ORAC-1 was a giddy AI. There was absolutely nothing he loved more than showing people around his favourite place in the whole world - er… universe. Tomorrowland!
He worked the Blue Line at Rockettower Plaza, and he was happy, enthusiastic. He'd been a little nervous to narrate at first, sure. But he loved it almost immediately, pointing out Mission to Mars, Space Mountain, Star Traders, the Skyway, the Carousel of Progress…
It was the ideal job for him - though he had been created and hired to do it.
It was still his calling.
And there was nothing else he'd rather do.
Despite his name, ORAC-1 was actually the second PeopleMover narrator and he narrated from 1985 to 1994. And he was known as the Commuter Computer.
