That way he could harangue visitors to the League of Planets and on the TTA Blue Line to buy one of his papers.
'Extra! Extra! Ringleader caught on Saturn! Get all of tomorrow's news right here, today!' he cried out in his Brooklyn accent.
Few people were amused. Some stared on curiously. Most carried on queueing for the TTA. Nobody ever took an up to the minute "printed-while-u-wait" paper from him.
But that was alright. There'd always be more people to harangue.

Robo-Newz was a prop in Tomorrowland that sat (stood?) below Rockettower Plaza - before you got up to Astro Orbiter. It could talk, but more often than not, it didn't. Disney took it away in 2019, but I have some photos.
