Season 4- Episode 6- The Beginning Of A New Mess

Karai waited until everyone went to sleep. She was full of motivation. Not only will she take revenge for herself, but she will do it for her brother and her family as well. Karai slowly advanced towards the exit of the lair, looking around her and hiding in the shadows to make sure that she wouldn't get caught. She reached the exit and straightened her shoulders. She knew that right now, she was going to fight her so called 'father' that raised her all of these years. She was going to fight against her own clan for the sake of her new one. With a deep breath, Karai crossed the exit of the lair.
"You shouldn't leave on your own."
Karai stopped in her tracks as Leo suddenly jumped down from a high pipe, obviously observing her and knowing what she was about to do.
"You cannot stop me, Leonardo." Karai declared with a frown.
"I know." Leo gulped, and then claimed something that he never thought he would say in his entire lifetime. "I simply want to help you, Karai. To take down the Shredder."
"...What?" Karai's eyes widened.
"The Shredder is a threat to the both of us. Also, I want to protect Donnie. And deep down, you do, as well. You are siblings, after all." Leo sighed as he stepped closer to Karai. "Let's not get the rest of the guys involved. Let's go by ourselves and create a better future for all of us." Leo grabbed her shoulder as he looked at her with begging eyes.
"Leo…" Karai whispered.
"Yes?" He asked curiously, only to have his hand slapped away.
He was about to question Karai, only to feel powder hit him in the face.
He coughed harshly and fell on his knees, as Karai dashed out of the lair. "I need to do this by myself, Leo. For myself and my brother!" She called as she kept running.
Leo's body swayed until he finally gave in to the substance that clearly had a quick effect. He fell on the floor, his eyes red and unfocused as he finally lost consciousness.

Karai landed in the dark throne room, slowly making her way to the silhouette of her father as she drew out her sword quietly. With a scowl, she finally reached the throne, and aimed her sword. She was about to strike the Shredder, until she forced herself to halt with a gasp.
It wasn't the Shredder on the throne. It was a robot. A Foot bot.
"Karai." She whipped her head around and faced the person who was behind her.
"Shredder." She growled as she held her sword up. However, before she could even think of striking him, the bot suddenly came to life and grabbed her from behind, making her gasp in surprise and start struggling.
"It seems that you are here to get revenge on me." The Shredder lifted an eyebrow as Karai squirmed in the bot's hold. Then, she finally managed to use the sword in her hand to stab the stomach of the bot, making it fall lifelessly on the floor with a thump.
"Revenge for everyone who deserves one from you." Karai said sharply, as she ran at him with an expression that could kill.
Karai tried everything. Her sword, kicking and punching, smoke bombs, but nothing made the Shredder even flinch. Then, she finally used the ninja stars, which did… Nothing.
The Shredder grabbed one of the stars that Karai threw at him, only to become furious as he took notice of the Hamato symbol that was drawn on them. Without even looking, he striked Karai, and made her fall onto the floor.
The room lit up, making Karai look around as she noticed many mutants and soldiers of the Foot that were present as well.
The Shredder grabbed her by the arm and threw her at Tiger Claw.
"Take her. She is coming with us." The Shredder growled as they started walking towards the exit, with a squirming Karai in their custody.

Stockman was fiddling with random substances, trying to create a medicine of some sort behind the Shredder's back.
"Yes! I can soon turn myself into a human again, and stop being such a nasty mutant." He buzzed. Obviously, Stockman wasn't very happy about his current situation when it comes to his humanity. Especially since he had none.
He held up some sort of a glowing blue liquid that was in a jar, as he looked at it in excitement. "With this, I can turn into a human being very soon! I can taste it at this point!" He called out excitedly.
"Stockman!" A voice growled loudly with a banging sound, making Stockman drop the jar that was in his hand and the substance that was inside of it, which made the liquid spill into another jar and mix with whatever was inside of it.
"Oops. That… Is hopefully fine."
He turned around, only to have the Shredder barge into the room with a bunch of foot soldiers and his mutant henchmen, with Tigerclaw holding Karai.
"Stockman, it is time to start the next phase." The Shredder declared, as Stockman perked up. "Yes, master…" He buzzed, as he grabbed the jar with the mixed substances and flew up to a huge mutagen canister that was in the middle of the room, spilling it and mixing it with the mutagen inside of it.
"All of you better prepare for this phase of the plan. This is when the Hamato and the Foot clan war officially starts." The Shredder declared with a smirk, as Karai kept taunting him to try and get his attention, to no success.
