bopdog111: Both groups are on the home stretch.

Ulrich362: True, it's going to be intense but hopefully the Phantom Thieves and Playmaker can pull it off.

bopdog111: Battles against his real self, and Shadow will be tough. Even since he has help with his real self in the form of Emperor.

Ulrich362: True, Emperor is going to be a skilled duelist but so is Playmaker... unfortunately I think Axis is going to be the weakest duelist of the group.

bopdog111: You mean Sophie?

Ulrich362: Yes, wow... my ability to keep names straight is bad. Sorry about that I do mean Sophie.

bopdog111: But yeah Sophie is starting out so yeah it be accurate to say she isn't at the same level as of now. Let's see shall we?

Ulrich362: Makes sense to me, enjoy the chapter.

In the Data Banks was Playmaker, Sophie, Ai, and Axis members of the Phantom Thieves into SOL's Data Banks, bent on getting information from SOL Technologies about the Hanoi Project, and change Akira's heart. There target was in front of them with the Dueling Overseer of SOL, Emperor, joining Akira into a tag deal with further makes this risky due to how powerful these two potentially are. Meanwhile back at the Palace, the rest of the Thieves are trying to claim Akira's treasure so now they need to do there part, and get the info they needed.

"Playmaker, do you think we're going to win?" Sophie inquired.

"I don't know... we have the Security Manager of SOL Technologies, and the Dueling Overseer against the two of us. This will be difficult." Playmaker admitted over as he stared at Akira, and Emperor. "And one of them is the CEO's son. Let's do all we can Sophie, and see what they can do first."

"Well let's get them down!" Ai grinned over ready for battle. "Ai will be ready!"

"That a pun?" Emperor asked automatically over before he turned to Akira. "Akira, go first for us.

"Of course sir." Akira nodded at that looking at his hand. "I'll set two cards facedown and play one monster in defense mode, that ends my turn."

Akira's Hand: 2/Field with Emperor: One Set Monster, Two Set Cards

Playmaker 1st Turn:

"Three set cards... his Dueling's stiff, just like him." Ai said bluntly over

"We don't know what he has, but it won't be enough to stop us." Playmaker at that drew checking over. "First, I discard Latency from my hand to summon Defcon Bird from my hand!"

Akira frowned seeing that.

"As Micro Coder was used to Link Summon a Code Talker, I take a Cynet card from my Deck, and add it to my hand." A card ejected from his Duel Disk as he shows it to the two over what he's adding.

Akira frowned seeing that.

So Decode Talker's attack done nothing on Trinity over as Decode Talker jumped back while Ai looked stunned. "A Flip Effect Deck! That's things are always so tricky!"

"Flip Effect?" Sophie asked confused.

Axis at that asked over to Sophie. "Of course. You see Sophie, do you notice that you either place your monster face-down or face-up when you summon them from the hand?"

"Yes, I noticed that." she nodded.

"Well for some Decks, they require them to be set." Axis' screen proceeded to show Sophie a player setting a monster, flipping it, and it sets off an effect. "Once you set them, if your opponent attacks them, or there battle position was changed by an effect or you flip them yourself, it triggers a flip effect. They are often traps or hidden effects to better your strategies while your opponent doesn't know what you might plan next."

"Oh, that sounds like it might be a difficult strategy to counter." Sophie admitted. "What would you suggest Playmaker?"

"I have no knowledge about his Deck the Tindangle so I'm as much in the dark as you are." Playmaker admitted over staring at both monsters. Meanwhile in the Palace...

(Boss Theme: Blooming Villain)

Boss Fight: Shadow Akira/Tindangle Acute Cerberus

The Thieves with Oracle keeping the Treasure safe was in front of the transformed Shadow Akira who while his real self is dealing with Playmaker, and Sophie, is dealing with the Thieves in his Palace trying to take the Treasure over determined to keep them from taking it, and giving Blue Angel some corporal punishment.

"Skye, I will give you some hard hitting punishment if you aren't gonna listen!" Acute Cerberus roared out over as they prepared over.

"Hey Oracle we need some weakness knowing here!" Skull called over after Acute Cerberus began over charging, and swiping his claws over at the Thieves.

"I'm looking, give me a second." she replied. "Be careful though, he's strong."

Blue Angel grunted over as she charged over swiping over her whip while Violet assists over giving some quick swipes with her rapier which Acute Cerberus roared charging his claws that they jumped back while Fox, and Skull made there move with Fox slashing around, and Skull bashed in with his pipe over before they moved just in time for Joker, and Crow to strike next with there weapons a knife, and sword respectfully, and Panther nearby used Célestine to fire Agidyne.

But before the flames can hit they were absorbed by Acute Cerberus over making using flames useless against him if he's gonna absorb them over before the heads spilt upon revealing Tindangle eyes charging an attack over with flames shooting, and forming together into a large attack over charging at all the Thieves. "Acute Math Blaze!"

"Look out!" Oracle cried seeing that as the Phantom Thieves and Blue Angel barely dodged. "Whatever you do don't try Curse skills. They're completely ineffective against him."

They continued on over as Mona, and Noir both readied firing from there firearms together which is a grenade launcher, and slingshot firing grenades against him striking Acute Cerberus who growled over before charging slashing with his claws that they avoided over ahead before Acute Cerberus spin slashing Skull across the chest, and catching Panther with his arm pushing them back before it then moved swiftly over attacking them over with some pounds that they avoided over before Queen jumped up landing some punches on the heads, and kicked it pushing it a few feet before it growled charging over to attack that they avoided.

"Skye, why are you rebelling against your own brother!? After everything, I have done for you, you show your gratitude by going against me!?" Acute Cerberus questioned over towards Blue Angel.

"You were pinning me down, keeping me in solitude my own life!" Blue Angel dodged, and rolled over the next of Acute Cerberus' attacks with her comrades as she jumped spinning fast striking Acute Cerberus several times with her whip. "You did took care of me my whole life, but I need to grow up, and spread my wings out there in the real world!" She jumped up above Acute Cerberus summoning Lycoris who fired a Kouha at his back before she landed behind turning over as Acute Cerberus turned it's left head to her. "I'm never gonna do that, if you would just keep me under your shadow!"

"This world is too dangerous for you to venture into! I am keeping you safe by not letting you go out there where anything is bound to happen! I won't allow it, your gonna stay safe as long as I can make it possible!" Acute Cerberus turned over swiping a claw that Blue Angel dodged by running, and slid down underneath Acute Cerberus just in time for Noir to use One-Shot Kill striking his left shoulder which dealt some damage to him.

"She's strong, she can handle the real world." Mona told him.

"Only I decide if she can handle it!" Acute Cerberus charged in to keep on fighting over.

"Okay, ULTRA CHARGE!" Oracle typed in over as pink energy entered each of Thieves powering them up for there next attack.

Crow smirked at that. "Hereward, Rebellion Blade!"

Hereward appeared up as a red sword appeared slashing down that dealt a bit of damage over at Acute Cerberus pushing it back over as it shook it's head. "Tch, damn you!" It's middle head opened up letting out a large howl. Just then 2 small blobs formed which shows purple Triangler fiends with the same eyes in the center.

"Tindangle Tokens..." Blue Angel grunted over from this mentioning over to them some parts of the monster's effects in Duel Monsters, "Acute Cerberus gets stronger by how many Tindangle it points too in the game! My guess is that the Tokens here, can also give it strength!"

"Tarukaja!" Blue Angel's guess was correct as one of the Tokens charged an orange aura to Acute Cerberus.

"Masukunda!" the second of the Tokens charged a green light for the Thieves lessening there speed.

"Not good." Skull frowned shooting one of the tokens only for it to dodge.

"Great, hopefully things are going well on the other end." Fox mentioned.

Back at the duel...

It was just the end of Playmaker's turn with his field at a strong formation, and now it's Emperor turn next for his side.

Emperor 1st Turn:

Emperor drew his card before looking at the field. "I summon Simorgh, Bird of Beginnings."

"Then, when this card is summoned I can summon one additional Simorgh monster this turn."

"Simorgh huh? Ai expected something more impressive from the CEO's son..." Ai couldn't help feeling disappointed expecting a complicated move over from Emperor.

"Don't underestimate Emperor. He's stronger then you think." Axis however argued over.

"Ok, now I can summon another monster but I actually have a different idea in mind, specifically a spell known as The Monarchs Stormforth, true it isn't a Simorgh card but it does come in handy for them." Emperor mentioned.

The Monarchs Stormforth

Once during this turn, if you would Tribute a monster for a Tribute Summon, you can Tribute 1 monster your opponent controls even though you do not control it. You can only activate 1 "The Monarchs Stormforth" per turn. During the turn you activate this card, you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck.

"This lets me tribute one monster you have on the field, so I'll sacrifice Simorgh, Bird of Beginning and Decode Talker in order to summon Simorgh of Darkness in attack position!"

The two vanished from this as Ai panicked. "Decode Talker!" Before a large storm built up over as what appeared was a large black feathered bird with a crest on it's back cawing loudly on the field.

Simorgh of Darkness: (Attribute: WIND/DARK)

Playmaker grunted over. "That spell completely evaded Decode Talker's other effect..." He wasn't expecting this as Tributing your opponent's monsters is not a move you can see quite often but now wonders what exactly this card can do.

"Simorgh of Darkness attack ROM Cloudia!" Emperor called.

Simorgh of Darkness cawed charged a large wind wrapping around before charging in a Aerial Ace piercing through ROM Cloudia destroying it while Playmaker, and Sophie stepped back. (Playmaker & Sophie: 6900/Hands: (Playmaker: 3/Sophie: 5)) Playmaker shook his head checking seeing Sophie is fine he turned over. "Okay, not bad, but ROM Cloudia's other effect activates! "Does her Deck focus on copying her opponents...?" Ai trailed off seeing this style.

"It seems to focus on using her opponent's moves against them." Playmaker figured out that Sophie's Deck concentrates on using the opponent's best moves to it's advantage from how this is looking.

"Then thanks to Playmaker's monster," Sophie shows the Micro Coder she added. "by discarding a Cyberse, I can draw 2 cards." She discarded it, and then drew two cards in it's place.

Akira did the same. "I assume we have to reveal the card we added?"

"Do we...?"

"Whenever you add a card, you have to reveal it." Axis explained over to her.

Sophie nodded as she shows her card which is a Spell while Playmaker's card was a monster. Emperor didn't add anything while Akira added a spell.

"And now... if I recall right as Box of Canni is linked to Box of Alteration while it's Decode Talker it gains 500 points."

"Calm down, there is a way to beat it." Playmaker said before he drew. "My turn, I draw!" He looked over his options over before nodding figuring out what he can do. "Appear the circuit that leads to the future!" Micro Coder, and Box of Canni shot up entering the arrows. "Link Summon! Link 2, Clock Spartoi!"

Akira frowned seeing the powerful monster.

"When Clock Dragon is Fusion Summoned by to the number of Link Markers on the monsters it's fused with, I send the top cards of my deck to the graveyard, and for every one gains 1000 attack points!" He sent his top five cards, "Cyberse Clock-Up!"

Clock Dragon let out a mighty roar powered up from the effect.

Cyberse Clock Dragon: (ATK: 2500 + (1000 * 5) = 7500)

"7500? That's going to be a powerful hit." Emperor noted.

"Battle! Clock Dragon attack Tindangle Acute Cerberus! Pulse Pressure!"

Clock Dragon charged a powerful purple attack firing a vibrant ray over at Acute Cerberus.

"Gergonne's End prevents Acute Cerberus from being destroyed in battle!" Akira called.

"But your still taking damage!" Playmaker pointed out.

Akira braced himself as the attack hit.

Meanwhile in the Palace...

"Tetrakarn!"

The Tokens are proving to be such annoyances over, and while the Thieves destroyed one of them, the other is just as slippery placing up a Tetrakarn shield for the third time on Acute Cerberus to protect it from physicals over.

"I think... ok yeah I've got it... it's weak to Bless skills... but, it has a chance of just reflecting them back at us." Oracle mentioned.

"It can reflect it's weaknesses?" Blue Angel asked hearing that.

"Yeah. but if we can get a lucky shot we should be able to do some real damage. Violet?" Oracle asked.

"Right! Dance Persona! Victory is Ours!" Calling up Ella, Violet proceeded to use Kougaon over at Acute Cerberus over which struck a large attack without deflect making it cry out loud collapsing on the ground.

"Let's take him down!" Skull grinned only for Blue Angel to notice a glow appear around its body.

"Wait, something's up!" Blue Angel tried to warn them over.

Her warning was too late as they approached and attacked but despite their best efforts it was as though nothing was happening as they heard him growl.

"Gergonne's End!" Shadow Akira called.

At that suddenly a forcefield appeared over, and when Skull's attack struck a large explosion detonated in front of him.

"What the hell!?" Skull questioned.

"Oracle, what happened?" Noir asked her.

"Some sort of barrier appeared! It's gonna bite back hard if we attack again!" Oracle called over.

Hearing the name of the skill Blue Angel remembers what it resembles. "Gergonne's End..."

"You know what he did?" Queen asked her.

"Sorta. Gergonne's End is Akira's most powerful trap card in his Deck. It equips on a Tindangle Link Monster, and prevents it from being destroyed or being targeted for effects. But if all the zones it points too are full, it can be destroyed taking out the monsters those zones are in, and deal damage to the opponent equal to the attack points Acute Cerberus had when the effect activates." Blue Angel explained the Trap's effects.

"So basically, if he has enough of those smaller Shadows he can sacrifice them for some kind of huge attack but that gets rid of his protection too right?" Fox asked her.

"Yeah... but Acute Cerberus points to a zone on his opponent's field. So to get rid of it, he would either move one of the Tokens to his opponent's field, or his opponent summons a monster to that zone." Blue Angel confirmed. "So if it's like that then one of us will be taken out to get rid of it."

"That's great, anyone have any bright ideas?" Crow asked.

Acute Cerberus turned over growling charging in but Mona charged in ahead over. "I'll try to disarm it! Keep it busy!" He jumped up landing on the middle head jumping up high to wait for a chance to destroy the barrier.

"Mona-chan!" Noir cried seeing that.

Back at the duel...

Another black feathered bird rose up cawing loud.

Dark Simorgh: (Attribute: DARK/WIND)

"Another one like that!?" Ai cried shocked.

"Now, I'll use the trap Icarus Attack." Emperor called. "I sacrifice Dark Simorgh in order to destroy Cyberse Clock Dragon, and Clock Spartoi!"

Icarus Attack

Tribute 1 Winged Beast monster, then target 2 cards on the field; destroy them.

Playmaker frowned over from this. "You won't destroy Clock Spartoi."

"Huh?" Emperor questioned hearing that.

"Clock Dragon's additional effect! While it, and another Link Monster are on my field, you can't attack, or target other monsters on my field for effects!" Clock Dragon breathed out before moving in front of Clock Spartoi to guard it.

"That still destroys your Fusion Monster." Emperor pointed out.

"But now you need to pick a second target." Akira getting what Playmaker is saying voiced to Emperor he still needs to pick a second target to use Icarus Attack.

"Then I'll destroy your left facedown card." Emperor chose.

At that from Dark Simorgh's departure two bolts of lightning shot down striking down Clock Dragon, and Sophie's remaining face-down while Playmaker grunted over as the smoke settled showing there both gone.

"But I still have Clock Dragon's third effect! When it's sent to the graveyard, I take 1 Spell from my Deck, and add it to my hand!" Playmaker searched his Deck adding a card to it.

"Wait what, so it can't be destroyed, can deal us massive damage if it's linked to 3 monsters, and we can't use Spells before setting them first!? That's too much!" Ai cried out dramatically holding his head.

"These 2 are some of the best SOL Technologies has, it's no wonder they have such a strong formation." Playmaker stared over towards the two of them. "They also cover there weaknesses together so Sophie will need to figure out a way to break through this formation."

"But without spells, how can she?" Ai asked worried over from this.

Meanwhile in the palace...

"Mona, what are you doing?" Queen questioned. "It's too dangerous!"

"I don't see another option! One of us needs to be taken out so that the shield can be brought down!" Mona argued over as he dodged Acute Cerberus' attacks. "I got a plan in mind, just keep this thing busy!"

"But Mona-!"

"We don't have time to talk just trust me!"

Blue Angel grunted over from this gripping her whip, and readied. "Alright let's trust Mona guys!" She is still worried for Mona but can feel she can trust him on this.

"You better not die you damn cat!" Skull frowned. "William, let's show this creep what we've got!"

At that his persona appeared and everyone started to glow with physical strength.

Joker fired some shots from his pistol striking Acute Cerberus catching his attention as Mona landed on a ledge nearby staring over. With there attention brought to them, Acute Cerberus charged in attacking as they dodged over from the attacks as they tried to keep it's attention on them while Mona does his plan over watching to do his part.

Oracle used defensive buffs to help them better there defenses while they dodged, and jumped around to dodged Acute Cerberus' attacks over before the heads split over charging a large attack. "Acute Math Blaze!" Summoning a second attack like this he charged it over at the Thieves, and they barely avoided this one before Blue Angel cried out unable to dodge Acute Cerberus's claws this time pushed back landing harsh nearby before it jumped on trapping her down under a paw which she struggled to move over.

The trap blared over from this as Sophie called over. "Well as that happens, I use Box of Urchin's effect! I take a look at a player's hand, and discard it! If that card's a spell or trap card, I can use the effect as if it's been activated!" She turned over towards Playmaker. "Playmaker!"

Playmaker blinked but nodded over sending his card he added from Cyberse Clock Dragon which was a spell. "The card I discarded is the spell, Monster Reborn which allows me to summon a monster from either graveyard! Revive Decode Talker!"

"You dare... fine you will pay!" Acute Cerberus called over as he started charging a large attack as explosions detonated on the Tokens, and Mona over.

"Mona!" Panther cried.

"Oracle, is he vulnerable?" Queen asked quickly as she clenched her fists.

"Yes the shield's down! But LOOK OUT!" Oracle screamed as the middle head armed blasting a large blast like the one back at the Data Banks at the Phantom Thieves.

"Lycoris, Kouga!" Blue Angel cried out suddenly.

The Persona appeared firing a bless attack but it did nothing as Oracle screamed out. "NO DODGE!" This kind of attack is too much to stop so she is telling them to move out of the way not try, and block it. Grunting the Phantom Thieves all dove out of the way of the massive attack.

The attack landed over detonating a large blast which gets them a bit.

"Is everyone alright...?" That large explosion looked like it's devastating so Joker is making sure everyone is okay from the blast.

"I think so... where's Mona?" Skull groaned.

"I don't see him, Oracle?" Crow asked her.

"Searching over."

"Wow you all are worried?"

The thieves looked seeing Mona looks worse for wear but still has his grin with crossed arms. "Relax, I survived but barely! That was more taxing then I thought." He jumped down landing nearby with a grin over to them.

"It's vulnerable, this is our chance." Joker told them.

POW!

"MEOW!"

Confused then looked seeing Blue Angel just smacked on Mona's head angry, and upset. "You stupid cat, do you know how worried I was for you!? I thought you died!"

"Save that for after we deal with your brother's shadow." Crow told her.

"He's right, we don't know how long this thing is going to be vulnerable so we need to strike now." Fox agreed.

"Probably better if you DON'T get in the path of an angry girl." Skull said over to them quickly.

"Right." Joker nodded in agreement.

"First that explosion to disarm him, and now that large blast from Gergonne's End! I thought your really dead!" Blue Angel yelled again at Mona who looked scared over looking down for worrying her.

"Sorry sorry." he apologized.

Acute Cerberus smacked a paw as they turned over. "Don't you ignore me!" He charged in ahead from this over which they dodged. Suddenly the Showtime Whistle was heard for them letting them know it's time for a Showtime Attack.

"Well Joker... shall we?" Crow smirked over from this ready to finish this with there combined Showtime Attack.

"Yes!" Joker readied over for there showtime.

Back at the Duel...

Smoke was enveloped on there side of the field which Akira stared on. "So you didn't last..." he turned to walk before a voice broke out.

"This isn't over yet!"

"What?" he questioned turning to the smoke.

It was revealed from the smoke the two are there with Ai popping up. "Yata, we're fine!" (Playmaker & Sophie: 0650/Hands: (Both: 2))

"What!?" Akira questioned in shock. "How did you survive?"

"It was the effect of a card, I activated Box of Jewels." Sophie explained over. "When Gergonne's End activated, I discarded it to cut the damage in half. Then I give 1 monster on the field Attack Points equal to the damage we take."

Decode Talker: (ATK: 2300 + 1750 = 4050)

Akira's eyes widened seeing that.

Tindangle Acute Cerberus: (ATK: 4000 = 1000 = 3000)

"Even if it's stronger it isn't enough to beat us!" Emperor called out from it seeing they can survive this turn.

"Are you sure?" Playmaker grinned making Emperor blinked before Playmaker called over. "Box of Jewel's additional effect! Akira's eyes widened in realization. "No!"

"And the card that is the target is Tindangle Base Gardna good riddance!" Base Gardna left the graveyard over while Ai continued with his grin. "Acute Cerberus needs 3 different Tindangles including Base Gardna to gain 3000 points! With Base Gardna out of the way, Acute Cerberus loses all it's points!"

Acute Cerberus: (ATK: 3000 - 3000 = 0)

"Does this... does this mean we lose?" Emperor asked himself staring in shock from this. 'Unbelievable these two are far more skilled then I thought... They are the Phantom Thieves after all, they never fail.' He closed his eyes with a soft smile.

"Battle!" Sophie, and Playmaker raised an arm which Decode Talker readied it's blade. "DECODE END!" Decode Talker jumped up launching down raising up it's sword slashing down at Acute Cerberus.

Back at the Palace...

Joker, Crow, and Acute Cerberus appeared in a dark city street as Crow cried out and his eyes seemed to glow as Joker launched his grappling hook into a building.

Crow charged in and slashed at the shadow aggressively before Joker took aim with his gun and fired a shot.

"Hey, why are you thinking we're gonna hurt him? We don't think of doing that." Ai said over towards him.

"You were targeting him for some reason."

"He isn't a bad person, Emperor." Playmaker said over to him. "We are only helping him see what he was doing with Blue Angel wasn't right." Emperor blinked over from that as he explained. Meanwhile back at the Palace...

(Cue Theme: Regret)

Acute Cerberus transformed back to Shadow Akira grunting over slowly sitting on his knees over. "No... this can't be..."

"Skye..." Shadow Akira looked up towards her as they stared at each other before he started having tears down his eyes. "You really... you really grown so strong..."

"It was thanks to you."

Shadow Akira looked down. "But... I can't find it in myself to believe, you truly don't need me anymore... the outside world is full of dangerous figures... anything can happen be it accidents, or Force of Nature... I don't... I don't want to imagine if I lose you... I can't bear with that kind of pain, not after our parents died..." He trembled as tears ran down his face. "I... I just can't bear the thought of losing you... I don't know what to do..."

"You won't lose me." she whispered embracing him. "I'm glad you're always there to protect me Akira... but please, trust me that I can be ok too... we can move forward together, and he won't be able to hurt us, I promise."

"Skye..." he trailed of staring at her from this tear-stricken eyes.

"It's ok now, it's going to be ok." she smiled.

Shadow Akira stared at her before slowly hugging her back with soft tears over as the Thieves watched for a minute. Then they pulled away standing up where he looks up with a soft smile. "Then Skye... you better make sure to keep your promise."

"I will." she smiled as Shadow Akira faded away.

He closed his eyes vanishing in sparkles of blue lights. Blue Angel held a hand to her heart from this as they watched over before suddenly the Palace started to rumble around.

"Huh, what?" Blue Angel asked seeing that.

(Cue Theme: Escape)

"Time to go! The Palace is collapsing!" Mona called to Blue Angel.

"Come on!" Skull waved over starting to run out of the Palace with them.

"Wait, what about the treasure you mentioned?" she asked starting to run after the Phantom Thieves. "The change of heart?"

"I have it right here!" Oracle called showing the Matrix Cube before tossing it. "Catch!" Blue Angel caught it over as Oracle then said over. "We take the Treasure out of the Palace, and his Shadow returned to his true self we won't have to worry if he doesn't get a change of heart!"

She nodded at that as they ran from the collapsing Palace. From the difficult path they successfully escaped just as Playmaker, and Sophie joined them. In time to see the Palace glitching before Axis announced over, "Palace: Matrix of Guardianship deleted."

The Palace glitched in front of them before it then transformed into 1s, and 0s vanishing in front of them. Blue Angel looked at it in shock before closing her eyes. "We should make sure the others are alright... and then, I should probably check on him right?"

"Was it successful?" they looked seeing Playmaker, and Sophie had arrived dropping down nearby for them.

"Yeah, what about you two?" Joker asked them.

"We got the data of the Hanoi Project." Playmaker answered over before looking. "Now, the Treasure?"

They all looked over to Blue Angel where they see that in place of the cube was a blue book having a blue silhouette of her avatar on the cover. The title of the book is labeled 'Blue Angel'.

"This..." she whispered before looking at it. "It's a story he used to read to me."

"Do you have a real life copy?" Blue Angel slowly nodded from Queen's question as she smiled softly. "When we meet up why don't you read it to us?"

"Alright, sure." she smiled at that as they all logged out.

In Cafe Nom...

A few minutes after they logged out everyone met up at Cafe Nom after they explained of there success to Cal over, and said that Skye is bringing something over for her to read which they explained is the Palace's Treasure's real form. After waiting Skye arrived with a copy of Blue Angel in hand over with a soft smile before she looked to them.

"So what kind of book is it?" Haru asked curiously.

"Well... it's more like a children's book but it's what Akira used to read to me a lot while I was younger... it was how I adopted the name, and look of Blue Angel cause... I think the book is suppose to resonates strongly with lonely people, yearning for love and attention."

"Love and affection, hopefully you won't be lonely anymore right?" Morgana asked her.

Skye smiled before looking. "So... you ready to listen?"

"Yeah." Ryuji smiled.

(Cue Theme: Carry These Feelings on the Harp)

Skye at that opened the door clearing her throat, and starts to read it outloud.

"Once upon a time, there existed an angel blue as pure but her heart was as cold as ice. Because of her personality, she was always lonely. She acted tough, claiming she liked to be alone but in reality, she was crying on the inside, overwhelmed by her loneliness. Her tears, just like the perfect sea, were blue. But one day, she was attacked by evil monsters. Her fellow angels came to her aid, and she gradually learned to be kinder. As she defeated the forces of evil, she gained more angel companions at the same time. And through the battles, she became kinder. But for some reason, she would shed blue tears when she defeated those evil monsters. Before long, everyone started to call her 'Blue Angel'."

"That's so sad." Haru whispered as Sumire was tearing up a bit.

Skye also had tears but has a smile. "Well... the book was suppose to help with those who are lonely... I based my avatar, and Charisma Duelist path like her to spread warmth, and happiness through them... and ironically I'm like her. Loneliness was eating me away due to how much Akira dragged me down... but overtime, I gain my own Angel Comrades to help me ease the feeling..." She looked up towards the Thieves. "You all."

"Not just us, you have your brother too." Yusaku told her.

Skye smiled from this as she closed the book looking at it with a smile. "I wouldn't have gotten where I am today if it wasn't for this... I wouldn't have met you all. And I didn't knew that Akira also had feelings for this book but... if I'm involved for him to keep me safe, it makes sense he sees this as his Treasure."

"Yeah, it definitely does." Futaba agreed. "So now we wait for the change of heart... and maybe hope we didn't cost your brother his job."

Skye looked over from this. "How long will it take?"

"It could be a few days, it could be tomorrow." Akira admitted. "Only time will tell."

Skye closed her eyes at that but nodded.

Ulrich362: Well, they beat Akira's Shadow, and got the data on the Hanoi Project... though will the Change of Heart work?

bopdog111: They haven't failed on it yet.

Ulrich362: Well... there was that one time it failed... though not because of what they did... well it was what Crow did but... yeah.

bopdog111: Well haven't failed, I mean letting them live, and escaping with the Treasure.

Ulrich362: True, see you in the next chapter.

bopdog111: Be sure to review!
