There are many versions of hell that make this version seem tame… in fact, a lot of version to. Despite all the craziness that happens in this dimension, their house that are truly a blazing inferno, run by Fish, devils and monsters that would want nothing more than to spread their demonic influence to the rest of the world. To do this, they rely on Spawns, Hellspawns to hell lead their armies against the forces of heaven. The Earth becomes the battleground and Armageddon starts prematurely.
However, every once in a while, there are some Spawns that rebel against the masters, and become antiheroes, serving their own hellish Justice against those who wrong others in the living world. They are the only ones who can walk in both worlds.
But what would happen if they entered the hell that was not like their own?
That is where Al Simmons, one of the most infamous Spawns, comes into play. Something tampered with his teleporting abilities and he finds himself on one of the highest buildings of Pentagram City. His menacing red cape flowing behind him as he looks around through green glowing eyes.
"What the hell…" was what he muttered out as looked to city the giant Pentagram in the sky. "…Where the hell am I?"
Seeing the city down below, he jumped from the peak was at and found himself slamming his fist into the pavement, leaving behind a small crater. He stands up and sees that the city is similar to that of those on earth, albeit completely red, cartoonish looking and not to mention all the signs and lights that advocate everything that was considered a sin on Earth.
"What kind of Hell is this?" He said. "This is the stupidest looking place I've seen…"
"Hey, well you fit right in, pal!"
The sounds of someone yelling at him made Spawn turn to see some strange looking creatures which he can only guess were like demons in this realm. One was a reptilian male with red eyes and fangs, one was female cat girl with striped furs and claws, and the last one was big burly bull guy, even had a nose ring. Looking Spawn could see that he was already attracting a lot of attention. He stood out a lot amongst these freaks.
"Who the hell are you, walking along this place in some tight looking fetish gimp wear?" The bull called to Spawn. And it wouldn't by the first time his suit his been called that.
"…I'm a man who've been through a Hell worse than this. Who's made a deal that cost me my soul. Who yearns for his humanity…" as Spawn spoke, his cape began to unfold and the chains appears around, slithering in the air like serpents as every other demon and sinner around were starting to keep their distance from him. "And…I'm a man who's dealt with those much…worse…than a bunch of foul mouths like you…"
"H-Hey, man. Take it easy. We didn't mean anything by it." Said the lizard guy.
"Don't bullshit yourself, guy! This black bitch's all talk and special effects! We don't have to-"
The Bull's ranting was cut off when the chains suddenly hit him hard and fast in the arms, legs, even the head and he suddenly turned to a skinned version of himself, glowing green as the life force was sucked out of him. Spawns soon retracted the chain and the sinner fell, reverted to a drain version of himself. Everyone around was terrified as Spawned his handiwork, feeling something…wrong.
"Hmm…that's different." He said. "Guess since you're already here, there's no where else for you to go."
He then faces the other two that were with that big guy. The lizard and cat girl were on the floor, trying to crawl away from him as Spawn eyed them like pray.
"Please! We didn't want to piss you off like that!" She said.
"Y-Yeah! That guy was just-"
"Save it. You two are pathetic. Not worth my time…now get out of here."
Looking at each other, the two sinners got to their feet and run away from the Undead Mercenary. Deciding that drawing attention to himself would make things more complicated in this situation, Spawn decided to stick to the shadows for the time being. But as long as he was stuck here, he would continue to do what he did best, punishing the guilty with hellish justice.
In fact, when Extermination Day came and he had the pleasure of meeting Heaven's Little Messengers with Spears and masks, he could not think of a better way of enjoying himself than to show what they do is a sin all on its own.
"Angels…killing demons…I can't tell if that's more ironic or blasphemous."
One of the exterminators swooped down and drew their blade towards Spawn…they weren't ready to see the blade go through his hand in an attempt to block it. Green "blood" spilled through the wound, but Spawn wasn't riving in pain. He used his other fist and broke the stick in two. The Angel was shocked and tried to fly away, only for its broken spear to be driven into its LED mask, and through its skull. Spawn's wound healed instantly as he saw the golden blood of the Angel stain the floor. Kicking off the corpse's mask, he could see that it was humanoid…but he still wouldn't consider it an Angel.
"Whatever it is…it's on my time now. The more I slay, the more I'm bound to stay here. That much is clear…but I know one thing…"
He saw the Angels circling above his head, all of them looking down at him, readying themselves for an attack.
"They belong here as well." And with that, Spawn took to the skies and in the center of the Legion, the edges of Agony, the symbiotic chains, the all reached, lashed out and impaled every Angel that was near or far from Leetha's host. Their souls would be sent to Spawn's hell as blinded amongst them, getting more of their attention as they soon from trying kill unlucky demons to trying to kill The One. Spawn was soon to land on a roof as turned around and brandished dozens of guns from his suit and they all fired simultaneously at the Exterminators, as they quite literally dropped like flies out of the sky.
He then landed and found himself surrounded by Angels, looking to kill him. He's yet to instill fear into their souls, but that will change as he raised his arm and did the "come-on" sign and then, they all tried to gang up on him. But with brute strength and supernatural speed, he beat them all to the ground in bullet time. The more that came, the more pissed off he got.
Spawn found himself facing a goddamn army of Angels, but they were hardly any trouble. They just kept coming with their little spears, but they were no match for the Hellspawn's fury as they perished at an instant, some by his own hand, other by the chains, guns, cape. He bashed a few and summoned his sword, mace and axe, vivisecting them on the Spawn. The armor was used to its full extent, with spikes and blades coming out of it as the angels tried to get close, only to meet a fowl end. Spawn was in his prime and there's no escaping his fury as he also turned some Angels into Swiss cheese with just about every gun he had at his disposal. There was nothing more imposing than him at the moment.
"Hey, woah, woah! Wait! Timeout!" came another voice from above as golden beams of holy light were shot around Spawn, circling him before another angel arrived, this one was different. The Leader, Spawn could tell, as it wore a smooth white and golden cloak that appeared to have a large 'A' symbol emblazoned on the front. His visible hands were black and had gold-tipped spikes on the back of his collar. He also had a pair of large and golden wings on his back. In contrast to other angels that have appeared thus far, his halo was bright gold in appearance, and similar to the Exorcists, has two spikes pointing up and down from each other, located at the front of his halo. He wore a mask that appeared similar to other Exorcists, though with normal-looking eyes and golden facial expressions. The mask also held a pair of horns similar to an Exorcist, albeit longer, smoother, and with a golden ornamental attachment on the tips.
(You know who this guy is. Personally, I hate his guts.)
Adam was eying Spawn with a taunting smile. The former mercenary narrowed his glowing green eyes, already tempted to rip this guy apart, punch a hole through his head, and have his chains saw through every limb. This so-called Angel, Spawn could already tell, was already deserving of more hell than anyone of his followers, responsible for this act of genocide, proud of it, wanting more of it.
But Spawn would make sure that he would, ironically, become part of it.
"Gotta admit, that is a nice uniform...for a weird-ass-looking gimp." Adam mocked. "But you sure can fight and you managed to get my attention by slaughtering some of my bitches. So I just gotta ask...who the fuck are you?"
"I'm the guy who's gonna tear you a new one if you don't cut and run right now." Spawn replied, but Adam only laughed.
"Can you believe this fucking guy?!" He said to his Exorcists. "This fucker actually thinks he stands a chance against me. Well if you think you got a chance, here's a news flash for ya: there's only room for one for big dick in this world."
"Then it's a shame you're about to get yours torn off."
Now Adam was starting to find this serious as this guy was actually threatening to tear off his spear and apples for real. Grinding his teeth, Adam summoned his axe, ready to take care of this sonuvabitch himself.
Another Exorcist dropped next to Adam, but she was a bit different, having her mask horns curved backward. The only other visual difference from other Exorcists is that her mask's right pupil is a white circle with an X over it instead of a white X. She was Adam's Lieutenant, Spawn could see that bloodstains coated her dress.
"Sir, allow me to take care of this interloping sinner myself." Lute asked, brandishing her sword. But Adam blocked her with his guitar.
"Take it easy, Lute. You're my backup in case this loser actually puts up a fight." He said, cocky that he would win. Adam was no pushover, that much was clear...
But neither was Spawn.
"You're gonna need all the help you can get." The man said, brandishing his own Axe. "Otherwise, you'll be seeing a new side of hell real soon."
Adam laughed out load as he took a stance "That, I'd actually like to see."
And with that, both the strongest being from Heaven and Hell clashed...
This was actually supposed to end with a great fight between Spawn and Adam, and with Simmons humiliating Adam in the worst of ways.
Anyone know that one comic where Spawn turned a corrupt, racist KKK judge into a Black Guy? Yeah, that was basically what I was going for.
But I have plans for Adam to not only humiliate him, but break him apart, piece by piece in the worst of ways.
I'm open to suggestions...
