"I think Samus went overboard." Yuri said as he stared at the mess that was the main lobby.
"Well, on the plus side, at least it's just only the main lobby." Balthus said as a few Toads painted a wall that was fried from Samus' Power Bomb, while nearby, part of the ceiling collapsed and nearly fell on a Toad.
"Wah! Phew…"
Yuri looked at the singed carpet and sighed. "Guess it's a trip to the furniture store. Damn bounty hunters and their bombs…"
Balthus picked up some bricks and placed them back into place. "There we go." He then walked over and picked up the destroyed coffee table and tossed it outside along with an extremely singed couch.
"Hey, where are the ladies anyway?" A Toad wondered.
"Myra went to visit JINXY's home and Constance and Hapi wanted to accompany her." Yuri explained.
"Ah, so they left at the worst possible time."
"Exactly. But it was a girl's day out so let's not get too bent out of shape over it." Yuri said.
"Indeed." Toadsworth approached them. "Now, let us hurry along to the furniture store. That new couch isn't going to buy itself."
With a nod, the three of them walked off.
Meanwhile, at Nyx's home…
"Oh, I haven't seen the interior of your home in a while. It's like the whole place changed!" Constance said.
Nyx chuckled. "Yeah, we upgraded, considering it's not just four of us that live here anymore."
"Okay, so who all live here now?" Hapi asked. "From what Shadows told me, Rock Climber has his own room."
"Futaba tends to stay here a lot." Myra added.
"Oh right, Frosty likes to crash here too." Hapi nodded. "Then there's the Guest room where I know you hang out in."
"Right. Though Ruby or that Chiaki girl tend to crash here too if they feel like it." Myra said. "Then there's Rouboo who kinda just… floats around and vibes."
Constance smiled. "A party house and it's haunted. It's the whole package~" She teasingly giggled.
Nyx chuckled. "Well, what can ya do…" She shrugged.
Constance then walked outside, pulling out her umbrella to fend off the sun's rays as she looked out to the patio, looking out toward the backyard and the pool. "Ah, you got a pool. Wonderful~"
Hapi leaned on the railing, an idea popping into her head. "Hey, Shadows… you wouldn't happen to have a swimsuit of your own, would you?"
"I actually did."
Hapi smiled. "Sweet! So let's-"
"Key word "did", because I left it in my closet four centuries ago."
Hapi frowned. "Oh… riiiight…"
"That is a shame… but… we can fix that." Constance smiled. "A brand new bikini just for you! Aaaand, a new one for Nyx too~"
"F-for me? What's wrong with my old one?"
"Nothing… it doesn't hurt to have options~!"
"I… suppose not." Nyx nodded.
"Excellent! Let us be off!" Constance said, taking Myra's hand and dragging her to Coconut Mall.
"Wh-whoa… hey!"
"Don't worry, Trapper. I'm not gonna drag you out."
"I wasn't worried." Nyx snickered as they walked out of the door.

Meanwhile, at the Furniture Store…
BGM: Upgrade Station (Team Fortress 2)
"Let's see… carpet, couches, coffee tables, chairs…" Yuri looked through the list. "Okay, so we need to find replacements for all of this… and then put in a request to make another glass mural and we should be good. Now what chairs would fit in the castle…"
"How about this rocking chair? Looks pretty neat." Balthus said.
"Hmm, yes, but I think it'd fit more if Peach was an old lady. She's basically in her mid twenties, I doubt this will be fitting."
"Good point, so about that recliner over there? It's got cup holders and-"
"Ahem, gentlemen." Toadsworth cleared his throat. "May I point you both to this section of the store?"
He pointed toward a sign.

Back with the ladies…
"You sure you're not getting anything too revealing?" Myra asked.
"Come now, honey… you're four hundred and twenty one. You deserve something a little more… risque~" Constance giggled as she pulled one out. "Hmm…" She examined it. "Though, judging by this bikini top… there is such a thing as too much."
She put it away and kept browsing.
"Too skimpy, too small, too… Mythra-y, too handsy…"
Myra groaned. "Why do I feel scared…"
"Sooooo, Myra… I've been thinking…" Nyx spoke up.
"Hmm?"
"I was wondering… how good are you at swimming?"
"Huh? Where'd that come from?"
"Well… some days I've been thinking about how you were with swimming in those water based painting worlds-"
"Ooooh, you've been thinking about Shadows, eh?" Hapi teased.
"Uh… yeah?" Nyx tilted her head. "I always think about my friends."
"Not that kind of thinking~"
Nyx blinked. "Huh…? What are you talking about?"
Hapi rolled her eyes. "Oh, never mind."
Myra softly blushed at Nyx's denseness. You dork…
"Aaaaanyway, where was I? Oh yeah, I was thinking about your swimming… and you seemed to have tuckered out quicker than normal, especially when we were in Wet Dry World with Futaba."
"Ah… well, if it helps, I do know the basic fundamentals of swimming, but… uh…" She sheepishly tapped her index fingers together. "I'm… not very well coordinated, especially with my legs."
"Hmm… self-taught?"
Myra hung her head in shame. "Got it in one…" She groaned.
Nyx patted her shoulder. "There there, now I know what I'm working with." She giggled.
"Found 'em~!" Constance came back with two bikinis. "One for Myra and one for Nyx!"
"Oh cool! They look pretty cute." Hapi said.
"Don't they~?" Constance giggled. "Now, Myra, let's get you all situated in the changing room~" She said.
"Uh… okay…" Myra nodded as she walked in.
"Soooo, Nyx… what's Myra to you?"
Nyx smiled. "Oh, well, she's a very good friend and heck, she's really great to be around with."
"Oh, is that so~?" Constance smiled. "Would you say you're comfortable around her?"
"Well, yeah, of course. I'm comfortable around all my friends. Why shouldn't I be comfy around her?"
"Wow… dense." Hapi silently deadpanned.
"Hmm, you never did figure out your love life, did you?" Constance asked. "Always thinking about Wario, right?"
"Yeah, and after I had my revenge on him, I… didn't know what to do, so my team has tried to shape up my personal life that I never took time for."
"And how much time have you put into yourself?"
"Well, I've figured out that I'm bi and… well, that's about it. Granted, according to my team and MAJC, they told me I have a great figure… I guess."
"Hmm…" Constance gave her a once over. "Well, it's not voluptuous, but you're definitely well endowed."
"Uh… thank you…? I… never thought of… that. Of course, Mona said something similar…"
"You're still figuring yourself out, right?" Hapi asked.
"Yeah, I'm… slow as hell about it though."
Constance smiled. "Oh, I'm sure you'll come around. There's plenty of people out there who'd want to be with you. We just gotta get you in the dating game!"
"Of all the horror stories I've heard with Jade and her past dates, I doubt I'd want to put myself out there on any dating app…"
"Fair enough! But there's plenty of fish out there. Toads, Faunus, Koopas… Myra…" She mumbled the last part quietly. "Why, if she wasn't dating Ilia, I'm sure maybe Mercedes would be a good pick!"
"Hmm… maybe. But I'm sure I'll find someone later down the line. I've got plenty of time." Nyx said. "...Wait, what was that next part after Koopas?"
Constance looked away. "Oh, don't worry about that."
"Uh… I'd hate to be a jerk about this…" Myra spoke up from the changing room as she walked out, wearing a purple bikini with white trim and decorative bows on the straps, held together by a golden heart charm in the center. The bikini bottom features a matching design and is paired with a flirty white lacy mini skirt.
"I appreciate that you picked this out for me, but don't you think this is a bit…" She blushed. "Revealing?"
"Nonsense~! You look absolutely divine, darling~!" Constance smiled.
"D-Divine?" Myra blinked.
"Yeah, you look good in that!" Nyx complimented.
"Oh, thanks…" Myra blushed.
"Guess it's my turn." Nyx said as she walked off with it, and then a few minutes later, Nyx walked out sporting a dark blue two-piece bikini with periwinkle accents and a crisscross strap design on the top. The swimsuit has matching bottoms with a horizontal periwinkle stripe that complements the top. She was also wearing a two aquamarine beaded bracelets with a single blue marble bangle bracelet in between them on each wrist along with a matching aquamarine beaded anklet on her left ankle.
"Oooh, you were definitely right about her being well endowed." Hapi said.
Constance giggled. "I take pride in my observations~"
"Wow! You look… stunning." Myra said.
"Gonna be honest… I don't think I've worn these colors before." Nyx said, checking herself out in a mirror before chuckling. "I'll go pay. I'll be right back."
"Soooo, Myra, what do you think of Nyx?"
"Well… I will admit she's cute-"
"Mhm~!"
"Buuuuut… I'm not, like, attracted to her or anything. I just see her as a total best friend."
"Aww… best friend zoned…" Constance pouted before perking back up. "Oh well~! Best friends can playfully flirt platonically if they so desire."
That was a one eighty. Hapi thought before shrugging.
"...Wait, were you trying to hook me up with her?"
"Yeah, Coco… were you~?" Hapi playfully smirked.
"Uh…" Constance sweatdropped. "Noooo, I was just totally wondering what you two thought of each other!" She laughed nervously as she walked off, whistling casually while sweating a little.
Magic swirled in Myra's hands as a shadowy hand conjured up near Constance and smacked her upside the head.
"Ack!" Constance yelped.
"Nice one, Shadows." Hapi smiled, fist bumping her.
"Alright, they're all paid for-... whoa, what's with the bad hair day with her all of a sudden?" Nyx asked.
"Oh, her hair just got a little humid." Hapi lied.
"Oh? I guess it happens to the best of us." Nyx shrugged as she walked off while Hapi and Myra giggled.
Back at Nyx's home…
Xena opened her eyes as she was meditating in the living room, seeing everyone walk in. "Whoa, you two look hot."
Myra blushed. "Thanks…"
"Do I? Huh…" Nyx rubbed her head. "Thanks. Now, let's get some swimming done, Myra."
"Right!" Myra nodded as they walked out.
"What's with the bad hair day?" Xena asked.
"She tried to play matchmaker with Shadows and Trapper. Turns out, the former just sees her as a total bestie." Hapi said.
"Oh? Oh… we were kinda on board with those two, but I suppose them being platonic with each other makes a lot more sense." Xena said.
"Did she have to leave a shadowy stain though?" Constance sighed in defeat.
"Oh, it'll wash off… probably."
Constance let out another sad groan.
"Soooo, Chromia, anything interesting with you and Gami? I'm sensing your telekinesis is a little out of whack."
Xena sighed. "Truth be told, we… can't stop worrying about Umber. We know he's fine… we can sense he's okay because he's in the Pokemon World and yet… we're sensing something off about him. No matter how often we try to telepathically communicate with him, he just says about… one word and nothing more. Sometimes nothing at all."
"Hmm… any text messages?"
"Nothing. Something is just… bugging him." Xena said. "What's worse is that he's not telling us what it is. Usually when something bugs him, he confides to us and we comfort him, and yet this one… this one is just…"
She closed her eyes. "I know this is different compared to when Fecto kept tabs on him in the New World but… we just can't help but wonder."
Hapi folded her arms. "You feel the same way, Gami?"
"Well, duh."
"Hmm…" Hapi closed her eyes. "You're that worried about him."
"Yes. And we want to help him but at the same time, just… give him space, ya know? That's what couples do…"
"Yes, but if he's avoiding you that much, I'd say… it's time that you oughta go see what's been bugging him."
"Oh, but we don't want to be helicopter girlfriends and be all… clingy."
"I get that, but, perhaps he can't do it alone. He probably needs you but is pushing you away without realizing it. I'd say… teleport to him."
"You sure about that?"
"Yes. You might be the key to whatever it is that's bothering him."
"I dunno…"
"I'd say think about it. Also… tell you what, when you're ready to teleport to him, come find me and I'll be right with you two."
"You sure…?"
"Positive!" Hapi smiled. "And hey, maybe just teleport a few feet away from him so you don't announce your presence or whatever."
"If… you say so… we're gonna need air." Xena walked out.
"You sure that's a good idea to go with them?" Constance asked.
"They'd probably make things worse unwittingly if they went alone." Hapi pointed out.
"Hmm… good point."
Meanwhile, outside…
Myra slipped into the pool. "Hoo, feels nice."
Nyx giggled. "Yup! Now, first thing's first… close your eyes for me."
"Okay." Myra closed her eyes.
"Now, I'm gonna pick you up and slowly turn you until you float on your back. This is meant to get you relaxed."
BGM: Cosmic Cove Galaxy (Super Mario Galaxy 2)
With a nod, Myra took a deep breath as Nyx gently put her hands on her abdomen and lower back as she gently pushed her down, making sure to move her legs accordingly as Myra felt herself float, as if she was in midair.
Oh, this feels nice… Myra thought with a soft smile as Nyx went to her feet, grabbed her ankles and gently moved them in a nice rhythm, softly kicking them.
I couldn't help but notice she was kicking them really fast compared to me and Futaba. Definitely self taught. Nyx thought. "Alright, I'm gonna put you under water now. Just follow my lead, okay?"
"Okay."
Nyx dunked her into the water and then followed suit, where she started swimming around and kicked her legs into a rhythm as Myra watched her and due to Nyx exercising her legs, she naturally swam with her legs in a slow and steady rhythm.
Oh wow! I don't feel as fatigued like I used to!
Outside of the pool, Xena watched on from the patio alongside Constance and Hapi.
"So, where are the others?" Constance asked.
"Well, Jade is out having coffee with Futaba and Iris is out at the Shy Guy Buffet with Rantaro."
"Ah, sounds about right." Constance nodded.
Hapi chuckled, looking down at the two in the pool. "Look at them, they're already doing synchronized swimming." She said as Xena summoned a few smoothies for them. "Ooooh, thank you."
"Passionfruit with mango? Oh, how simply divine~!" Constance giggled as she took a sip as they watched the two swim as Myra did some clumsy breast strokes, but with the help of Nyx, she was able to do it more gracefully… as graceful as breast strokes can be.
They soon climbed out of the pool and sat together.
"Way to go. You were a natural in there!"
"Well, I had a good teacher." Myra giggled, both of them high fiving and hugging.
"If you want, I can help you practice all the time if you're not too busy with your magical abilities at the castle. And, well, when I'm available…" She chuckled.
"Yeah, that'd be great!" Myra smiled.
Nyx glanced up at the trio. "How'd she do?"
"You two are a pair of synchronized swimmers!" Hapi said.
"Yeah!" Constance nodded with Xena smiling with a nod as well.
"Hehe~ Glad we could entertain our audience."

Xena then frowned, deep in thought over what Hapi had offered to her.
"You want to do it?"
You're just as worried as I am with him. I say we go when we're ready.
"Right."
*staring at the new Minecraft movie trailer* Uuuuh...
