Chapter 8:
The Threat:
"... and his Dad is going to add Earth to some kind of planet collection," says Holt.
"This sounds serious," I said, "we should warn someone!"
"Clark, you have the powers," says Holt, "you have to be the one to stop him!"
"Me," I asked, "are you kidding me?"
"Who else," asks Holt.
I then looked at my hands. He's right. This looks like a job for me!
...
"So, how are you going to find the ship," asks Holt.
"I don't... wait..." I looked in the sky and I saw the ship. "I can see it! It's up there!"
"You have telescopic vision," asks Holt, "save some of the cool stuff for the rest of us!"
"But how do I get up the..." I then started floating.
"At this point, your body's just showing off," says Holt.
"I just hope I can breathe in space," I said. I then flew towards the ship. This is not going to be easy.
