To the people inside the Wizengamot Hall, it was a surprise to see that, once the session closed, Lord Black activated the Port-Key function of his house ring and disappeared. The news would not wait and the Prophet had Rita to recall the historic Wizengamot session.

The Blunders of Albus Dumbledore and the change of the Wizengamot's Chief Warlock.

Article by Rita Skeeter.

Good Morning, my lovely readers. As you all know, the press has a duty to attend the monthly meetings of the august body of witches and wizards, also known as the Wizengamot.

Now, as a monthly phenomenon, it pretty much feels like a pain to endure. Waiting for the unwanted material to filter out of a system, while we prayed to the heavens to let it all end, so we can safely say that we have done our duty and moved on with the rest of our daily life.

In the last session, a member of a noble house raised attention to an injustice his heir had suffered. This man was Lord Arcturus Black, and the heir that had been the victim of the injustice was no other than Sirius Black. How? I know that was the question on everyone's mind.

Let me tell you, as Lord Black rose to ask about the transcript of the trial of his heir, Albus Dumbledore shined. At first, he did not want to produce the transcript as was asked by Lord Black.

Dumbledore refuted, that the matter was closed, and Sirius Black had escaped his incarceration.

Lord Greengrass and Lady Regent Longbottom said that they too had missed the trial, and they supported the request by Lord Black.

Dumbledore conceded after the building tension and let me tell you my audience, the transcript of the trial was a sheet for the arrest of Sirius Black. Yes, a single sheet, and the information had the seal of the Chief Warlock for the incarceration of Sirius Black. Yes, the one and only, Albus Dumbledore.

The case of the arrest, and delivery, was simple. The heir of the Black was found saying he did it, so Dumbledore felt the trial was unnecessary. Therefore, he was shipped to Azkaban and that was the end of that.

Dumbledore said that Sirius had escaped Azkaban, and he was a fugitive, responsible for the death of several servants of the Ministry and prisoners in the tower, including Bellatrix Black.

Lord Black said to the Chief Warlock Dumbledore that it sounded rich to hear about responsibility, since the chief Warlock had sent Sirius to the Wizarding prison without a trial. He had also sealed the Potter's will and had delivered an orphaned Harry Potter to the doorstep of one Petunia Evans Dursley the muggle sister of Lily Evans Potter, on the 1st of November 1981.

Lord Black said that Dumbledore even wrote the letter for Mrs. Dursley and signed his name on it. On the copy of the Potter's testament, Sirius Black appeared as the godfather of Harry Potter and even made his oath to magic to protect Harry.

The secret keeper for the Potters, you might think, was prisoner Black. Well, let me tell you, it wasn't Black. Instead, it was none other than Peter Oliver Pettigrew, and Dumbledore placed his signature as a witness at the creation of the Potter's will. Then Lord Black said that he wanted to cast a vote of no confidence in Dumbledore's Chief Warlock position.

The Wizengamot hall rose as one voice, immediately demanding that Chief Warlock Dumbledore step down from his post.

Lady Regent Augusta Longbottom took Dumbledore's seat and then the Director of the Magical Law Enforcement, Amelia Bones had set off a couple of cannon blasts to let everyone know in the hall they had to be quiet. The session resumed and Lady Longbottom, now in the post of Chief Warlock, brought justice for Sirius Black. Exonerated him, and made a calculation to pay him for the unjust incarceration. She added that Sirius Black's involvement in the loss of life for the people in Azkaban fell under the clause of Double Jeopardy and since Sirius had already served time, he was not going to be made responsible.

Many of the members were rendered speechless at the enormous and sensible use of power. I for

one would have not imagined that so many wrongs could be corrected in one place.

Fortunately, some members of the current Wizengamot body have a sliver of intelligence, honour, and justice to raise their voices and oppose the Machiavellian plots against the Black and Potter family. Plotters as malicious and backhanded as Albus Dumbledore proved to be on that day.

It does leave you thinking though. What is the world coming to? The people we are supposed to trust to be leaders of justice, actually fell into the same trap of maintaining power, regardless of who was on their way. What else have we missed?

My readers, I leave you with these questions. For now, we received answers as to what happened to Sirius Black. What happened to Harry Potter and who really was the Potter's Secret keeper, and above all, we can apologise to Sirius Black for branding him a traitor to the Potter's when in fact he was a martyr of the last blood war.

Yours Truly,

R. S.

Sirius and Harry were admitted into a clinic on Black Island. They had to get their health back. Walburga got summoned into Black Castle and was given the choice to continue living as a destitute or to die like a Black. She decided to die and was executed by the magic of the family.

The Grimmauld Place house in London was stripped and refurbished. Lord Black decided to purchase the Block around it, which was rebuilt to modern standards. The goblins were hired for the job and the spot in London was auctioned and sold to new bloods and half-bloods. Andromeda and Sirius received a home next to each other.

As Harry spent time on the Island, he was a frequent visitor of the magical hospital on-site, where his malnutrition and vaccinations were monitored. He didn't mind and welcomed the medical attention. As Jamie, his alter ego, said. ' Being healthy and able to take down an enemy makes you a better weapon.'

The Blacks took Harry's acceptance of the healing treatments as a good sign. Andromeda Tonks was reinstated into the Black family and later invited for the retreat to Black Island.

Mrs Tonks visited the medical facility where Sirius and Harry were getting assistance. She recommended the time vaults in Gringotts for extensive treatment.

Both Harry and Sirius hated the idea of being restrained in a cell. However, as soon as both stepped into the healing time vaults inside Gringotts, they realized they were fretting for nothing. The vaults had infinite space expansions. Recuperating health was a very sober decision. Lord Black accompanied Sirius and Harry, and he too, spent some time regaining a bit of his vitality.

By the time all three returned to England, Andromeda, Nymphadora, and Narcissa were blown away by the change. At the welcoming home reunion, all three got summoned. The males of their respective families remained in the guest living room.

Anima acted as a hostess, and Theodore Tonks enjoyed the newly built movie theater. It was a refreshing experience. The Blacks had just installed a Faraday cage/wing in the castle. This one had access to a telephone and a television, a set of computers, including the one in Harry's room, and in the guest room, there was a section for a movie theater. Ted chose James Cameron's The Abyss.

Draco was currently bored, but Anima, the house elf, told him he could join Mr. Tonks while his father read a book. Draco was a bit hesitant. But as he sat and got pulled into the ocean depths in the Science Fiction world. He couldn't understand why he felt so tiny. Mr. Tonks passed on the popcorn and a lemon fizzy drink, and Draco loved every second.

In the study of Lord Black.

"Cissy, it's been some time," said Lord Black.

"Goodness, my Lord, you look fantastic," said Cissy.

Lord Black's smile was small. His eyes shone. He added, "Thank you, Cissy allow me to present you, my heir, Sirius Black, who recently returned from his stay in the Caribbean, and his heir, Harry Potter-Black,"

Sirius looked a bit older than when they last encountered a decade ago. He looked more grounded and mature. His aristocratic features remained, but his grey eyes were not as happy as when he was part of the marauders back in Hogwarts.

Sirius had a tan, and his raven hair was in a lustrous mane. His smile was impeccable. A face devoid of wrinkles. The man had a fine beard. He was aware of his allure. She admired his toned silhouette behind his stylish clothes. Narcissa smiled. The Blacks were never dull, always beautiful, crazy, and heartbreakers, but quite enticing to the world.

Sirius smiled and said, "So, did I pass the test?"

"You still need a little fill-up in your frame, but yes, you look almost as good as before your unjust incarceration," replied Cissy. "Tell me, did Bella suffer much?"

Sirius's face became devoid of an expression, and he replied, "Not enough,"

"There's the Sirius I remember," said Cissy.

Lord Black raised an eyebrow, and then Harry emerged behind Sirius. The magic behind his aura took Cissy by surprise. Andromeda took a step forward. "Hi there, Harry. I'm glad to see that you healed wonderfully," Harry turned to Mrs. Tonks, and his demeanour changed. He smiled, and his magic warmed towards her.

Both Nymphadora and Narcissa did a double take.

Nymphadora said, "Blimey, grandpa, this kid is charged,"

"Thanks to Andromeda's suggestion and the time chamber, the healers found issues with Harry's magical core. The restrictions were removed immediately. That long-bearded bastard bound his core. The child was able to barely heal himself magically. I'm glad the Dursleys are now the guests of the goblins. I want to be face to face with that sanctimonious bastard myself," retorted Lord Black.

Narcissa took notice of Nymphadora's and Andromeda's connection with Harry. The child staring back at her was unique and far more feral and magically fitting than Lucius and Draco. She could tell the young boy was on his way to becoming a more formidable wizard than Dumbledore, Lord Black, or even Voldemort. She was secretly enchanted with the idea that the boy was the Blackheart to renew the house of Black.

Narcissa said to Harry, "Mister Potter, my name is Narcissa. Sirius and I grew up together. At one time, we considered each other as brother and sister. When Bella married, she turned into a monster, and when Andy married barrister Tonks, we lost connection. For a long time, we were broken-hearted. As children, we promised to care for each other, but Bella broke that promise. We made one more oath to kill the members of the family that betrayed the Blacks like Bella did."

"You didn't try to kill Andromeda or her family, did you?" asked Harry.

"No, I was always a rebel. I called Andy on the phone and sent my letters, birthday, and yule gifts via muggle mail," answered Narcissa.

"Did you, Auntie?" asked Nymphadora.

"I did, child, there is not enough bigotry in the world to take me away from my family, not even Voldemort could brand me. The protection of the vestigial Black magic kept him at bay. That's why he went for Reggie. I cried when he showed me his dark mark/poisoned tattoo," said Narcissa in a broken voice.

"Walburga has paid the price for her betrayal of the Black family magic," said Lord Black.

"Good," said Narcissa.

"Harry is my heir, Cissy," said Sirius.

"You haven't considered marriage and siring a little version of yourself?" asked Narcissa.

"Marlene perished, and I don't think the world is ready for a mini-me version," smirked Sirius.

"I wouldn't mind having brothers or sisters. But if the one you wanted to wed is dead? It makes sense your heart is broken. It's hard to mend a mangled heart," said Harry.

The adults raised their respective eyebrows at the wisdom emanating from him.

"Maybe grandpa will marry first, my dad said Lady Bones, and Lady Longbottom reacted to his seductive speech," added Nymphadora.

"Nonsense," retorted Lord Black.

Sirius smiled brightly, and Harry nodded while adding, "Yes, Lord Black is in town,"

The women giggled, and Sirius added, "Now, grandfather, don't pretend to be deaf, spill,"

"Yes, share, because now everyone is going to gossip about the man that had Lady Bones blinking and blushing while Lady Longbottom had a tough time acting professional, if not just a bit dimwitted as a teen with a gavel," said Andromeda.

"Oh, for heaven's sake! I could have fathered Augusta, and Amy is just right for Sirius," said Lord Black.

Sirius opened his eyes comically, "What? Amelia Bones hates me."

"Merlin, yes, I recall, back in Hogwarts, you pranked her, you set her hair on fire," said Narcissa.

Harry turned horrified towards Sirius, "You didn't?"

"Okay, I'm sorry, Harry, I was a stupid kid, but she messed with my potion in Sluggys' class. The thing exploded, and I ended up half naked," replied Sirius.

"Oh Merlin, tell me, you're not that thick?" questioned Andromeda.

"What? No!" said Sirius.

"Oh boy, and you fell for Marlene, huh?" asked Narcissa.

Sirius asked, "Wait, why does that have to do with the price of apples?"

Harry said, "Yeah, she hates you, I don't envy you, not a bit,"

"Wait, what am I missing?" asked Sirius.

Lord Black began laughing and said, "Oh dear, Sirius, let's talk about girls, ah ladies, Harry, it seems this conversation is long overdue,"

Sirius went from red to pale in seconds, he began denying. "No, no, no, Harry needs the talk it's nineteen years too late for me,"

"Come on Harry, let's go watch a movie. The respectable men need to talk," said Andromeda, pulling Harry by the hand and leaving the senior Black and his heir. Sirius looked at Harry with pleading eyes to take him with him.

Harry smiled and said, "Alright, Sirius, Grandpa, by you leave then. I have to attend the ladies," the group shut the door on the way out.
