During the trip, I would give small head bangs in the air due to lack of sleep. The space is a place without day or night, governed only by the tiredness of the people who warned them to sleep.

The bad thing is that I had already broken the limit, causing me fatigue with every movement, and heavy eyes that struggled to concentrate.

The virtual intelligence of the ship had already given the arrival signal when I fell down on the seat, swearing to myself to just stare for a while. I didn't make it, and just before I fell asleep on the pilot's seat, I looked towards the pasifica Eden Prime.

~ "Then they haven't been attacked yet…"~

My last thought faded along with my strength, being subjected by fatigue to sleep as necessary.

~10 hours later

So aggressive that the settlers of Eden Prime could not even respond, the invasion began. So much time on the Perseus Veil had made people stop thinking of the Geth as a danger, after all they had never left there and there would seem to be no reason for that day to come.

The massacre began with an orbital attack of Geth units, damaging infrastructure and even some people were crushed under many kilos of synthetic material, no one had a chance against them, also turning people against their own thanks to the "Dragon's Theets"

All that bustle did not manage to wake me up, despite being half close to the colony, what opened my eyes was a monstrous sound, falling from the sky as if it were a big black hand that would devastate the planet. That was the first thing I saw when I first played Mass Effect, saying to myself "Are we going to face God or what the hell?"

Very close to guessing to be honest.

That thunderous sound suddenly woke me up, being shaken next to the car by the expansive wave caused by the Sovereign's lightning.

~"How powerful! It's terrifying!"~

The idea of facing the Sovereign 1 vs 1 crossed my mind, being discarded instantly when the red ray was getting closer and closer being me the target now.

"Bound Shield!"

I conjured what looked like a magical Daedric shield in my hand, resisting the impact of the beam that had cut like butter almost half of the car, being stopped by the shield.

The bad thing about all this is that because I was not resistant enough, the force destroyed the door behind me, it was as if an unstoppable force pushed back an unbreakable object.

But being the DragonBorn, I had to work twice as hard for people's futures, and even though I hadn't chosen to be the hero, I was all they had left in Skyrim.

Just when I felt the shape of a trunk breaking with my back, I realized that I was in trouble.

"Mul Qah Diiv!"

Next to an explosion of fire that incinerated a few tree leaves, the beating that they gave me from front and back did not stop, breaking trunk after trunk with my back.

"Aaaaaaarrrgggghhhh!". A cry of pain was heard, but very little since it was overshadowed by the massive destruction that we both caused. "Dragon Flesh!"

An alteration spell as strong and resistant as the dragon skin, being combined with the Dragon Aspect, made me the perfect tank in all kinds of situations. Not on this one.

I could feel the hot shock at my sides, now watching as the lightning stopped and chased as I tried to seek shelter. At that moment I realized the magnitude of the heat, it was as if you were touching a hot iron with your whole body

I ran through the trees, dodging the lightning whenever I could and defending myself if I didn't manage to hide. Although very rarely the lightning struck me, it was what my body suffered the most from

~ "This is terrifying" ~

On the outside it seemed that he was not afraid of anything, but inside he wanted to turn back time to continue in Skyrim. At this moment I was just hoping that I would stop being his target that he was looking for, even if it meant that he would have new victims.

I saw how the lightning lost power once more from one second to another, to now continue the destruction in Eden Prime

With my nerves on edge, I took a step forward, almost fainting from the impression of dying so quickly when arriving at what would be the first mission of many. So I got rid of the Bound Shield and my burned open in the process of the "fight"

My lungs were contracting rapidly, taking out and holding air "God… that was close". Laughing a little because of the surreal situation, my steps were gradually directed towards the colony while I was healing the wounds and burns caused.

~"I gave a 1vs1 to a Reaper… I resisted him. If he's still here it's because the commander hasn't come yet, but Ashley… mmmm… hmmm, now that I remember, his whole squad dies."~

The wind combined with the fire and the undergrowth, giving a nightmare welcome to anyone who wants to visit Eden Prime right now. That smell guided me to the colony when after so much walking I thought I had lost my way, the smell and the destroyed trees marked the way.

"It should… Detect life"

Some very small spots because of how far away they were were moving from one side to the other, being people who were looking for shelter. Also seeing how that blue turned off.

"Detect death"

Almost like looking at the sky face to face, my eyes were filled with red lights, silhouettes of inert bodies, some in the air to be turned into shells that would be used against the survivors.

I hurried my way to try to help in any way I could, passing over scorched earth, dead people whose luck had run out and ashes that used to be people.

"I will not be able to save everyone… but may God not deny that I will try with all my might"

As I got closer and closer to the colony, I would take out the leaves I stole from Tali, and turn them into scrolls containing various spells.

"Close Wounds, Heal Others, Lightning Rune, Ebony Flesh"

I repeated those words with paper in hand, rolling up the now scrolls as best I could, and putting them in my trench coat pockets, getting closer and closer to the conflict.

Every step was a new cry, every step was another person asking for help. And so a column of smoke grew blacker and blacker, recognizing that I was on high ground when I now sighted a precipice that would lead me to the outskirts of Eden Prime.

I could also see that the area where the beacon was was not very far from my place, I would just have to take the transport platform to get to it.

When I reached the edge of the small cliff, I broke up between stone and earth to go down at full speed, watching below as 2 Geth made a sweep of the area so that no one escaped.

They noticed my presence, starting to shoot in my direction as I was coming down. As if it were a wave, it snaked so as not to receive the shots in full.

"Bound Bow"

A purple flash on my right hand was instantly produced and transformed into a bow that looked spectral, along with a carjac of arrows on my back. And with a sound that broke the air, the two geth lay on the ground, with a fading purple arrow through their heads.

Already touching flat ground, I did not hesitate to enter a small alley that welcomed the colony, making the resolution and courage flood my heart, always alert of any threat Geth or someone to save, but the lack of a map did not allow me to orient myself here.

"Detecting life"

Luckily for me, the people who were sheltering were not very far from where I was, they had only barricaded themselves tightly inside a house.

Getting closer and closer to the 2 silhouettes in the house, I heard footsteps next to me, it seemed that they were looking for the same thing as me.

The synthetic squeak as if they were communicating echoed in the silence of gloom sown by the Reaper, advancing rapidly in the direction of those taking refuge.

"Oh no, not on my watch"

With my telekinesis, I arranged some boxes so that I could climb on the roof of the house in front of me, having a better view of the situation.

Even though they didn't see me, I observed a lot of Geth scurrying from the surrounding areas, looking to eliminate any evidence.

With no time to waste, I tensed the bow as much as I could, striking a crush on his head that destroyed his shields and "life"

And so another and another and more fell into the distance by my arrows, while I watched that the two people were still inside the house, safe.

"The less Geth they are, the dumber they get"

With my eyesight clear of all possible Geth, I used all my efforts in saving those people, reaching the roof of the house where they were hidden.

I could hear how they were trying to silence their crying themselves, scared of even the slightest sound coming from outside. So in a stealthy way, I approached the front door, seeing firsthand how the Geth had just entered, armed and ready to kill.

"Bound Sword"

With a hero's landing, I fell on the threshold of the door wielding swords in each hand. In front of me, 3 geth alerted by my presence.

"Wuld!" With an Whirlwind Sprint, I thrust my swords at one of them, separating his arms and head with a single cut. And just before the others shoot "ShadowCloak" I melted into the darkness.

The Geth did not perceive either heat or any other form of life around them other than the people they were looking to kill.

And so from one moment to the next, the squeaking echoed in the room as a Geth seemed to have been swallowed up by the shadows behind his back.

~"Just one more"~

Hanging from the ceiling with the help of one of my swords, I let go by putting all my weight into a charged attack that split the Geth in half along with his weapon.

Having finished this, I returned to the light with the help of my Candlelight spell.

~"Nocturnal's ability worked. With the Daedric weapons could…?"~

I shook my head in denial, remembering that I didn't bring anything with me for this trip except my clothes on, not even an answer one that I urgently needed. The Reaper beam and Quarian gunfire had wreaked havoc on my clothes.

Putting that aside, I searched the whole room, moving box and box with my own strength and telekinesis.

"Hay alguien aquí? Los Geth se han ido (Is anyone here? The Geth of have gone)"

I was not worried about speaking in Spanish since most in the galaxy had the automatic translator. Only I should have done my best to understand English as this is a human colony.

"Detectar Vida (Detect Life)"

So close and so quiet were the people from me that I only had to move a few boxes to get to what was a laundry room.

I knocked on the door a little at a time, explaining the situation of a few seconds ago, trying to convince them that there was no danger. There was only a few minutes of resistance before they opened.

The magician's light brightened the interior of that small room, showing a set of dresses of the same style (had holes in the abdomen and sides) but of different color.

~"Fashion of the future, I'll never understand"~

While the door was opened, the person remained hidden behind it, seeming to hide something else behind… her.

With nowhere else to hide, an elderly lady came out of the shadows, coming face to face with the Candlelight.

The white light was like salvation for her, almost rushing towards me in an embrace.

"A human, Oh my God, you've come to help us!"

With each word his voice broke into a sea of tears that wet my worn clothes. I could only hug her without wanting to not knowing what else to do, she had taken me by surprise, although I don't know why I feel like I've seen her before.

The girl's short hair was all matted from the stress she had suffered, and her blue dress was dirty from the mud. Right behind her also came out an equal girl with short hair, covered with a black blanket that made me realice something.

"Did she want to hide his daughter If they caught her."

The light seemed to bother the lady's eyes recently, hiding her face with her hand "Are you from the Alliance? Have they told you what happened here?"He said, reaching back to take the girl's hand.

Her gaze was looking for an answer through my words, an answer that would relieve her of all this slaughter.

"Un ataque Geth por lo que parece, ustedes están más al día que yo ¿Cuál es tu nombre? (A Geth attack by the looks of it, you guys are more up to date than me, What is your name?)"

"Harriet, and this is my daughter Alice"

Still covered by the blanket, she did not seem to give a sign of life except that she was standing. Understandable since they were in the middle of the geth invasion and was probably dying of fright.

"Muy bien, Sra. Harriet, debemos irnos. (Alright Mrs. Harriet, we should get going)" Moving away from her a bit, I moved the Geth bodies to the side to clear the way. "En esta misión no volveré sobre mis pasos (On this mission I will not retrace my steps)"

She nodded, holding her daughter in arms. The girl covered her face on her mother's shoulder.

I went out first, waiting for any ambush or shot, but when I saw everything free, I made signs for him to follow.

Gunfire could be heard in the distance, hinting that some survivors were still in hiding.

"We won't leave anyone behind"

Passing by a corner, we did not place in the open field like a bullseye at gunpoint. Luckily for us, the shots were getting farther away every time we advanced.

Without warning, a shot right on the ground under my feet made us 100% alert, so throwing an iIe stake in the direction where the shot was coming, I put myself in front of the lady and Alice to protect them.

As quickly as it was thrown, my stake turned liquid on contact with an Omni-Blade burning as orange as possible.

An adult lady dressed in the armor and logo of the Alliance pointed her submachine gun at us, but she lowered it as quickly as possible when she saw that we were human, fainting as fast as possible when she saw us

The black color on her armor was stained with her blood, revealed in detail the weapon impacts on the body.

Quickly as we realized the situation, we ran to her aid, being safely behind a short wall that functioned as a terrace.

Just by seeing her the situation was worse: Extreme fatigue, a long time bleeding out, weak pulse and several bruises on the head. Even if we had medigel and a doctor as a companion she would'nt survive, Except… a idea of magic.

"Harriet, ¿puedes darte la vuelta? Por favor (Harriet, can you turn around? Please)"

"No, I want to help, I know something about medicine and I have a stock of Medigel" she said denying almost desperate. Harriet didn't want to see anyone else die today.

"Lo que quiero es liberarla de su sufrimiento, sé como curarla pero… no debes ver (What I want is to free her from her suffering, I know how to cure her but… you must not see)."

Harriet didn't seem to get the message, but she blindly relied on my abilities as an "Alliance soldier" looking for something inside the house that might be of help.

Without her in sight, I used the Healing Hands spell on the soldier, closing wound by wound, restoring her from all possible harm to me. Obviously I couldn't heal broken bones or punctured organs, but I could speed up their regeneration.

As her body healed, her breathing became stable, as did her pulse, now she just looked like a very sleepy person. So I load it on my back, using the Telekinesis spell to make it lighter for me.

"Es hora de irnos (It's time to go)" I warned Harriet from the door. Almost instantly he came out, but empty-handed except for his daughter.

Sticking to me almost touching shoulder to shoulder, we set off towards the excavation area.

We chatted quietly about the Marine on my back. Harriet asked me for her name as she thought we were a team, unfortunately she didn't know, she didn't remind me of anyone and I couldn't lie to her because the unconscious person would be able to clarify everything upon waking up.

"Ni idea de quien es ella, me enviaron solo a mi (No idea who she is, they sent only me)"

She did not expect more answers, that there was another human with her was good enough not to inquire further, so we dedicated ourselves to walking.

Going through house and house, looking for more people to help, but to a certain extent it seemed that there were only the 4 of us left against the world. And so walking a lot we found ourselves climbing to a high rocky terrain surrounded by trees and some complexes that were still intact, where on the other side the black smoke of the disaster was better appreciated

Before reaching the top, I told her to stay still, that I would be the one to inspect the terrain and then I would call her to come down. She agreed, sitting down on a rock together with the still unconscious soldier.

I climbed a little more, taking care of my steps so as not to fall and just when my eyes landed on the other side, I froze: The reaper was right in front of me, so close and imposing, as if I was waiting for something, but what was it?

The vision of the Reaper stole all my attention, ignoring the fact that there was someone waiting for me or that Shepard was already on his way. The only thing that made me get back to normal was a whisper, a conversation not far from where I was.

~"Saren and Nihlus?!"~

Saren is very different from how he remembered it, he had on a black suit that was assimilated to a trench coat, and his arm Geth was not visible at all. And Nihlus… he hadn't died, he was still alive in front of me, but if I didn't act fast, his life would end here and now.

"Bound Bow"

Aiming straight at Saren's skull, I didn't blink for a second looking for the perfect moment, which was when Nihlus would turn around and let his guard down. But being so focused on one pinto was my mistake because suddenly the Reaper made his thunderous noise, scaring me and shooting the arrow just as Saren had fired.

A slight movement, an arrow, a shot and a shield, it all came down to that. I had always wondered that because Nihlus was dying, his shields were activated and it took more than one shot to finish him off.

~"The weaker Specter…?"~

I guess I'd beat the crap out of myself in a one-on-one, but now…

Saren clutched his cheek for the pain of being pierced, an arrow that tore the jaw out of his mouth, looking around for the culprit, while Nihlus stood on guard, ignoring the fact that the shot was triggered near him

~"Or the dumbest"~

They started talking to each other, but Saren wanted to get away as fast as possible to go for the Protean Beacon, avoiding words that I couldn't understand, but that shouldn't distract me from my mission.

Until Saren brought out his true self, attacking Nihlus with biotics.

Nihlus at first just dodged, avoiding a confrontation, but seeing that Saren turned a deaf ear, he shot at him, avoiding every box that Saren threw as he ran towards the freight train.

I was shooting arrows in the distance that almost hit him, but because of the wound, he didn't take things lightly and reinforced the shield he was leaving. Just as Saren disappeared into a corner, Geth Troops appeared on that same side with the mission of killing Nihlus.

Just at the edge of my eye, from the right, a black and red figure appeared, accompanied by a racis-girl in white armor and a young biotic. At that moment the ship took off as fast as they appeared.

"Nihlus lives… this is going to get interesting"

Returning to Harriet, I saw what had happened, helping her to climb next to her daughter and the soldier, I had to carry the latter two by myself since Harriet's dress prevented her from moving her legs easily.

With one hand in front holding Alice, and one hand behind with the Marine, I jumped from rock to rock until I was on the other side, stepping hard on the metal catwalk. The instant I hit the metal floor, I took off in the direction of Commander Shepard, looking from time to time for Harriet to follow me. The 3 saw us and because of the suddenness of the situation, they pointed their guns, but seeing that we were only: A lady, a kid, a young adult and a Marine, they lowered their weapons hurrying towards us.

The happiness felt at that moment suddenly vanished when I felt the prickling heat on my right thigh, which went up like pickets until it reached the Marine's back, but that didn't happen.

"Wuld Nah Kest!" The Whirlwind Sprint brought me very close to the Commander, so I took the opportunity to leave the Marine and Alice in his hands.

"Wait, what is th-"

I didn't hear the Commander, the Geth were following Harriet, shooting at her.

With my Telekinesis, I pulled her to us to get her to safety next to her daughter, whom I hugged tightly without being able to believe what I did, and the others also just watched.

With my hands full of electricity, I created a Ice rune so big that when it exploded, it was as if a Blizzard had been created and exploded, unleashing its fury.

I sighed looking at my hands, undoing the Destruction spell only to use Restoration and heal myself.

~"How do you explain to someone that you come from another world? That your abilities are magical, and not biotic?"~

I shrugged, answering myself, making the decision not to hide my origin or power in this universe.

~"I'm a non-nordic Dragonborn… Sounds cool doesn't it? Commander."~
