Back to confusing myself. Lemme know if I screwed up haha

The next day somewhere in Las Vegas, three pilots were sitting at lunch. Dan had shown interest in the unusual jets that they had discovered after speaking with Secretary Keller. He hadn't had the opportunity to meet them face-to-face, having departed for the Middle East shortly after his encounter with them.

The day of the air show, he had been deployed home, but he hadn't had a chance to see the show. The very next day, he wanted to know more about the jets and wasted no time in getting a hold of Jess and Teri. They'd told him before that they were hanging out with them and he wanted in on it. It couldn't have been too bad. Neither of them had been harmed or killed and both of them seemed to enjoy what they were doing. He couldn't ask over the internet or phone lines because of a gag order, but he could ask Teri and Jess face to face. They met at a restaurant that not many people frequented yet they wouldn't stick out.

"So tell me more about these jets, eh?"

"Hah, what would you like to know?"

At the Decepticon base, Jess had previously joined Skywarp and Thundercracker in the 'Wreck Room'. He had been watching Thundercracker who seemed perfectly content with Sparklings around her. Skywarp stopped poking Rumble to look over at Jess. "Who was that?" he asked, watching his pilot flip his phone shut and stand to leave. "Where are you going?"

"Gotta go talk to Danny. I say expect company," Jess smirked, already feeling he knew why Dan called on such short notice. Skywarp flinched when he felt Blacklight climb up his back and perch near his head. Rumble stood on Thundercracker's shoulder, and Blacklight stood on Skywarp. From there, the two proceeded to have a slapping and poking match.

Jess had even stopped to watch, wondering who he should feel sorry for. Thundercracker was only watching with surprise. Skywarp shied his head back and suddenly grabbed for the two and pulled them apart, setting them on the floor. They chased each other out of the building.

"Noted." Skywarp looked over to where Ravage was curled up next to Thundercracker, wondering how long it was going to be before she finally spark-birthed. Even Soundwave's Sparklings, who now made it a point to hang around the blue Seeker, were quickly overwhelming him and he wondered how long it would be until the triplets started doing it too.

"I heard you were flying in the air show," the dark haired man sat back in his seat with a smirk.

"Yup, we did," Jess nodded. "It was fantastic,"

"I saw some video online of it after I got back. That was some show… The colors… wow. Were they all… ya know… 'Fake' jets?"

"All nine of them,"

"That is so awesome. You two have had a lot of time with those jets, right? Since I just got back, I was wondering if you could introduce me to them finally."

"Figured you would say that," Jess chuckled. "You sure you're ready for it?"

"What are you talking about? I was flying in the Middle East, wasn't I? It's not like I lose my sense of flying from being there."

"I'm not talking about just flying; I'm talking about their 'games'."

"Games?" Daniel asked almost meekly, "What games?"

"They're sometimes downright terrifying."

If they were trying to scare him, it was beginning to work. Instantly he thought aliens equaled probing. "You mean like… probes?"

Teri laughed with Jess, both of them shook their heads. Jess stopped laughing and took on a more serious face, "That was good but no. I don't think they would ever admit it, but they like to mess with people…"

"-and each other," Teri added.

"It's like being around a bunch of 30 foot tall kids that could kill you in an instant." Jess shrugged.

"That sounds interesting…" Dan said with little enthusiasm as he tried to imagine it.

"It's a big change when flying with them too."The other man said, "They're captivating, especially when they're the ones doing the flying. They don't fly like normal jets, hell; they don't even feel like a jet much at all. Kinda like riding in a really big pony with wings."

A voice rang out from the right side of Jess, near his hip. "Who said that?! Asshole!"

Dan gave Jess a raised brow at his obvious phone, "One of them, I assume?"

"Yeah," Jess nodded. "They're always listening in, even when you think they're not."

Teri smiled at them. "There is no word for how advanced their technology is. They do things that normal robots or UCAVs can't do…"

"Like talk?"

"Well that… And then you get making unexpected and impossible moves…" Teri explained.

"-or teleport." Jess cut her off. It wasn't likely that Dan would expect to hear that.

Daniel gasped, nearly choking on his drink, "Teleport? Like sci-fi shit?"

"The black one. If you remember correctly, he had been one place and then another and none of us saw him move. He teleports. I found out the hard way when he asked me if I wanted to know why he was named Skywarp." He paused, "…emphasis on the warp."

"Give a good enough reason to the name, I guess…" Daniel said with disbelief, he paused as Jess nodded, "They can actually do shit like that?"

"Not all of them. They have special abilities."

"See, Danny…" Teri went to explain while she pointed to Jess, "He rides in a simple teleporter. But… you remember the blue one?"

"Vaguely," he said, trying to remember.

"Well she's pregnant – or what they call 'sparked'. I guess it's a much bigger deal than simple teleporting."

"By said teleporter…" Jess added with folded arms.

Dan stared at Teri and Jess a moment, wondering if they were serious about pregnant robots. He eyed her. For a split second, he wondered how robots procreate. He furrowed an eyebrow, "How…" he then stopped, "you know what? Never mind," Sometimes it was better just to not know some things. "So you're flying around in a robot that's pregnant by another? It sure didn't sound female…"

"Let's go pay them a visit and you can hear it from them," Teri smiled as she went to stand.

Jess stood as well. "Once you meet them, you will quickly change your tune about the robot thing. They make robots seem… well… fake, I guess. I dunno how to put it. You'll never look at another one the same, I guarantee you."

Teri led the men outside and went for the passenger side door, "They're a silicon-based alien species of high intelligence."

Dan asked, approaching the truck, "How high, exactly?"

Jess opened his door and pulled his seat forward for Dan who hopped in the back. He push his seat forward while saying, "Let's just say one of their babies – we later found out, or what they call 'Sparklings' was able to break into the P.O.T.U.S. mainframe in under a minute."

"That's really disturbing."

"No, it just proves that the US National Security is severely obsolete. Didn't you hear about the rogue Satellite?" Jess hopped in and shut the door; Teri had also shut her own.

"Yeah, they said it was a program malfunction or some shit, right?"

"That's what they're telling people. Actually, as far as I heard, Soundwave captured it, maneuvered it to where she needed it and put it back when she was done… all without leaving her room."

"Wow, I would love to meet this Soundwave character…"

"I dunno about that man, she's the type that gives off the vibe that if she doesn't like you, she has no qualms about killing you for offending her visual range. I say meet with Starscream first."

Jess knew they were getting close. He figured it would be a good idea to let Dan know what he was in for. He looked in the rearview mirror to the man in the back seat, "A few tips before we get there," he started, "Don't make them mad, especially Thundercracker – Teri's ride. Study them, because, by all means, they'll be studying you. Don't mess with the Sparklings until they get to know you. Barricade would probably flatten you for scaring her newborns-"

"-Wait, wait… you said newborns?" Dan interrupted with surprise.

Jess nodded and continued, "And whatever you do… do not show you're afraid of them. They love that and will use it against you, even if they do like you."

Dan watched the base become bigger. A rather large being stopped walking and looked in their direction making eye contact with him. It stared for a moment before continuing on its way.

Jess stopped the truck outside of the main building and looked up when a foot appeared next to the doorway. Normally, the one checking would have just walked off, confirming Jess and Teri's arrival, but something was off. The feet began getting closer. Dan instantly leaned back when the creature leaned down and got a closer look. "Who's that?"

Teri went to open her door, and of course, Dan slid to the opposite side of the truck, "That's Daniel Spencer. He's the other pilot that knows about the Decepticons."

Red optics peered once again in at Dan, who was doing his best not to appear frightened even though he was scared shitless.

The Decepticon then looked back at Teri. "Very well, you may live for another day for bringing us this new prisoner, fleshling." The voice stated then looked back at Dan. The creature stood up and walked off to get Skywarp, since Starscream was busy with other things.

"Was that a Seeker?" Dan leaned forward to watch the being disappear.

"What? No… that was Breakdown." Teri said as if it were nothing at all.

"What was he talking about? Something about prisoners?"

Thundercracker peeked her head into Starscream's office seeing Soundwave standing there. She frowned, wondering what those two were up to. "There's a new human here – Daniel I think his name is,"

"Check without me. I'm rather busy right now," the young leader stated in a rather serious tone.

The blue femme looked between Soundwave's visor and Starscream's optics, and both were telling her to leave. She gave her Trine-mate a pointed glare before abruptly disappearing.

Jess got out of the truck and Dan followed, both of them shut their doors. Teri had already headed in and Skywarp stepped outside. He looked down at Jess, then to Dan, "I know you from somewhere…"

Dan looked at the Seeker in confusion, "Is that an Australian accent?" Well that just put a whole new spin on things. He watched as the Seeker knelt down, getting in close proximity to them, "H-hi." He quickly said.

Miles came out a few seconds later, walked dangerously close to the large foot and patted it. Skywarp quickly looked under him to the human then back to Dan. Miles stopped next to Skywarp's leg. "Hey, who's the new guy?"

Daniel watched the obvious trust as the black mech moved his foot. He saw how close he stepped, and the blond never even looked at how close he'd come to being crushed. He found himself smiling at the idea.

"This is Daniel." Jess nodded. "He was with us when we first encountered the Decepticons and he wants to formally meet with them, finally."

"I'm Miles." The blond put his hand out. "Starscream's illegal pilot," They shook hands. He could see the awe in his face. With a smirk, he told him, "You know, I watched 'Star get into a really brutal fight one time, and it makes ya really think to be in their presence after seeing such a thing… They can be so vicious and could squish you in the snap of a finger – with… just one finger."

"That's because we don't want your entrails all over us. Gross." Skywarp snorted.

Having quickly heard about the human at the base, all of the Seekers but Starscream had made their way outside, even Thundercracker. Dan looked wide-eyed up at them all, "This is awesome…" Seeing movement of another behind the others, he looked up, immediately recognizing the colors from when he had seen it before, "That one… That's the Thunderbird, isn't it?"

"He – and his name is Ramjet."

Ramjet watched the man curiously. He had deliberately stood back from the rest. He was always worried he would hurt a human with his size so he didn't bother with them as much as the others did, but something interested him about this Daniel person.

Blacklight meandered to the new human and looked at him. Dan only looked back at him. He also turned seeing a big cat-like creature standing there, eyeing him. It was rather overwhelming to have so many eyes on him at once.

It was interesting to the Seekers to watch the man. He stuck like glue next to Jess. Perhaps he figured if he was by Jess, then no one would hurt him. In an act to show how unsafe he really was, Thrust reached for the man and wrapped his fingers around him. The Seeker smirked as the man gasped. He tilted his hand and the man fell into it. Slowly he brought Dan up higher.

Dan noticed how the Seeker was holding him gently enough that he could move, yet was ready to catch him any instant. "Holy shit…" Dan didn't move from his spot. "Wh-who're you?"

"Me? They call me Thrust." The mech answered. Everyone looked over at Ramjet who had folded down into his F-16 form. "What are you doing?" Thrust asked him.

"Put him in," the Falcon replied as his canopy rose.

Thrust eyed Ramjet a moment, "What? What if I wanted him?" He was in fact eyeing him because he wasn't always this friendly with people. What was he up to?

"I transformed first. Therefore, I get dibs."

"But I'm the Trine-leader,"

"And I know where you recharge…" Ramjet said smoothly, leaving it at that.

Dan watched between them and shrugged. "Well alrighty Mr. Roboto…" He suddenly said, interested in Ramjet's curiosity. Thrust lowered his hand to Ramjet and the man climbed down in.

"Di… did you guys just hear that?" the Thunderbird colored Seeker commented as Dan got lower.

Dirge looked down at Ramjet, "Isn't there a human song called 'Mr. Roboto' or something?"

Thrust pushed Dirge. "Look at you! Aren't you just on top of everything when it comes to human music and stuff!" Dirge pushed back until the two got into a pushing and shoving match. Daniel watched with wide eyes as they got rougher and rougher. Suddenly with a screech, Dirge tackled Thrust, causing both to begin to fall. Dan's eyes went wider, when he saw the two beings falling in their direction, "Holy shit, get outta the way! They're gonna crush us!"

"Don't be silly…" Ramjet said. Dan watched over the Seeker's body as a shimmering line went down his wings and he seemed to glitter. The same thing happened to the canopy, but it was still just as transparent as before. The two Seekers hit Ramjet's body and rolled off his wing; Dan had ducked and covered his head at the impact.

When he heard the ruckus move off of the Falcon he looked up. There wasn't a crack anywhere on the Seeker's canopy and he watched as another shimmer went over Ramjet's wing. His armor returned to normal.

"I'm still alive?" Dan asked, looking around, "Wow, I was sure I was a dead man,"

"I have special armor." Ramjet answered as his engines began getting louder. "Only made by eating (Cybertronian), known similarly as diamonds on this planet…"

Dan scrunched up his face at hearing that, "Did you say you eat diamonds?"

Ramjet lined himself with the runway and began a normal take off. "Yeah, I utilize the minerals into a form of a shield – which is pretty indestructible, but not without its risks."

Dan was filled to the brim with anticipation, worry, fear, and adrenaline. Here he was in an alien creature in the shape of a jet that could crush him, this creature was taking him into the air and there wasn't a thing he could do. He trusted Jess and Teri's opinions enough to hope they weren't wrong.

The Seeker's body was miles in the sky in the matter of seconds. Dan found himself mesmerized by how the take-off felt. It was almost as if he were in a simulator, "How did you do that?"

Ramjet reached cruising speed with his rider. As he banked and turned, he felt Daniel lean with him. It wasn't that the man would throw him off in any way, but it made it easier to pay attention to flying and not on what was going on in his cockpit. The man was a natural at riding, he had to admit.

"Do what?" the Seeker finally asked.

"Take off without me feeling the G-force."

"It's simple actually. We use a mix of pressure in our cockpits to let our riders be more comfortable. It comes in useful when we fly at high speeds, too."

"But… doesn't that defy the natural law of physics?"

"Not at all – at least not ours. Maybe human physics…"

While they talked, Dan acquainted himself with Ramjet's interior. Seeing all of the strange symbols over his various screens and such as he flew made Dan think of a sci-fi flick. The HUD had the appearance of being 3D.

"Now that we are in the air, I would like to try something…" the Seeker said almost cryptically.

"What would that be?" Daniel asked, unsure of the Seeker's statement.

Without a word, everything in the interior went dark and the engines cut off, leaving the wind over his body being the only sound. The Jet also started to slow and lose altitude. Dan began to panic as they started to descend rapidly, "Ramjet? Wh-what's going on?"

"Right now, I am like any other F-16. Start my thrusters and fly me because – mark my words – you will not survive if I hit the ground. Even I ain't that good."

"What? Why?" But then again, Jess had warned him that the Decepticons liked to play tricks. He quickly looked over the interior, "I… I can't read any this!" he suddenly stated, looking at the unlit controls, which all read something other than English.

With quick movements of metal, making Dan stare at how it moved, the interior switched to English, "Fly, pilot." Ramjet stated.

Dan took a few more seconds to find the engines and such, the interior lit up after he flicked another knob, one that he quickly took his hand from after he felt a small shock. He looked at his finger, missing the flickering interior lights. Assuming it was a static shock, he ignored it. Ramjet made no mention of it. Ramjet's thrusters soon caught up to him and Dan pulled back on the stick. Ramjet's body responded bringing them up even. "Very good. Now you've flown an F-16."

"No, I flew an alien in the shape of an F-16."

"You're sharp,"

"Hey Ramjet, don't kill the man!" a voice suddenly came over the lines.

Dan flinched but recognized the voice, "What was that?"

"That was Thrust,"

"You take me for an idiot, Thrust? Human entrails on my interior is not exactly my cup of Energon. I'm keeping him."

Dan eyed the interior, "…Keeping me?"

"Yes, I would like to keep you as my pet – my pilot."

It took a moment for Dan to absorb the information. Jess and Teri both were 'pets' to an alien being and they seemed just fine, in fact they were happy about it. The leader's pet seemed happy as well, "Alright, then." He shrugged, "Why not,"

"You readily accept change. Adaptability is a strong point in Cybertronians."

"Man, you learn to adapt in the military. You never know what they are gonna throw at you."

"Sounds familiar…"

"So… if I am gonna be around for a while, mind telling me about your… er kind?"

Ramjet smiled internally. "Like what?"

"Like… what a Seeker is, exactly?"

"We are an elite – I guess you could say breed – type of flier. But then there are the Elite elites, like TC or 'Warp."

"Okay… what's a Trine?"

"The Trines are a group of three Seekers. Only Seekers are known to do this. 'Screamer is the leader of his Trine, Thrust is the leader of mine and there's also Acid's Trine."

"So what is it you do? I already got you're a Seeker… but don't you have some sort of job or do you all just mill around the base all day?"

"If you call it that, yes, I have a job. I am an Assistant Medic to Hook, 'Screamer's Chief Medical Officer."

"You keep saying 'Screamer… is that a nickname for Starscream or am I just getting it wrong?"

"You catch on quick, I like that." Ramjet complimented, "Yes, we call Starscream, 'Screamer."

"You know, now that I think about it, I don't know anything about medical stuff. Only flying jets and working on jet engines."

Ramjet took that into consideration. They could use a human-type medic and so far, he liked Dan. The human amused him and wasn't afraid of him. He could perhaps work in close proximity with him. "How would you like to learn Cybertronian anatomy?"

"That sounds complicated."

"I am sure it's more complicated than a jet engine, but you'll get the benefits of learning things you don't already know. Mechanics, physics, stuff like that. Guess it's the perks of being the pet of a superior being."

Yeah, there was no doubt about it. They were far more advanced than humans, "But what about my job at Nellis? I have an older teenage son as well."

"Arrangements can be made, and I can still assist you in flights if you must. I will use my natural colors should the need arise. You will need to remain at the Decepticon base for the period of time that it will take you to learn basic Cybertronian systems."

"Sure beats what I do now,"

"Alright then, I will let my Trine know and I will also talk to Hook. He will probably be appreciative as well. Also, Mikaela knows a bit about our bodies that she learned from Ratchet, though she doesn't help me in any way. She is Barricade's pet and Barricade is very protective of her. Personally I think she adopted her in some strange way."

Hearing the name Barricade made him think of the newborns that had been mentioned – and also a Seeker that was what Jess called 'sparked', "Hey, Teri and Jess told me that the blue Seeker-"

"Her name is Thundercracker," Ramjet corrected gently.

"Thundercracker…" Dan echoed, "Awesome name… She's pregnant?"

"Sparked," Ramjet corrected, "in fact, her first Spark check is coming up, I believe. Would you like to be a part of it? It will really help you become acquainted with how a Spark functions."

"I dunno, will I get crushed?"

"I don't think she will crush you. I heard about Barricade's check. I am hoping she isn't as bad as her. Wow."

"The females-"

"-Femmes,"

"Femmes…" Dan echoed again with a nod. "They don't like getting checks?"

"Depends on their mood… and they are very moody. But, I think Ratchet knows the most when it comes to femmes and Sparklings, so we may end up taking her to the Autobot base." Ramjet shuddered internally, remembering what TC had done to Starscream and Skywarp for waking her up. He'd been in the medical lab, but was able to see clearly. Scary.

Ramjet came in for a landing at the Decepticon base about 10 minutes later. A few Decepticons were standing around, including a differently marked mech, which looked a lot like the one from the show, "Which one is that one?" Dan asked, nodding in the general direction of the other Decepticons.

"There's a few of them standing there. How about a little more specific."

"The one with markings all over it, sorry," Dan shook his head with a smirk as he unbuckled himself.

"Ah, him? That would be Starscream. Once known as one of the best liars on Cybertron and one of the most traitorous Decepticons to ever live. I don't know what to call him now."

The F-16 bobbed to a stop in front of Starscream who was looking curiously down into his canopy. Dan froze under the scrutinizing gaze of the leader. "Find yourself a human, 'Jet?"

"Yup," the F-16 replied as his canopy rose.

Starscream knelt down to them to get a better look, and, perhaps intimidate the human. Daniel seemed edgy yet more relaxed. That flight did some good, apparently. A soft 'hn' escaped him before he stood again.

Dan stood up as much as he could in the F-16's cockpit and started moving to his wing. "You're Starscream, right?" he called.

The tattooed Seeker's optics shot to him, "Last time I checked," he replied with a bit of attitude.

Dan nodded, trying to ignore the manner coming from the Seeker, "It's nice to finally meet you."

Starscream nodded to him and then nodded to Ramjet, "I have to go speak with Optimus about something." Dan watched as the decorated Seeker walked out further, leapt, transformed in a series of clinks and clanks and was gone in the matter of seconds.

After shaking his mind out of the stupor, Dan climbed his way to the ground and reached up to pat the nose of the F-16. For some reason it felt right, even though his mind was trying to tell him he was patting a jet. "That was the most awesome ride I have ever had. Thanks, man."

Ramjet began transforming, his body only feet from his new pilot.

Dan watched with awe. He didn't move, his eyes glued to the being that was taking on another form right in front of him. Going on a limb to trust the Seeker wouldn't crush him, he waited for Ramjet to complete before moving. He looked over to where Jess and Teri were standing by the car they had brought him in, "Alright, I gotta get my tail home and get some stuff and talk to my son. I will return tomorrow. Sound good?"

Ramjet regarded the human a moment then nodded. As he watched the man get into the truck, his thoughts were on what had occurred to make his systems reboot like they had in the sky just after Daniel had begun flying him.

"Wow, Ramjet?" Teri asked with raised brows. Dan looked at her, curious of how she had said that. She then chuckled, "He avoids people. Wonder what makes you so special?"

"Why does he avoid people? Emo?"

Teri laughed, "Ever hear of the elephant and the mouse?" she asked. Dan nodded with a shrug and then she nodded, "think of it that way."

"That was awesome!" Dan finally called with excitement. What a day he'd had. "You think they'd let Chase there?" he asked.

"That's something you'd have to bring up with Starscream."

Daniel smiled and nodded. He knew his boy and knew he loved things having to do with computers and technology. He'd probably squeal like a girl to see the Decepticons or Autobots.

Starscream landed hard with annoyance on the tarmac of the Autobot base. He hadn't even brought Miles with him since the meeting was called on such short notice and Miles was off doing whatever Miles did. The five Aerialbots who were standing with Optimus and Ironhide immediately greeted the Decepticon leader with suspicious and annoyed glances, which he was all too happy to return.

Ironhide looked in Starscream's direction, but continued speaking to Silverbolt.

"He normally is allowed to just land in Autobot territory like it's his own?" Slingshot asked, a little offended.

"I called him here," Optimus replied.

Starscream snorted, having heard the Aerialbot, "It's rude to speak of the third person when the third person is there – especially when I'm the third person. Shame on you,"

Silverbolt only stared vacuously at Starscream. Optimus' voice snapped all but Slingshot's attention, who was still glaring angrily at Starscream. "Everything will be explained in full later. Right now I need to speak to him, which is why he is here now." The Autobot Commander turned from the Aerialbots and walked to Starscream and they both walked a bit away.

Jetfire stepped to Silverbolt and Fireflight. Silverbolt watched Starscream as he spoke to Optimus. "Blaster did say he was… different." The Aerialbot leader pointed to the Decepticon, "That right there… that's just unnatural."

"Oh, you rather I shot you? That can be arranged."

The two leaders, figuring they were far enough away to have a little bit of privacy, stopped. It was obvious that Starscream was irritated about something, which made Optimus wonder what he was up to. His wonderings were cut short by the young leader's voice.

"What did you call me here for? I was in the middle of something important." The Decepticon leader spat in an offended huff. He felt he needed to be at his base for updated status on Sixshot and Motormaster.

"I wanted to bring up the fact the Aerialbots reported they had spotted a Cybertronian leaving Earth when they were on approach. Would you mind explaining?"

"Wow, nothing escapes you, does it? Yes, I would mind. It's Decepticon stuff." Starscream glanced to the Aerialbots then back to Optimus, who was frowning. He bristled slightly at the look. "The information you seek is confidential. If you wish it, you can try to get it out of Soundwave. She knows more than I do." Starscream watched as Jazz approached, her head was tilted, having heard him.

Optimus narrowed his optics at Starscream's sly comment. Jazz was the one to say something, however, "Hey, at least he does it right. If ya ever want information ta be kept secret, have ole Soundwave do it."

"Are we done here?" Starscream asked after a look at Jazz.

The Autobot leader only nodded, already knowing he was getting no information from the Seeker.

Starscream went to turn, and to his surprise, Groundhog was coming toward the base. He quirked a brow curiously as he saw two other silver or gray colored cars behind him – two that suspiciously resembled Sunstreaker and Sideswipe, and behind those two were Barricade, Motorhead and Roller Force. "What's this…?"

Optimus looked when Jazz started pointing and laughing. Groundhog came to a stop in front of her while Sunstreaker and Sideswipe tried to sneak by. Optic ridges shot up as those present saw what was decorating the twins. Duct tape – lots and lots of duct tape. There was very little red or yellow visible on either of them.

"What'd ya both get into?" Jazz asked with an amused snicker, doing her best not to burst out laughing.

"Shut up, Jazz. We don't want to talk about it." Sunstreaker growled and they bolted for their quarters. Snickering and bickering started up as other Autobots saw them.

Barricade slowed down as she got closer, "What are you doing out here?" she asked Starscream, stopping near his feet.

"Leader stuff," the Seeker told her. "What are you doing out here?"

"Race Track… stuff," The femme replied evasively.

"As in…?" Starscream drawled.

Barricade only stared at Starscream a moment before answering, "…As in they wouldn't leave Motorhead alone so we made them leave him alone."

Starscream looked back in the direction the twins had gone then back to Barricade, "What did you and your team do to them?"

"They thought we were bluffing. They should have known better. Bet they'll think twice, next time." Motorhead answered.

When Motorhead got only a confused look, Barricade explained evenly, "The triplets wanted to decorate them, so they decorated them."

Starscream hiked an optic ridge in surprise and thought, "You're lying. Those two wouldn't sit still for that."

"They didn't move a servo, I promise you," was all the hunter had to say on the matter.

Starscream frowned at her eeriness, unsure if he wanted to know anymore about the ordeal.

Jazz was laughing even harder when Barricade announced it was Sparklings that got one up on the twins, "I'm gonna go check on 'em." She smirked then made her way back to the building. When she got there, she found Skids, Mudflap, Bluestreak and Hot Rod all picking at the tape on the twins, "Why don' you just transform?" She asked the two, "It should rip the pieces up and then, voila! Done!"

Sam looked over at Jazz as she got closer, nodding to them, "Is that duct tape?"

"Yup," Jazz told Sam before looking back to the elder twins.

"They did this in such a way we can't transform right, believe me, we already tried. And when we do try, it slagging hurts." Sideswipe replied in an irritated sigh.

The small femme frowned and then parked her aft on Sideswipe's quarter-panel while she examined the two, "I wanna know how they did it. I wanna know how you two fall victim like that."

"They ganged up on us Jazz!" Sunstreaker snorted indignantly. He watched as the silver femme stood and headed for him.

The silver femme looked when Ratchet appeared. He only huffed and put his hands on his hips. "You two…"

Jazz grabbed for a rather long piece of tape and yanked upwards quickly. "I heard you wouldn't leave Motorhead alone." She chuckled when she saw it was still stuck to Sunstreaker's front fender even though she was standing behind him with the other end. "They did you two real good."

Sunstreaker grumbled something and Jazz leapt up on his alt form to pull at more.

"Barricade had secret weapons…" Sideswipe mumbled while watching Jazz peel the tape off of his brother.

"Secret weapons, huh?" the Saboteur asked, not even looking toward him.

"Three of them. You don't understand Jazz! Decepticon Sparklings are natural born monsters!" Sideswipe moaned dramatically.

"And they bite…" Sunstreaker added.

Jazz laughed harder still. "Big bad Sunny an' Sides taken down by Sparklin's! That's just too funny!"

Ignoring the femme's comment, Sunstreaker was becoming annoyed at the femme who was now walking over his roof. "Is it really necessary for you to stand on me and do this?"

"Yup." was the curt reply from the saboteur. Ratchet only watched with amusement. For once, messing with a Decepticon didn't entail the two making a visit to his med bay. He wasn't sure if he should be shocked or worried.

Ramjet had singled out the Constructicon the first chance he got. He took the Decepticon CMO to the infirmary, but didn't bother shutting the door. "I want a thorough Spark and processor check when you get some time, Hook."

"What for?"

With annoyance that he couldn't really understand it, the Seeker replied, "Something happened in the air with Daniel… An anomaly in my Spark occurred earlier that I can't detect."

Hook set a few tools down and gave a curious glance in Ramjet's direction, "That makes absolutely no sense, 'Jet. How can a change be made and be undetectable? Explain?"

Ramjet went on to explain what he'd felt and witnessed and how it could not be detected afterwards. Soundwave, who could hear the two, turned her attention to them a moment. Hidden optic ridges shot up at Ramjet's explanation of what he said had occurred. He described it similarly to what she had witnessed visually with Blacklight and Annabelle. Now wouldn't be the time to bring something like that up.

Her attention went back to Sixshot as if she'd never stopped.

Been super paying attention to Shard and The Allspark Chronicles, but I remembered I hadn't updated this one in a while. So, here ya go! Hope you enjoyed!
