The Ultimate Worst Generation: Databook

This is a supplemental companion to my story 'The Ultimate Worst Generation' modeled in part after the One Piece Databooks. It will provide a little more information on the various new characters added from the 5 crossover series and can serve as a reference for those who want it. The added series are Fairy Tail, My Hero Academia, Black Clover, Akame ga Kill, and RWBY.

Brief History:

Born on the island of Gunma in the East Blue, Toru ate the Camo-Camo Fruit at a young age and gained the ability to warp light that hit her body or what she was touching so that it passed through her or the object rendering them invisible. Between this and the general unknowns of Devil Fruits in the Blues, Toru was ostracized by her community as a freak and a curse on them causing her to spend most of her time away from her family invisible.

It was because of this that she learned the art of stealth and the importance of information as she quickly learned that while on the surface of it her home island looked peaceful it hid a dark underbelly that was being controlled by nefarious sources. However, because of her ostracism from the community due to her Devil Fruit she couldn't tell anyone so she kept it to herself until Captain Izuku and the Might Pirates, a crew of 10 at the time, came and she saw other Devil Fruit users in action, ones who despite the fear the citizens of Gunma had were able to expose and end the criminal element that was controlling it.

This was largely aided by Toru who'd come forward to help Izuku realizing that he could be trusted and was a man who'd get things done and did so without any expectation of a reward. Naturally, Izuku saw the promise and when they were done and had to leave he offered her a spot on his crew and she accepted becoming the spymaster of the Might Pirates.

Due in large part to her skills, and those of the other members of her team, Toru has ensured that the Might Pirates always have both money and information to use as they see fit. It is also because of this and the reports that came out in the wake of their actions in the East Blue and Grand Line that she earned her bounties however due to no one ever picturing her face and the crew never using her name in earshot of people not part of the crew Toru's wanted poster is blank with just her epithet on it, something she takes great pride in.

However, despite her many notorious crimes, almost all thefts, her skills have kept many of them quiet resulting in her, in her mind, low bounty. As such Toru is not a Super Rookie and this she is not a member of the Worst Generation like her Captain and two of her crewmates are.

For the first time there is a need for an explanation for a decision and that is Toru's home island and it will for the most part serve as the model for the My Hero Academia characters. For them, the prevailing choice for home island will be the prefecture in which they were born according to their canon birthplace. With Toru, she was born in Tokyo, which is a bit different so I chose one of the prefectures that made up the National Capital Region and in her case it was Gunma that I chose. That is the reason behind her home island. For others it is easier especially as they aren't from earth though there will be some variations at times for obvious regions. I hope this explains it for those wondering.
