Javier wakes up after 5 years of coma. How can he deal with everything that happend in the meantime?

So this is a story I wrote a long time ago. I was watching Castle and decided to write a crime from the killer's point of view.. Hope you like it.

(One-shot) After Kate gets a job offer from the FBI, she finds herself forced to ask Castle the question again: "Where are we going?"
