Simba ran down to where the cubs were playing and ask "Nala, do you want to see how brave I am?"

Nala comments "I was going to check in with my mom and then you can show me how brave you are."

Thresh followed them wonder what Simba was talking about.

Simba and Nala arrive where the lioness were sunbathing.

Sarafina grab Nala and says "bath time. Don't you want to look good for your boyfriend?"

Nala sighs "mom, we're just friends for now."

Sarabi grabs Simba and says "your turn too."

After they got a bath, Nala ask "so where is this cool place?"

Simba answers "it's by the border."

Sarabi notice her son excitement for something new and says "only if Zazu goes with you."

Simba sighs "fine."

Simba and Nala walk through the Pride lands with Zazu flying over them.

Nala ask "where are we really going to see how brave you are?"

Simba answers "an Elephant Graveyard."

Nala excitement shout "cool!"

Zazu landed in front of them and says "you two love birds. Your parents would be thrilled knowing that your betrothed."

Simba ask "what?"

Zazu answers "one day, you two will be married to each other."

Nala comments "I don't know if I want to marry him yet?"

Simba comments "I kinda like her more than friends, but I don't know about love yet."

Zazu comments "well the wedding wouldn't be until after Simba takes his place as king."

Simba ask "who decided to betrothed me without my approval because I could have fall in love with someone else?"

Zazu answers "your mothers betrothed you two because you both were the first born."

Simba comments "well when I king, that would be the first thing to go."

Zazu comments "well I never seen a king with little hair."

(The beginning of I can't wait to be king.)

Simba and Nala use the animals in the Pride lands to escape Zazu babysitting.

Thresh watch Simba and Nala reach the border.

Simba and Nala argue about who's idea to use the animals to get rid of Zazu, which turned into pinned ya.

Their game landed them inside the Elephant Graveyard.

Thresh ran to find Mufasa.

A flame vent blew to get their attention.

Simba got up and said "we're here."

They walk up a ledge to see Elephant bones everywhere.

Nala comments "woah. We could get in trouble."

Simba ask "uncle Scar said this place kills cubs. I don't see any danger here."

Nala comments "he said that?"

Simba nods his head "yeah."

Zazu landed in front of them and says "we are way beyond the boundaries of the Pride lands. We are in very real danger if we don't leave right now."

Soon three hyenas came out of an elephant skull.

Simba and Nala gape in shock.

Simba says "hi."

Shenzi comments "you must be new."

Zazu panics "oh look at the time. It's late and we must be going."

Shenzi comments "I know you. Your Mufasa little stooge and that would make you?"

Looking at Simba.

Simba answers "future king. I was curious about this place and I wanted to prove I'm brave."

Banzai comments "we can have whatever cub lying around."

Ed nodded his head.

Simba and Nala ran away with Zazu.

Banzai ask "did we order this food to go?"

Shenzi answers "no, why?"

Banzai yells "WELL THERE THEY GO!"

The three hyenas chase the cubs around the Elephant Graveyard.

Simba and Nala slide down a bone ribs to a wall.

They begin climbing up the bones.

Nala loses grip and begins sliding down and panics "Simba!"

Simba turned around to see Nala falling towards Shenzi and ran down clawing her in the cheek before she could bite Nala.

They ran into a dead end.

Shenzi, Banzai and ed corner them.

Shenzi scowls "here kitty, kitty."

Nala hid behind Simba.

Simba roar like a cub.

Shenzi laughs "that was it? I think I won't kill you yet. Your little roar makes my day. Do it again."

Simba roars again making them laugh again.

Shenzi comments "your good entertainment, future king."

Simba roars big causing the hyenas stare in shock.

Mufasa grabbed them and round the three hyenas together and roars "if you three come near my son again."

Shenzi ask "oh this is your son, I didn't know."

The three hyenas scam.

Simba and Nala walk upto Mufasa.

Mufasa angry says "you deliberately disobey me. Let's go home."

Simba and Nala follow Mufasa home.

Nala comments "I thought you were brave to stand up to those hyenas and thank you for saving me" and licks his cheek for appreciation.

Simba tells her "maybe we could try dating to see where it goes."

Nala ask "you really want to be my boyfriend?"

Simba answers "I do kinda have a crush on you and feel the need to protect you when your in danger."

Mufasa listened to their conversation and smiled a little bit at them getting together as mates.

He calls Zazu over.

Zazu ask "yes, sire?"

Mufasa commands "take Nala home. I have to have a talk with my son."

Zazu flies over to the cubs and says "come, Nala. Simba, good luck."

Nala followed Zazu back to Pride Rock.

Mufasa shouts "SIMBA!"

Simba slowly walks up beside his father.

Mufasa sighs "what were you thinking?"

Simba answers "Scar told me about it and said only the brave lions go there. I was trying to be brave like you and show Nala that I can be brave too."

Mufasa comments "being brave doesn't mean you go looking for trouble. You put Nala in danger!"

Simba sniffles "but your not afraid of anything."

Mufasa sighs "I was today. I thought I lose you today. Thresh followed you and Nala to the Elephant Graveyard and ran to find me."

Simba comments "I bet those hyenas must have been more scared."

Mufasa laughs "that's because no one messes with your dad" giving him a noggin.

Simba chases his father and tackles him and ask "dad? We're pals and we're always be together, right?"

Mufasa sighs "let me tell you something that my father told me. Look at the stars, all the great kings of the past look down on us from those stars. So remember, whenever you feel alone look at those stars to guide you and so will I."

Sarafina ask "why did you go to the Elephant Graveyard?!"

Nala sighs "I wanted to see if Simba was brave and I kissed him after he saved me."

Sarafina grins "oh, you have romantic feelings for prince Simba?"

Nala blushes and nods her head "yes."

Mufasa and Simba returned to the Royal den.

Simba walked over to Runju and Sarafina and says "I'm sorry put Nala in danger. I just wanted to show her that I can be brave like my dad. I understand if you don't want Nala to hang with me."

Sarafina grabs him and nuzzles his head motherly "it's okay son."
