Part 2: All about speed.
Spyro and Stump Smash were taking east. "Man Stumpy, you're pretty heavy you know that right?" Spyro said as he was clearly carrying Stump Smash. "You me, I'm 100 million percent muscle," Stump Smash responded until noticed something, "What about your wings?" he asked him. "What about them?" Spyro asked. "Take a look bud." Stump Smash suggested. Spyro then took a quick look at his wings as it was completely different, it was producing this blue and purple like aura, and was sparkling. "Woah, that never happened before." Spyro said. "Maybe we should discuss this when we regroup with Ryan." Stump Smash said until they bumped into a giant robot…bee? "What in the world?" Spyro asked. "Oh look someone to talk to." Stump Smash pointed. "Excuse me, we're lost and would you please help tell us where we are." Stump Smash asked, but the bee didn't respond, instead it was just staring. "Wow, that was rude." Spyro said. "Hello? Anyone there?" Stump Smash tried to get the robot's attention until…
"Organic life forms detected must be exterminated." The robot bee said. "Experminated? What in the…" But before Spyro could finish, the robot attacked causing Spyro and Stump Smash to fall to the top of a building. "So much for friendly greetings." Spyro said. Suddenly the robot bee and a bunch of giant lady bug robots came out of nowhere and were cornering Spyro and Stump Smash. "Any idea what they are?" Stump Smash asked. "Right now, don't know, don't care, at least we can bust them up." Spyro said. "Right then on the count of three we fight," Stump Smash said. "Right then…One…two…" Spyro was about to finish when all of the sudden something blue, fast and shaped like a ball came over their heads. "Three?" Spyro finished in a weird way. "Then the blue blur started to splatter the robots without even touching the ground, and little tiny animals were coming out! 'Woah, that thing isn't even touching the ground.' Stump was amazed by this. Then the blue blur finally landed revealing to be a certain blue hedgehog with white gloves and red shoes, he then turned around and smirked at the two. "Hey you two alright?" the blue stranger asked. However he noticed that the two were in a bit of a shock after witnessing what just happened. "Can you all talk right?" he asked. Spyro then snapped out of it and said. "Uh yeah, sorry it's just we never seen anything like how you defeated those giant robot bugs without even touching the ground, we've never seen that before." "Same here, I have never seen you two before." The blue stranger said. "Well that's what we're trying to figure out." Stump Smash said. "So are you lost?" the strange creature asked. "Kind off, anyway, my name's Spyro. And what are you supposed to be? A porcupine?" Spyro asked. "Porcupine?" the stranger felt offended. "No, I'm a hedgehog, Sonic the Hedgehog to be processed." Now identified as Sonic told them. "Well my name is Stump Smash, impressive fighting skills, no one has ever moved as fast as you before." Stump Smash said. "Well if you think that's cool, than you should see me in action now that I'm warm up…" Sonic said. "Wait a minute so all of that was just a warm up?" Spyro asked. "Yep, I always do this whenever i go to my full speed." Sonic said.
"Asides from how fast you are, we are still pretty lost." Spyro said. "'We?' you mean there's more than you?" Sonic asked. "Yep, me and my friends ended up here and we ended up separate ways to figure out where the heck we are and how we need to get home." Spyro said. "Not to mention your wings going all supernova." Stump Smash pointed out. "Oh yeah that." Spyro said. "Don't worry I can help you out." Sonic suggested. "You want to help us?" Stump Smash asked. "Sure it's always great to help others." Sonic said. "Okay then thanks." Spyro said. "But first we need to take a look at your wings to see what's wrong with them." Sonic said. "And Luckily enough my buddy Tails can help you out with that." he suggested. "Great! Then let's go to him right away." Spyro said. Soon enough, Spyro while carrying Stump Smash had started to follow Sonic, despite how fast he is, they are able to catch up with him.
