Mother Nature was very busy on her magic cloud, controlling the weather and making special potions. She was also her happy self, so she hummed very happily as she did her work.

Then she stopped humming when she thought she heard a strange noise. It was a very strange noise that she had never heard before in her entire existence. She tried to hear it again, but she couldn't. She thought she imagined it, probably because she had been working too hard and too long, so she decided to ignore it and get back to work and hum again as she worked. But then she heard the same noise again. Now that she knew that she wasn't imagining it, she decided to go and check it out.

Mother Nature searched her whole cloud and, despite leaving no fluff unturned, she couldn't hear anything again yet alone see what the noise was. Then she thought she was hearing things that weren't there, probably due to her very old age. Then she thought it was something like a meteor or a creature from a planet that passed her cloud and was gone now. When she couldn't see or hear any more strange noises that weren't part of her cloud, she decided to just get back to her potions room and back to work.

But when she went back to her potions room, Mother Nature was very shocked at what she saw. She hid behind the cloud in front of the room and saw a lot of strange people. She saw a clown, two striped alien men, a man that looked wealthy and royal even, two old men that looked like scientists, a man with red polka dots on his face, a man that appeared to be some sort of emperor with his soldiers and a fat man and a skeleton. As if having these strangers in her cloud wasn't bad enough, they were messing with all her potions and her weather control buttons.

Mother Nature knew that she couldn't go into her potions room and stop these unwelcomed visitors by herself because they heavily outnumbered her and she didn't have any potions with her to defend herself from them and this cloud didn't have any defences at all. So she tried to think of something smarter and then she came up the right idea – call SuperTed for help.

So Mother Nature went to another room in her cloud and went to her secret computer to call SuperTed, but before she even had the chance to turn it on, she heard a gun click.

"Good try, Granny, trying to call SuperTed for help, but you failed miserably. Now, don't say a word and turn around!"

Mother Nature sighed as she sadly turned around to face Texas Pete and his guns pointing at her.

"Do anything I don't like, you old bag, and you will join the clouds," Tex warned. "Now, move!"

Mother Nature had no choice but to obey Tex.

Tex forced Mother Nature back into her potions room.

"Well?" Tex yelled at the other people who were his villain friends. "Any luck?"

"We searched the whole cloud top to bottom," said one of the striped men.

"There's nothing that can take away SuperTed's powers and turn him back into that rejected teddy bear in that toy factory he was before his friend Spottyman brought him to life and Mother Nature gave him his special powers," Pyjamarama said.

"And Bulk and I have been trying to make our own potions, Tex," Skeleton said. "We created nothing."

"Oh, I wouldn't say we created nothing, Skeleton," Bulk said. "We created all this." He pointed to the broken jars and soot and everything on the wall.

"A mess, Bulk," Skeleton said. "That's all we created. A mess. And you're proud of it?"

"Oh, shut up, you useless morons!" Tex snapped. Then he had an idea. He turned to Mother Nature. "Well, what are you waiting for, old lady? Get busy making a potion to take away all of SuperTed's powers. Not some, not a lot, all of them! Do you understand? And you'd better make me what I want cause if you don't –" He aimed both his guns at the lady's face.

Mother Nature sighed as she had no choice but to get to work immediately.

"And be snappy about it too," Tex added. "We don't have all day."

"Day, Tex?" Bulk asked, as he looked at the stars. "It looks like night to me."

"Those are the stars, you idiot," Skeleton snapped at his friend. "It always looks like that, whether it's morning, noon and night."

"Oh, shut up, you two morons!" Tex snapped. "And the rest of you, be quiet while Grandma here works."

In less than an hour, Mother Nature had finished making the one thing she never wanted to do in all of eternity – create a potion that would take away all of SuperTed's special powers. And as if that wasn't tough enough, the villains keeping an eye on her to make she was doing the job properly only made it even more stressful.

"At last!" Tex chuckled evilly, as he held the jar that contained the dark potion. "Finally, at last! The magic to end our enemy once and for all!"

The villains joined his celebrations.

"Tex, what shall we do about Mother Nature?" Skeleton asked.

"Give a nice hot bath and a cup of tea for all her hard work," Tex said.

All the other villains were very confused.

"Really, Tex?" Bulk asked.

"No, you idiot, Bulk!" Tex snapped. "I was being sarcastic. Just find something to shut her in and locked it up so she can't get out to save her life."

Soon the villains found Mother Nature's special cell room on her magic cloud. The Striped Men slammed her into the cell, locked it up with the special key and gave Tex the key.

"Can she get out?" Tex asked.

Bulk went to check the cell, but he fell and bumped his head on it. "Uh, well, I can't get in there, Tex."

"That's good enough for me," Tex said. "Now, come on. What are you idiots waiting for, a jamboree?"

"Jamboree, Tex?" Bulk asked. "What flavour is this jamboree?"

Tex just shook his head in disbelief. "Let's just go to Earth and find SuperTed so we can give his present." The present was the evil potion.

"Shall we give it to him gift-wrapped?" Skeleton asked.

"No, bone head," Tex said. "What a stupid idea. The sooner we give it to him, the sooner he'll be done, once and for all."

All the other villains laughed and cheered evilly as they followed Tex back to their spaceships.

All poor Mother Nature could do was just sit in her cell, powerless to help anyone at all. She hoped that SuperTed would be okay and that he wouldn't go anywhere near the awful potion that the villains forced her to make and that he would be able to stop them.
