In the dark thunder clouds, the Destiny's Bounty was flying through the clouds at top speed while Morro was right on their tail in his dragon. "Take positions!" Wu called out as the Ninja got into their original Gi as they went out to the deck and saw Morro flying by as they saw his determined glare.

"Ah, I give you this much. But that Ninja never quits." Cole commented as Morro flew above and shot a blast from the dragon.

"Port side!" Zane shouted as Nya moved the Bounty to avoid the blast while Morro was still following them.

"He's already Mastered the Dragon power?!" Lydie exclaimed. "He's only been in Lloyd's body for a few hours!"

"Talk later, Captain! We need a strategy!" Cole called out.

"R-Right!" Lydie muttered as she looked around. "The cannons!" She called as Jay got on one of the cannons and started firing on Morro, who avoided the shots before he made a turn and fired another blast at the Bounty, which Nya quickly avoided while Demir and Rose were in the bridge holding on tight!.

"Heh, guess I got a play harder to snatch," Morro commented as he flew after them as Jay got in front of Lydie and Wu.

"So let me get this straight." Jay started at their master and leader. "You two are just telling us now that there was another pupil before us, who is also an Elemental Master of Wind, and now his cursed spirit has possessed Lloyd, all so he can take Wu's staff?!" He exclaimed.

"We were planning to tell you, but didn't know when!" Lydie said in defense. "We were just as shocked as you are when he showed up!"

"Morro won't stop until he gets what he's after." Wu said while gesturing to his staff. "There's a secret message from my father engraved on it. All these years, I had no idea."

"Of course. Just another day in Ninjago!" Jay sarcastically stated before they heard a dragon roar before they saw Morro flying up next to them at close range.

"If this is as fast as the Bounty goes, I think we're in for some serious trouble!" Cole called as Morro flew upside down and got off his dragon as he landed on deck while forming two ghostly swords with a cackle.

"I need ink and parchment to make an imprint to see what's on the staff!" Wu said as he looked at his staff.

"Zane, Kai and I will take you to our quarters, while Jay and Cole keep Morro busy!" Lydie instructed as the selected group went to the hatch.

"But what about us?" Rose asked uncertainty.

"Uh, yeah, since we're kinda caught in this." Demir said with a nervous look.

"Uh, you two, help the guys and make sure we don't crash!" Lydie quickly said as she rushed off.

"Oh, that's honorable of you to nominate us." Cole said sarcastically.

"Yeah, we didn't fare so hot last time. Why is it you get off with the easy task?" Jay questioned.

"Because I'm the leader of this Team! So shut up and fight!" Lydie ordered as she went below deck.

"Even with her powers weakened, she's still strict." Cole commented.

"Yeah." Jay said with a cringe as he and Cole drew their swords. "Let's take this guy." He said as he and Cole charged at Morro as they clashed weapons, but Morro blocked them and kicked them back with ease as Jay and Cole stood back up and charged at Morro again.

"That Staff will be mine!" Morro called out as fought back against the two ninja.

Nya, Rose, and Demir watch the Ninja fight Morro. "They're getting nailed out there." Demir said in concern.

"What do we do?" Rose asked in concern.

"You two keep this ship flying, I'll suit up!" Nya instructed and left the bridge.

"Hey wait, what do I know about flying Pirate ships?!" Demir asked her.

"Even I don't know how to fly this vessel." Rose said in concern as the Bounty tilted a bit before Demir yelped and quickly grabbed the wheel.

"Well, it can't be any different than driving a car, right?" Demir said a bit nervously as he kept a tight hold on the wheel.

Jay and Morro kept fighting Morro before he tossed Cole back. "Oh, great." Jay muttered before he charged at Morro again. But then a spinning blade went by and took out Morro's weapons, which he turned to see Nya wearing her Samurai X suit before catching her weapon.

Morro growled before he suddenly shot green lightning at Nya, making her move out of the way as the lighting flew the bridge, "Whoa! Shocking!" Demir exclaimed as he quickly dodged the lightning as it hit the computer console.

"Oh dear, we might have needed that." Rose said in concern.

"Oh, that's not good." Nya muttered before the Bounty then tilted to the side, causing everyone to scream as Rose and Demir hit the wall of the bridge while Nya, Jay, and Cole held onto the edge as Morro entered below deck.

Below deck, Lydie, Wu, Kai, and Zane yelped as they hit the side wall with a groan before they saw Morro coming in from the way they came.

"Our quarters' aren't much further, Go Sensei!" Zane told Wu, "We'll hold him back!"

Wu then rushed off as the three ninja faced the Master of Wind as Morro straightened up, taking no stance as he leaned against the wall or roof, "Too afraid to face me on your own, Ninja of Yin?" He asked Lydie directly, talking like he was asking what's for dinner.

"How do you know you're actually talking to her?" Lydie questioned as Morro actually laughed.

"You think I'm a fool?" Morro asked, narrowing his eyes, "I know the Hothead and the overgrown windup toy aren't the Ninja of Yin, and same can be said for the Big Mouth and Rockhead up there," He said insulting the four ninja as Lydie snarled at him.

"Haha, you know, someone else used to give me that exact same glare, once upon a time, he was actually quite close to Master Wu, what was his name again?" Morro asked, pretending to think.

"Garmadon?" Kai asked in confusion with a brow.

"Ahh that's right, Garmadon," Morro said with a smirk, "The only person I ever considered stronger than me, at least until I saw that fool of a Master willing throw himself into the Cursed Realm," He taunted as Lydie clenched her fists, "And you know what they say, like father, like daughter."

That did it, as Lydie yelled as she and Morro then started throwing punches as Morro blocked each strike before he gave Lydie a spin kick, making her fall as she saw Morro about to land a hard punch, but Lydie quickly rolled out of the way as she and Morro clashed again before she tried to deliver a kick, but Morro grabbed her leg and tossed her up. Lydie quickly grabbed his arm with a tight squeeze, making Morro yell in pain before they exchanged blows again, but Lydie was losing ground.

"We gotta help, come on!" Kai said as he and Zane charged at Morro as the ship continued to rock.

Outside the Bounty, the ship kept tilting as they were losing altitude. "We'll crash if we don't stabilize the Bounty!" Cole shouted.

"Don't worry! I almost got it!" Demir said as he jumped and managed to grab the wheel but had trouble turning it, "Urgh, Rose! Help me!" He called.

"O-Okay!" Rose said as she put her hands together as Demir put on foot as Rose lifted him up, which he quickly grabbed the wheel and stood on the right side of it as he pulled on it.

"Come on, pull up! Pull up ya stupid ship, pull up!" Demir yelled as he pulled as hard as he could, which made the Bounty move a bit and got somewhat stable before electricity came from the computers causing them to take a nosedive.

Back below deck, as Wu rushed to the quarters but then a large crate flew out from the room in front of him towards Zane and Kai, knocking them into the stairs followed by a smaller crate bopping them on the head, knocking them out.

Morro and Lydie were surprised by this before they looked at each other before they then grabbed each other in to push each other in strength. "You think you can last longer against me than your brother did? Longer than your father did?" Morro mocked Lydie while pushing against him.

"Don't talk about my father!" Lydie yelled as she pushed Morro back a bit. "As long as I lead my team, I'm gonna take you down if it's the last thing I do! Uncle Wu said you won't give up, well, neither will I!" She yelled.

At the end of the hall, Wu made it to his quarters as he saw many of his belongings moving around because of the Bounty.

Back on the bridge, Nya, Cole, and Jay rushed in as they saw Rose and Demir trying to pull the wheel up, but then they saw that they're about to crash into a mountain. "Are you two aiming for that mountain?!" Jay questioned.

"We're trying to rise above it!" Rose grunted as she kept pulling the wheel.

"We could use more help!" Demir yelled as the three then started helping them pull on the wheel hard. "Come on! We need more muscle!" He yelled when suddenly, he was coated in metal again and suddenly the metal of the ship pulled them upwards. "Whoa, going up!" He called in surprised.

"Great job!" Nya called out while Jay and Cole were surprised by this.

"Wait, we saw that power before! That's Karlof's power!" Cole asked in shock.

"Wait, Who now?" Demir asked in confusion.

"Watch out for that mountain peak!" Rose yelled out as the Bounty was about to hit the mountain peak, but it narrowly avoided it before the bow part clipped the peak as they were flung to the window. "Ouch." Rose muttered.

Back below deck, Lydie and Morro kept fighting each other before the wall broke off, causing Lydie to slip and hang onto the edges to keep her from flying off. Kai and Zane got their bearings, "We're coming, Captain!" Kai called out before the Bounty was raised high, causing Kai and Zane to fall down the end of the hall.

Lydie's grip was starting to fail her and she was about to fall before Morro laughed and used his powers to manipulate the air from her lungs, causing her to choke and loosen her grip more. But before Morro could continue, Wu came in.

"You want the staff, take it!" Wu shouted as he tossed his staff out through the hole. Lydie was about to grab it, but she missed as she lost her grip while Morro jumped over after the staff while Lydie gave a scream before Wu quickly caught her hand. "You're not going anywhere, my niece." He said.

"Thanks, Uncle." Lydie said, catching her breath.

With Morro, he continued to skydive after the staff before he summoned his dragon and flew after it.

On the bridge, the others are all holding the wheel as Nya was at the controls to keep it stable. "Primary thrusters destabilized, better hold on!" Nya called out.

"Like we haven't already!" Demir exclaimed.

Back with Morro, he flew down and quickly caught the staff as he turned and saw the Bounty going down into the forest.

On the bridge, the group yelled as they were getting close to the ground. "Brace for impact!" Demir yelled out as they all held on tight.

"Oh, I don't like this!" Rose exclaimed as she covered her face, not noticing them glowing pink as the tree below started to move, creating a ramp of leaves and wood that the bounty slid safely across to the ground.

Back outside, Morro saw the Bounty land as he gave a chuckle before he then flew off into the night sky with Wu's staff.

At sunrise, the Bounty was covered in leaves and vines from trees while in a clearing, "Okay, since when are the trees on our side?" Jay asked.

"Don't look a gift horse in the mouth." Demir told him.

"But just think, if Sensei hadn't gotten rid of the staff, it could've been worse." Kai said with a shrug.

"Yeah, but now we don't know the message." Cole said as Wu came up to them.

"Not exactly." Wu said with a serious look. "I managed to make an imprint."

Soon, they all walked up to Wu's quarters as they saw the symbols from the staff drawn in on his wall. "A Tornado, A sword in a cloud and a Skull?" Jay questioned, looking at the symbols. "But what do they mean?"

"My father told me and Garmadon that he would leave a message, leading us to his final resting place," Wu explained, stroking his beard while looking at the symbols, "After he passed, we looked everywhere for it, not knowing it was under our noses this whole time." He said as they all walked out of the Bounty through the hole.

"You mean to tell us-" Lydie started in surprise as they climbed down to ground level.

"Yes. These symbols will lead us to the tomb of the First Spinjitzu Master." Wu said before he frowned. "The only problem is, I haven't have the foggiest idea of what any of them mean."

"Well if Morro is trying to find the Tomb, we gotta find it first." Lydie declared with determination.

"Hey, maybe your mom can help decipher the clues since she's a total history buff," Jay suggested with a smile.

"Good idea. Zane, send your falcon back to the Monastery and give mom our location," Lydie instructed.

"Already on it," Zane said as he brought out his falcon, now upgraded with a titanium coating. The Falcon then flew off to the sky.

"Good. Then we set up camp." Wu said before turning to Demir and Rose. "And I see you have questions about your new abilities."

"Uh, yeah, for one thing, what's happening right now?!" Demir asked in an anxious voice.

"W-We didn't realize we could do, whatever that was." Rose said as she looked at her hands.

"I can assure you, all will be explained." Wu said to the two. "Let's set up camp before nightfall."

At night, the group sat around a campfire, facing Wu, "Would anyone care for a ghost story?" Wu asked them.

"Ghost stories? After what we just went through?" Jay asked nervously.

"If it means saving my brother, then go on Uncle," Lydie told Wu, "There's still a lot about Morro you haven't told us."

"Yes, while it's true that Morro may have been my first student, he was also my greatest regret," Wu said as he remembered the days of training Morro very well.

40 years ago before the start of the Serpentine War, a couple of homeless people were digging through the trash bins of the Monastery of Spinjitzu. "Before he was a cursed spirit, it wasn't I who found him, but he who found me." Wu narrated as the two homeless people grabbed a piece of food from the dumpster, but when Young Wu saw them, they quickly rushed off down the stairs, leaving only one of the homeless behind.

Young Wu felt sympathy for the young boy as he quickly went back inside and brought out a plate and gave it to him. The boy accepted it as he grabbed the plate and quickly sat down as he scarfed up his meal before turning to give Young Wu a smile, revealing to be a young Morro before he went back to eating. "Garmadon had just gone off to train under Master Chen, which gave me time to attempt my hand at teaching. Morro was the perfect student." Wu narrated.

A bit later, Wu decided to bring Morro in after they had a proper meal and Wu gave him proper training clothes that was similar to Lloyd's first Ninja Gi as Young Wu held Morro's head while Morro did some punches and kicks. "He did everything that was ever asked of him." Wu narrated.

Later Morro was sparring with some other students, he blocked and countered the first few strikes but was eventually knocked down, "Get up!" Young Wu said as Morro leapt to his feet, eager to keep going.

"Some days, Misako and Garmadon would occasionally visit. And we would show him things Morro never saw," Wu continued as his younger self shared a brief hug with young Misako and Garmadon while gesturing Morro to introduce himself, as he bowed respectfully to the two. Misako smiled and patted Morro's head which made the boy chuckle, not seeing the skeptical look Garmadon gave him.

A bit later, the four are at the front gate as Misako gave Morro a dragon kite, which he looked at in confusion. The three realized that Morro doesn't know how to use it as Garmadon pointed to the sky, telling him how it goes.

Just then, a tea whistle was heard, which made the three young adults realize the tea was ready as Wu told Morro to wait for them as he, Misako and Garmadon rushed back inside. But once they got out, they saw the kite was in the air, but noticed there was no wind blowing, nor was the kite going anywhere. They rushed to the gate and were surprised to see Morro creating a wind from his hands, controlling the kite, much to his awe.

"And he showed us a few things too. He had a power over the wind that we've never seen before. He was a descendant of an Elemental Master. It was then I thought I found the One. Perhaps he would wear green." Wu went on as Younger Garmadon, and Misako continued to look at the Kite in awe while Wu looked at Morro in thought.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa! Back up." Jay's voice spoke up.

"You're saying Morro, you're saying that Morro, the Master of Wind, was actually going to be the Green Ninja of Yang?" Jay asked in shock as a breeze blew, which made the fire move a bit from the wind.

"Uh, did that just happen?" Cole asked nervously. "Maybe I don't like ghost stories."

"What happened next, Master Wu?" Rose asked, eager to hear the rest of the story.

"After I told Morro he could be the Green Ninja of Yang, his dedication to his training increased." Wu said in a slightly solemn tone.

Young Wu and Misako watched as Morro progressed through the training course with ease, "I told him that I was proud, that I believed he was destined for greatness, and it only fueled his hunger to prove himself." Wu continued as Morro used Spinjitzu to plow through the Training course and once he finished he bowed in respect to Wu who nodded back while Misako smiled.

"Misako believed that with his abilities and the progress he made, Morro could very well become the chosen one of Yang," Wu said as from behind them inside, Garmadon watched with a hard look towards Morro, "But Garmadon, saw a dark hunger inside Morro that could not be matched and warned me to cease his training." He continued as Garmadon shook his head and walked inside.

Later, Morro was surrounded by other pupils again as he then knocked them back with ease as he looked around with a serious look as he walked up to one of them. "Get up! Get up!" Morro called as he grabbed a kid's shoulder.

"Enough." Young Wu spoke up as Morro turned to him in surprise.

"But Sensei, if I'm to be the Green Ninja of Yang, I need greater tests." Morro said to him.

"I said enough, Morro!" Young Wu said firmly. "You can't force progress to your leisure." He said, walking back into the Monastery as Morro gave a frown downwards.

"I feared I had made a terrible mistake. But it wasn't for me to decide. It was destiny." Wu said in a solemn tone.

One day, Morro entered Wu's room as Young Wu held up the Green Ninja gi and had the Four Golden Weapons on the ground, surrounding Morro. Morro stood there in anticipation but there was no reaction from the weapons. "When the Golden Weapons didn't respond like they did for Lloyd and Lydie later, I knew Morro wouldn't become one of the chosen ones." Wu said as Morro opened his eyes and frowned at what just happened as he turned to his master.

"I-I'll train more. Learn more lessons." Morro pleaded with his hands together.

"I'm sorry, destiny has spoken." Young Wu said, turning away.

Morro frowned as he backed away. "Then I refuse to listen!" He yelled while feeling hurt as he broke a screen door apart and tossed it away. "I am the Green Ninja of Yang! You made me believe!" He yelled as he rushed out as Young Wu watched in guilt.

A bit later, Young Wu was in the forest looking for Morro when he ran off from the Monastery. "He became obsessed with proving me wrong. To prove destiny wrong." Wu said as Young Wu turned and saw Morro walking into a clearing in the forest, waiting for someone.

Just then, Garmadon, who had returned from training with Chen, was approaching until he saw Morro standing before him looking surprised, "What do you want boy?" Garmadon asked his brother's pupil.

Morro just narrowed his eyes and raised his fists in a fighting stance, "The Prophecy foretold the Ninja of Yin and Yang would defeat the Dark Lord, so Morro believed if he could defeat my brother, he would prove himself," Wu explained as Garmadon understood what Morro wanted and gave a serious look.

"Huh, where have I heard that before?" Lydie muttered as Kai gave a sheepish chuckle.

"Garmadon, I'm gonna fulfill the prophecy of defeating the dark lord! You!" Morro yelled as he then brought out two familiar Golden Weapons, the Sword of Fire and the Nunchucks of Lightning, which shocked Young Wu that his pupil managed to get two of the Golden Weapons.

Garmadon looked unimpressed, "Heh, I never imagined a child would manage to slip my father's weapons right under Wu's nose." He mocked, "But don't assume a child has the right to wield my birthright."

"You dare mock me?!" Morro yelled as he pointed the Sword of Fire at Garmadon.

"Oh, I would mock anyone beneath me," Garmadon mocked again with a smirk.

Morro then fired a fireball from the Sword of Fire, which Garmadon easily dodged. "Heheh, you may know your own fighting style, but I know how my father's weapons work." Garmadon said with a smirk as he managed to avoid the swings and swipe from the two weapons with ease. "You may have skill, boy, but you are but a pupil, whereas I…" He then did a sweep kick, which made Morro fall as the Sword of Fire flew out of his hand and Garmadon caught it. "...am a Master." He said with a smirk.

Morro quickly stood up as he growled as he then blew a wind blast at Garmadon, sending him back as Garmadon kneeled while placing the Sword down to keep himself steady. "Morro became reckless. He thought he was invincible." Wu said as Morro and Garmadon clashed with each other as Morro sent a lightning blast from the Nunchucks, but Garmadon was more skilled and experienced then Morro as he deflected the lightning bolt, sending it right back at Morro, knocking the Nunchucks of Lightning out Morro's hand.

Garmadon caught the Nunchucks and smirked at Morro while Morro gaped in shock. "Wu taught you well." He said to Morro before quickly launching a fireball at Morro's feet and knocking him back as Morro looked at the man standing over him in fear, "But he didn't teach you everything." Garmadon said lowly as his eyes glowed red as he raised his sword.

Garmadon was about to deliver the blow, but Young Wu came up to them. "STOP!" Young Wu called out, snapping Garmadon out of his evil trance as his eyes returned to normal as he shook his head as he and Morro saw Young Wu rushing towards them, "Brother, enough." He said.

Garmadon looked at his brother for a bit before he shook his head and lowered the two Golden Weapons. "Forgive me, brother." He said before looking down at Morro, "Though I'd suggest keeping a tighter leash on this one."

"Yes. And I need to keep a closer eye on the Golden Weapons as well." Young Wu said as his brother gave him the two Golden Weapons as Morro stood up.

"You see, Sensei? It was destiny for you to save me from the Dark Lord." Morro said with a smile. "I can still be the Green Ninja of Yang." He encouraged, but Young Wu gave a frown and shook his head while Morro frowned as well and crossed his arms while Garmadon raised a brow.

"I knew right there and then, I could not teach those who would not listen." Wu said sadly as a bit later back at the Monastery, Morro packed a bundle with his belongings as Garmadon and Wu watched him go. "He told my brother and I he would find our father's tomb to prove he was worthy. I told him it could not be found. Our father left no message." Wu said as Young Garmadon and Wu watched Morro go as he exited the Monastery and down the stairs as the Spinjitzu brothers watched him go. "I left the gate open in hopes he'd return. But he never came back." Wu added as Young Wu gave a sad look as his brother placed a comforting hand on his shoulder.

"I am saddened he was banished to the Cursed Realm." Wu said sadly. "But what worries me more is that he escaped, and for what reason?" He wondered as the others gave sad looks from the story.

"Morro was the reason why Uncle never told us about the Green Ninja sooner," Lydie spoke up with a frown, "He was worried you'd turned out like Morro."

"Okay is it just me or do you guys feel like there's something about Morro's story that sounds kinda familiar?" Jay asked in wonder while scratching his head. "Like something out of a movie?"

"But one thing is we still don't get, Sensei." Kai spoke up. "How are our powers going crazy while Lydie's are weak when Morro possessed Lloyd? I don't get it."

"Mmm, you remember when Lydie and Lloyd shared some of their powers to restore your own, correct?" Wu asked as they all nodded. "As you can see, it takes time for an Elemental Power to be independent. So when Lydie and Lloyd granted your powers back, they're interconnected to the Ninja of Yin and Yang until they become their own elements."

"Wait, our powers are still connected to Lloyd and Lydie?" Cole asked in surprise. "Wow, it must have taken a really long time to become our own. But why are they going crazy?"

"As they are now, your powers require both Lloyd and Lydie to remain stable, if either is blocked off from you, the balance of your powers is shifted," Wu explains, which made the group confused before Lydie spoke up.

"So wait, let me get this straight, the reason their powers are purple and going crazy, and my powers are growing weak, is because they draw strength in mine and Lloyd's to stay balanced, but when Morro possessed my brother, it gave more destructiveness to the boys while mine are weaken without Lloyd's light?" Lydie summarized with a brow.

"That is correct." Wu nodded as Lydie groaned.

"Okay, that's not fair." Lydie muttered while rubbing her head. "So how do we fix this?"

"To save Lloyd and return your powers to normal, you must find the tomb before he does. Or else." Wu said grimly.

"Or else what?" Jay asked nervously.

"Unspeakable power will curse us all." Wu finished as Jay gave a nervous chuckle.

"Just another day in Ninjago, am I right?" Jay asked nervously.

"This is different. Lloyd is at stake." Kai reminded him.

"But how can we compete against the Golden Ninja?" Cole asked them, "He's stronger than us four put together," Cole said as Nya gave an indignant scoff.

"That was before our powers were unstable." Zane added.

"But it's like Uncle Wu said." Lydie spoke up with determination. "Our real power doesn't come from our hands, it comes from inside here." She said as she placed a hand over where her heart is. "This is Lloyd we're talking about. This is one mission we cannot fail." She said with determination as the others nodded in agreement.

"Okay, while that explains why their powers are crazy, mind explaining why Rose and I suddenly have powers as well?" Demir asked with a brow, gesturing to himself and Rose.

"Indeed, because neither of us had these powers until today." Rose said while looking at her hands.

"You guys have the power of Metal and Nature." Cole said as Rose and Demir looked at their hands. "But only two people can use them, so that's impossible."

"Not unless they passed their powers to someone else," Lydie said, remembering what her father told her about how new Elemental Masters are chosen, "I'm thinking that Karlof and Bolobo, the previous Masters of Metal and Nature, chose to step down as Elemental Masters and their powers transferred you two."

"That does make logical sense.." Zane said in agreement. "Similar to how I got my powers."

"So, that was what that man meant when he said I was worthy." Rose said, still looking at her hands.

"And that's why that guy with the big metal gloves was impressed with me." Demir commented while smashing his hand togethers to make the metal appear, but nothing happened. "Now if only we know how they work." He muttered.

"Perhaps with proper training, you two can master your powers." Wu said with a nod, which made the two look at him. "As soon as we get started on the mission, you can train. If that's okay with you both."

"Well, if it can make us master these powers, I don't mind." Demir said with a shrug.

"Thank you, Master Wu." Rose said with a smile, which made Wu nodded.

Meanwhile, Morro flew his dragon to a biker bar with the staff in hand before jumping off. He then walked into the biker bar and looked around and saw tons of tough people from all over Ninago gathered around as he took off his hood and smiled at the sight as he walked up to a bartender.

The bartender brought out a cup once he saw Morro. "Thirsty?" He asked.

"Insatiable," Morro answered as the bartender passed the cup to him as he drank it very quickly and slammed it on the counter. "It's been a while," he sighed longingly with a smile, having not had anything to drink since his banishment.

Morro walked up to the pool table and placed some sand on the counter, and rolled the staff on it as he saw the markings, inspecting it as he smiled at the tornado symbol. "Oh, of course," he said with a smile, knowing what it meant.

"You're a bit young for a place like this, ain't you?" A biker asked Morro, which made him frown as more bikers looked at him.

"Wrong place to come if you ain't got any friends, if you know what I mean," the second biker said while Morro gave a smirk as more bikers began to surround him.

Morro kept his smirk as he looked at the armor. "Oh, I have friends," he said with a smirk as he focused his energy into the Allied Armor as it started glowing as wind blew in the room, shocking everyone inside the bar.

Outside the bar, a green flash shone before grunting sounds can be heard like someone are fighting as two biker gangs were tossed out of the bar and ran off in fear. At the front door, Morro exited the bar dusting himself with another ghost, had a black wraps around his head hidden by his hood and had chains around his torso. "Ah, you know where you're going?" The ghost asked Morro.

Morro gave a chuckle "I do now, Wrayth." He nodded as he put on his mask. "But make sure no one else tries to stop me." He instructed as the ghost nodded.

"It will be my pleasure." Wrayth said as Morro then summoned his dragon. "Nice ride." He commented in awed as Morro hopped on.

"Take one of your own." Morro said as he flew off with a roar. Wrayth looked at a lone motorcycle bike next to him and used his powers to make the bike a bit more extreme and creepy like with ghost blades and chains around.

Wrayth hop onto his new ride as he revved up and took off as he floated in the sky and then disappeared.

In the morning, Lydie was walking on a village dock, looking towards Lloyd who was seemingly freed from Morro's Possession, "Don't worry, Little bro. I'm always here for you." Lydie promised as Lloyd moved towards her before a massive Fang Fish jumped out of the water towards him, "LLOYD!" Lydie screamed.

"NO!" Lydie screamed in her sleep before she was then licked to the face, causing her to wake up with a yelp before she saw a Wolloper in front of her. "Ugh! Ugh!" She yelped as she woke up and then she saw the others having breakfast noodles while Misako and Wu were going through a scroll. "Mom got our message, and you made breakfast." She said as she stood up. "Good. I'm starving." She said with a smile

"We put your plate down over there, Captain." Nya said as Lydie turned and saw the Wolloper eating her noodles as Lydie groaned.

"Did it account to you guys that we have stray animals here?" Lydie asked tiredly as Nya gave a sheepish chuckle. "And also, what's with the wollopers?"

"Well, since our powers are unreliable, we can't trust our energy dragons." Zane said to her. "So we need other means of transportations like the Wollopers."

"As far as I knew, the tomb is only a fable, until I saw what's on the staff." Misako started.

"Does she know what the symbol means?" Lydie asked the boys.

"Not the last two yet, but get this, the first symbol means Airjitzu." Cole answered.

"Airjitzu?" Lydie asked in confusion as she turned to her mother. "What does that mean? I never heard of it." She said as she looked at the scroll with the three symbols as she looked at the tornado.

"A lost martial art created by Sensei Yang, who passed away years ago." Misako explained to her daughter. "If mastered, it allows one to temporarily take flight."

"You hear that, Lydie! We get to fly!" Jay said in excitement.

"You haven't found it yet." Wu said as he stroked his beard. "The Scroll of Airjitzu is well guarded in the ancient library of Domu."

Zane then closed his eyes and held his head. "Forgive me if I speak out of turn, but my records reveal it was recently stolen." He said as he saw the security feed of a familiar figure with a red straw hat, eyepatch, and a red mask.

"By who?" Rose asked in surprise.

"Wait a minute, ancient artifact of great power, stolen from a sacred Place," Lydie recalled before scowling, "I think we already know who's behind this."

The boys and Nya then sighed tiredly, "Ronin." They all said dully.

"Who's Ronin?" Rose and Demir asked in confusion.

"Let's just say he's not a friend." Kai said with a look.

"He was hired by Chen to kidnap Zane and Pixal, and after we defeated him, Ronin stole our memories with an Obsidian Glaive to buy time to find the Elemental Forges and the Primal Fulcrum to free Chen, luckily we managed to stop him with our own Obsidian Weapons," Lydie explained.

Rose and Demir looked at the Ninjas in surprise and confusion. "Wow." Demir simply said while Rose stood in silence.

"Yeah, it's another day for us." Nya said with a shrug.

"But this is good news." Jay spoke up with a smile.

"Uh, how so?" Cole asked in confusion.

"Argh, 'cause if Morro doesn't know this, he'll be heading to the library." Jay stated, which they caught on.

"And Ronin's most likely hold up in the village of Stiix, which gives us a head start!" Cole finished.

"Then it's set, the Ninja will head to Stiix." Wu spoke up. "We five will head back to the Tea Shop and start deciphering the next clues." He instructed, gesturing to himself, Misako, Demir, Rose and Nya, much to the fifths confusion.

"But Lloyd's my friend too. The Ninja will need my help-" Nya tried to say but was cut off.

"I'm sorry, Nya. You're sitting this one out." Wu instructed as Nya was shocked before she frowned. "There's too much to be done here."

The boys hop on their Wollopers, but Kai was having trouble with his. "Okay, stand still." He said as he tried to hop on, but tripped over to the other side before he managed to grab onto the back of the Wolloper as he groaned when he struggled to reach the horns.

Before Lydie got hers, Misako approached her daughter, "Don't worry, mom, we will save Lloyd," Lydie promised as she and her mother held hands.

"I know you will," Misako said with a smile.

"Well, we better get moving," Lydie said as she turned to her Wolloper.

"Aren't you going to kiss your mother goodbye?" Misako asked with a teasing smile.

This made Lydie froze when she said that as the others gave amused looks. "Mom! Seriously?! We've talked about this." She muttered in embarrassment.

"Don't forget, your brother didn't and look how he turned out." Misako teased as she held out her arms expectantly.

"But mom," Lydie whined in embarrassment as Misako continued to smile with her arms out. Lydie groaned as she knew there was no way around it as she quickly gave her mom a quick kiss on the cheeks and a hug. "Happy now?"

"Yes," Misako smiled as she kissed Lydie's cheek, "Just don't forget to wash behind your ears," she teases with a giggle.

"Mom, I'm not a kid anymore." Lydie moaned tiredly and then went onto the Wolloper and saw the amusement look on the boys faces, "One of you opens your mouths, and they're the last words you'll ever say." Lydie growled while cracking her neck as the boys gave nervous smiles and nodded as they rode off.

"Be careful, Ninja, for the path we seek is never in a straight line," Sensei Wu advised. "Relying on each other to guide your way." He added as the Ninja headed toward the village of Stiix.

Meanwhile, Morro had arrived at the Library of Dormu as he searched for the Scroll of Airjitzu. He searched through the sections before he saw a picture of a man doing Airjitzu and looked down to the glass case where the scroll should be housed but it was empty.

Morro growled in frustration and turned to a monk that approached him, "Sensei Yang's Scroll! Where is it?!" He demanded.

"Oh yes." The monk spoke in a calming tone. "Sensei Yang will be sorely missed. His teachings will always-" He was then grabbed by the color of his cloak by an impatient Morro.

"Where is the Scroll of Airjitzu?!" Morro demanded as his horn sparked with darkness.

"It was s-stolen…" The monk answered frightfully. "...a few days ago by the thief they call… R-R-Ronin." He explained.

Morro's eyes widened in shock at the mention of Ronin as he tossed the monk away, who hit the shelves as some scrolls and books fell as he ran back to the door before one of the monks guarding it stopped him. "Uh, excuse me." The monk on the left side as Morro took a ready stance in case there was a fight. "Uh, could we get your autograph?" He asked as he and his partner smiled.

"Autograph?" Morro asked in confusion and surprise by the question as he eased his stance.

"You're the Golden Ninja, right?" The second monk asked excitedly as the first one gave Morro a pen and paper, thinking that he's Lloyd as Morro just gave a smile and wrote down his name on the paper, finding fame good. "Mind if we all get a selfie with you? He asked, but before Morro could answer, they took a picture with a phone as a camera flash was shown.

"Aargh!" Morro cringed after the picture was taken. After that, he rushed out of the library and down the hall as the two monks waved to him as he made his way to Stiix.

Meanwhile, the Ninja are riding their Wollopers through the desert with Lydie leading the charge as the boys start singing. "~92,898 bottles of tea on the wall. 92,898 bottles of tea. You take one down and pass it around-~" The boys sang.

"Enough!" Lydie snapped, causing them to stop singing. "I'm really thirsty, so we don't need to keep singing about tea!"

"Ho, ho! Looks like Mommy's girl should've had their breakfast." Cole said with a teasing smirk.

Lydie groaned. "I don't get it. We've been heading East for hours. We should've arrived at Stiix already." She said as she looked at the sky and saw three vultures flying in circles.

"Uh, we've been heading south, Captain. Last I checked, East is that way." Kai explained pointing right, which caused them all to stop.

"Why are you just telling us now, Kai?!" Jay exclaimed in frustration.

"What? I thought Lydie knew where she was going. She's the leader." Kai said in defense.

"Great, we're officially lost!" Cole shouted in frustration. "You know, we had a leg up, but no. Lydie's the leader!" He said as Lydie growled.

"Are you trying to say I'm a bad leader?" Lydie questioned, "If it hadn't been for me, you four clods would've been Serpentine Supper ages ago!"

"Ha, you're arguing with the more experienced ones before Sensei found you." Jay pointed out. "Before you showed up it was just us four."

"We know how to work together, we're solid." Cole added. "How is it when Lloyd's gone, Lydie is less focused?"

Lydie growled and turned to the four as Jay, Cole and Zane backed up while Kai went between them, "Captain, look, maybe this is one of those times where I have to take over." Kai suggested softly.

"What? Take over?!" Lydie exclaimed.

"At least until you're feeling better." Kai tried to reason as he stepped off his Wolloper.

"I'm the leader of this Team, Kai! And I don't think so!" Lydie said firmly, leaping off her Wolloper in a fighting stance.

"Don't make me do this, Lydie." Kai warned seriously, taking a defensive stance.

Jay gasped, "Are, are they about to fight?" He asked Zane.

"Lydie would never fight Kai," Zane said uncertainly. "Would she?"

"I can't watch." Cole said as he covered his eyes.

Kai and Lydie kept glaring at each other before Kai's face softened and lowered his fists, "Lydie, we're wasting time, we shouldn't be fighting each other," Kai told his friend.

"Exactly we're wasting time with you guys not listening to what I say!" Lydie told him, "Morro has my brother! And I can't stop worrying if he's okay or not! You don't know how that feels!" She stated, marching up to Kai.

"But I do, Lydie. I felt the same fear you did when the Skulkin took Nya." Kai said softly, which made Lydie lower her stance a bit from that reminder. "I know what it feels like to have a family member have a family in danger, and when I let it get the best of me it nearly got us destroyed, but then you taught me to push that fear aside and focus on the task at hand and eventually save my sister. And now I'm telling you that we will save Lloyd but we need you to focus,"

Lydie looked at Kai for a moment as she completely lowered her stance as she looked down in shame. "I-I'm sorry. I just… If anything happens to Lloyd, I…." She struggled to continue as Kai placed a hand on her shoulder.

"We get it, Lydie. But for now, you relax and get your head straight, I'll lead." Kai said to her. "We'll rescue Lloyd, but we have to stay focused."

"I-I know. I guess I wasn't thinking clearly." Lydie said as she then sighs. "Okay, Kai. You lead. Even for a hothead, you sure know how to get the details right."

"Yeah, I sure do." Kai said with a smile as the two hopped onto their Wollopers before they followed Kai to the other direction before Kai spotted train tracks ahead. "Hey, guys, check it out." He said as they all rushed ahead until they stopped at the tracks. "Train tracks."

"And they lead straight to Stiix." Zane added after analyzing the tracks.

"Hey, you hear that, Lydie. They lead to Stiix." Jay mocked while Lydie groaned. "We followed, Kai, and shockingly look wh-" He was cut off when Lydiejumped onto his Wolloper and gave him a choke hold causing him to gag.

"Jay, when are you gonna learn to keep your big mouth shut?" Lydie questioned in annoyance as Jay struggled to breath. "My powers may be weakened, but I can still break your neck and turn your legs into a pretzel while jamming wheels in your ears and use your back as a rickshaw."

"Is any of that physically possible?" Cole whispered to Zane.

"In any other case no, but with Lydie, plausible but not without a few dislocated bones and broken veins and arteries," Zane answered.

"Okay, remind me not to get on Lydie's bad side." Cole said with a sheepish look.

Jay looks at Kai, gesturing to Lydie while choking, "Sorry Jay, but I know asking Lydie what to do when she's like this is like trying to hug a porcupine," Kai said amusedly.

"Gottcha." Jay gagged as he struggled to talk.

"Okay, Lydie. I think Jay's learned his lesson." Kai said with a chuckle. "You can let him go now." Lydie rolled her eyes and let Jay go.

"Oh man! You're strong!" Jay exclaimed as he took steady breaths while rubbing his neck.

"Say something like that again Jay and I will literally turn you into a human pretzel." Lydie warned as Jay nodded fearfully.

"Okay team, let's go. Sensei may have said that the path we take is never a straight line, but he also said to rely on each other to guide." Kai said as they followed the tracks.

"True enough." Cole said as the boys began to sing again.

" ~92,897 bottles of tea on the wall. 92,897 bottles of tea~." The boys sang while Lydie sighed as she followed behind.

Back at Garmadon's old Monastery, the Destiny's Bounty landed between the canyons and out of sight as Misako, Wu, Nya, Demir, and Rose walked out and entered the Tea Shop as they saw the mess that Morro made when he attacked. "Wow, Morro sure left a mess here." Demir commented.

"He certainly did. And during our grand opening." Rose said as she picked up a teapot. "These were brand new. Definitely needs cleaning."

"Sure." Nya said sarcastically. "Who needs to go on an epic quest, when my services are best needed here." She said as she then began to stack some items back into the shelves.

Misako, Wu, Demir, and Rose watch in concern. "Wow, she's taking being benched hard." Demir said with a brow.

"Well, at least we have the excuse of needing to start our training." Rose said while gesturing to herself and Demir as she turned to Wu. "But why can't Nya go along with the others? Wouldn't her skills be more useful with them?"

Misako then turned to Wu. "You have to tell Nya." She said to him.

"She's not ready." Wu stated.

"And you waited this long to tell them about Morro, and how did that go?" Misako countered as she turned to Nya. "Nya, dear, we didn't exactly hold you back to care for the shop." She started, which got her attention.

"Really?" Nya asked in surprise.

"Okay, we'll bite. What's the reason you let Nya stay?" Demir questioned with a brow.

"Yeah what's going on?" Rose asked.

Wu then sighed. "Ah, um, there's something I haven't told you about your parents, Nya." He started.

Nya then shrugged. "Ah, you can save it. Kai already told me that Chen dangle that carrot too. We looked into it and we know our father used to be a Master of Fire." She said as she started stacking the shelves. "Not exactly mind shattering."

"But did you know your mother was the Master of Water?" Misako asked, which shocked Nya while it surprised Demir and Rose.

"I… I didn't know that." Nya said in shock as she held a jar as she realized what they were saying. "You mean-"

"Yes." Wu nodded. "As Kai took on the traits of your father to become a Fire Ninja, for the sake of saving Ninjago, you must train with Demir and Rose to become the new Master of Water." He revealed, which made Nya drop the jar, shattering it as Nya fainted and fell to the floor.

"Huh. You're right. She wasn't ready." Misako commented as she, Wu, Demir, and Rose looked at the unconscious Samurai.

"Well, that's one way to drop the bombshell." Demir commented.

"I think she might need a bit before we begin training." Rose advised with a concerned look.

"Yes, I see your point." Wu said in understanding.

Sometime at nighttime, the Ninja were still following the train tracks as they kept singing, but this time, Lydie joined in after a while. "~...it around, no more bottles of tea on the wall!~" They finished singing as they all shared a laugh.

"That was enjoyable." Zane said with a smile. "Let's do it again."

"No!" The others all exclaimed before they all shared another laugh together before Lydie frowned.

"Uh, I wish Lloyd was here for that." Lydie sadly said.

"So do I." Kai said in understanding. "Don't worry, Captain. We'll find the tomb and then we'll save him."

"I wonder why the tomb is so important?" Cole asked in wonder.

"I don't know." Jay shrugged. "Sensei says it holds unspeakable power."

"It's the tomb of my grandfather, guys." Lydie reminded them with a brow. "Whatever secret it holds, it must be protected." She said as they saw a train station ahead.

"Let's take a break here." Kai said as they all stopped their Wollopers and got off as they walked on the platform.

But then, they heard a creepy crackle in the air, which made them stop. "Uh, did you hear that?" Cole asked nervously as they looked around.

"Yeah, I did, but… we're in the middle of nowhere." Jay said in fear as they rushed on the platform to look around as they heard the crackle again.

"I don't know, but be on guard." Kai advised before they heard the crackle again as they looked up to the moon, and then Wrayth appeared on his ghost bike with a chuckle while swinging his chain.

"What is that?!" Jay called as the Ninja put on their masks and Zane threw his shuriken at Wrayth, but it went through the ghost as he laughed and got closer.

"Watch out!" Lydie cried out as they all moved aside to avoid Wrayth as he landed on the other side.

"My shurikens! They went right through him!" Zane exclaimed while holding his shuriken.

"Because he's a ghost!" Jay exclaimed in fear as they all held their swords as Wrayth rode around.

"Morro must've summoned some friends!" Lydie exclaimed in panic. "We're sitting ducks out here in the open!"

"Then we need to take shelter!" Kai shouted as Wrayth drove up to them again. "Watch out!" He called as they all avoided Wrayth again.

"Uh, guys, he's coming for another pass!" Jay yelled as Wrayth charged at them again and destroyed the only shelter on the station.

"There is no shelter!" Cole exclaimed as Wrayth turned back to them and drove over head and swung his chain, which the Ninja swiftly avoided as it hit one of the Wollopers as a ghost energy flowed into the chain and into the Wolloper, turning it into a ghost. "He turned my Wolloper into a ghost! No one turned my Wolloper into a ghost!" He exclaimed while glaring at Wrayth.

"Okay, important safety tip, don't touch the weapon from a ghost!" Kai called out in worry.

"Tell us something we don't know!" Jay screamed as Lydie went to the other Wollopers.

"Get out of here! Hyah! Hyah!" Lydie shouted as the Wollopers all ran out of the area as the Ninja regrouped and stuck close with their weapons raised.

"Where did he go?" Kai questioned. "I can't see him. But stay together, guys."

"If our weapons do nothing, how are we supposed to fight a ghost?!" Jay exclaimed.

"An excellent question." Zane said.

"Every foe has a weakness!" Lydie told him, staying determined.

Just then, Wrayth appeared behind them. "There he is! Watch out!" Cole shouted as they avoided Wrayth's attack again.

Kai blocked the chain with his sword before he looked down and saw his leg was caught by it. "That's not good." He muttered before he was dragged off with Wrayth as he saw the ghost energy traveling through the chain. Kai thought quickly and he swiped the chain, getting himself free from turning into a ghost as he rolled across the ground. "I'm okay, everyone! I'm okay!"

"He's gonna pick us off one by one, isn't he?!" Cole asked nervously. "There's nothing we can do!"

"Then let's do this together!" Lydie told him as they all stood together. Lydie called out before Kai stood up and saw the grown glowing green.

"He's underground!" Kai called as he moved out of the way as Wrayth burst out of the ground.

"Stand back!" Cole called as he caught Wrayth's blade and gave a yell as he dragged it to a nearby water tower and attached the chain to the legs of it, causing Wrayth to get pulled out of his ride as he fell on the tracks and the bike returned to normal.

The Ninja looked down at Wrayth before the ghost got up, causing them to scream, but then a train then came by and ram Wrayth, which made the Ninja cheered. "Now that's how you stop a ghost." Cole said with a smirk before Wrayth appeared through the train with a crackle, which made the gasp startle.

"You think a train can stop a ghost?" Wrayth questioned in amusement. "Your world will pay when Morro finds the tomb. And when he does, he will take possession of the…" He was cut off when he got his chain weapon free, the water tower tilted and fell as water poured out and onto Wrayth. Wrayth stood there as he shook and his body glowed before he turned into a pile of slime as the Ninja looked surprised by what happened.

"What, uh, what just happened?" Cole asked in shock.

"He went… ka-blooey." Zane said in shock.

"Well, at least that took care of him." Kai said optimistically.

"Yeah, but he was just gonna tell us what was in the tomb." Jay said as he smacked his forehead. "Couldn't it have waited another second?"

Lydie looked down at the puddle before she had a thought. "Well, we may not know what was in the tomb, but on the plus side, at least we know one thing, how to stop a ghost." She said seriously as they all looked at the water puddle mixed with slime.

"Water?" They all asked in surprise.

"Unusual. I guess it's true." Zane spoke up. "The path we seek is never a straight line."

Jay then realizes something. "Uh, speaking of straight lines, if that train is heading for Stiix, wouldn't it be faster if we…" He started as he pointed to the train that was leaving.

The Ninja quickly got off the station and they ran up to the train as fast as their legs could to go to stop for them so they could hitch a ride to Stiix for the Scroll of Airjitzu before Morro does.
