Harry had just disembarked the Hogwarts Express and was met by Daphne's parents as well as her little sister. Which he was kind of surprised by meeting them suddenly.
"Hello, Mr. Potter." Cyrus Greengrass said.
"Hello, Lord Greengrass." Harry said.
Cyrus blinked and asked, "How did you know that I was a Lord?"
"My Aunt Nix is Lady Peverell and is betrothed Lord Claiborne-Stark." Harry said.
Cyrus's wife, Anita Greengrass nee Chamberlain walked over to them and blinked then said, "Did you say that your Aunt is a Peverell and engaged to Lord Claiborne?!"
"Well, my father thought of Aunt Nix like a sister even though that they were cousins. As my Uncle is the son of an American named Lord Howard Stark and his wife, Maria Stark nee Claiborne and his name Anthony Edward Claiborne-Stark but he goes by Tony for short. So, I call them both Aunt and Uncle from my father's side of the family." Harry said.
Daphne and Astoria were sort of embarrassed by their parents questioning Harry Potter. Daphne was about to say something when they heard, "HARRY JAMES POTTER! BAMBINO!"
Cyrus and Anita turned towards the voice and saw a man and woman heading quickly towards them. From what Cyrus and his wife could tell was that the man and woman seemed a bit upset or worried.
Harry turned just as arms wrapped him in a hug and he was he return the hug immediately; but he wondered why his Aunt and Uncle looked a mess with worry.
"Jarvis alerted us to what was going on, Harry." Tony said.
"He said you went down into the Chamber of Secrets to rescue Ginny Weasley and that you were concerned for the rest of your classmates!" Nix said.
"I did rescue Ginny but it was weird seeing some of my classmates in danger from something that only I could understand. At least it wasn't as bad as my first year. Right?" Harry said.
Nix sighed and said, "While I commend your bravery for fighting a 60ft magical snake; I am just happy that you are okay but disappointed that the Headmaster thinks that he knows best when obviously he doesn't. As to happened in your first, it was still same feeling regardless, Harry!"
Cyrus went wide eyed as did his wife.
Harry chuckled and said, "You could say that it sort of felt like I was sort of doing what you use to, Aunt Nix."
Nix just shook head and said, "I was doing dangerous things since I was fourteen but I will admit that danger does always seem to find members of our family and there's nothing we can do about it at times. Although, this is sort of different because it's being forced, Harry."
Harry nodded in agreement and said, "I'm just glad to have you and Uncle Tony when the aftermath of the dangerous things happen."
Tony smiled and said, "We're happy to be there for you always, Harry."
Suddenly, Daphne said, "Harry, is this your Aunt and Uncle talk about so much?"
Harry looked at Daphne as Nix and Tony let him go from their hug and said, "Yeah, Daphne. May I introduce my Aunt Phoenix Peverell and her betrothed, Tony Claiborne-Stark properly."
The Greengrasses were completely stunned.
"It's nice to meet you all." Tony said shaking Cyrus's hand.
"Likewise, Lord Claiborne-Stark and Lady Peverell." Cyrus said shaking hands with both of them.
"We know that you two are guardians of Heir Potter but will you both be staying in Britain or returning to America?"Anita asked curiously.
"I will be staying a bit longer but eventually I will have to return to the States because I have a company to run. However, Nix will be staying in Britain unless she needs to return to the States." Tony said.
The Greengrass family was surprised to hear this and out of curiosity, Astoria asked, "Lady Peverell and Lord Claiborne, will Harry change schools now because of what happened at Hogwarts?"
"No, he'll still be attending Hogwarts. However, I think we finally came up with a name for the foundation to honour both your parents, Harry. I mean we made a list of names for the foundation with you, Harry in your first two years; even though some of them were good." Nix said answering Astoria's question then looking at Harry.
"What it, Aunt Nix?!" Harry said excitedly.
"James and Lily's Arch of Love and Hope Foundation. We also created a scholarship as well in their memory; it's called The Prongs Lily scholarship. I will admit that it is an unusual name for scholarship but since when has anything been normal around our family." Nix said with a smile.
Both Tony and Harry laughed at that.
"Well that is a pretty unique name." Cyrus said suddenly.
Tony, Nix, and Harry looked at looked at Lord Greengrass then Tony said, "You don't know about how many names we tried out first, Cyrus."
"Some of the names were much more stranger or unique and ended up being too funny." Harry said.
"Yes, well it was hard coming up with something that your parents would probably like as well as honour them in some way or another." Nix said.
The Greengrass family was actually surprised by how Harry got along with his Aunt and Uncle that were from the States. They continued talking with Harry along with his Aunt and Uncle for a bit longer.
Then out of blue, a red headed boy about the same age as Harry came walking over with his family followed by the Grangers and said, "Harry, why are you talking to these slimy snakes?!"
"Ron, snakes are scaly not slimy ; besides we're not at school because it's the Summer Holidays. We don't have to school rivalry now." Harry said.
Tony and Nix weren't exactly happy with the red head; which several people both magical and non-magical took notice. The Greengrass family was absolutely livid with the youngest Weasley boy.
However, Nix said with a calmness that sent shivers down the spine looking at Ron, "You walk over here and insult people who was just conversation with others which is called socialising. People like to socialise because it's how you make friends, allies, and more. One would question your upbringing because you sound rude to some people."
Arthur had been shocked by Ron's outburst and in front of Lady Peverell and Lord Claiborne-Stark; no less considering that they were legally Harry Potter's guardians. However, he understood what Lady Peverell was saying to Ron.
Molly, however, had to say something, "How dare you say that my Ron is rude!"
At that moment, Tony spoke and said, "My fiancé didn't exactly say that your youngest son was rude. She merely stated that how he was speaking would be considered rude to some, especially if he was working for a company or any job that mattered. Some would not take his attitude or behaviour and my fiancé is right about socialising with different people in order to make friends, alliances, and more."
Arthur was surprised.
"Harry, what are you planning to do this Summer?" Hermione asked curiously.
"I don't know because usually; Uncle Tony, Aunt Nix, and I usually travel to the States or to another country." was all Harry said.
Hermione's eyes widened at hearing that Harry had traveled outside of the UK.
Both Nix and Tony noticed Hermione's reaction to the fact that Harry had left the UK; which led them to believe that she was part of the bloodline feud now but her parents weren't aware of it.
Harry as well as Daphne noticed the look that Harry's Aunt and Uncle were giving Hermione and realized that she joined the others that were marked by the bloodline feud.
"Harry, what do you during the Summer with your Aunt and Uncle ?" Daphne asked curiously.
"Sometimes, I help Uncle Tony work on his car collection or Aunt Nix with some things that she was working on. However, Uncle Tony and I do workout sessions with Aunt Nix because it's nice to remain active and healthy." Harry answered Daphne, "Also, when we travel to another country; we learn about their culture before we travel to the country because you need to understand their culture or you could offend the people of that country."
Hermione scoffed, not because Harry didn't answer her fully; but because he had answered Daphne when she had asked him about what he did during the Summer with his Aunt and Uncle . She wondered why Harry answered Daphne the way that he had instead of her.
"Bambino, are you ready to get going because Pepper along with Happy are probably waiting for us?" Tony said.
"Pepper and Happy are here?!" Harry said with excitement.
"Yeah, they decided to come here. If you want, you can invite a few others later." Tony said.
"Thanks, Uncle Tony and I wait to see Pepper and Happy." Harry said.
Nix chuckled and said, "It wouldn't surprise me, if Pepper sent Happy with a car to pick us up."
Just as Tony, Nix, and Harry stepped out of the magical barrier that led to the platform; they saw Happy waving at them.
The Weasleys, Greengrasses, and the Grangers as well as the Malfoys who just getting ready to go to the apparition site were stunned to see the most expensive car and the somewhat plump man waving to Tony, Nix, and Harry.
Harry ran up to Happy and gave him a hug and said, "It's been a while, Happy."
The man chuckled returning the hug and said, "It has but Pepper and I had to come to London just to check in on your Uncle Tony and Aunt Nix. Besides, we have to be on our toes when it comes to the boss and fiancé as well as you, Harry."
Harry laughed.
Several days later...
Tony and Harry were planning a surprise party for Nix; when the news flashed across the TV screen about Sirius Black an escaped convict. Both Harry and Tony looked at each other knowing that when Nix heard about this; she would plan to do something about it immediately.
Unbeknownst them, Nix had already found out about it and was already at Gringotts dealing with Griphook and King Ragnrok on how to get Sirius a trial and that Dumbledore and any other cronies couldn't attend because Death, Fate, and Lady Magic will attend as well as understanding who is considered part of the bloodline feud in order to understand how far the British magical government is corrupted.
Meanwhile, at the Ministry of Magic...
Cornelius Fudge was having to deal with rumours that A Peverell was alive and was betrothed to a Claiborne; considering that he believed it be rumours. However, if it was true then what could it mean for the Magical Community of Britain. He had assumed that all the Peverells had died out a long time ago.
Amelia Bones was now walking towards him with a look of complete anger and said, "Amelia, what's wrong?"
"Cornelius, are to explain why some of my Aurors are sporting the Peverell Family Crest on their arm with other crests inside it and underneath it says 'Bloodline Feud' because it has become darker than when it first appeared?!" Amelia said.
"I don't know what you're talking about, Amelia?" Cornelius said.
Amelia glared at Cornelius because she had a feeling that he was keeping something from her. She wondered if he knew that the rumours about Lady Peverell and Lord Claiborne-Stark were actually true and they were the true legal guardians of Harry James Potter aka The Boy Who Lived. She had begun notice that a few of her Aurors were marked with an unusual crest of sorts. She had asked the Aurors with mark on how they got it. All they told her is that didn't know because it just appeared about a few years back.
That got Amelia thinking because that's when Lady Peverell and Lord Claiborne-Stark made their first appearance and couldn't help but wonder that if Lady Peverell and her fiancé had something to do with that mark; so she decided to write to the goblins to see if they knew anything about the mark that was on some of Aurors.
Moments later, she received a response from King Ragnrok himself saying that Lady Peverell and her betrothed in fact enacted the bloodline feud and anyone wearing the mark was considered an enemy of the Peverell Family and descendants along with the most trusted family friends. Ragnrok also informed her that when Lady Peverell and Lord Claiborne-Stark bond/marry that they would combine their bloodlines which had never been done before.
Back with Nix, Tony, and Harry...
They arrived back at the Stark flat; however, there was a black dog sitting there. Apparently, Nix recognised the dog immediately and said, "You're welcome to come in but you will get a bath, is that clear! Padfoot?!"
The dog whined but understood.
Tony noticed that his fiancé had spoken to the dog and chuckled because he knew that the dog was in for a rude awakening from Nix.
Harry raised a brow in confusion at his Aunt but he heard her call the dog, Padfoot. However, he couldn't shake this feeling that he knew the name that his Aunt had called the dog.
Happy realised that the dog wasn't exactly a dog because he remembered when Tony and Nix had informed him and Pepper about everything when they had rescued Harry from his mother's sister who was a horrible woman in both his and Pepper's minds when they actually met Harry; the first time that they actually helped Tony and Nix out with Harry. He and Pepper both took a liking to Harry.
About five minutes, Nix was chasing after the dog which caused both Tony and Harry to laugh along with Pepper and Happy. Which immediately got the dog's attention that he barked happily until Nix said, "Padfoot, give me one good reason why I don't have you spade and neutered?!"
The dog whimpered.
Tony looked at the dog and asked, "What did you do to make Nix threaten you with a spade and neutered?"
The dog just whined.
Just as Nix was about to tell Tony what Padfoot had done; Pepper had just walked and noticed the dog who was looking at her as if he was confused.
"So, I am guessing that this is Padfoot?" Pepper said.
"Yes and he did something that Nix threatened him with spade and neutering." Harry said.
Pepper's eyes went wide at that and then said, "I can probably think of a few reasons and probably the one main reason as why she threatened him with that."
Tony noticed that the dog was confused and said, "Padfoot, this is Pepper Potts and she's my friend who's like a sister. She's not a reincarnation of Lily Potter but she can have the same temperament as Lily from what Nix told me once."
Pepper laughed at that and said, "For all I know, it would be strange if Lily and I were distant related in some way."
"Who says that you're not?" Nix said, "Or you could have been friends with each other and hadn't known it."
Both Tony and Harry blinked at that as did Happy and Padfoot.
"Well, if I was, Nix. I'm just glad that you and Tony got to Harry as soon as did when you did. Besides, Harry does call me Aunt Pepper even though he's related to you, Nix." Pepper said.
"That may be true, Pepper but you're still family to us just like Happy and Rhodey regardless of being family by blood. Since family doesn't exactly to have be blood." Nix said.
"She's right, Aunt Pepper. Family doesn't exactly have to be blood like some pure bloods think because that's what I believe is hurting the magical communities here in Britain; where as in the States everything is somewhat better than what is in the British magical communities because they are so behind the times." Harry said.
Padfoot was still confused until Nix said, "Padfoot, don't think I've forgotten about you did moments ago because the threat still stands."
Padfoot whimpered.
"What exactly did he do, Nix?" Tony asked.
"Tony, do remember that I was working on a painting of sorts but I was doing some rough sketches first ?" Nix said.
"Yeah, you were doing a painting to honour my family and your family because some of them were no longer living. Why?" Tony said.
"Well, Padfoot decided to destroy the final rough sketch that I had that I finally could put on canvas as a birthday present for Harry and you as well, Tony." Nix said.
Tony looked at Padfoot and sighed and said, "Nix had been working on the since we had brought Harry to live with us because my parents were murder while we were with Harry. Nix was doing that picture to let Harry know that my family had invested so much in helping to search for him that's why it was honouring everyone in the painting."
"Uncle Tony?" Harry said.
Tony looked at Harry and said, "Yes, Bambino?"
"Aunt Nix and you told me stories about your parents as well as your godmother. I will always remember them regardless. I also get the feeling that Padfoot is sorry or Aunt Nix could imitate Aunt Pepper's as well as my mother's temper and that combination would send him running for the hills or she could use the flea dip." Harry said watching Padfoot.
Tony was looking at Padfoot as were Happy and Pepper to see what the dog would do. They watched as Padfoot literally went sorrowfully towards Nix and watched as he nudge her hand with his nose to apologise. Everyone held their breath and wondered what Nix would do.
Nix acknowledged Padfoot and said, "James may have pranked me a few times, Padfoot but it was ten times worse for him because he got hurt especially after that he pranked me after I had returned from a mission and he learned real fast not to prank me when I had been in a life and death situation. So, you're forgiven for now but don't think that I won't get you back considering that Tony and I have been working to get a trial that you should have had Sirius."
Padfoot changed into his human form and asked, "How did you know?"
"Honestly, did you and James think that you could really hide anything from me." Nix said.
Time Skip*
The Summer Holidays were now over and Sirius Black had a secret trial without Dumbledore knowing. However, once Harry was starting to get ready to go back to Hogwarts; they had made plans with Sirius on to deal with Albus Dumbledore. Sirius grinned as he listened the plan as did Harry because Sirius realised that Remus would probably be in a rude awakening and Nix was terrifying as well as her betrothed.
Also, Tony and Nix had told Sirius everything that had happened as well as told him that Dumbledore had basically forced the prophecy between Harry and Voldemort. They also informed Sirius that should they have to return to the States unexpectedly that he would be responsible for Harry.
Sirius was completely furious at learning about that and more; but he was happy that Nix and Tony had gotten to Harry when they did. He was also happy that Nix issued something like the bloodline feud but was shocked that it was backed by Death, Fate, and Magic after they had told him the entire story.
About a few days later, they went to Diagon Alley to retrieve Harry's things while Sirius secretly went into Gringotts had retrieved his Lordship and explained everything to the goblins, which the goblins grinned in understanding.
Moments later, Sirius appeared in his Grimm form to let the others know that he was leaving; so they could continue their plan to shock Remus as well as Dumbledore.
Tony, Nix, Harry, and Pepper along with Happy nodded in understanding; so they watched as Padfoot walked off into the unknown.
Then they continued their shopping in Diagon Alley; when they approached the Weasley Family and the Granger girl. Pepper and Happy didn't like how these people were approaching Tony, Nix, and Harry even though they had been told that most of the Weasleys were innocent with the exception of Molly, Ron, and Ginny Weasley along with Hermione Granger.
"Harry, who are you with?" Hermione questioned.
Before Harry could answer; Fudge and a few Aurors approached and was about to have them arrest Tony and Nix accusing them of kidnapping Harry Potter; when Happy said, "You touch my boss and his fiancé as well as young Heir Potter then you'll have an international incident on your hands to deal with because Heir Potter is in fact the nephew of Lady Phoenix Peverell and Lord Claiborne-Stark who are backed by the Queen, Mum herself, Magical Congress of America,and the Italian Ministry of Magic. It is my sworn duty as a bodyguard to Lord Claiborne-Stark to protect him, his Lady, and their nephew by any means necessary!"
The Aurors paled because some them of the recall that James had mentioned that he had learned some fighting styles and techniques from a cousin who he considered a sister and said that her name was Phoenix Peverell, Lady of the Peverell Family in which his family was descended from.
"How dare you!" Fudge said looking at Happy.
Suddenly, Nix glared and said, "Cornelius Fudge, Minister of Magic, consider yourself in a duel of honour and the duel will take place at Hogwarts on the 12th of September and no one will interfere for if they do; they will be considered a threat to my family and friends! So smote it be!"
Both Tony and Harry along with Pepper and Happy were completely stunned that Nix issued an honour duel. Apparently, they weren't the only ones in shock because everyone heard the declaration from Lady Peverell because they never thought that their Minister would ever be in a duel of honour and that the duel would take place at Hogwarts.
At Hogwarts...
Apparently, Hogwarts herself felt the magic of an honour duel being issued automatically and started setting up the duelling arena for the honour duel.
Severus and Minerva were showing Remus around then they were going to show him to his office and his room; when they bypassed a room that was highly decorated. Then both Minerva and Severus paled as they noticed the Peverell Family crest on one side and the Fudge Family crest on the other side.
"When did Hogwarts have a duelling room?" Remus questioned.
"We don't know, Lupin but it may have always been here." Severus said sarcastically.
Minerva gasped as she read out loud: Honour Duel between Minister Cornelius Fudge and Lady Phoenix Peverell to be held at Hogwarts on September twelfth.
"Who is Phoenix Peverell? And why is she duelling with Fudge in an honour duel?" Remus questioned.
"Don't tell me that Fudge did something that he'll regret?" Severus said looking at the banner.
At that moment, Flitwick walked by and said, "Oh my! Fudge, did do something to insult Lady Peverell who will soon marry Lord Claiborne-Stark?!"
"Huh?" Remus questioned.
Severus looked at Remus and said, "Lady Phoenix Peverell is the one person that you don't want to insult because she's in fact related to the Potters. Minerva and I had a chance at meeting her."
"What do you mean, Severus?" Remus said.
Minerva decided to speak, "Remus, did James ever mention to you that he had a cousin that he treated like a sister?"
Remus looked at Severus, Minerva, and Flitwick the said, "James said that he had a cousin that worked in the government. He also told me that she can appear unexpectedly; however, he said that her job was more dangerous than an Auror's job. Why?"
"Well, Lady Peverell had returned from her mission and that's how she met Lord Claiborne-Stark and his family vowed to help find Harry at all costs. When they located Harry finally; it was Lady Peverell that issued a bloodline feud that was backed by Death, Fate, and Lady Magic themselves making ten times powerful." Severus said.
"You're kidding?!" Remus said.
"I'm afraid he isn't, Mr. Lupin." Minerva said.
"Not only that but Lady Peverell also has the backing of the Queen of England herself and her co-workers. Also, Lord Claiborne-Stark is also the sole heir of both his mother's and father's family and is in fact a billionaire and now owner of the company that his father started known as Stark Industries. So, he also added his family magic into the bloodline feud to help Lady Peverell." Flitwick said suddenly.
Remus was stunned but wondered what that had to do with the honour duel that was going to take place here at Hogwarts.
Time Skip to September *
Everyone was getting excited because there was going to be a duel of honour in the Duelling Room at Hogwarts; it was the talk of the school.
Albus had been shocked to learn of a duel of honour was being held at Hogwarts after he had been trying to figure out where Harry lives during the summer since he doesn't go to the Dursleys' home anymore. Then he noticed the crests on each side and was shocked to see the symbol of the Deathly Hollows on one side of the duel arena and on the other side was the Fudge Family crest; which could only mean one thing and that someone had somehow had found all the hollows.
Harry Potter was being asked about what caused the honour duel between the Minister of Magic and his Aunt. All he told them was that the Minister had done something that had set his Aunt off to literally call on Lady Magic for a duel of honour.
Apparently, Ron, Hermione, and Ginny heard this; however, they were still trying to get close to Harry and pull him away from the Slytherins.
Remus was watching everything that was going on and he noticed that Harry was sort of getting irritated by the two Weasley and the Granger girl. He wondered why because he was told that they were friends but if what he was seeing was true then Harry wasn't exactly friends with them and he was lied to.
"Harry, why are talking with those slimy snakes?" Ron said.
Harry sighed and decided to turn the tables on the traitors by saying, "Doesn't the Headmaster talk about unity?"
This caused Ron, Ginny, and Hermione to stutter.
Remus had a feeling that things were definitely going to be strange here at Hogwarts since his time; but he was curious as to who exactly Phoenix Peverell is and how she ended up in a honour duel with the Minister of Magic in the first place.
Meanwhile...
Dumbledore had finished his plans and he hoped that his plans for Harry Potter wouldn't backfire on him again like they had the first two years since Harry two years of attendance at Hogwarts. However, little did he know that his plans for Harry's 3rd year had already backfired in a way this time.

Albus couldn't believe that a honour duel was being held here at Hogwarts between Lady Peverell and the Minister of Magic of all things. He had thought that the Aurors would have arrested Lady Peverell and her fiancé for kidnapping Harry Potter but they hadn't. So, now Hogwarts was hosting the Minister of Magic as well as Lady Peverell which caused a lot of excitement around the students and some staff members.
"Minerva, I was unaware that a duel was going to place here." Albus said.
"We all were, Albus. I admit that it was awkward when the duelling room appeared while Severus and I were showing Professor Lupin around." Minerva stated.
"Who are the opponents in this duel?" Albus questioned.
"Cornelius Fudge and Lady Phoenix Peverell, Albus. It is an honour duel because Minister Fudge did something completely stupid in front of a lot of witnesses. I am sure that you have heard rumours that there was a Peverell still alive and that she and her fiancé, Lord Claiborne-Stark have become the legal guardians of Harry Potter." Minerva stated.
Albus blinked but at the same time he wondered how in the world Fudge had screwed up his plans for Harry once his new guardians were to be arrested. Then he looked at Minerva and said, "I had heard rumours, Minerva that there were people claiming to be Harry's guardians."
Minerva just shook head in disbelief that Albus Dumbledore wasn't exactly seeing the point here; but most of all, she was stunned that Albus seemed completely obsessed with Harry which was creepy in her mind.
Just then, the students all piled into the room waiting to witness a first ever honour duel to be held at Hogwarts.
Albus watched as he saw young Harry sit with a gentleman and a few Slytherins sat beside them and he wondered why young Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger along with Ginny Weasley weren't sitting beside Harry. Then he noticed that Remus had sat beside the gentleman and Harry which caused him to smile; he was thinking that Remus would be able to talk the boy into getting away from that man.
However, the opposite seemed to happen. The gentleman told Remus to pay close attention to the duel that was getting ready to happen because he would be surprised in more ways than one; which caused Harry to laugh a bit.
Remus was amazed at seeing what this woman named Phoenix Peverell could do; however, he was surprised that the woman could pull off the fighting techniques that James could when he was an Auror back in the day. Then he heard Harry say, "Uncle Tony, Aunt Nix sure can fight in a duel. I mean it is awesome how she can do that and take Fudge by surprise."
Remus heard the man known as Tony chuckle and say, "Harry, your Aunt can surprise about anyone and I should know because she startled my father once which my mother and I found it hilarious. She's even startled Happy one or more times."
Harry looked at Tony and asked, "Does she even startle you at times, Uncle Tony?"
Remus was curious as well then heard Tony say, "Sometimes but I have gotten use to it; but Pepper hasn't exactly gotten use to it whereas Happy has. Rhodey still gets spooked a bit by Nix sometimes as well especially if Nix is geared up."
Harry laughed.
Remus was surprised that Harry was laughing at some misfortune of the people that this man, Tony had said were spooked by the woman known as Nix. He also wondered what Tony meant by 'Especially if Nix is geared up' because he noticed that Nix seemed to be wearing the appropriate dueling robes right now.
Time Skip *
Several weeks had went by after the duel that had taken place. Everyone was still talking about it, regardless of the supposed escape of Sirius Black. However, Albus hoped that everything else would still go as planned considering that the arrest of Lady Peverell and her fiancé hadn't exactly went as planned.
The students had finally calmed down after the excitement and apparently both Lady Peverell and her fiancé decided to ask for a tour of Hogwarts before they left to better understand the school; which surprised Albus when Minerva agreed to it.
Albus sighed but then again; he wondered if this would be a good chance to learn about Lady Peverell and her fiancé as well as how they had exactly managed to get guardianship over Harry Potter in both the Muggle and Magical Worlds. Also, he wondered how it was possible that there was in fact a Peverell still alive because he believed that the Potters were the last descendants of the Peverells.
He saw Lady Peverell and her fiancé with Minerva that he decided to intervene immediately by saying, "Minerva, I'll take over the tour from here."
Minerva was a bit surprised by what Albus said; but she couldn't help but feel that he was up to something. She looked at both Phoenix and Tony to see if they would be okay with Albus finishing the tour. To her surprise, both Nix and Tony grinned as if they were aware of what the Headmaster was up to but acknowledged her to let him.
Then Minerva looked at Albus and said, "Very well, Albus but I suggest that you be respectful to them."
Albus was confused just a bit by what Minerva had said just to him.
Tony and Nix were aware of what Albus Fumble dork was up to but didn't let it show; because apparently Fumble dork thinks that he knew a lot about the Peverell family. However, Nix was going to show this idiot of a Headmaster just exactly what a Peverell can do.
"So, does Hogwarts ever keep in contact with other magical schools?" Tony asked curiously.
"The only ones that we are aware of in Europe region." Albus said.
"Then you are aware that Hogwarts status as a top notch magical school has fallen below the status that it once held?" Nix said looking at Albus.
Every staff member including Remus was completely shocked at hearing that.
"Forgive me, for asking but how do you know that?" Remus questioned.
Nix looked at Remus and said, "I know what goes on, Mr. Lupin and the reason why Hogwarts is being outed by it's low standing is because it's no longer the most prestigious magical school that it once was. I'm pretty sure the Founders of Hogwarts are weeping at how dramatically the school that they had built has fallen from the grace that it once was."
(Just so you know Death informs Nix a lot and I may not write it in at times because I am not exactly sure I want it to go.)
"Ms. Peverell, I assure that Hogwarts is still the best school." Albus said.
"Prove it, Albus too many names Dumbledore!" Nix said.
For once in his life, Albus Dumbledore had actually been outwitted by a woman and not just any woman; the Head of the Peverell Family that he had been and still is obsessed with from his youth. However, he wasn't exactly sure how far he had been outwitted by the woman. He just hoped that Sirius Black would get through to Harry.
Time Skip to the Shrieking Shack*
Ron was whimpering when Harry and Hermione arrived; he pointed directly at Sirius who was standing behind the door. Harry was actually happy to see Sirius but he didn't let it show.
However, Ron and Hermione were completely unaware that something was going to happen right after Sirius and Remus revealed the traitor that had really betrayed Lily and James Potter.
At that moment, Severus entered the the room and played his part confronting both Sirius and Remus; while Harry and his two ex-friends were watching the whole thing. Then out of nowhere, a surge of magic happened which caused Ron and Hermione to pass out but left Harry, Remus, Sirius, and Severus still standing.
"What's going on?" Remus asked curiously.
Severus sighed and said, "Somehow, she is aware of what is going on and I don't ask how she knows because it probably had to do with her job or something."
Sirius knew who Severus was referring to as did Harry; that Harry said, "Uncle Tony, wasn't exactly joking about when she gets mad or if she's completely aware of what is happening. He just says that sometimes a family friend pops in with information that she needs to know about something or gives her a heads up."
Remus seemed confused by what Harry and Severus were talking about until he saw a cage automatically appear around the rat known as Scabbers and was suddenly revealed to be Peter Pettigrew. He was completely stunned to see that Peter was now in his human form but he was also concerned for Ron and Hermione.
"I wouldn't waist my time on those two because they are part of a bloodline feud just as Albus Dumbledore is." A female voice said.
Harry, Sirius, Remus, and Severus as well as Peter turned to see a woman standing in the doorway.
"Aunt Nix?!" Harry said.
Remus didn't understand why Harry kept calling this woman and her fiancé; Aunt and Uncle when there was no possible way for them to be related to Harry.
Nix noticed that Remus was looking at her in disbelief and said, "You weren't exactly around when I visited James and Lily, Moony but then again it was on a rare occasion that I could visi them since I had a job that took me all over the world. Sirius was lucky that he even actually met me at all, for the first time."
"Who are you?" Remus said.
"I'm Lady Phoenix Peverell; James's cousin who he thought of as a sister and my fiancé is an American wizard who just happens to have more money than the Malfoys in both the Muggle and Magical world." Nix said.
Peter Pettigrew looked absolutely terrified because he had heard James mention that he had a cousin that was very good at defense and offense when it came to dueling and she had a unique style when fighting.
Remus noticed that Pettigrew seemed terrified of the woman and he wondered why that was.
"Lady Peverell, I had assumed that you had left?" Severus said.
"No, my fiancé left because his PA that is like a sister to him called and said that the Board needed to talk to him." Nix said.
Sirius blinked and said, "Do I even want to know?"
"Probably not, Padfoot. However, I believe that things will not go to according to plan for the old fool because there is someone else who isn't exactly happy with him as well as a few others." Nix said, "Also, the Board may try and push for a wedding immediately."
"Aunt Nix, can the Board of Directors do that?!" Harry said suddenly.
Nix sighed and said, "Unfortunately, they can at some point but Tony and I are trying to put up with their nagging if you will."
"Oh, Salazar! I am surprised that you and your fiancé haven't pulled out the unpredictable things, yet?!" Severus said.
"As much as I hate to agree with Snivelus; but I keep wondering the same thing." Sirius said.
Nix smiled and turned saying, "Who says that Tony and I haven't been stalling as much as possible? However, I believe it may be running out."
Both Peter Pettigrew and Remus were completely confused now.
"Well, why don't you two marry secretly and then just send pictures of the ceremony to the Press of both worlds?" Harry suggested.
"Perhaps, that could work, Harry." Nix said. Then Nix looked directly at Pettigrew and said, "Wormtail, know this! I don't appreciate someone thinking that they can attack or threaten my family which includes you."
Peter Pettigrew gulped and knew that he really had done things on Dumbledore's orders; but he hadn't expected that he would facing the head of an Ancient and Noble family that everyone thought was no longer living.
They continued talking for a while then moments later; Nix disappeared and the two so called friends woke up unaware that they had had missed something.
"What happened?" Hermione questioned.
"Apparently, you and Ron were in shock from learning that Ron's pet rat was actually was an animangus instead of a common garden rat." Harry lied.
"Well, you have to admit that it is shocking, Harry." Hermione said.
"I can't believe that I was actually sleeping with a rat that was a guy!" Ron said.
Sirius, Remus, and Severus were disturbed by the concept of how Ron said that; while Peter Pettigrew was just blinking and not catching at how Ron's statement sounded to the others. Not that, the Wizarding World wasn't against same sex couples but it was disturbing none the less at how Ron had made it sound.
They continued talking as they made their way out of the Shrieking Shack through passageway under the Whomping Willow tree. Then the trouble began in which Sirius was aware of what he had to do but Remus didn't know it.
"Harry?!" Hermione said pointing towards the moon.
Remus looked at the full moon and started changing but Harry had a feeling that Moony as Remus's wolf was called wouldn't harm him because Moony could smell the traitors in his mist.
Severus had just come out when Remus had just transformed and was trying to protect Harry and the others. The werewolf approached Harry and sniffed him while Hermione and Ron were terrified except for Severus because Moony also sniffed him.
Ron and Hermione were confused when Moony growled at them for some reason.
"That's interesting." Severus said.
Sirius had immediately changed into Padfoot and had Moony chase him. Then Harry followed after them in which Severus followed after him.
Meanwhile, with Tony Stark at the Stark Flat...
Tony was talking with Pepper via Video call and she was telling him that the Board of Directors were indeed planning that he marry soon.
"Pepper, how quickly can you arrange a private wedding ceremony in Pairs, France over the Christmas Holidays?" Tony asked curiously.
Pepper blinked and said, "Huh?"
"Well, I think a Christmas wedding in Paris would be nice with just close friends and family." Tony said.
"So, what you're telling me, Tony is that you and Nix may prefer a private wedding ceremony in Paris, France at Christmas and it would almost be like the two of you were eloping?" Pepper questioned.
"In a way, we probably would be eloping but Nix doesn't a whole lot of Press at times." Tony said.
Pepper sighed and said, "It shouldn't take long but where do plan to have it in Paris?"
"Well, Nix has a French country cottage and we may consider having it there. However, Nix does have residences about everywhere kind of like the Starks /Claibornes do when we travel to another country. But I think that the French country cottage will do." Tony said.
"How come Nix isn't here with you to discuss this, Tony?" Pepper asked.
"She's literally in the middle of something at the moment that concerns family, Pepper. Trust me when I say that you think your temper is bad! Nix's temper is ten times worse than yours and if you piss her off at the moment; you will regret it later because she won't hold back. " Tony stated.
"Speaking from experience, Tony?"Pepper said.
"Actually, yes because I witnessed it along with several of the goblins. I was never exactly told the entire story of what happened when Nix found out about Harry as well as Tom Riddle aka Lord Voldemort. I mean Dumbledore has really screwed up and it wouldn't surprise me that when he passes on into the next life that he will be in a whole lot of trouble with three deities, the four Founders of Hogwarts, and the entire Potter and Black Families along with the Peverell Family that have passed on." Tony said, "Not mentioned, my parents as well."
"Why would your parents get involved, Tony?" Pepper questioned.
"Well, how do I put this, Pepper?" Tony said, "My parents already had considered Nix a daughter in law on the day that we had me. So, they wanted to treat her family like our family meaning that Nix even suggested combining bloodlines when we say 'I do' which has never been done before; so it means that our family well be somewhat bigger than normal and that includes whoever Harry married in the future."
Pepper looked at Tony and had to ask, "Does that also include those that you already consider family, Tony?"
"It does, Pepper." Tony answered.
They continued with their video call/ conference.
Back at Hogwarts...
Hermione and Harry had just traveled back in time to save Sirius; even though he had already been declared innocent of his crimes. When they arrived at the spot with Buckbeak; Nix was already there waiting for them which surprised Hermione but it didn't surprise me Harry or Sirius.
"How is this possible?" Hermione asked after seeing Nix standing there.
"Just because you don't understand something, Ms. Granger doesn't mean that you know everything and trust me, knowledge may be power but you also have to experience things because books can only take you so far." Nix said looking at the treacherous muggle born, "However, no one will believe you when you tell them that you saw me, Ms. Granger."
Hermione didn't exactly understand what this woman called Nix meant.
"Um... Aunt Nix, why are you geared up?" Harry asked before Hermione could say something.
Nix looked at Harry and grinned.
Sirius didn't know why but he just said, "Oh, shit!"
Both Harry and Hermione turned towards Sirius because he probably knew something was going to happen when he left on Buckbeak.
"Nix, I'm guessing that you're geared up for some reason?" Sirius said.
Nix chuckled and said, "Sirius, if you were paying close attention to James at the time that you both were Aurors; you would know that James's stance and a bit of his fighting style was an exact replica of my style but he tweaked it a bit to make it his own style except for where the wand holster was because he thought it was better where it was. Plus, I am not in my full gear."
Sirius blinked and said, "James always wore his wand holster on upper thigh and no one knew why."
"That's because James copied me, Sirius. I always wore my wand holster on my thigh because the job that I had was somewhat troubling and having my holster on my thigh gave the element of surprise. However, when I pulled my wand out it gave the illusion of being a gun in most cases." Nix said.
"Wait! Are you saying that James was imitating you?!" Sirius practically shouted in shock.
"More or less, but I didn't think that he looked up to me that much since I could rarely visit because of my job at the time, Sirius." Nix said.
Hermione was about to cast a spell at Nix until Nix said, "I am quicker than you know, Ms. Granger and I will tell you that my skills are completely different from an ordinary Auror."
"What do you mean, Ms. Peverell?" Hermione questioned.
"Let's just say that my training was more severe than what the Aurors go through and instead of just magic; I had to deal with magic and gun fire at the same time." Nix said.
Hermione's eyes bugged at that information.
"Nix, James never mentioned how dangerous your job was?" Sirius said.
"That's because he didn't know that in my job; I had to jump out of planes, drive cars that had a bomb underneath that would blow up in ten seconds or mere seconds ."Nix said.
Sirius and Harry both paled at hearing that.
Finally, Nix had enough of Granger and knocked her out with some spell along with a knock out gas that she had on hand.
Sirius and Harry both looked at Nix a bit shocked.
"What?!" Nix said looking at them.
"Nothing, Nix but that was scary." Sirius said.
"That was awesome but scary, Aunt Nix." Harry said.
"Will she be okay?" Remus questioned.
"Yeah, but she'll probably think that she was dreaming. I going to have ask Q about some of the things that he sends my way." Nix stated.
"Aunt Nix, Aren't you retired?" Harry said.
Nix sighed and said, "Yes, but sometimes Q just likes to send things my way for me to test out or to make sure my skills don't dull in case I have to be reinstated. Or if I have to gear up unexpectedly for some reason."
"What do mean?" Remus asked curiously.
Nix looked at Remus and said, "Right now, I am in less gear than I usually am when I work. Considering, that I am somewhat retired but there is always a possibility of me putting my full gear on once again; so I have to be somewhat prepared for that."
Moments later, Nix followed by Harry was carrying Hermione after their encounter with Remus changing into a werewolf and Dumbledore was dumbfounded at seeing Lady Peverell carrying Hermione Granger but he wasn't exactly sure what she was wearing either.
"What happened to Moine?" Ron questioned.
Albus was also curious about what happened.
"She got overwhelmed by my style of clothing." Nix said with a hint of sarcasm.
Harry wanted to laugh at his Aunt Nix's sarcasm; but didn't.
At that moment, Fudge along with several Aurora entered the room. Apparently, one of the Aurors recognised Nix and said, "Commander Peverell?! What are you doing here?!"
This out burst from the Auror caused his fellow co-workers to look at him in shock as he knew the woman.
Nix looked at the man and said, "My job even though I am supposed to be retired but I suppose I am just use to it and even my fiancé finds amusing at times that I sometimes revert back into my habits of my job especially when it concerns family or friends."
"You know this woman, Williams?" His partner asked curiously.
"Yeah, she's a member of the Queen's Royal Navy and she is also the cousin of the Late , Lord James Potter. James told me once that he had a cousin who he considered a sister and she was in the Queen's Royal Navy. He also warned me that she was someone that knew how to fight, plus he also said that he learned some of his fighting techniques from her." The man called Williams said.
Fudge was surprised that Williams knew this woman who had literally humiliated him in front of the students earlier this year with the duel; but what shocked him the most was that the woman was truly related to the Potters.
Albus was standing there hoping that the Aurors would do something about the woman; but when he heard one of the Aurors identify the woman as Commander Peverell and that she was in the Queen's Royal Navy; it sent a shock wave through him for some reason.
"Commander Peverell, may I ask about your attire?" Williams said.
Nix grinned and said, "I wasn't just in the Royal Navy? I also had Double 00 Status and reported directly to the Queen herself. So, when her Majesty gives me an order directly through my boss; I do it without question but the adrenaline rush kicks in when there's danger and apparently James caught off guard several times by me. Then he asked me if I could teach him some of my techniques."
"Double 00 Status?! That would mean that you work in..." Williams trailed off.
No one in the Magical World knew what this meant except Williams and everyone was looking at him for an explanation.
"Auror Williams, are you going to tell us what Double 00 Status is?" Another Auror said.
"It means that she works with MI6 as in British Intelligence and she has an actual license to kill if necessary. It also means that not only does she report directly to her boss but she also reports directly to the Queen herself since she is also known as the Queen's Witch." Williams said.
Everyone in the room froze at what Williams was saying well the Muggle borns that were actually aware of British Intelligence and they were actually stunned that MI6 could possibly have a magical department.
After the whole conversation; Nix couldn't shake the feeling that something was going to happen in Harry's fourth and fifth years at Hogwarts once her and Tony were going to leave the United Kingdom to head back to the states. However, she and Tony had it setup where Harry could stay at the London Flat and Jarvis could help Harry should he need it.
She also got this feeling that when her and Harry returned to the London Flat that they were going to have be doing more than just helping Harry with his homework and other things like his roll as the Head of Potter Family.
[Author's Note: Just to let you know sometimes I will go back to chapters in my fanfics to look them over in case I had added something into the next chapter that probably wouldn't make sense unless it was somewhat mentioned in the previous chapter. Also, I do have trouble at times figure out how I want the next chapter to go in fanfic that I am working on because I use my phone and the app that I usually deletes the previous chapter so I have figure how to do the next chapter without a copy of the previous chapter at times and that's probably why it wouldn't make sense or I don't pay attention and I add the wrong chapter in the wrong fanfic. Also, I may not follow the story or movie plot exactly.]
