August 9, 2017 - 12 days after the first infection; the third week of July. Night

The scene starts with a dark evening with a full moon shown. Going further away from the moon, the scene shifts towards a city that was in moral chaos.

Some buildings were on fire, cars smashed or abandoned by drivers, and a solemn sense of death around every corner. Across the streets and through alley ways, blood was all over the walls as rats were searching for scraps of food left behind…. Or sniffing the piece of meat on the ground which was not just 'meat.'

Multiple zombies all over the streets as it reaches all the way to the highway. There were many police and military tanks and vehicles near the highways and the capitol building but were either destroyed or abandoned due to unknown horrors most do not know.

Most of these infected individuals have blood around their mouths, while some were missing a limb (arm or side) or a piece of themselves; one infected walk by with jaw missing and left eye gone.

Going deeper into the chaos, Mercy hospital was the tallest building in Fairfield city. The hospital entrance has a yellow sign says shelter and evacuate sign for anyone who needs help to escape this nightmare. However the entrance's barricades were thorn down by some unknown attack as the first floor was covered with dead bodies; along with a corpse who was holding his phone with 20% of battery left has ten missing calls from home.

Going upper to the 10th floor, a lonely boy was hiding in his room from the infected. Last night for him was a nightmare but when it was daylight... he doesn't want to describe it, yet.

That boy with white hair is Lincoln Loud, only 12 years old and in a patient gown, was hiding behind his bed as an infected patient walked by his room. The patient's face was gray as stone, his movement was sluggish, and has blood coming out of his ears, nose, and mouth. Without making a sound he carefully closed the door and barricaded the door with a stool, two planks of wood, and a bar as a lock before turning on his iphone. With the coast clear, he recorded himself to let time pass by. The phone has 71 percent of power left.

As Lincoln turns his face to the audience, he left out a gasp as he realized it was just the audience wanting an explaination of what is going on.

"Gasp... oh its just you. Thank goodness... I thought you were... (Breathing in and out to stay calm) the undead." - Lincoln Loud

Turning around to see if the barricade he just made for his own room was strong enough to hold off the unaware zombies passing by his room. Once he believed that they didn't hear him, he turn to his phone and recording himself.

"It has already been 10 days since leaving Royal Woods, Michigan and I have found myself in a zombie outbreak here on the East coast. What I can grasp is that the military and CEDA have abandoned Mercy Hospital last night, the city was lost, and everyone around me has either escaped from the dead, eaten alive by them, or turned into one of them. I wish I didn't run away from home after…. that incident with the video contest but I hope this will make up for my mistakes. How did this happen to me? I don't know ….and I got bitten by one of those monsters 9 days ago. span style="text-decoration: underline;"(As he showed his left arm, close to the wrist the bite mark was deep and showed a small amount of blood with stitches to stop the bleeding.) I thought those government warnings were just riots …. But THEY ARE NOT FAKING IT! It's REAL!... I'm sorry that I've uploaded that embarrassing video of you guys but if this video goes viral to the entire internet, I won't think I'll get a trophy, instead I'm thinking of this as my punishment for making you guys look bad."

Lincoln expressed with tears in his eyes; pinkish red due to lack of sleep and malnutrition. All of a sudden, a bang at the door was heard as Lincoln quickly turned down with a pair of surgerical scissors in his hands to defend himself. Looking at the door that has a small window screen, a zombified MA was looking in to see who was crying inside. She has long black hair messed up, her right cheek was bitten off close to her right ear, and her voice sounds like a starving dog desperate for a late night snack. Lincoln was hiding behind his bed, hoping the infected didn't see him.

Long pause as an infected MA passes by his room, Room 1011. He hoped the rest didn't hear him. With long silence for 15 seconds he continued to finish his recording.

"This is Lincoln Loud signing off at (looking at the iphone's time) 8:49pm and... (breathing in and out) wondering why I haven't turned into one of them yet. Goodbye and love you all."

With tears of apologies pouring out of his eyes he stopped recording and posted on twitter, facebook, and instagram. Once that was done, he tuck himself to sleep while thinking about his family in Royal Woods, Michigan, and hoping they are alright. He wished he was at home safe in his bed and hoping to wake up from this horror he's experiencing. He wished he wake up from all this but deep down he realized it was not a dream but areal situation that he thought it was impossible until now.

From what Lincoln can absorb during this pandemic crisis, the virus was known as the Green Flu that can be spread through open wounds, making contact with liquid fluids like saliva and blood, and bites from the infected. Those who were infected would show signs of aggressiveness, cold fever, grayish skin, bleeding from eyes, nose, or mouth, and vomiting of blood. He thought if the films he made about his sisters' embarrassing moments was not enough to impress anyone, he thought discovering the mysterious green flu would be a better scoop after deleting his first film to fame. He thought this would be a walk in the park during the weekend, 10 days before school starts... THIS idea however back fired as the city was turned into a nightmare he can't get away from.

He missed his chance of escaping the hellish nightmare this afternoon as the last helicopter left him behind on the roof along with others survivors who are no longer here. He was lucky enough to fit into the air vent and escape back to room 1011 where he was first kept in for his safety, since the day he came to Fairfield.

As he cried himself to sleep, little did he know that there were other survivors somewhere in Fairfield, PA.

Two days later... he chances of survival will not only get him out but will spark a light across America to know the truth of this pandemic.
