On the rooftop, Spider-Man and Spider-Girl both stared at Daredevil, not believing what they were hearing.

"Wilson Fisk is a criminal?" Spider-Girl questioned. "I... I don't believe it?!"

"It's the truth." Daredevil assured. "Like I said, he's very well known for covering his tracks. Only those who work for him or know him personally know who he really is."

"I still don't believe it through? I mean, I've read about all the stuff he's done for the city in the papers." Spider-Girl said. "I can't believe he's only been pretending this whole time."

"I can't believe it either, Spider-Girl?" Spider-Man sighed, putting his hand on his chin. "Still, that would explain why the Hobgoblin was after him a few months ago."

"Another crime lord must've wanted him out of the way." Daredevil deduced. "It often happens when they rival with each other."

"Just how big of a crime lord is Kingpin?" Spider-Girl asked curiously.

"He's one the biggest in the world." Daredevil explained.

Both Spiders turned to each other, realizing this couldn't be good.

"If he's one of the biggest in the city, who knows what he's done over the years?" Spider-Girl questioned, shocked.

"Yeah. Ghost and I might've dealt him a few blows since we started this, due to Hammerhead being his right-hand man." Spider-Man realized.

They both turned back to Daredevil.

"I agree with you, Spider-Man. I know I have." Daredevil assured.

"So, how do we find evidence to clear Sgt. Davis' name?" Spider-Man asked, getting back to the main subject.

"Yes. Just follow me?" Daredevil instructed. "I have an idea of where to start looking."

He jumped off the rooftop, before both Spiders turned to each other.

"Guess it's better than nothing." Spider-Girl reasoned.

"Yeah. Come on." Spider-Man said.

They both jumped off the rooftop and beg to swing after Daredevil, who was swinging around with his billy-club.

Meanwhile, at the 13th precinct Police Station, Gwen was waiting outside her Dad's office, having come over with him in his car, but he'd told her to wait as he had to fill out a report first. As she waited, she looked around and noticed most of the officers were working on desks or talking to each other, including Lt. DeWolff and Sgt. Carter.

"You think anyone here can forgive Sgt. Davis?" Carter asked.

"Stan, what are you saying?" Lt. DeWolff snarled. "You think he's guilty! I know he hasn't been with the precinct like most of us, but I doubt he'd do this! I've seen his record and it's completely clean."

She turned and walked off in a huff as Sgt. Carter stared at her, while Gwen smiled.

"At least everyone here doesn't think he's guilty." Gwen thought.

She turned as her Dad's office door opened up, then her Dad popped his head out of it.

"You can come in now." he said, moving away.

Gwen got up and entered her Dad's office, before she closed it behind her so they were both alone.

"So, why the visit, Gwen?" Capt. Stacy asked, turning to her.

"It's about Sgt. Davis." Gwen said. "Do you have anything that might help him out to clear his name?"

"I'm afraid not, Gwen." Capt. Stacy sighed, touching her shoulder. "I do know someone around here is selling information to a crime boss, but I have no idea who. I'll give the guy credit, he's smart."

"But you really don't believe it's Sgt. Davis?" Gwen asked hopefully.

"No." Capt. Stacy said. "He reminds me a bit of myself in a way. Like me, if his wife died, he'd never be able to move on."

"True, you've never dated anyone since Mom died." Gwen recalled. "Well, I apricate it, Dad."

She turned and walked out of his office, then began to walk off towards a door, which she opened up, then she walked down a hallway.

"Man, at times like this, I wish I had Miles' invisibility power." she thought, looking around.

She continued walking down the hallway, looking at the doors in it carefully, before she approached one, that was open slightly. She took a peek inside, and noticed Blake and Hoffman on the other side through the crack, both looking at each other.

"Huh?" she muttered.

She leaned against the right side of the door and began to eavesdrop on them.

"What do you mean Kingpin ain't pleased?" Blake questioned.

"His son just called and told me we need to find more evidence." Hoffman said. "I don't know why? I managed to find some so we can give it to him."

"Right." Blake said, nodding.

"Come on." Hoffman said. "Let's go and give it to him."

They both turned to to the door, making Gwen turn and hide behind the wall away from the crack.

"Hmm? Whoever those two are, they're hiding something." she thought. "That Kingpin might be the one who arranged this whole thing. Better let Peter and Anya know."

She took out her phone and tested Peter, figuring it was safer than phoning her.

"'Two Cops called Blake and Hoffman were talking about a man called Kingpin. They look very suspicious. They might be involved with the frame-up, and this Kingpin might be behind it all. GS'."

She smiled, using her initials in case Daredevil was with Peter and Anya, before put her phone away, hoping they'd get the message, before she turned back to the duo, who turned and walked out towards another door.

"Hmm? Those two are defiantly hiding something?" she thought. "I better follow them."

She opened the door and began to slowly follow those two, but soon saw them outside through a window, before they got into a car, then drove it off.

"Oh, great!" she moaned. "Just what I need since it's my only lead."

She sighed before she rested against the wall, before she got a text from Peter.

"'Gwen, those two Cops were among those who arrested Sgt. Davis, and they were the least friendly. As for Kingpin, Daredevil's told us he's really Wilson Fisk. If you're shocked, we won't blame you. I actually regret saving him from Hobgoblin back then. Stay there and try to find something to help, and if not, track us and join us. Take care, Peter'."

Gwen lowered her phone, not believing her eyes.

"Wilson Fisk is this Kingpin they were talking about?!" she gasped. "I don't believe it!"

She put her phone away before she turned and walked back the way she came, hoping to find evidence Blake and Hoffman might've left that could help clear Sgt. Davis' name.

Meanwhile, at FEAST, Miles was standing by the water tank cooler, getting a drink of water as he looked around. He picked up his cup and saw his Mom giving out food to some people, but saw several giving her cold, rude looks.

"Gwen was right, they think my Dad is guilty." he thought. "Still, there's no need to take it out on me and Mom."

He sighed as he walked off, drinking some of his water as he did, seeing a few people giving him cold looks too, but he ignored them.

"I hope the guys find evidence to help Dad out." he thought. "Better stay here until then, as Mom needs me right now."

At the same time, at the Parker House, Aunt May was walking out of the bathroom, before she closed the door behind her.

"Oh, I do feel sorry for, Rio." she thought. "I really hope people can find evidence to clear her husband up."

She turned and walked off past Peter's bedroom, seeing it was open slightly. She stopped and looked back, as something had caught her eye, making her open the door, seeing something red sticking out from the bottom of his bed. She bent down and pulled it out, seeing it was a spare Spider-Man mask, shocking her.

"What? What's this doing here?" she thought, getting up.

She looked at the mask carefully, and spotted a tear in it, before she threw it on the bed.

"Why is there a tear in it? Did Spider-Man ask Peter to fix it?" she thought. "Is he more than just his photographer?"

She looked around the room, before she spotted a draw slightly open at Peter's desk. She walked towards it, then opened it up and found a spare pair of web-shooters, which confused her.

"What are these?" she thought.

She put her hand on her chin and began to think, before she picked one up and accidently pressed the button, shooting a web ball from it, which stuck to the desk.

"What?" she gasped.

She put the web-shooter down and backed away slightly, before she began to think about what she'd found, and wondered why it was here.

A little later, Daredevil, Spider-Man and Spider-Girl were all standing on a rooftop near the scene Sgt. Davis had been arrested.

"This is the place Sgt. Davis was arrested?" Spider-Girl recalled.

"I know." Daredevil said. "There's a chance they might've left a clue behind."

"Good theory." Spider-Man agreed. "Ghost texted me on the way over, there's two Cops on their way to meet Kingpin's son."

"Then let's see if they've arrived yet." Daredevil said.

They all jumped off the rooftop and jumped towards the one across the street, Daredevil firing his billy-club, which stuck to the roof. He began climbing the wall with his billy-club, while the two Spiders crawled along the walls, before Spider-Man spotted something.

"Guys, look at this?" he said, pointing at a window.

They all peeked through it, and saw Richard Fisk meeting with Blake and Hoffman, while also in there were a few goons.

"Those must be the Cops Ghost texted us about." Spider-Man whispered.

"They must be the ones who framed Sgt. Davis then." Daredevil deduced.

"Yeah, and it explains a lot." Spider-Girl said. "They were two of the ones who arrested him."

"Then it all makes sense." Daredevil said. "Let's eavesdrop and listen to what they're talking about."

The two Spiders nodded, before they all looked down carefully at everyone in the room, and could hear them talking.

(Inside)

"So, did you two find anything to help with our problem?" Richard asked.

"We found a little, Mr. Fisk." Blake explained.

He took out an envelope from his pocket and handed it to Richard, who took it. He opened it slightly and took out some papers, before putting them back in.

"Good work." Richard said. "I'll take these to my Dad at once. You two stay here and help the boys out."

Blake and Hoffman both nodded.

(Outside)

Daredevil turned to the two Spiders.

"Let's wait 'til Richard leaves, then we can surprise them after finding out where he's going." Daredevil suggested.

The two Spiders turned to each other.

"Put this on him in case there's no other way?" Spider-Man whispered, bringing out a Spider-Tracer.

"Got it." Spider-Girl nodded.

She crawled down the building towards the front door, then looked down from it, as Spider-Man and Daredevil climbed up towards the rooftop. She waited a full minute, before Richard came out through the door, closing it behind him.

"Perfect." she thought.

She tossed the Spider-Tracer towards Richard, which stuck to the back of his shirt, before he got into a car and drove it away.

"You won't get far, Fisk." she thought, before she turned and began climbing up the building.

On the rooftop, Spider-Man and Daredevil both looked through a skylight, staring at Blake, Hoffman and the other goons.

"I count at least eight goons in there with those crooked cops." Daredevil explained.

"Your senses, I presume?" Spider-Man inquired. "'Cause I can only see four."

"Yes." Daredevil answered.

They both looked back down through the skylight, when Spider-Man heard his phone ring.

"Huh?" he muttered. "Oh, not now!"

He took it out and saw it was Aunt May.

"I better handle this." he sighed. "I'll be quick."

"Understood." Daredevil said. "Spider-Girl and I will handle those thugs if it's that important."

"Okay." Spider-Man said.

He moved to one end of the rooftop, then put his phone to his ear, as Daredevil ran towards the other side.

"Hey, Aunt May?" he said, raising his mask to his nose.

"Peter, are you okay?" Aunt May asked.

"Yeah, I'm fine." Peter lied. "I'm at the Bugle."

(Parker house)

"What for?" Aunt May asked, sitting on his bed.

"Trying to find something that'll help Miles' Dad out." Spider-Man explained, which was mostly true. "I think there might be a lead here to help clear him."

"Well, I can understand that, Peter." Aunt May sighed.

(The rooftop)

Spider-Man turned as Spider-Girl peeked out from the edge of the rooftop, before she held her thumb up. He held his up back, before she crawled down the wall and out of sight.

"But still, is that the only place you can check?" Aunt May asked.

"Well, no." Spider-Man assured. "Anya's Dad works at the Daily Globe, and she's asked him to investigate. And Gwen's over at her Dad's Police Station to help as well."

"You all seem determined to help Rio's husband out?" Aunt May noted.

"Well, yeah, we are." Spider-Man assured. "Anya and I saw him arrested and felt it was unfair, as they wouldn't let him talk."

He turned as he heard a noise, making him look down through the skylight, seeing Blake, Hoffman and the other goons all looking around, telling him Daredevil and Spider-Girl were waiting for him.

"Uh, look, I need to go Aunt May." Spider-Man apologised. "I'm sorry, but I can't afford any distractions."

"But-" Aunt May began.

Spider-Man hung up and put his phone away.

"Sorry, Aunt May." he thought.

(Parker house)

Aunt May sighed and looked at her phone, putting the tracker on, finding out where Peter really was. She lowered her phone, shocked that Peter had lied to her, but after finding those web-Shooters, she figured something shocking out.

"Peter is Spider-Man." she thought. "No wonder he's always on scene? But why?"

She got up and walked towards the door, before she stopped.

"How could this have happened to Peter, and why is he doing something so dangerous?" she thought worriedly.

She opened the door and left the bedroom, deciding it was better to talk to Peter about this later, for she had a feeling he had a reason for not only doing this, but for keeping her in the dark.

(The rooftop)

Spider-Man lowered his mask, before he touched the side of his mask.

"Spider-Girl, you and Daredevil inside?" he asked.

"Yeah. We're waiting for you to smash through the skylight." Spider-Girl explained.

"Right." Spider-Man said. "I'm doing it now."

He turned to it, then jumped and smashed right through it, catching everyone inside in shock.

"What the?" Blake gasped.

Spider-Man landed in a three-point stand, getting the two crook cops to take out their guns.

"Oh, no you don't." he joked.

He shot webs from both his hands, hitting the end of their guns, jamming them, before he jumped and split kicked them both.

"AH!" they moaned, hitting a wall.

Spider-Man webbed them both up, before he turned around, seeing the other eight thugs surrounding him.

"Spider-Man?!" one gasped. "How'd he find us?"

"Who cares! Let's get him!" another snarled, punching his fist.

They both came at him, as he turned left, before Spider-Girl and Daredevil dived in and smashed the windows, kicking them both away.

"OH!" they moaned, hitting the floor out cold.

The other six thugs gasped and turned to them both, before a few began to run off.

"Not so fast, you crooks." Spider-Girl joked, shooting web balls from her hands.

They hit one of the thugs, trapping him against a wall, making another turn to him, before he ran off. Spider-Man then landed in front of him, making him stop and move back.

"Are you going somewhere?" Spider-Man asked. "'Cause it looks like you are, which will soon be the slammer."

He punched the thug's face, knocking him out cold as he turned and hit the floor on his chest. He and Spider-Girl both turned and saw two more coming at them, before they turned to each other.

"Tag-team?" Spider-Man said.

"You're on." Spider-Girl nodded.

They both ran towards each other, then grabbed each other's hand, before they moved past each other and kicked one of the thugs each, knocking them away, before they hit a wall out cold.

"Ha, that rocked." Spider-Girl said.

"Ha, you're learning." Spider-Man joked, as they high-fived each other.

The two remaining thugs both turned around in panic and ran towards a door, when Daredevil jumped and twirled around in the air, landing in front of them both, making them stop. He kicked one in the chest, sending him flying away, before he whacked the other's chest with his billy-club, then held him up by the shirt.

"Alright, tell me why you're doing this?" Daredevil demanded.

"I'd rather go to jail than squeal on the Kingpin." the thug replied. "Jail time's better than death. He'll kill me if I talk!"

Daredevil frowned before he threw him away and hit a wall.

"Ah!" he moaned, falling unconscious.

The three heroes looked at each other and nodded.

"So much for getting information out of them." Spider-Man sighed. "If they're all like that, we're never find something to help. What do we do now?"

"Uh, Spidey, maybe that'll help?" Spider-Girl suggested, pointing past him.

He and Daredevil both turned and saw she was pointing at a laptop in the back of the room.

"Maybe there's something on there that can help." she said.

"It's worth a try." Spider-Man said. "You get to work on it."

Spider-Girl approached the laptop, opened it up, and began to hack it, while Spider-Man and Daredevil approached each other.

"Let's hope there's something on there that can help." Spider-Man said.

"Agreed." Daredevil said.

They both approached Spider-Girl as she kept hacking the laptop, before she found something.

"I think I've got something." she said.

Spider-Man and Daredevil approached her as she brought up a file, finding a list on it with the names of several Cops, including Blake and Hoffman.

"Well, look what we have here." Spider-Girl said proudly. "Looks like a list full of crooked Cops."

"Makes sense." Spider-Man agreed. "And look, Sgt. Davis' name isn't on the list."

"Download it onto your phone, Spider-Girl." Daredevil instructed.

"I'm on it." Spider-Girl said, taking it out.

She began to download the list onto her phone, as Daredevil and Spider-Man turned to the thugs, Blake and Hoffman.

"We better alert the Police, the real Police." Daredevil explained.

"Leave that to me." Spider-Man assured.

He took out his phone and dialled 9-1-1, then put it to his ear, as Daredevil approached Spider-Girl.

"You finished the download?" he asked.

"Almost." Spider-Girl replied, before the download was complete. "Done."

She unplugged her phone from the laptop and put it away.

"Hopefully, with this information, we can clear Sgt. Davis' name." she hoped.

"The Police are on their way." Spider-Man explained, putting his phone away.

"Right. Once we send that evidence off to them, they'll have the information that'll prove Sgt. Davis is innocent." Daredevil said. "It's a pity we don't know where Fisk's heading."

"Actually, not." Spider-Girl assured. "We planted a Spider-Tracer on him as he left just in case."

"Which means we can track him down." Spider-Man explained, bringing out the tracker. "I doubt Fisk will get far."

"Hmm? I see you guys plan ahead with a backup plan." Daredevil remarked impressively. "Let's do it then."

He turned and ran out of the building, before Spider-Man left a card near the webbed up thugs.

"How long before the Police get here?" Spider-Girl asked.

"About five minutes, give or take." Spider-Man said. "Come on."

Unknown to them however, a thug wearing a cap was watching them from outside, and had seen the whole thing, but he hadn't been able to hear them.

"I better let Kingpin know." he thought, taking out his phone.

At the 13th precinct, Gwen was waiting outside, when she turned and heard a noise, seeing about eight Cops coming out, including Lt. Watanabe.

"Come on, everyone." she said. "We've gotten a tip off on something connected to Sgt. Davis. More Cops will meet us at the location."

"What the?" Gwen muttered.

She watched the eight Cops approaching four cars, before they got into them, then raced off. She put her hand to her chin, wondering where they were going, when she realized what the Lt. meant.

"Peter and Anya must've found some evidence." she thought, relieved. "Better go and find them, and I better tell Miles too."

She took out her phone as she ran off and dialled Miles' number to tell him the news.

An hour later, in the Kingpin's Skyscraper, Kingpin was sitting in his chair behind his desk, with Hammerhead and Alistair both in front of him, when his phone rang.

"Probably my son telling me some good news." he said.

He picked it up and put it to his ear.

"Yes." he said.

"Kingpin, I got bad news." came the thug's voice.

"What?" Kingpin questioned. "What the hell do you mean, Carson!"

"Daredevil and the Spiders have hacked the computer your son met Blake and Hoffman." Carson explained.

"What?!" Kingpin exclaimed, shocking Hammerhead and Alistair. "How did they know where to look?!"

"That was the place Sgt. Davis was arrested, boss." the thug replied. "It actually makes sense they'd go there."

"Is there anything else?" Kingpin demanded.

"Yes, they've also hacked the laptop you left there." Carson explained. "They've got a full list of all the Cops you have brought or got control of."

"What?! Are there Cops in the area now?" Kingpin demanded.

"I can hear sirens but that's it." Carson replied. "They must be close."

"Uh! Get outta there." Kingpin ordered. "Leave them! We've got more important things to worry about!"

He hung up and put the phone down, before he glared at Hammerhead and Alistair.

"Daredevil and the Spiders have found evidence to clear Sgt. Davis' name, and have found a list of all the Cops we have in our pocket!" he scowled.

"They what?" Hammerhead exclaimed. "How could they have found out?"

"They found it on a laptop at the place we had Sgt. Davis arrested." Kingpin said. "All our men there expect Carson are getting arrested as we speak, including Blake and Hoffman."

"So much for having them give us more evidence to pin on Sgt. Davis." Alistair said.

"Big talk! It's all your fault, Smythe!" Kingpin snarled. "It was your idea to use Sgt. Davis in the first place!"

"Hey, if I recall, it was your son's idea to use that building for a meeting place, Kingpin!" Alistair argued. "If that laptop hadn't been left lying around there, they might not have found that list."

"He does raise a point, Boss." Hammerhead admitted.

"Ah! Hammerhead, meet up with my son and tell him the news." Kingpin instructed. "With that information in the Web-heads hands, we're in big trouble. I have a feeling they might even now try and stop my son."

"As you wish." Hammerhead said, nodding.

About an hour later, Spider-Man, Spider-Girl and Daredevil all stood on a rooftop, looking down at the building opposite, seeing Richard Fisk inside via one of the windows.

"Well, this is the place." Spider-Girl said.

"I think we can see that." Daredevil said.

"You see anyone else in there with him?" Spider-Man asked.

Daredevil looked carefully at the building with his senses, seeing several more people inside.

"I can sense at least a dozen more people in there." he explained. "Most likely hired goons."

"Hmm? Looks like Fisk's here to meet someone then." Spider-Man deduced.

"Yeah, look." Spider-Girl said, pointing up.

Both men turned slightly and saw a helicopter landing on the rooftop, before Hammerhead stepped out of it.

"Hammerhead?" Spider-Man hissed. "Guess Kingpin's too busy to check in with his son in person."

"Perhaps." Daredevil agreed. "Let's get over there and eavesdrop on them."

"Got room for two more?" came Ghost-Spider's voice.

The three heroes all turned around and saw her and Shadow-Spider standing behind them.

"What are you guys doing here?" Spider-Man asked.

"We couldn't find anything out." Shadow-Spider explained.

"So, we thought we all better stick together, since you guys have the only lead." Ghost-Spider finished. "I overheard some Cops saying they had a tip-off about some evidence."

"Yeah, that was us. I've got it on my phone." Spider-Girl explained. "We left the real crooked Cops and a few thugs for them."

"Let's call the Cops then on Fisk and Hammerhead if they're inside there." Ghost-Spider suggested.

"Right, but let's get over there first." Spider-Man said.

They all jumped off the rooftop towards the one across the street, before they all landed on the wall and crawled up towards the windows on the top floor, peeking in through them, seeing Hammerhead and Richard, with a few goons all around.

"I can only see four goons." Ghost-Spider said.

"Same here." Spider-Girl said.

"Well, the rest are out of sight, but they're defiantly there." Daredevil explained.

Ghost-Spider and Shadow-Spider looked confused, before Spider-Man turned to them.

"He has heightened senses, which are even better than our Spider-Senses." he explained.

"Oh." Ghost-Spider said.

"Wow." Shadow-Spider said.

"Let's see if they can find the tracer I put on Fisk." Spider-Girl said.

"Good idea, 'cause if they do, then we move in." Daredevil said.

"Right." Ghost-Spider said.

"Understood." Shadow-Spider said, nodding.

(Inside)

Richard and Hammerhead stared at each other, as the four goons around the room looked at them, none of them spotting the five heroes.

"Your Dad's not happy right now, Richard!" Hammerhead snarled.

"What do you mean?" Richard asked confused.

"Daredevil and the web-heads have taken out Blake and Hoffman, and they've found a list full of the other Cops." Hammerhead explained.

"What?!" Richard gasped.

"And what's more, it happened not long after you left them, Richard." Hammerhead added. "You're father's fuming right now."

Richard's eyes widened before he turned right slightly, putting his hand on his chin.

"I should've arranged another meeting place." Richard said. "These Spiders are smarter than I anticipated."

"Glad you've noticed." Hammerhead said sarcastically.

"If that list gets into the Cops hands, we'll lose valuable information!" Richard said. "Not to mention those on that list you've threatened will have to be let go."

(Outside)

The five heroes looked at each other.

"What's he talking about?" Spider-Girl asked confused.

"Sounds like some of the Cops on that list might not be working for Kingpin willingly." Spider-Man said.

"Agreed. It wouldn't be the first time he's used threats and blackmail to get what he wants." Daredevil explained. "I've seen it before."

"Well, when this gets out, he'll have to stop that." Ghost-Spider said hopefully.

"I hope so." Spider-Man said.

(Inside)

Richard turned around so his back was to Hammerhead, who gasped.

"What the?" he gasped.

He reached over and pulled the Spider-Tracer off Richard's back, who turned around.

"What's that?" Richard asked.

"It's one of the web-head's tracking devices, dummy!" Hammerhead scowled, grabbing him by the shirt. "That means they might be on us any minute?!"

"I... How couldn't they have gotten that on me?" Richard asked frantically.

"Simple, after you left Blake and Hoffman, dummy!" Hammerhead growled. "We better get outta here as they could be outside now!"

Richard nodded, before he and the goons all began to follow Hammerhead.

"Not so fast, hard-head." came Spider-Man's voice.

Everyone in the room turned and saw Daredevil and the Web-Warriors kick the windows open as they dived into the room.

"You're not going anywhere." Daredevil said.

"We've got the evidence we need, Fisk." Spider-Man said. "You and your father are in big trouble now."

Richard gasped as the four goons backed away, when another eight suddenly stormed into the room.

"Looks like we'll have to fight." he said.

"Five against 14?" Shadow-Spider said. "Sounds like a fair fight to me."

"Same here." Ghost-Spider teased, punching her fist.

"Get 'em!" Hammerhead roared.

He, Richard and all the thugs charged at the five heroes, who charged back at them.

Daredevil jumped and kicked Richard with both feet, knocking him against a wall, before he fell unconscious.

"Oh!" he moaned.

Daredevil turned left as Hammerhead ran towards him and tried to ram him with his head, but missed as Daredevil jumped up, making him stop just inches from a wall.

"Ah! You're fast, Daredevil." Hammerhead admitted, turning around. "I'll give you that."

Daredevil charged at him, then tried to hit him with his billy-club, but missed as he ducked, then he grabbed the end of it, causing them to pull on it like a tug-of-war game.

Spider-Girl and Ghost-Spider stood back-to-back as the two largest thugs came at them both from either side.

"You boys wouldn't hurt a couple of girls, would you?" Ghost-Spider teased.

"Ha. We'll squash you like the bugs you are." one snarled, as the second cracked his knuckles.

"Okay, but you asked for it." Spider-Girl warned.

Both girls linked their arms together, then spun around and kicked both thugs in the groin as they came at them.

"OH!" they moaned.

They fell to their knees, before the girls spun around punched ones chest at the same time, then moved past each other and kicked the other's opponent, knocking them out onto their backs.

"Oh!" they moaned.

Both girls turned to each other and smiled.

"Nice moves, Spider-Girl." Ghost-Spider remarked.

"Back at ya, Ghostie." Spider-Girl teased, as they high-fived each other.

Shadow-Spider stared at two thugs as they came at him, then he ducked as they both tried to punch him at the same time, before he grabbed them both by the chests.

"Hey!" they yelped.

He lifted them up and banged their heads together, before he threw them to the floor, knocking them out, before he webbed them down.

"Down for the count." he joked.

Spider-Man bent down as a big thug came at him, before he grabbed his chest, then kicked his belly and sent him flying over him, before he hit the wall near the smashed windows.

"AH!" he moaned, before he fell unconscious.

Spider-Man got up as another charged at him, before he jumped and kicked away, before he hit a wall near a table, out cold, as he got up and rubbed his hands.

"How stupid of him, attacking blindly like that." he joked.

Hammerhead gritted as he kept pulling on Daredevil's billy-club, who pulled back, before it slipped from his hands. Hammerhead grunted, before Daredevil tried to whack him with it, but missed as he ducked, then he banged his head against Daredevil's chest, knocking him back slightly.

"Ah!" he moaned, falling onto his back.

"I better get outta here and let the boss know." Hammerhead thought.

He turned and ran towards a door, which he opened up, before Daredevil sat up spotted him.

"Not on my watch." he thought, getting up.

He began to chase Hammerhead as Spider-Man stared at him, before he turned back to his team.

"You guys deal with the rest of Fisk's goons and get the Cops." he instructed. "I'm gonna help Daredevil."

"You got it, Spidey." Ghost-Spider nodded. "Come on, guys! Let's take these creeps down."

Shadow-Spider readied his Venom Blast as Spider-Girl grinned, before they all dived towards the remaining five thugs, while Spider-Man ran after Daredevil.

Ghost-Spider jumped and twirled around past one, before she dived and kicked another away, knocking him out cold against a wall. She then turned to the first and shot a web from her right hand, wrapping around his legs, causing him to fall onto his side.

"Uh!" he moaned.

"And stay down." Ghost-Spider said.

Shadow-Spider back flipped away as one tried to whack him with a crowbar, before he grabbed it as the thug tried again, shooting his venom blast through it.

"AHH!" the thug yelled.

He let go of the crowbar and fell onto his back, before Shadow-Spider threw it down.

"Shocking, isn't it." he joked.

Spider-Girl ducked as one tried to punch her, before she webbed up his face, blinding him.

"Ah, can't see!" he cried, stumbling back.

He grabbed the web and ripped it off his face, then turned, before Spider-Girl punched him in the face, knocking him out cold. She turned and saw another coming at her, before she jumped and kicked him with both legs, knocking him away, before he hit a wall out cold.

Richard shook his head as he woke up, then he got up and gasped. He began to back away, before Shadow-Spider came up behind him, making him turn around.

"Ah!" he gasped.

He turned back as both girls came towards him, trapping him, before they all webbed him up in a cocoon that covered all but his head, leaving him trapped.

"Looks like you've lost, Fisk." Ghost-Spider joked.

"What you and father's done is unforgiveable." Spider-Girl added.

"So, say hello to jail, where you'll be for a very long time." Shadow-Spider joked.

They all laughed and linked their fists together.

"Let's hope Spidey's doing okay." Ghost-Spider said.

"I'll get the Cops." Spider-Girl said, taking out her phone.

At exactly the same time, Spider-Man had made it to the rooftop, seeing the helicopter flying away, with Daredevil holding onto one of the skids.

"You won't get away!" Daredevil roared.

Hammerhead turned to him and began to shake the helicopter wildly.

"This should shake him loose." he hoped.

Daredevil kept hold of the helicopter's skid, as it shook wildly, before his hand slipped, making him fall towards the ground.

"Oh, great!" he thought sarcastically.

He looked around for somewhere to swing his billy-club towards, when Spider-Man swung over and caught him.

"Gotcha." he said.

"Thanks." Daredevil said. "We can't let him get away."

"Agreed. Hold tight." Spider-Man said.

Daredevil wrapped his arms around him as he web-swung after the helicopter, out of sight from Hammerhead. The helicopter soon approached the Kingpin's skyscraper, which lowered its hanger door down. The helicopter went through and landed in it, as Spider-Man swung himself and Daredevil in before the door closed behind them, before he landed them both on a catwalk.

"Hey, I've been here before." Spider-Man recalled, remembering when Alistair Smythe captured them with his Spider Slayers. "Ghost and I once got held hostage here."

"Are you familiar with the layout?" Daredevil asked.

"No. We were knocked out and captured, then later knocked out by gas and dumped in the city." Spider-Man recalled.

"Hmm?" Daredevil muttered, before he spotted six thugs moving towards the helicopter. "I'll find Fisk and deal with him. Think you can keep security busy?"

"I'm on it." Spider-Man nodded.

Daredevil turned and ran off.

"Guess Alistair's been working for the Kingpin as well." Spider-Man thought, turning around. "Well, I hope he hasn't whipped up more of his stupid robots."

He jumped down and dived towards the helicopter, getting the thugs attention.

"Look, it's Spider-Man!" one gasped, pointing at him.

"How'd he get in here?" another questioned.

"Hammerhead said Daredevil was following him." a third said. "Guess-"

Spider-Man dived and kicked him away before he could finish, before he turned and webbed up the first, making him fall onto his back.

"Oh!" he moaned.

Spider-Man looked around as the four remaining thugs stared at him, knowing he had to take them down before meeting up with Daredevil.

In his office, Kingpin growled while looking at the footage on his desk cameras.

"If Spider-Man's there, where's Daredevil?" he growled.

"I'm right here, Fisk!" came Daredevil's voice.

Kingpin growled before he got up and turned around, seeing Daredevil behind him.

"You?" Kingpin growled, picking up his walking stick, which had a red diamond gem on the head. "You've got to be the only freak out there I hate more that those Spiders, Daredevil!"

"You'll have even more reasons after tonight, Fisk." Daredevil smirked. "The Police have your son, and now I've got you."

"My son?!" Kingpin gasped.

He charged at Daredevil in anger, then tried to whack him with his stick, but missed as Daredevil back flipped away, who landed on his feet. He charged at Kingpin, who blocked his billy-club with his stick, before he jumped and kicked Kingpin's belly slightly, knocking him back.

"OH!" he moaned.

He blocked Daredevil's billy-club with his stick as he came at him, making them grit and glare at each other, before they pulled back. He tried to whack Daredevil, who jumped over him and kicked the back of his shoulders, knocking him onto his chest.

"Oh!" he moaned.

He got up and turned around as Daredevil turned to him.

"You made a big mistake infiltrating my fortress, Daredevil!" Kingpin snarled.

The gem on the end of his stick lit up and spun around, before he fired a laser from it Daredevil, who jumped backwards, making it hit a wall. He then fired another laser from it, but Daredevil jumped and dived towards him, making him miss, before Daredevil kicked him with both feet, knocking him onto his back.

"OH!" he moaned.

He shook his head and sat up, when Daredevil stood over him and held up his billy-club. He raised up his stick as Daredevil tried to bang him with his billy-club, before he shocked Daredevil with the pole end, as it had a taser in it, making him stumble back and fall onto the floor on his back.

"Uh!" he moaned.

"You'll pay for arresting my son!" Kingpin growled.

He raised his stick up to bang Daredevil, when a web hit his arm from behind.

"Hold it right there, Moby-dick!" Spider-Man yelled, pulling on it while stuck to a wall. "The party's over!"

Kingpin turned around and gasped, before he pulled his arm forward, sending him flying away, before he landed on the floor in a three-point stand.

"It's over, Kingpin." Spider-Man said. "And you know, if I'd know who you really were during our previous encounters, I wouldn't have helped you out much."

Kingpin growled, seeing that now the Web-Warriors knew who he really was, they'd never be nice to him again unless in public.

"You and your friends made a big mistake crossing me, Spider-Man." he spat. "And it's far from over. The Kingpin always has a backup plan!"

He held up his cane and shot smoke from it, coating the room with smoke before he ran off.

"I can't see!" Spider-Man coughed.

"He's over there!" Daredevil said, pointing forward.

Spider-Man shot a web at where Daredevil pointed, just as he heard a door close, which the web hit.

"Blast!" he moaned.

"We can't let him get away." Daredevil said. "Let's get to the hanger. Follow me."

Spider-Man turned and ran after Daredevil, before he opened up another elevator door, then they both dived inside. It soon went down towards the hanger floor, before it opened, then they both saw Kingpin getting into the helicopter Hammerhead arrived in.

"There he is." Spider-Man said, pointing at him. "Hang on, Daredevil?"

He shot a web at the helicopter as it took off, wrapping around one of the skids, before the hanger door opened up. Daredevil grabbed hold of Spider-Man as the helicopter flew out of the skyscraper, with both heroes hanging on. Daredevil swung forward and grabbed hold of the skid, then Spider-Man did the same, before Daredevil caught his hand.

"Gotcha." he said.

"Thanks." Spider-Man said. "Let me swing up to the cockpit window. I have an idea."

Daredevil nodded, before he swung Spider-Man to his left, who then stuck to the side of the helicopter, before he crawled up towards the window, then got onto it.

"What?!" Kingpin gasped.

"Let's see how you like flying blind?" Spider-Man joked.

He webbed up the cockpit window, blinding Kingpin, making him move the helicopter around like crazy, as both heroes kept hold of it, before it crashed on its skids in a street. Kingpin opened up the side door, before he got out and ran off, before Daredevil got in front of him, then threw his billy-club at him, wrapping around him.

"Ah!" he yelped, before he fell onto his back.

"Looks like big fatso here's stranded like a beached whale." Spider-Man joked.

"I'm afraid the Kingpin's had the last laugh, again." Daredevil said.

Spider-Man looked confused, before he ripped open part of Kingpin's suit, showing circuity.

"A robot!" he gasped. "How'd you guess?"

"I can see through disguises and can tell a robot from a person." Daredevil explained. "The real Kingpin must've made the switch back at his base."

"Oh, great!" Spider-Man moaned, before he touched the side of his mask. "Ghost, things clear on your end?"

"Things clear on our end." Ghost-Spider explained. "All the goons have been taken care off, and we've handed the evidence needed over to the Cops who are with us now. We've got enough to put Kingpin's son behind bars for a long time."

"Good to know. Kingpin managed to escape however, so we've got nothing on him unless one of them talks." Spider-Man said. "And Hammerhead's also in the clear as we lost him at Kingpin's fortress."

"He has a fortress?" Ghost-Spider gasped.

"I'll tell you guys later." Spider-Man promised.

"Understood." Ghost-Spider said. "Take care."

"You guys too." Spider-Man said, before he lowered his hand. "They've-"

"It's okay. I can hear stuff better than most." Daredevil explained. "I heard every word she said."

"Right. Well, that... Wait, if you can see through-" Spider-Man began.

"It's okay. I've respected your right to privacy, along with your friends." Daredevil explained. "I'm a big believer in the constitution and the law."

A few days later, at the courthouse on Friday, July 1st, Richard, Blake and Hoffman all stood with Wesley, while Sgt. Davis stood with Matt Murdock on the other side. Sitting in the seats were the same people from the last trial, although Kingpin himself sat behind his son, while Peter, his team, friends and Ganke all sat near Rio, while the reporters and Cops from last time all sat around them all.

"This court finds Richard Fisk, Christian Blake, and Carl Hoffman guilty." the judge said.

"Ah!" several people gasped.

"Wilson Fisk's son, a criminal?" Whitney muttered.

Richard turned around to his father, who frowned, before he turned back to the judge.

"As for the rest of the Cops on this list..." the judge said, holding it up. "...they'll be under investigation by their own departments. As for you three, this court will be willing to show ligancy, but you must name any accomplices you might have had."

"Sacrifices must be made." Kingpin hissed quietly.

Richard shook his head, not wanting his father's public appearance ruined any further, while Blake and Hoffman gulped and shook their heads in fear, not wanting to face his wrath.

"No. I was the man fully behind it." Richard lied. "No one else knows."

"As for us, just the Cops on that list." Blake explained. "But not all of them did so willingly."

Capt. Stacy, Lt. Watanabe and another Cop all came up behind Richard, Blake and Hoffman, before they helped the bailiffs lead them away.

"Well, we'll investigate that." Capt. Stacy said, as he and the Lt. cuffed Blake and Hoffman. "You two are a disgrace to the force, along with the all of those of that list. You brought this one yourself."

The three Cops lead Richard, Blake and Hoffman away as everyone stared at them.

"I've lost my contacts on the force." Kingpin thought bitterly. "I'll have to wait for a while before I can gain some new ones."

A little later, outside, Miles walked with both his parents, happy his Dad was free, as his friends all watched and smiled at him.

"How d'you feel, dear?" Rio asked.

"I'm just glad to be free." Sgt. Davis sighed. "I'm glad to be cleared."

"We are all, Dad." Miles said.

They all turned as they heard someone clearing his throat, and saw Kingpin staring at them all.

"Um, Sgt. Davis, I must apologise for what you went through." Kingpin said. "I had no idea my son could do something like that; bribing two of your fellow officers to frame you."

Miles frowned slightly, knowing it was a lie, but thankfully, Kingpin didn't notice.

"Apology accepted." Sgt. Davis said, shaking Kingpin's hand.

Rio smiled before Kingpin turned around and walked away, passing Whitney, Ned, Gilberto and several other reporters, who all began to question him, but he ignored them. He approached his car and got into it, unaware that Peter, Gwen and Anya were all staring at him.

"You better watch it, Kingpin." Peter muttered, as the car drove off. "We now know the truth."

"I still can't believe what kind of a man he really is." Gwen said bitterly, holding Peter's hand.

"Tell me about it." Anya frowned, folding her arms. "My papa's wrote a few articles about all the good he's done, which I believed, only to now find out he's really the opposite."

Peter touched her shoulder.

"We'll make sure he pays for all he's done." he promised. "Once we gather up enough evidence to prove it that is."

"Oh, you betcha." Gwen said. "All four of us."

They all looked at Miles and his family, before he turned to them all and nodded.

"Let him be with his family. We'll all meet up later." Peter said.

The girls both nodded, before they all turned and walked off. As they did so, Aunt May looked at them all from near the door, her mind rattling with stuff she was figuring out, and from what she'd found out yesterday.

"If Peter's Spider-Man, than that must mean Gwen and some of his other friends are the other Spiders." she thought. "Given how they've helped clear Jeff's name, I'll wait 'til later to speak with him. Still, if the rumors about Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider are real, then Gwen has to be her, as I know for a fact Peter would never be a two-timer."

She turned around and walked off, her mind reeling with stuff she'd found out, while wondering why her nephew did all this, and wondering what Ben would say if he knew.

Later, in the Kingpin's Skyscraper, Kingpin glared at Alistair in the main room.

"I've had it with your bungling, Smythe!" he roared. "Your days here are now numbered! Leave me!"

Alistair hovered away in his chair, panic on his face, before Kingpin turned and approached a picture on his desk, which had Richard, and his wife Vanessa.

"Now, how many days will I have to wait for my son to exact revenge on me?" he muttered, depressed, for he had a feeling his son would come after him for leaving him to rot in jail.

That night, Daredevil and the Web-Warriors all stood on top of a rooftop together in Hell's Kitchen.

"So, you're leaving?" Shadow-Spider asked.

"For now." Daredevil explained.

"Spidey said you can see through disguises?" Ghost-Spider inquired. "Does that mean you know who we are?"

"Yes. As you've helped my friend She-Hulk out however, and helped me put Fisk's son behind bars, it's safe with me, you four." Daredevil assured.

The Web-Warriors all smiled at him.

"Thanks, Daredevil." Spider-Man said.

"And, I think it's only fair you know who I am too." Daredevil said. "We're all allies in the fight for justice, so it's only fair."

He took off his mask, shocking the four Spiders as they saw it was Matt Murdock himself.

"Matt Murdock?" Ghost-Spider gasped. "You're Daredevil?"

"But...how's that possible?" Spider-Girl questioned, folding her arms. "You're blind?"

"Not quite." Matt said, putting his mask back on. "I was hit by a truck filled with barrels of chemicals, one of which hit me and made me lose my sight. However, it also enhanced my other senses, and after being trained up by a man like me, I became Daredevil to help rid the world of crime."

"Wow." Shadow-Spider said. "That's...amazing."

"I take it Kingpin had a hand in what happened?" Spider-Man asked. "The way you went on about him since we met, it sounded personal?"

"It is." Daredevil sighed. "He was the one who ordered those chemicals into the city, and he also had my father killed when he tried to investigate and tell the Police about it. I vowed to make him pay the lawful way, not out of vengeance. Killing is over the answer in revenge."

"I understand, more than you think." Spider-Man said.

Daredevil looked at him confused, but his team all knew he was referring to his Uncle Ben.

"I lost my Uncle, and it was my fault." Spider-Man explained. "I hunted down the man who did it, only to realize I could've stopped him sooner, and I didn't. I thought about revenge at first, but after that, I realized it's not what he would've wanted."

"It's true." Ghost-Spider assured. "He's told us all the story, and his words inspired us all."

"His Uncle's saying was 'With great power, comes great responsibility'." Spider-Girl explained.

"Sounds like your Uncle was a wise man, Peter." Daredevil remarked, touching his shoulder.

"Thanks, Murdock." Spider-Man said. "If we ever need a lawyer for something like this again, you and She-Hulk are top of the list."

Daredevil smiled, before Shadow-Spider approached him.

"You mind if I ask you something before you go?" he asked.

"Sure?" Daredevil said.

"How do you and She-Hulk know each other?" Shadow-Spider asked. "I mean, we know you're both lawyers, but-"

"We went to the same law school together." Daredevil explained.

"Oh." Shadow-Spider said.

"Well, goodbye for now, my friends." Daredevil said. "You must all do your best in taking down the Kingpin and helping me find evidence to bring him down once and for all."

"We will." Spider-Man promised.

They both shook hands, before Daredevil turned and jumped off the rooftop, before the four Web-Warriors turned to each other.

"So, what do we do now?" Ghost-Spider asked.

"What he said, we make sure to take down the Kingpin once and for all." Spider-Girl said.

"I still can't believe who he is?" Shadow-Spider said shocked. "My Mom's respected that guy for years!"

"I know what you mean, Shadow." Spider-Man said. "I'm actually disgusted to know I've saved his life in the past. But now that we know the truth, we're gonna fight him to the bitter end."

The others nodded in agreement, before they all jumped off the rooftop and began to web-swing off towards their respective homes, all determined to one day put Kingpin behind bars.

A/N: I forget to mention this last chapter, but Mary Jane's Uncle Spencer is an actually character from the comics who was a judge. Look it up if you don't believe me.
