Here is a little alternate universe or alternate canon project that i was working on a long time ago, this story takes place between ALIEN (1979) and aliens. i just hope this story would be interesting but i would need help with my grammar, some of this story was made using AI story maker called "DreamGen Ai" i highly recommend it, after all it seemed to help fix my writer's block issue.
Chapter 1
In the year 2122, the towing vehicle Nostromo, with seven members of its crew, went on a return trip to earth while carrying the cargo of a refinery processing 20,000,000 tons of mineral ore. The return journey was interrupted when a distress beacon of unknown origin was detected in a star system of Zeta II reticuli on a small moon named LV-426, which is orbiting a Saturn-like planet. The crew assumed it to be an SOS, but it was uncertain if it was an SOS, so they went to investigate this transmission.
Upon arrival on the surface of LV-426, three of the seven crew members discovered that the source of the distress call was an alien ship; they ended up calling it the derelict. Within the derelict, the team found thousands of eggs in a massive chamber inside the old derelict. Kane, the crew member, made a close encounter with one of the eggs until the egg opened itself and a parasite attached itself to Kane's face.
Upon returning to the nostromo, the parasite remained on Kane until it finally came off of his face and died; however, Kane awoke after the nostromo left LV-426. Unknown to the whole crew, the parasite had implanted an embryo inside Kane, and it had emerged from Kane's chest; this killed him in the process. The crew began to search the whole ship for the organism, but then discovered that it had grown larger and killed Brett. Soon, it started picking the crews one by one.
The crew had only two options remaining: hunt down the organism, lure it to the airlock, and release it into space. The second option is to abandon the nostromo.
Ash, the science officer, was revealed to be an android after assaulting the nostromo's lieutenant, Ellen Ripley, who is now in charge of the nostromo. The crew guessed that Ash was sent by the company to retrieve and protect the alien life form, which he called the "perfect organism."
The crew had to face their only choice, which was the second option—abandoning the nostromo and destroying it in the process.
Parker and Lambert were both killed by the same alien lifeform that killed Kane, Brett, and Dallas. Ripley was the only survivor of the Nostromo, and she took her chances in the shuttle and used it as a lifeboat. She was able to send the alien into the shuttle's airlock and into space.

This is a tape-recorded journal for the NSA, CIA agent William Rogers speaking. If anyone has found my shuttle, then you probably know I'm dead and understand why my arrival from the mission was delayed. So, as you should know, I hitched a ride on a commercial starship called the Nostromo in one of its shuttles, which was designed for me by a former science officer who worked on the Nostromo. But not only did he allow me to travel in hiding, he also helped me make improvements to the shuttle before the nostromo left the Thadus system; it was installed with security monitors that could watch the whole nostromo from this small shuttle. On to the main reason for my delay. There's been an accident, and the Nostromo crew found... an alien creature. It's highly aggressive, and many of the crew members have been killed by it. I had to collect DNA samples of almost every deceased crew member in the hopes that someday we might be able to clone them. But it seems one remaining crew member attempted to destroy the nostromo, but thankfully I barely escaped the nostromo. Now that I have the information on Weyland-Yutani, but also the blood samples and the security tapes that were downloaded from inside the Nostromo computer, I'm sure someone might find this shuttle someday and have begun perfecting cloning. I don't know if they will regain their memories, but I just hope someone can give these people a second chance at life. Right now, the samples are in stasis until this shuttle is recovered. William Rogers secretly hitched on the towering vehicle Nostromo in order to deliver information on Weyland-Yutanai's information and plans. However, he awoke on the secondary shuttle on the Nostromo on arrival at LV-426, collected videotapes and footage from the Nostromo, and took blood samples from the dead crew members of the Nostromo, except Kane. William managed to escape the nostromo before it detonated.
However, Williams Shuttle was missing within Zeta II.
Their status is unknown.

The niridesis1 was towing the odyssey, a large space vehicle transporting the colonists to Houston station, where they would get ready for the long journey to their new home. As the ship was about to pass through zeta II reticuli, its computer 'Cousin' suddenly received a signal from a shuttle. The computer decided to awaken the crew of the niridesis to investigate it. As the lights in the hallways of the niridesis turned on, a door opened revealing 8 hypersleep chambers inside, and they all opened up revealing its crew, one by one they all awakened, and they all got up and went to the dining room to get something to eat. Unbeknownst to them, the crew were awakened because of the distress signal from 'the Narcissus II'. nyn was stretching his arms out, "man the first thing I'm going to do when we arrive at the Houston space station is to retire from being captain" nyn explained to the rest of the crew, "I mean, how long can a person live in space?" nyn said, "I mean, as much as I love being a captain of this ship and run things, but I really want to go to earth". The others nodded as well. "Yeah, hey Andrea do you think we'll get to see dad again when we get back?" josh asked his sister Andrea, "I hope so" Andrea replied with a smile.
As the crew sat at their table eating breakfast, they heard a beeping noise coming from the hallway outside the dining room. Everyone stopped what they were doing and listened to the noise, "it seems like cousin thinks you should stay, either that or it sounds like cousin wants to talk to you." bill said, "oh god, let me guess, the computer wants us to avoid an asteroid field?" Indra asked sarcastically. "I'm on my way." nyn said as he walked out of the room and down the hall. "Cousin can you show us today's news" Andrea asked, the ceiling TV's turned on revealing a broadcast of NASA TV 22nd Century News. On screen appeared a NASA news announcer "good morning, today is the 50th anniversary of NASA's colony cruse vessel; niridesis01's construction and its successful trip of colonization outside the solar system to Orion belt which lies in the constellation Orion." the announcer said as he continued speaking "it took 10 minutes for us to contact the 30th generation of the niridesis01 crew today. This footage has been edited from this recording, and here you'll see our reporter Carl miles speaking to the crew." the announcer finished.
The reporter Carl miles suddenly appeared on the screen, "the niridesis01 consists of 8 crew members; two androids, six humans and the latest a.i computer co-us-in. They were captain Nyn Thomson, James Wilson, bill richards, Indra Joyce and the siblings josh and Andrea zero, children of the 3rd officer of the previous niridesis crew; Michael zero. Today we speak with the niridesis crew of today." the reporter said as the screen changes, and they witness themselves being interviewed. "Hey, that's us, we're famous..." josh said while pointing at the TV screen. "Good morning ladies and gentlemen, how's everything going?" the reporter asked as nyn on t.v. spoke out, "nothing to complain about."
Meanwhile, in the main deck of the ship, nyn enters cousin's mainframe and starts having a conversation with it, but from what cousin is about to tell nyn will truly shock him.
30 minutes later, the crew went to the flight room, and they all noticed that they were not at the Houston space station and were at Zeta II reticuli. "What the heck, where's the Houston space station?" Bill asked, feeling shocked as he looked at the map of the nearby area. "We're still 4 light-years away from it," Josh said as he looked at the map. "We're supposed to be at Houston station," Bill says, "but why aren't we there?" "Maybe because we're stuck here?" Josh said. "No, the course of our journey was interrupted." As Nyn entered the flight room, everyone turned their faces toward him.
