Ami's Little Mishap
- Ami Mizuno is at home working with some chemicals and while carrying them Ami accidentally spills them on herself, causing her to shrink down to two inches tall when suddenly Makoto shows up to check on Ami and after some near mishaps Ami gets Makoto's attention and agrees to look after the tiny girl.
Ami Mizuno was inside her room inside her high-rise apartment dressed in one of her summer outfits, an orange top with a green skirt. In her hands was a chemistry set from the cram school that she attended in addition to her attending Juban Middle School. As she walked towards her desk, she was excited to see what she could do with this set since science was one of her favorite subjects.
"I can't wait to see what I can learn from this chemistry set," Ami said
Sitting down at the desk Ami began to mix chemicals she took notes and then picked up one of the mixed vials a purple liquid and looked at it.
"It looks so beautiful," Ami said.
Unfortunately for her, the vial suddenly tilted on her, and spilled the liquid on herself.
"Oh I made a mess of myself I have to get this cleaned up right away," Ami said as she placed the vial back on the desk and then she scooted the chair back from the desk to get up.
However, as soon she stood up a strange tingling feeling coursed through her entire body, and then suddenly her body shrunk down to mere inches tall.
Oh no I've shrunk!" shouted Ami in shock. Quickly she tried to formulate a plan. However she was interrupted by the sudden loud ringing of her communicator and she had to cover her ears to try and block out the noise, thankfully after a few more minutes the communicator went quiet once more.
Meanwhile, elsewhere Makato Kino was trying to use her communicator to contact Ami and check up on her. Makato was wearing an orange shirt, long beige colored pants, and white shoes. However, she was having no luck in contacting Ami.
"That strange Ami isn't picking up on her communicator that's not like her at all. I better make sure that she is okay" Makato said. She then turned and began to run in the direction of the apartment building where Ami lived.
After arriving at the building Makato went inside and to the elevator where she went inside and pressed the button to Ami's floor and up the elevator went. After a short ride, the elevator stopped at the designated floor. Makato then exited the elevator and headed down the hallway until she finally came upon Ami's apartment, she knocked on the door.
"Ami it's me Makato I was just coming to check up on you since you didn't answer when I tried to call you earlier," Makato said. However, there was no response from inside the apartment. Putting her hand on the door handle Makato opened the door to the apartment and found the living room area empty.
"This isn't like Ami at all," Makato said as she walked around the area. Before
"Ami, are you here?" Makato called out receiving no reply however Makato continued to walk around looking for any sign of Ami. Walking down a short she came to Ami's room.
Ami meanwhile had spent the past several minutes trying to figure out how she was going to get back to normal.
"I could climb the desk and try to see if I can make an antidote," Ami said as she rushed towards the desk however before she could enact this plan she was interrupted when suddenly a voice rang out.
"Ami are you here?" the voice asked Ami's eyes went wide with surprise as she recognized the voice as none other than one of her friends and fellow Sailor Senshi Makato as
"Makato?" Ami wondered as the door to her room opened as Makato walked into the room. She was the tallest of the five Senshi at normal height. However now she looked as big as the Tokyo Tower from Ami's small perspective. Still as afraid as she was of how big Makato seemed Ami knew that she needed her help if she wanted to get back to normal.
She ran towards Makato, stopping at her white shoe-clad feet. She then began to wave her arms and shout to try and get her friend's attention.
"Makato, I'm down here, and I need your help!" Ami shouted.
However, as expected Makato couldn't hear her. Ami's situation became even more perilous when Makato raised one of her feet to take a step forward not realizing that she was about to step on Ami herself!
Thankfully Ami just managed to dive out of the way of Makato's foot as it came down on the carpet floor with a booming thud as the gigantic girl began to walk around the room.
"That was a close one I know it's dangerous but I still need Mako's help," Ami said as she stood up, reenergized to get Makato's attention.
Makato on the other hand couldn't find hide or hare of Ami anywhere she stopped walking to stand still and let out a sigh.
"Maybe she isn't here and I should look at other places that she might be," Makato said.
While Makato contemplated her next move Ami rushed over to one of Makato's feet.
"Alright here goes nothing," Ami said, using her hands she began to gently rub the footwear hoping to catch the giant girl's attention.
Luckily it seemed to work as Makato felt something.
"Hmmm, what going on with my foot?" wondered Makato. She looked down at her left foot and saw a strange-looking bug, normally her first instinct would've been to crush it. However, she didn't want its guts all over her shoe. So instead she began to reach down to pick the bug up into her hand.
Ami meanwhile was eclipsed by the shadow of Makato's hand coming towards her. Then she felt Mako's fingers grab her body in a firm grip and began to lift her, Ami felt like she was on an elevator as she raised Mako's body until she was at Makato's face. The giant girl opened her hand and her brown eyes went wide in surprise as she realized that it was none other than Ami in her hand.
"Ami is that you?" questioned Makato in surprise Ami nodded and Makato walked over to Ami's desk and placed the tiny girl on it before kneeling in front of the desk so that Ami didn't have to look up at her.
"So what happened to you Ami? Why are you so small?" asked Makato.
"Well I was studying chemestry with a chemistry set from the school and I somehow made something that shrinks things and I accidentally spilled some of it on myself" replied Ami.
"Wow Ami you do go all in on studying don't you including accidentally shrinking yourself" joked Makato.
"Very funny Mako," Ami said sarcastically.
"Anyway so I was coming to check on you to make sure that you were okay after you didn't answer your communicator," Makato said.
"Well when I shrunk somehow I ended up on the floor," Ami said.
"So do you need someone to watch you until this wears off?" Makato asked.
"That's kind of you Mako, but I'll be fine," Ami said. Makato's eyes narrowed in annoyance and she stood up and folded her arms as she looked down on Ami.
"Ami if I leave you here on this desk by yourself and head home how are you going to take care of yourself?" Makato questioned.
"Well you've got a point Makato" admitted Ami.
Great and I already have a plan to transport you" Makato said.
Oh and what's that? Ami wondered.
"Well, I plan to make a necklace and tie it around and carry you in my boobs," Makato suggested, instantly Ami's face went red in embarrassment.
"What? No that's embarrassing! Couldn't I just ride on your shoulder or in your pocket?" Ami countered.
"Ami if you ride on my shoulder and someone bumps into me and you fall, you'll get hurt or worse stepped on. Same thing if you fall from my pocket" Makato said. Ami then imagined these scenarios and sighed in defeat.
"You're right Makato" Ami said.
"Great wait here," Makato said as she stood up to her full height and walked out of the room to find something to fashion into a necklace. After a few minutes, Makato returned with some colored string in her hands. Using her hands Makato made a necklace out of some green string.
"Alright, Ami comes here please so we can try this on," Makato said.
"Sure Ami answered in reply as she went towards it before stopping close to the edge of the desk. Makato then carefully placed the string around Ami and snugged it.
"There it's not too tight is it Ami?" Makato asked.
"No it's fine I also wanted to let you know that I have a spare key in the desk drawer in here" Ami answered.
"Got it, I'll also write a letter for your mom to let her know where you are," Makato said.
That's a good idea" Ami replied
"Okay here we go Ami," Makato said. She then began to pull the string to lift the necklace gently and placed it around her neck, lowering Ami into her chest. Ami then felt her body wedged between Makato's breasts which, were big even when she was at normal size. Now they were massive and strangely felt like pillows, still, Ami couldn't help but feel a little embarrassed.
"Well this is strangely comfortable, wait no what am I saying I am not enjoying this" Ami thought to herself.
Then she felt Makato move towards the desk to open the drawer to grab the spare key before closing the drawer and turning away from the desk to walk out of Ami's bedroom making sure to close the door behind her.
Then she made her way to where the coffee table was and she found a paper and pen, grabbing both items Makato walked over to the the coffee table and placed the paper on the table, and then she knelt in front of the table and with the pen in hand. Makato began to write the letter.
After a few minutes, Makato finished writing the letter she read the letter over.
"Dear Ms Mizuno.
Your daughter Ami is ill so I decided to take her back to my place to nurse her back to health. If you have any questions or concerns please call me"
- Makato Kino.
Setting the pen down on the desk, Makato then stood up to her full height and walked towards the front door, opening it to exit the apartment. After closing the door behind her she took the spare key out of her pants and used the key to lock the door, put the key back in her pocket headed towards the elevator, and pressed the button, after the elevator came down and opened Makato stepped inside, and pressed a button to head down to the first floor.
Before the elevator began to move Ami poked her head out of Makato's shirt, causing Makato to look down.
"How are you holding up Ami?" Makato asked.
"Well aside from finding myself the embarrassing situation of being in your chest Makato, this hasn't been too bad" answered Ami with slight annoyance in her voice.
"Well hopefully we can get to my place quickly so that I can get you out of there Ami," Makato said. Ami then slinked back down into Makato's shirt, as the tall girl pressed the button to tell the elevator to go all the way down to the first floor and the elevator began to go down. A few minutes passed and the elevator had stopped with the doors opening up, allowing Makato to exit the elevator as the doors closed behind her. Makato then walked towards the front doors of the building. They opened up automatically allowing Makato to step outside where she then began to walk down the street.
As Makato walked she saw a young woman being accosted by some male bullies, with little tolerance for bullying. Makato walked towards the bullies with an angry look on her face she stopped with her arms folded.
"What's going on here?" asked Makato sternly the group of boys turned to face her.
"Mind your own business," said one of the boys.
"When you're harassing an innocent young girl it becomes my business" replied Makato.
This caused the boys to get angry.
"Why you" one of the boys said as he tried to punch Makato in the face however, she dodged the punch and hit a palm strike to stun him.
Meanwhile, the tallest of the male group tried to come from behind and grab Makato to restrain her but Makato suddenly spun around and grabbed the boy by the shirt and in an impressive feat of strength she picked him up off the ground and tossed him over her head and onto the ground.
Finally, the third and shortest boy who was the ring leader of the trio tried to strike Makato and ended up kicking him in the stomach to knock him down. He looked up in fright.
"Now I suggest you get out of here before this gets worse for you," Makato said.
As she cracked her knuckles to intimidate them.
Thankfully it worked as the boys got up and ran away in fear. Makato then relaxed and turned to face the girl that they had been harassing.
"Hey are you okay?" asked Makato.
"Yes thanks for standing up for me there," the girl said.
"No problem, just be careful okay? Makato said.
"I will" answered the girl. The two parted ways and Makato resumed her walk to her apartment.
After walking another block or so Makato finally arrives at her apartment. She went up the stairs and towards the door reached into her pocket for her apartment key pulled it out and inserted it into the keyhole to unlock it. Opening the door Makato went inside and closed it behind her and then she walked towards the kitchen where she took off the makeshift necklace pulled Ami out of her chest and set her down on the counter in front of her.
"How are you holding up Ami?" asked Makato, trying to make sure her friend was okay.
"Well it was certainly an experience Ami said "Also it felt like a roller coaster when you were fighting those bullies swinging them around and it felt like I was going to both throw up and fall from your chest if the necklace broke off," Ami said with agitation present in her voice.
"Yeah sorry about that Ami" Makato said she then took her fingers and gently untied the necklace around Ami's waist. Allowing the tiny girl to walk free.
"That feel better Ami?" Makato asked.
"Yes thank you Mako" replied Ami.
"No problem ready to head to the living room?" Makato said.
"Sure" Ami answered.
Makato then slid her hand underneath Ami, allowing the tiny genus girl to sit down in Makato's palm, Makato raised her hand to chest level, with Ami secured Makato then began to walk, exiting the kitchen and heading to a small living room area with a couch, a table, and a television set in the corner of the room along with a corded phone. Makato walked over to the couch and then sat down and placed Ami on her lap. Then she leaned forward and grabbed the TV remote that was on the table turned on the television and began to flip through the channels before settling on a channel showing a movie.
An hour passed and then the phone began to ring, Makato muted the TV, and then gently placed Ami on the couch, and then got up and walked towards the phone picked it up off the receiver, and answered it.
"Hello oh Ms. Mizuno yes Ami is right here let me get her," Makato said as she put the phone down and walked back towards the couch grabbed Ami brought her to the phone and then placed her down, and then picked up the phone, and held it close to Ami so that the tiny girl could speak to her mother Saeko Mizuno.
"Hello Mother" Ami spoke into the phone receiver.
"Ami, are you alright?" Saeko asked.
"Yes I am fine I just had a little mishap and Makato's looking after me to make sure I'm okay" answered Ami not wanting to tell her mother that she shrunk herself.
"That's fine but just be careful Ami," her mother said.
I will Mom" replied Ami
"I love you" added her mother
"I love you too Mom" Ami answered with that Makato moved the phone away from Ami and then bid Ami's mother goodbye before hanging up and placing the phone back on the receiver. Then she saw the sun begin to set and decided to cook dinner. She then walked towards Ami on the couch, gently picked the tiny girl up placed the tiny girl on the coffee table, and then stood up.
"I'm going to make some Nikujaga for dinner is that okay with you Ami?" asked Makato.
"That's fine by me Makato" answered Ami
"Okay, I'll go make it now," said Makato.
Makato walked towards the kitchen and began to pull out a pot as well as the ingredients to make
the Nikujaga dish. Ami watched as Makato walked to the kitchen pulled out a pot and placed it on the stove. Then she walked to the refrigerator, opened it, and pulled out the pork, carrots, onions, and potatoes, taking a little bit of each ingredient before closing the bags of these foods and putting them back in the fridge and closing it, then she reached into a drawer and grabbed a knife and closed the drawer and then began to use the knife to cut the ingredients and put them into the pot.
She then reached into the cupboard and grabbed the sake, soy sauce, mirin, and dashi, poured them into the pot, and then turned on the burner, and began to cook. About half an hour later the meal was done cooking and Makato pulled out a bowl as well as a saucer plate as well and a pair of tongs with she took some of the food and put it in the bowl and then a tiny portion of the meal for Ami setting those aside for the moment she put a lid on the pot and then turned off the burner before grabbing the dishes filled with food and left the kitchen to head towards Ami and put the saucer down in front of the tiny before taking a seat on the couch.
"Thank you Makato this looks great," Ami said.
"You're welcome Ami I hope you enjoy it" replied Makato with a smile.
With that, both girls began to eat their meal. Due to her size, Ami was forced to use her hands and tried to eat as carefully as possible. After a few minutes Ami was the first to finish eating and was now waiting for Makato to finish her meal, Ami looked up and watched her fellow Sailor Senshi eat.
It made her think about something that she had never thought about before. The things she experienced today while small were unlike anything she had been through in her life thus far. She made a note to herself that when she got back to normal size to write down her experience of being tiny.
Finally, Makato finished eating picked up the dishes, and headed back towards the kitchen to do the dishes as Ami watched from the table. She could see Makato move about the kitchen while humming a tune as she did the dishes, and put the remaining food into a container and the refrigerator for lunch tomorrow. After she washed the big pot and put it back in its usual place she turned off the light left the kitchen and returned to the couch where she sat down and she Ami watched TV as the night rolled along.
Sometime later a yawn escaped Makato's mouth and after looking at the clock and seeing how late it was she decided that it was time for bed.
"Let's go to bed Ami" Makato said.
"Okay Makato" replied Ami.
Makato then turned off the TV, reached forward to grab the tiny Ami into her hand, then stood up to her full height and began to walk forward towards a hallway and down it until she came to her bedroom door, and opened it to enter the room where there plants all over the room along with a bed, nightstand, and a dresser. Makato then walked towards the nightstand and placed Ami on it before walking towards the dresser She reached into her pocket took out Ami's spare key and put it on the dresser. Then she turned around and exited the bedroom to head to the bathroom so that she could change into her pajamas.
A few minutes later she returned to the bedroom, now wearing her green pajamas She then walked towards the bed where she sat down and swung her legs over onto the bed, then she turned over and reached over to the nightstand and grabbed Ami and set her on the bed next to her.
"Good night Ami" Makato said.
"Good night Makato" replied Ami.
Makato then turned and turned off the lamp, rolled back over, settled in, and fell asleep. Ami then got as comfortable as she could and fell asleep as well.
The next morning the sun began to rise in the sky and shined through Makato's bedroom window illuminating it from the darkness of the previous night. This was enough to stir Ami from her slumber as she looked around the room and she couldn't help but marvel at the sight of how big everything was from the plants making her feel like she was in a jungle to the dresser on the far side of the room.
Just then she felt the bed shift as Makato began to stir awake as she sat up, stretched her arms into the air, and yawned she then turned to look at Ami and smiled.
"Good morning Ami did you sleep well?" asked Makato.
"Yes thank you Makato, it was very comfortable" responded Ami before suddenly the tiny girl began to feel strange.
"Uh Makato could you set me down on the floor I feel strange," Ami said.
"Sure Ami" answered Makato, quickly scooping Ami up into her hands and getting up from her bed, walked over from her bed set Ami on the floor, and backed away to give her some and much to both girls Ami grew back to normal size!
"I am back to normal?" Ami wondered in confusion.
"I guess whatever happened you wore off" answered Makato
"It seems that way," Ami said.
Makato then walked over to the dresser where she grabbed Ami's spare key and handed it back to her.
"I'll walk you out," Makato said.
The two girls walked out of Makato's bedroom and down the hallway to the living room area of her apartment towards the front door where Makato went ahead of Ami and opened it allowing both Ami and herself to step outside. Ami then turned to face Makato.
"Makato thanks for everything" Ami said.
"Anytime Ami just be careful about shrinking yourself" Makato replied.
Both girls shared a laugh before saying their goodbyes before Ami turned and began to walk away towards a set of stairs which she went down and found herself on the sidewalk and began to walk in the direction of her high-rise apartment.
One thing was for certain for Ami Mizuno this was an unforgettable experience.
