I'm so pissed off right now after leaving the great stone faces. Naruto felt like shit. "Damn, why did I say those things to Hinata?" he thought. "How could Sasuke put her in danger like that? Should I go to the Land of Vegetables? Will that help?" No, that would just be stupid, and the princess might throw herself at him again.

It was morning now, and Naruto kept replaying the conversation with Hinata over and over in his mind. He sat in his apartment, brooding alone. Her scent was still around him. "It still smells like Hinata in here," he muttered.

"Naruto, you're an idiot," he said, banging his head against the wall. "How could you call your girlfriend a slut? Well, now my ex-girlfriend. Ugh, how could I mess up a perfect day? Hinata forgave me for cheating on her. Well, technically, I was under a forbidden jutsu, but she still forgave me. Now there's this empty feeling with no more Hinata. I love her, and she loves me."

"I gotta fix this. It's all Sasuke's fault. I can see it now Hinata opens the scroll, goes to see Sasuke, and then he teleports them to the castle. She probably threatened Princess Haruna with her not-so-gentle fist. The princess might complain to the village elders. What if they arrest Hinata? What would I do then? No, that won't happen. If I talk to the elders, they won't arrest her. I work hard as a shinobi, and I'm Naruto. Nobody wants to see me pissed off. Damn you, Sasuke. How could you do this? How did Hinata get involved? Everything was going so well."

Sasuke's POV

"Ugh," I mutter, shaking my head. I love my girlfriend, but I know I'm not the best at communicating. When Sakura got mad, she kicked me out of the apartment and didn't want to hear my side.

I realized I left my Kanta inside the apartment. I was about to knock on the door when that blonde idiot, Naruto, showed up, asking why I wasn't inside. It was embarrassing. He suggested I get flowers from Ino's shop, so I headed there. When I arrived, the shop was locked, but I heard loud moaning noises inside. I quickly broke the door down.

Naruto burst into the bedroom. Not caring that he was naked, Sasuke jumped out of bed. "What the hell is wrong with you?" he yelled. He was so angry that he didn't react in time to dodge Naruto's quick punch, which landed straight on his face.

Because if he did, I would fuck him up. Flashes of Sakura's face, something happened between those two, and I was going to find out what. I didn't care. I was going to lock Naruto in my Tsukuyomi. I tried to calm down, controlling my breathing. Naruto was a mess, not just because we fought. He looked like he'd been up all night, crying and miserable.

"Why are you pissed, Naruto? Let's talk." I gritted my teeth and clenched my fists.

"Sasuke, why the hell did you take Hinata to the Land of Vegetables?" Naruto was throwing his hands in the air.

"What?" I said, now very confused. "Naruto, what are you talking about? Taking Hinata?"

Naruto took a deep breath and rushed out the words. "Hinata went to the Land of Vegetables yesterday because Princess Haruna sent me a scroll. Don't try to deny it. I know you did it. How else would she have gotten there so quickly?"

"Wait," I said, cutting him off. "I didn't take Hinata anywhere. I was with Sakura yesterday."

"Are you sure, Sasuke?"

"Yeah, I'm sure, Naruto. Don't you remember I went to buy Sakura flowers when you stopped by earlier after our meeting with the Sixth Hokage?"

"Hinata went and saw Princess Haruna yesterday. She threatened her and told her to drop the marriage proposal request she sent me in a scroll."

Hinata kept replaying the night before she and Naruto broke up, the harsh words exchanged between them haunting her. She couldn't believe Naruto had defended Princess Haruna. The princess had used a forbidden jutsu to try to make Naruto sleep with her. Hinata had scared the princess off and told her to leave Naruto alone. But Naruto called her a crazy girlfriend. She had asked if he would sleep with other women to become Hokage. That fight was so bad they broke up. She cried in her room, surrounded by Naruto merchandise. She remembered how happy he was when he saw her room full of his things. Now, she couldn't stop crying until her sister Hanabi, dressed in a simple white kimono, came in.

"Stop crying, big sis," Hanabi said gently.

"I lost Naruto. He doesn't love me," Hinata sobbed, sitting in her lavender sundress.

"Of course he does. You just had a fight. Kiba and Shino were here earlier. They said you have a mission later this week."

Ko, a servant in formal Hyuga attire, entered with a scroll. "Lady Hinata, I'm afraid this isn't good news."

"What is it, Hanabi?" Hinata asked.

"Naruto is in a dating contest. He's looking for love. I've lost him," Hanabi read, stunned.

"Lord Shino and Lord Kiba are here. Can I let them in?" Ko asked.

Kiba, in his fur-lined jacket, and Shino, in his high-collared coat, stormed in.

"We heard, Hinata. We're going to kick Naruto's ass," Kiba said.

"Don't. We broke up. He's not doing anything wrong. Let's just go on the mission."

On their mission to the Land of Mist, they had to escort a noble and his family. Even though the mission was a success, Hinata's chakra was out of control during a battle. She couldn't keep food down and felt really sick.

After the battle, Shino noticed something was wrong. "Hinata, your chakra is unstable. You need to get checked," he said with concern.

"I'm okay, Shino. Just tired," Hinata replied weakly.

Kiba nodded. "You should go to the hospital when we get back. I'm worried. You even smell different."

Though she was weak, Hinata finished the mission. A week later, she decided to see Naruto. Feeling a bit stronger, she headed to his apartment.

Kakashi's POV

"Lord Sixth, what happened on Naruto's last mission?" Elder Koharu slammed her fist on the Hokage's desk. Lady Koharu, with her gray hair pulled back into twin buns, wore a traditional kimono tied with a sash. Two pearls dangled from her hair, emphasizing her stern appearance.

"Now, calm down, Koharu," said Homura as he grabbed her hand. "Let's sit down and talk." Homura took a seat and began cleaning his glasses.

"What a beautiful day today, don't you think?" Kakashi gave the elders a smile, though it was hidden beneath his mask.

"Lord Sixth, Naruto was on an ANBU mission. How did Princess Haruna manage to find out it was him who saved the Land of Vegetables? And what is this about a marriage proposal? I have sources telling me you haven't responded to any of the thousands of marriage proposals sent to Naruto," Koharu pressed.

"Lord Sixth, there has been an incident on the south side of the village," the elders said together. "Based on witness statements and what Sakura reported, Naruto attacked Sasuke. The two fought, and Naruto managed to remove the other residents from the apartment building with his clones, but they completely destroyed the entire building. Fortunately, no one was hurt. However, Naruto cannot simply act as he pleases; he must be punished for this reckless behavior."

Lord Sixth pinched the bridge of his nose in frustration. "On top of that, Naruto broke protocols by allowing the princess to know it was him on an ANBU mission? This is unacceptable. He must understand the consequences of his actions. He may have potential to be Hokage, but he still has a lot of growing up to do."

Koharu nodded firmly. "Indeed, Lord Sixth. Naruto's impulsiveness and disregard for protocol are concerning. As future Hokage, he must learn discipline and responsibility. Otherwise, incidents like this will continue to occur."

Homura adjusted his glasses and sighed. "We must ensure that Naruto understands the gravity of the situation. The village's reputation and safety cannot be compromised."

Kakashi interjected gently, "I'll speak to Naruto personally. He needs guidance and a reminder of his duties as a shinobi and future leader."

Lord Sixth nodded, his expression grave. "Get me Kiba and Shikamaru. Tell them to track those idiots down for me. When they find them, bring them straight to me. Naruto needs to face the consequences of his actions."

"Kakashi-sensei," Naruto pleaded as they entered the Hokage's office, followed closely by Sasuke. "I'm so sorry..."

Sasuke cut in sharply, "This was all that idiot's fault."

Kakashi's eye narrowed behind his mask, a sign of his growing frustration. "Save it," he said firmly, giving both of them a sharp, angry look. "You two know how reckless you were. Not only that, but the elders have heard about this, and the feudal lord. This is a complete mess."

Naruto and Sasuke exchanged uneasy glances, realizing the gravity of the situation. They had expected consequences, but the disappointment and anger in Kakashi's voice.

Kakashi sighed heavily, leaning back in his chair. "Explain to me exactly what happened," he demanded, his tone stern but tinged with concern. "Start from the beginning."

Naruto began to recount the events, detailing their mission.

As they spoke, Kakashi listened intently, his expression shifting from anger to disappointment and back again. When they finished, he remained silent for a moment, processing their words.

"You both understand the severity of what you've done," Kakashi finally said, his voice calm but firm. "Not only have you endangered lives and property, but you've also damaged the village's reputation. The elders and the feudal lord are rightfully concerned."

He paused, his gaze shifting between Naruto and Sasuke. "There will be consequences for your actions. You'll both be put on probation from active missions until further notice. You will also be tasked with helping to rebuild and repair the damage you've caused, under strict supervision."

Naruto and Sasuke nodded solemnly, accepting the consequences of their recklessness.

"This isn't just about punishment," Kakashi continued, his tone softening slightly. "It's about learning from your mistakes and growing as shinobi. You both have immense potential, but you need to channel it responsibly."

He looked at them with a mix of disappointment and determination. "I expect better from you both.

Kakashi had a perfect punishment in mind. He brought in a young woman, bubbly with red curly hair and green eyes, sporting dark green framed glasses. What caught Naruto's attention first was her shirt with a picture of him in orange with the words "I love Naruto." She wore a green dress adorned with Naruto pins and various poses, proudly displaying a badge that read number 8, likely indicating her rank in the fan club.

"Oh, thank you so much, Lord Hokage!" she exclaimed with excitement. "OMH, it's really you, Naruto! I can't believe it!"

Naruto blinked in surprise, realizing she was one of his fans. "Um, hi there," he greeted awkwardly.

"Well, Naruto, due to your popularity," Kakashi interjected, "we had imposed restrictions to prevent fans from gathering around the Hokage Mansion. However, I've decided to lift those restrictions."

"What? No, sensei, not all that," Naruto protested.

"But this young lady , Eri, I believe her name is, had a great idea to raise money for the village," Kakashi continued, nodding at her.

"Yes, thank you, Lord Hokage!" Eri exclaimed, pulling out a scroll and placing it on the wall. "Scroll, Vision Jutsu!" A live video began playing. "I'm Eri, number 7 fan of the Naruto Fan Club! You asked, and we're finally happy to announce the Naruto Dream Date Contest!"

Naruto's eyes widened in disbelief as Eri continued enthusiastically, "Naruto, the Leaf Village's very own hero, saved the village from Pain's attack at the age of 16 and was a superstar in the Fourth Ninja War alongside his best bud, Sasuke. We'll have a contest where three lucky girls get the chance to win a date with Naruto!"

She showed clips of Naruto in action:sage mode, creating clones, and more. "At Ichiraku Ramen, people can order Naruto's famous dish, and a large percentage of the sales will go to help the village, especially the south side after the recent apartment fire. The contest is on, so may the best woman win! You must be 18 years old to enter."

Naruto was speechless, shocked beyond words. "No, Kakashi-sensei, I can't…"

"Eri, you can leave now. Thank you," Kakashi said firmly, ending the announcement. "This will be broadcast across the nations."

"No, no, Lord Sixth..." Naruto tried to protest.

Sasuke burst into laughter. "Haha, this is hilarious! What a great punishment, Kakashi. He always wanted attention, and now everyone will know who he is! Congratulations, loser. You'll be stuck with your fans."

Naruto glared at Sasuke. "I'm glad you find this funny, Sasuke, because you'll be with Naruto every step of the way as his personal bodyguard."

"My decision is final," Kakashi said firmly. "You will also leave for a month to train in the Land of Lightning with specialists in weapons. Naruto, you and Tenzo will finish repairing the apartments today, and Sasuke, you will assist. I'll see you both in a month. Be thankful , this is your punishment. My hands were tied; you could have been forced into an arranged marriage with the feudal lord's daughter."

Hinata POV week two of break-up

Hinata's nerves jittered as she approached Naruto's apartment, using her spare key. She heard humming, a woman's voice, and her heart sank. What if Naruto had moved on? What if he was with someone else? Why had she even come?
