What is the entertainment industry on Remnant? Comedians, actors, singers, artists, and so on tend to try and elicit positive emotions from their viewers, so how important are they in repelling the Grimm, seeing as they are attracted to negative emotions?

Are Idol groups considered important government personnel? Are painters placed in the same perspective as the greatest philosophers? Do actors have as much power in society as Huntsmen? Does Bobo the Clown walk around with bodyguards?

This is the point of this story idea: to explore Remnant's entertainment industry, the relation that it has with the rest of society, its similarities and differences to our world's entertainment sector, how the people that work in Remnant's media act in conjunction with the Huntsmen, stuff like that...

And we can see this all by changing RWBY and JNPR from Huntsmen to actors, singers, and idols!

Maybe we can change RWBY to an idol group (I mean, Weiss is already a singer, so...)? Maybe JNPR are all actors? Whatever they are, they represent a different kind of defence against the Grimm, not in fighting against the monsters, but by uplifting the hearts of their people.

This idea is pretty short and half-baked, I'll admit, but I'm just kind of fascinated by the idea of the entertainment industry in RWBY's universe, especially when you consider that the primary threat to mankind on Remnant are creatures that are attracted to negative emotions.
