A Worm AltPower AU - What if Taylor had triggered with a power similar to Dauntless, but applied to her own body rather than her gear? How would the "Queen of Escalation" handle planning out and growing her powers? What sort of hero might she grow into?

Butcher whatever number we're on now interrupts Rain's trigger event at the mall like a goddamn superhero (which, to be fair, is kind of the conceit of the setting) and sets about fighting crime, which is a good thing? Amy, Taylor, and Lisa decide to move to New Zealand to set up their own parahuman investigation business. With a new setting and new people, these three will have to work together to fight crime and unravel the hidden mysteries that the country has to offer.

A series of plagues, diseases, abominations that threatens to devour all resources on the planet, including humans. Capes are not an advantage, a mere double-edged sword.
