining brighter than the sun.

Alice: I love you, Isabella. Yes, I'll marry you. I'll marry you a million times over.

Bella: I'll remember that on our millionth wedding.

I laugh and kiss her deeply. We're interrupted by clapping and cheering, as our family come out of the woods. Rosalie is instantly by my side, looking and gushing about my ring. Leah soon joining her. I see Emmett wrap Bella into a bear hug and spin her around. Letting her go so that Esme and Carlisle can hug her. Charlie walks over to me with tears in his eyes. He looks down at the ring and I realize he had to have given Bella the ring. In doing so, giving us his blessing. I wrap my arms around him and thank him for the ring.

Charlie: you have my blessing. And from looking at this snow, I'm sure you have Renee's blessing too.
