ORAC-5 had been hired to be the new host of the PeopleMover. Excited at first, now the day had come for him to replace the original narrator, he was a lot less excited.
He sat in the control tower with his new narration, given to him by Imagineers and the Mayor of Tomorrowland himself. He read it aloud to himself a few times.
Then the ride opened.
And he took a deep breath and came out with his first line.
'Greetings, intergalactic travellers! Welcome aboard the PeopleMover!'
It came so naturally, he didn't know what he'd been so afraid of!
A/N:
It's July 1st 2022, at time of writing. And today, the PeopleMover got a new narration and a new narrator. I have not experienced this except on YouTube but wow I love all the old callbacks.
And yes, that is the first line of the new PeopleMover narration.
