Technically been done before but never finished and the story I found didn't make any sense, so this is my take.

Hope you like it.

I don't own anything.

Don't know why I have to say that. It's a Fanfiction sight. Of course I don't anything.

The Dark Secrets that lay within the Necronomicon Ex Mortis should've been in the hands of mortal men. For they would unleash an unholy evil upon themselves through the cantations that rest within the book. Some innocent people had been given the misfortune of experiencing such, and had all died horrible deaths…

All except one…

Ash Williams. A survivor to the incident that took place at a cabin within the woods. Arming himself with only what had been around, he and a few others came around and dispelled the evil that they had awoken from the darkness. Unfortunately, Ash was taken with the demonic spirits to another place and in another time.

Ash William now fights for his life…

Within the Ring of Pride and just above the lower streets of Pentagram City, a portal bursts open like lighting, and something…and someone could be seen falling from it. A man in his mid-twenties, square jaw firmly set, semi-tan skin, wearing a torn-through shirt and jeans, shoes, had a harness with a gun holster on his back, a hook by his side and the most interesting detail was that he had no right hand, but a chainsaw in its place.

He, along with whatever was around at the time a vortex opened in front of the haunted cabin he was at, had all been sucked in and sent through space and time before landing in Hell itself. Now one would've expected Hell to be all fire and brimstone, especially since he had to fight a really nasty demon back home. But nope, he never could've expected to be landing on solid ground, the sound of horns and cars crashing around him on all sides quickly got him to struggle onto his feet and look around to see a red-colored town with the most strange-looking creatures he had ever seen.

"What the hell?" He muttered to himself as he continued to look around. The demons were looking at him from all sides with shock and curiosity at the sight of him. "What in the…What are they?"

"Yo, dude. That's a fucking human!"

"We can see that. It looks like he's been through some shit!"

"That portal had to have been from Earth! That's a car, parts of a cabin falling down…"

"Look at him! He has a motherfuckin' chainsaw for a hand!"

"Now that's pretty fucking badass."

It took him a moment to realize that he was no longer on Earth when he saw the giant Pentagram in the sky.

"Where the hell am I?" He asked. "…Oh, God. No…this can't be hell…is it?"

Then, he saw a car rushing down the road, honking at him, and it would've run him over had the demon driving not swerved the car and hit the brakes. But he wasn't happy about that though.

"Hey! What the fuck are doing in the middle of the road!" He yelled. "You're lucky I didn't-"

He stopped mid-sentence when Ash aimed his shotgun right at the demon's face. The human was looking a little panicky, breathing fast as well as having an itchy trigger finger.

"What are you?! Where the hell am I?!" He panted as the demon in the car pulled his hands up.

"Hey, woah! Woah, woah! Take it easy! You're in hell, obviously, in Pentagram City. And-" The demon finally noticed that Ash was human. "No fucking way. That ain't possible."

Shifting his head, left and right, Ash ran back to his totaled car. The crowd of demons and sinners backed up since this guy was acting a bit crazed, and had a gun in one hand and a chainsaw FOR the other. The last thing they wanted to do was set him, even if they could take him, a human being hell was something nobody could've expected. Ash opened the trunk where shotgun shells were seen and grabbed those, tucking them away on his person. He also saw the Kandarian Dagger, the weapon used to deal with some of his demonic-possessed friends, and…unfortunately killed Annie, stabbed into the road. He pulled that out and tucked it into his belt. Whatever was left of the cabin also fell around the area, and that could only mean one other thing could be around.

And there it was, a few feet away from him, was that infernal book, the Necronomicon. Approaching it slowly, regaining a stone faced, Ash scowled at the book before picking it up, opening it to see that the pages he needed were not there.

And if the entire cabin got sucked in, he would need to look around the entire city to find them.

One young-looking demon with a crop top and shorts approached the survivor and said "Hey, buddy, you alright?"

"Don't touch me!" Ash yelled, pointing his chainsaw at the demon, who quickly moved away as Ash soon ran away from the area and tried to figure out where he was going. Looking around, he saw all kinds of buildings that were apartment buildings, drug stores, and lots of bars and strip clubs. He still didn't believe that this was Hell since it was much like Earth, a modern city, and he could obviously tell it was full of scum since the air just reeked of it.

He didn't even know if it was safe to breathe. But he wasn't passing out yet.

Another indicator would have been seeing a demon girl running before being pushed to the ground by some shark-faced demons. It made him stop in his tracks as he saw what was going.

"I warned you, bitch!" The head shark growled. "You weren't supposed to anybody else but mine. Yet I find you sleeping with another fucker I had to bust a cap in!"

"No! Please! I won't do it again! I swear!" The female demon cried out. The dress she was wearing was torn, she was covered in cuts and bruises, tears were staining her makeup. Yeah, Ash knew where this was going.

"Oh, you're damn right about that, whore!" the shark yelled before pulling out a shank. "Cuz me and my boys are gonna have some fun before cuttin you up and leaving you for them cannibals!"

The Demoness was terrified, thinking this would be it for her. However, a masculine, heroic voice shouted, gaining their attention.

"Hey!" Ash called out, pointing his shotgun in hand. "Step away from the lady!"

The Lead Shark glared at Ash "And who the hell are you, lard ass? This shit doesn't concern you?!"

"Hey boss, I think that's a human." Another shark said

"What?! That's not-" but then, he got a good look at Ash. "The fuck?! How is that-?!"

"Yeah, we get it. I'm human." Ash was getting tired of his real quick. "Now I'll say it again, step away! That's not how you treat a lady, even if she is a demon."

"And like I told you, this shit don't concern you! So why don't you fuck off?!"

"Alright. Tried to do this the easy way. But now, stabby…" he checks to if the gun is loaded. Thank God, it was as he aimed at the sharks. "Have a whiff of my boom-stick!"

He fired at the shark, blasting his hand with the knife to pieces as he shrieked in pain. The other sharks quickly charged at Ash, who revved up the chainsaw by the hook on his harness and, with a smirk on his face swung and slash at the sides of the demon fishes. They tried to attack fast and viciously, but Ash was fast, managing to send the saw all the way through the chest of one shark before raising it up with all his might and sawing him in half.

"This fucker is psycho! Put him out of his misery already!" Yelled the leader.

They tried to grab hold of Ash, but he fired the shotgun again, blasting one of them in the face and leaving only a gaping hole.

(Which is weird because no one ever saw him reload.)

Then he used the chainsaw to decapitate the last remaining shark before turning to their leader, who was unfortunately holding the lady demon in his one good hand.

"Don't make another fucking move, or this bitch gets it!"

Ash glared heavily. He may have lost his mind a bit in the woods, upon his arrival, but for once, his mind was now straight with anger against this fish out of water.

"I don't care who you are or where you came from, but if you care about this bitch, you better-"

(BLAST)

"GAAAAGGGHHH!"

Ash didn't even let him finish talking, shooting him in the foot and making him fall to the ground. The Demoness fell from his grasp and watched Ash walk up to the Shark with a cold look on his face before stepping on the injured demon's neck and doing him like he did Henrietta. With the sharks dead, Ash stripped off the jacket it wore and walked back to the lady who looked afraid, but he wrapped the jacket around her.

"Get yourself somewhere safe." He told her, and she could only clutch onto the jacket, thinking about the human that just saved her life.

Ash continued on his way, pulling out the Book of the Dead, and resting it on his Chainsaw as he looked through it. He turned to the section where the pages were that were torn out, the lost pages, seven in total, what was used to get off the evil the first time and bring him here, maybe just be what he needed to get him home.

But they could be all over this city by now. How the hell was he gonna find them?

"Well, well, this is unexpected."

Hearing that static voice made Ash quickly whip out the boom-stick again and point it in every direction. That voice sounded like it came from every direction, echoing in a faded, radio-like tone.

"But quite entertaining, I must add." It went on. "A human, here in Hell, and with an appliance for a prosthetic arm. Very interesting. And with an old fashion double barrel Remington, used to have one of my own back in the day. Very nice. Effective."

Ash was hoping this wasn't some new voice in his head. He didn't want to be any more insane than he already was. But it wasn't a hallucination…it was worse.

"And that little book you have there. Never seen anything like it. Yet I feel…something in it…very dark…powerful."

That is when Ash's new stalker showed himself, right in front of him, making him pull the trigger instantly. But the demon tilted his head to the side and shot missed. Ash tried to fire again but found his gun to be empty. Worse timing ever huh?

Dropping the book, he revved up the saw again, was about to swinging it when the Demon grabbed hold of his arm and got in his face.

"I don't think you wanna be doing that, my friend."

And then he pushed Ash to the ground. The human got a good look at this demon, tall, slim, wearing mostly red, had a giant joker smile on his face, deer ears and antlers on his head. Every bit of this guy just screamed trouble as Ash tried to back away. But the Demon just coming close.

"No need to be so scared, stranger. If I wanted to hurt you, you'd be lunch by now. But your presence here has intrigued me. Stick around and others may feel the same."

"What do you want?" Ash tried not to whimper.

"My name is Alastor and I seek…entertainment…" the Radio Demon picked up the Necronomicon and took a peek inside. The pages, he found very intriguing before turning to the torn part. "…You seek answers. The rest of this book, no doubt."

Ash pushed himself back up while replying "Don't touch that. I need it to get home."

"Really?" Alastor closes the book. "This little thing can bring you back to the land of the living?"

"Not unless I find the rest of the pages, now hand it over!" Ash revs up the chainsaw once more. "Or else, this gets messy."

Alastor chuckled before tossing the book back to Ash, who quickly caught it. "Normally, I like it messy. But have no quarrel with you. I believe we may be able to help another, if that piece of leather and paper is any real great significance."

"Actually, it's made of human flesh and inked in human blood."

"Really? Well, that makes it far more interesting. Regardless, I offer a chance to make this search of yours very quick if you don't mind doing a few favors for me."

"Let me stop you there, Al. The shit I've been out through is enough to know not to EVER make a Devil's deal." Ash then began to walk away from the Radio Demon. Alastor had to admit that this human continue impress him. "I'll find my own way. I always do."

Alastor's smile never left his face as he watched Ash go "Suit yourself then, Stranger. I can already tell that things are going to be a lot more entertaining with you around." Before he could depart, Alastor saw something floating down from the sky, a page, which he quickly snatches takes hold of and examines, seeing the figure that resembled Ash quite a lot. And what was written, he never would've guessed to be possible. "Well, what are the odds? Alright then, hero of the sky. Let's see if you live up to the Legend."

Whether Ash knew it or not, he was part of something big. And pretty soon, everyone from Hell and back would Hail to the King, baby…
