Legends. Stories scattered through time. Mankind has grown quite fond of recounting the exploits of heroes and villains, forgetting so easily that we are remnants, byproducts, of a forgotten past.

It was a vision of hell. The entire city was in ruins and was like a war zone. Everywhere you looked, there was destruction and chaos. An army of strange foot soldiers and above them were giant robots were wrecking everything they could see. it was hard to believe years ago this was once a peaceful town.
10 girls stood in the midst of the commotion, each wearing a different colored gown: light blue, seafoam green, purple, yellow, red, black, dark blue, pink, green, and lavender purple. They watched in horror as 23 heroes charged toward the source of the destruction only to be disintegrated by a HUGE explosion! It was horrible!
After the explosion subsided, the 23 heroes lay on the ground. A shadowy figure wearing a gold belt approached them. The girls looked on in horror. It was difficult to believe that he had once cared for them and loved them. Now he was a ruthless, heartless destroyer. The girl in the lavender gown whispered in terror as the figure looked at them with a hard glare behind his mask. "Decade..."

Lincoln Loud groaned in annoyance as he woke up. He had that dream again, and it was beginning to really annoy him. Why did he keep having it? "That one again?" Lincoln muttered as he ran his hands through his snowy white hair. Lincoln was 12 years old and the middle child in his family. In a family as big as his, he was used to unusual stuff happening. But that dream was bugging him.
He sighed as he tried to brush it off. "It's just a stupid dream. Probably some of Lisa's chemical fumes are messing with my head." Lincoln said as he looked around his room. It was the same as it had ever been. Ever since he accidentally almost got lost in space at his grandparent's wedding, he was now under house arrest even though that wasn't his fault! But yet here he was, being punished for something that wasn't his fault. He was sick of this happening. But his parents didn't want to hear it. As usual.
His sisters were told to stay away. But Lori, Leni, Luna, Luan, Lynn, Lucy, Lana, Lola, Lisa and Lily decided to help their brother anyway. After all, they knew Lincoln wasn't at fault for that fiasco. They stuck with Lincoln and helped him recover from that experience. Besides they weren't gonna abandon their brother! Lincoln smiled as he thought of his sisters. They were always caring for him after the... incident. After all, he did almost perish in space. He wasn't used to it but it felt nice to be the center of attention. Well, of his sisters at least.
Lincoln looked at David Steele and Ace Savvy comic books in the corner. He wanted to read them but he couldn't. It was a part of his "sentence". If he was caught reading his comics or playing video games, he'd be locked in the basement for a week. Sometimes it was longer. But no matter what happened, Lincoln was sure of one thing. His parents were through with him. He even heard them talking about sending him to Aunt Ruths so he'd be out of their hair.
