Chapter 1:

Ryder was twisting and turning in bed. Chase blinked as Ryder tossed off his bed sheets and they landed on top of him. He heard Ryder screams. He then heard Ryder sat up in bed still screaming while asleep. He heard Marshall and Sky rush in and tried to wake up Ryder. He finally got the sheet off of him. He then noticed Ryder was awake hugging Sky and Marshall with tears and bloodshot eyes.he jumped onto the bed and smiled as Ryder hugged him as well.

"Ryder Sir, what's wrong?"

Ryder looked at the pups Chase, Sky , and Marshall. He sighed thinking back on his nightmare. He couldn't remember anything about it. He then sighed noticing his hands trembling. He smiled as the pups hugged him back. He then remembered a name of a place.

"Playcare?"

Chris, Ryder half brother who just woke up and was listening in after hearing Ryder crying after walking up. He sighed and took out his phone. He looked up playcare and blinked seeing it was an orphanage connected to playtime Co. He quietly left the lookout and borrowed Ryder ATV. He used his phones GPS and found his way to the playtime Co toy factory. He noticed a car in the parking lot of the abandoned factory. He was using his phones flashlight and dropped it at hearing a bark. He blinked noticing the ruff ruff pack. He clenched his first and shook his head.

"Don't scare someone like that, Hubcap , Gasket , and Dwayne!"

Hubcap looked at Chris seeing he was still in his pajamas. He noticed Chris Blue hair was a lighter shade of blue and it was no longer covering his left eye. He noticed Chris was shivering. He noticed Chris picked up his phone and put it back in his pocket.

"We are friends, after you lost your mom and your dad and his wife took you in you are still one of us even if your a member of the paw patrol helping your brother!

Chris smiled and nodded thanks noticing Dwayne , and Gasket looking at the old factory. He crossed his arms and took a breath and gave a quick explanation while walking towards the building entrance with them. He opened the door and nodded thanks as the ruff ruff pack entered with him.

Gasket looked at Chris who was looking at the VHS player that was playing a tape about security measures after rewinding it. She walked around and noticed the gift shop was a mess. She then walked to the other side of the lobby and saw an item was taken and noticed hubcap walking over with Chris and Dwayne. Chris rewinded the tape and then played the video. She noticed it was for a playtime invention the GrabPack. She looked to Chris and sighed.

"Look we may dislike the paw patrol, but Chris you should have told Ryder and them about your idea to come here!".

Chris nodded and sighed hearing his phone going off. He looked at who was calling it was Ryder. He took a breath and decided not to answer. He looked to Dwayne, gasket , and hubcap. He walked back to the lobby and noticed a mark that needed the GrabPack was mostly closed now. He looked to gasket and hubcap and blinked.

"Where is, Dwayne?"

Hubcap looked to gasket and nodded with her. He looked in Chris in the eyes and used his grab arm to lift the gate. He noticed Chris went thought as did Gasket followed by him. He heard the gate close since it was a bit to heavy to hold any longer. He noticed Chris stop at the empty display for huggy wuggy.

"Look Chris, it was my idea to have Dwayne call the paw patrol to tell them what you are up to so they don't worry!'

Chris closed his eyes and took a breath and scratched his face. He then pouted a little to make it seem like it was a big deal. He noticed Gasket chuckled and looked to hubcap.

"He fine, that we called he just didn't want his brother to yell at him so that's why he didn't!"

Chris had a feeling and dodged seeing a disfigured Huggy wuggy. He noticed the gasps on Hubcap and Gasket face. He grabbed hubcap before huggy wuggy could and started running. He nodded as gasket was following quickly.

"Keep running, now or we are toast!"

Meanwhile at the lookout Ryder, sky, rubble , Zuma, and Marshall were talking with Dwayne of the ruff ruff pack. Ryder sighed while listening and looked to the pups.

"We are going to playtime, everyone to the paw patroller!"

Meanwhile at playtime. Chris was breathing heavy and noticed Gasket and Hubcap were the same. He looked to Gasket and looked from the side of the shelf. He looked around seeing they were in an office. He noticed a map on the floor for the structure.

"Playcare is in the basement, we have to avoid huggy wuggy and get there if we find a way to stop him, we use it".

Gasket looked at the map, Chris was holding and noticed a dumbwaiter that could bring one of them to playcare nearby since it was to deliver messages to the staff or food in an emergency.

"Chris we could use the dumbwaiter that's hidden in the lounge area in the next area to have one of us go to playcare now!"

Chris sighed and nodded no and looked at gasket and Hubcap. He gave a cheeky smile and kept looking them in the eyes as both of their faces had looks of fear suddenly. He looked up seeing huggy wuggy about to grab him and roll dodged. He ran out of the room and had huggy wuggy chase him.

"Great as I was about to say, don't you know the rule in horror movies never split up!"
