Several months after the events that occurred in the Greed Ring and Millie's tragic death during a gender reveal ceremony that turned into a massacre, Quinn was getting ready to go on a date with Stu to the movie theaters to see a brand new film that was released just hours ago. After arriving to the movie theaters, Quinn waved happily at Stu as she was giving him a signal for their date night together at the cinemas. But she didn't know that he had been dating another succubi named Mary who met Stu at the mall and it was until Quinn saw the succubi flirting with Stu, this made her blood boil with rage fueling up in her body and revealing that Stu had cheated on Quinn with Mary. However, Quinn was about to pull a knife out of her pocket and stab Mary in the heart with it to get Stu back into the relationship with her. But things turned to the worst when Mary began harassing Quinn for being a complete failure to being in love with Stu and this hurt her feelings very badly, Quinn had the urge to slap Mary across the face for bullying her. However, Stu told Quinn that Mary is a good person and a great fit for him, this ultimately led to Quinn breaking into tears and ran off crying after being shooed away and discovering that Mary was flirting with Stu and asking him if he wanted to go on a date with her instead, Quinn knew she couldn't do anything about it because Stu would hate her if she dared to kill Mary just to save him from another person who had a crush. So Quinn ended up going home without a date with Stu because she was very heartbroken that he cheated on her, tears seeped down her cheeks while walking home from the movie theaters. "In The Arms Of An Angel" began playing loudly as Quinn continued walking down the empty sidewalks to the mansion for about 15 minutes before entering the door, Crimson didn't even notice that one of the mafia members came home early after a date was ruined. Quinn didn't even say anything to Crimson or the other mafia members after she got back to the mansion but she went into a room to unwind and reset her brain after witnessing Stu cheating on her with Mary and telling her that she's a bad person because of her traits, Quinn sobbed uncontrollably on the bed and curled up into a ball of yarn as she was shedding tears from her fragile little eyes and completely soaking parts of the bedding with tears. Then suddenly, a knock on the door was heard and Alessio opened the door to check on Quinn, after stepping in a puddle of tears. Alessio discovered that his daughter was crying uncontrollably on the bed and sat on the bed to comfort Quinn and provide some emotional support for her too. "I got cheated on by Stu and he loves Mary more than me, he thinks I'm a twisted woman who is lovesick and a killer who has so many red flags" Quinn said while she sobbed uncontrollably in heartbreak after being cheated on. "Sweetie, Mary had feelings for Stu and you were a bit too possessive of him as well. Especially when he talked to other women who were around him and it made you jealous.." Alessio said while comforting Quinn and wiping the tears of her face to show empathy for her, she felt a sense of relief while being comforted by her father for a while. "I would suggest that you should go on a walk for a bit and resetting your mind before you have a meltdown" Alessio recommended and Quinn agreed to the idea of cooling off before having a meltdown after being cheated on by Stu. Then a few minutes later, Quinn went outside for a walk and sat down on a bench near a playground in a small neighborhood that was very quiet and sparse from the cities of the Greed Ring, where children would often play on the playground equipment and play other fun activities such as hide and seek or whatever. But however, Quinn began hearing faint cries coming from somewhere and she immediately rushed to the noise to see what was wrong. A small impling was crying because he was lost and couldn't find his way back home to see his parents, Quinn immediately took action and picked the impling up then held him in her arms to protect him from any further distress or other dangers. "I wonder how you got here, little one" Quinn said with curiosity as she held the impling in her arms, the child said that he left because the front door wasn't closed after his mother went to check the mail. Not realizing that the consequences of a child going missing was a big deal for his parents and Quinn was willing to keep him safe from any possible harm possible, then she got an idea of doing something fun with the child and asked him if he wanted to pick some irises from the lush grass. The child agreed to the idea and followed Quinn to the grassy area to pick some irises with her, then she offered one of the irises to the child and he thanked her for it. Quinn felt very happy after being praised by a small child for her sweet gesture and gentle personality she always had since she was a small child who was very misunderstood by so many demons in the Greed Ring. Then a couple minutes later, Quinn sang Iris by Goo Goo Dolls to the impling and gently rocked him back and forth in her arms for a while before someone arrived at the park and revealing to be the mother of the impling child who ran away from home, Quinn saw the mother and informed her that her child was found safe and unharmed. She cried in joy and picked her son up and hugged him in such relief after he was rescued by Quinn. "Thank you so much for rescuing my child, he ran away from home and I'm so grateful you found him." The mother said and hugged Quinn for rescuing her son from any kind of danger after he ran away from the house, then shortly afterwards. The mother and her son went home just after a happy ending happened for her, Quinn watched them leave the park and found a wilting rose on the ground and picked it up then sat back down on the bench for a while. "It just feels like someone appreciates me for my good qualities.." Quinn said quietly in silence before having a flashback to the day she was born, unfortunately after childbirth. Her biological mother died 48 hours after she gave birth to Quinn Caroline and wasn't able to leave the hospital due to the traumatic birth of her child and severe blood loss which ultimately resulted in her death, Quinn still remembered what happened when she was born and held the wilting rose in her bony hand as she picked the petals off the rose just before it began snowing. Just like old times when it snowed during the summer months which was what Quinn remembered the most during those events that unfolded in the Greed Ring. "S..Summer Snow… I remember the events that followed a few years ago, killing Millie and forcing Moxxie to marry Chaz was a gift and not really a wasted potential for me but I wanted to do that ever since day 1. I can still remember when I decapitated Millie and dismembered her too, I vaguely remember Prime and Ahriman.. but they're in the past now and I have to move forward with my life to keep thriving.. then Stu cheats on me with another succubi which broke my heart. I loved him so much that in the end he thought I was a waste of his precious time after his new girlfriend saw me for the first time." Quinn muttered to herself and sighed softly as she continued picking the petals off the wilting rose in her hand and allowing the thorns to poke her skin, watching the petals fall onto the snowy ground to represent something that resembles a very important moment in her childhood. It was something about being loved by everyone in the Greed Ring and not being treated poorly, then Quinn got up from the bench and started walking back to the mansion. Then about 30 minutes later, Quinn got back to the mansion and tried to be quiet to avoid any contact with the other members of the mafia. However, Crimson wasn't pleased about this not knowing that he was ready to hurt Quinn for leaving the mansion for a bit. Crimson got his fists ready and was about to punch Quinn in the face before being stopped by one of the mafia members. "DON'T YOU DARE HURT HER!" Giancarlo shouted and grabbed Crimson by his wrist to protect Quinn from being harmed in a very serious and violent way, Crimson growled and backed away shortly after being stopped. "Giancarlo? You're protecting me?" Quinn asked fearfully as she was shaking like a leaf. "Yes.. I didn't want Crimson to hurt you for leaving the mansion for a while, you're like my little sister and I care about you" Giancarlo replied and hugged Quinn tightly before taking her to one of the bedrooms for the night, after arriving at one of the rooms. Giancarlo tucked Quinn into bed and patted her on the head as he accompanied her for a couple minutes. "Giancarlo… you did the right thing to protect me from Crimson's wrath and bad choices he was going to make to hurt me. I've never been a fan of violence in general." Quinn said softly while holding the blanket in her hands and feeling a sudden bit of relief after being protected. "Quinn… violence in general is never okay, especially if it's something like this too.. I didn't want Crimson to hurt you or anyone else. It really hurts my heart to know that violence happens everywhere in Hell including the Greed Ring… I feel like Charlie Morningstar would have some great advice to become a better person and break out of bad habits. But that's just for the future, little sister" Giancarlo explained and began walking towards the door to exit the bedroom. Quinn thanked him for his kindness and he gently closed the door for her. She felt very relieved that Giancarlo saved her from an act of violence that Crimson was going to commit and Quinn laid on the bed all night as she felt very restless and unable to close her eyes to catch up on some sleep. Especially after how Crimson nearly hurt Quinn as well and Giancarlo stepping in to protect her from any kind of violent danger or injuries.
