The Kung Fu Kid
Leo was sitting down underneath the Peach Tree after Master Ben disappeared. He looks at his hands covered in bandages and bloodstains. Leo was calm now after Ben said that Junjie was also trying to destroy his relationship with Shifu, Po, Tigress and the rest of the Five and he made the right decision to not listen. Leo knows he trust them and they trust him too. But after what Leo said to Po in front of him and The Furious Five, it was shocking.
Harsh words never solve problems. Leo was mad at Po and after defeating Junjie again, Po and Shifu's relationship is restored. He's just glad that things are almost back to normal. Leo closed his eyes to think about what he said to the Dragon Warrior. He thought it would be best to go and apologize to Po.
Leo opens his eyes and looks up at the starry night sky. It was peaceful. This peaceful night was nice, he'll admit. Leo sighed. As he was distracted, Leo felt a fork tongue flickering against his back and a pair of arms wrapping around his waist, making his body tense.
Leo looks over his shoulder to see Tigress sitting behind him and Viper slithering out of his shirt. "Tigress, Viper, I thought you two were sleeping." Leo said.
"No." Tigress said as Viper slithers on to his lap. "Viper and I stayed behind to see how are you doing."
"You've been up here for half an hour." Viper said.
"I'm fine." Leo replied. "I just needed to clear my head."
"It's getting late." Tigress said. "We need to get some sleep."
Viper slithers off Leo's lap, allowing him to sit up. The three warriors heads to the barracks. After Viper went to her room, Tigress was about to enter her room when she sees Leo walking up to the Dragon Warrior's door. He knocks on the the door. "Po?" Leo called softly to Po.
The door opens and Po looks at him.
"Leo." Po said surprised.
"Can we talk?" Leo asks him.
"Sure." Po said.
Leo walks inside the room and closes the door as Tigress watches him go inside. The Dragon Warrior sits down on his bed as Leo stood in front of him with his arms crossed over his chest.
"So what is it that you want to talk about?" Po wondered.
"I came to apologize about what I said earlier to you today." Leo said. "I'm sorry, Po."
"It's okay Leo." Po said. "I should've listen to Shifu instead."
"Thank you, Po." Leo replied.
"I have to say, it was so awesome meeting your other master." Po smiled.
Leo nodded his head. "Goodnight, Po." Leo said.
"Goodnight, Leo." Po said.
Leo exits the room and closes the doors behind him. He notices Tigress's door was open a bit before taking a bath. After he was done with his bath, Leo was walking by his girlfriend's room and stops, looking at the room. It has been two months since he arrived here. He opens the door slowly and steps inside.
Leo remembered that he woke up here. After the fight, Leo ended up here. He wanted to ask Shifu about it, but a lot has happened in the past two months. Maybe tomorrow Leo can ask Shifu about it. Leo leaves the room and heads back to his room, with questions on how the bloody hell on earth did he end up here.
The next morning, everyone was having breakfast. Leo glances at his friends while he was eating. He wondered if they know how did he end up here. Viper and Tigress noticed he was glancing at them. They all watched him leave the room.
"Is it just me or is Leo bothered about something?" Monkey wondered.
"Maybe." Crane suggested.
"Crane, he was glancing at everyone around the table." Viper said to him.
"What do you all think Leo is bothered about?" Mantis wondered.
"It's been two months since Leo showed up here." Tigress said. But then she realized something and thought about it before she spoke. "I think I know what Leo is thinking."
Leo walks to the stone courtyard and notices Master Shifu sitting down with a flute. "Master Shifu." Leo said, walking up to him.
"Yes Leo?" Shifu asks him. "What is it?"
"There's been something I wanted to ask you about." Leo said.
Shifu perks his ears up.
"Shifu, when I ended up here, the first thing I knew I woke up in Tigress's room." Leo said. "How did I get here?"
Shifu sighed and said, "Follow me." He knew it was time to tell him.
Leo followed the red panda master to the Palace Arena. He stood behind Shifu.
"Leo, you ended up here in the Palace Arena." Shifu said, turning around to look at him. "I remember that day was the worst and shocking day of my life. By far. Nothing came close when Po was picked to be the Dragon Warrior. It was the worst, most painful mind-destroying, horrible moment I have ever experience." He shudders. "Before the tournament began, Oogway had another vision after he had a vision Tai Lung will return."
"Another vision of someone else teaming up with Tai Lung as well." Shifu continued explaining. "Someone who is not from this world will help defeat Tai Lung's new ally but will need guidance is what he said before the tournament began. I was very curious of what Master Oogway said. Then tournament began. The rest of the Five demonstrated their skills. Before Tigress began, Oogway sensed the Dragon Warrior among us. I watched him walk down to the arena. When the panda landed in front of them and Oogway announced Po is the Dragon Warrior, I became outraged. I believed he was about to choose Tigress."
Leo nodded his head as he continued to listen.
"Then Oogway sensed something else and looked up at the sky." Shifu said.
Flashback
Oogway smiled as he took a couple steps forward and stops. He closes his eyes as he felt another presence. The Grand Master raised a claw. The crowd became silent. "I sense another presence among us." Oogway said.
Everyone, even the Furious Five and the newly picked Dragon Warrior, looks at Oogway with confusion and concerned. Shifu did not tell his students about what he and Oogway spoke about.
"What's happening in the sky?" Crane asked, looking up at the sky.
High above them in the sky, a pink portal appeared and a person shot out of the portal. The portal disappeared as the person fell. Po couldn't dodge in time as he was knocked out of his seat by the person. The person rolled down to the bottom of the steps and came to a stop on his side. People gasps at the sight of the person. Oogway approaches the person.
He notices the person was trying to get up, so Oogway gently presses his staff on the person's chest to prevent getting up. The person laid back down unconscious.
"How interesting." Oogway smiled.
Shifu walks besides him and looks down at the unconscious person. "What is this thing, Master Oogway?" Shifu asks him.
The Furious Five walks up behind them and looks at the unconscious person.
"It doesn't have any fur." Mantis said.
"What do we do with it, Master?" Shifu asks his master.
Oogway turns around and walks by his student. "The universe has brought us another warrior!" Oogway announced.
"What?!" Shifu shouted.
"What?!" The Furious Five shouted except for Tigress as her eyes grew wide.
"What?!" Po also shouted.
The crowd cheered as confetti was falling all around them.
Oogway turns around once again to look at Shifu and his students. "Shifu, please have Tigress carry our new visitor to her room." Oogway said to him.
Tigress looks at him with a surprised and shocked look on her face.
They all watch Oogway to walk by and climb the stairs to the Jade Palace. As for Tigress, she kneels down next to him. She could see that the person was beginning to stir, but was shaking and breathing rapidly. When Tigress places her paws on the person, the breathing and the shaking stop, making the person to be relaxed. Then she picks the unconscious person in her arms and began to climb the stairs.
Oogway and Shifu were talking at the Peach Tree.
"Master, what is that person?" Shifu asks him. "I've never seen a person like this in China."
"I don't know." Oogway answered.
"Then what are we to do with that, that thing?"
"We are going to let him stay here." Oogway smiled.
"What?!" Shifu gasps. "We hardly know this person and the panda!"
"But we will learn more about them as those two live here." Oogway said. "Our new visitor has nowhere to go here in China and it is for the best that he lives here at Jade Palace."
"Yes Oogway." Shifu said. "And where will he be sleeping?"
"He will be sleeping with Tigress in her room." Oogway said.
"Wh-wha-wha..." Shifu stuttered in shocked, "what?! But why?! Surely he can sleep in a spare room!"
"It will not help with his current problem." Oogway said.
"What current problem would he have?!"
"Fear." Oogway said. "When I watched him laying in Tigress's room, I sensed fear in his heart that was inside of him for a long time."
"Fear?" Shifu repeated. "You mean he's afraid of something?"
"Yes." Oogway answered. "He must overcome his fear so he can help with our problem."
"I see." Shifu said. "So what is he afraid of?"
"I don't know, but I believe Tigress can help overcome his fear." Oogway said. "I saw him relaxed after she touched him."
"How?"
"We will have to wait and see." Oogway said. "But know this, my friend, you will not be the only one who will be at peace, but he will be at peace as well." Oogway walks by Shifu.
Shifu looks at him and ponders what that means. He will not be the only one at peace, but he will be at peace too? He sighs and followed his master
Flashback End
"That is how you ended up here." Shifu said to Leo.
"I see." Leo said. "So that's how I ended up here. I can imagine that Tigress wasn't too thrilled or happy to hear that she was going to have someone sleeping in her room."
"No she wasn't." Shifu said. "After you defeated Zhao, you and Tigress have become close to each other in these past two months."
"I know." Leo nodded. "Thank you for telling me about how I ended up here, Master Shifu." Leo bowed to him and left the arena. He made his way up the mountain and sits down with his legs crossed. From here, he can see the Jade Palace, the Peach Tree and the Valley Of Peace. This is the same mountain that he fought Zhao.
The fight continued down into the valley below. After having a short conversation, Leo strapped himself to three fireworks and lit the fuse as the fireworks lift both warriors into the sky. He remembered what he said to Zhao, stabbing him through the heart.
"That's for Zen! I expected more!" Leo thought. He did what had to be done. Leo didn't want the citizens, Shifu, Po and The Furious Five be killed by Zhao. It was a reckless move. And besides, it wasn't the first time Leo got reckless.
Leo sat there for half an hour meditating before standing up and stretching his legs. He looks down at the valley and notices the kid's kung fu matches were over. But there was someone else standing on stage with Po, Shifu and Temutai. Po and the new person was leaving the stage and heading to the Jade Palace. Leo heads back and decided to meet this new person.
Landing in front of the Furious Five was a snow leopard boy. He has spotted grey fur, gold eyes and was wearing a tan vest with orange belt and purple sweatpants. The Furious Five was impressed of his skills.
"That was amazing!" Monkey exclaims.
"Oh, I'll say." Mantis agreed. "I mean, you got the hang of that a lot faster than..." He glances at Po before looking back the new guy. "Um, some guys, I've heard of in... Song."
"Excellent work." Tigress said.
"Kid, you've got a future." Monkey said.
"Seriously, listen to the monkey." Mantis said.
Po punches the Adversary in anger. It bounces back and hits him. He walks away, but quickly comes back and stares down at the dummy before walking away from it.
The new kid turns to the right and notices Leo's weapon. "That's a impressive sword." he said as he walks up to it with the Furious Five.
"Oh, that's Leo's diamond sword, Peng." Po said.
"I never thought I would see it." Peng said. "I did hear rumors that a human was living here with you."
"And that is true." Leo said, entering Training Hall, causing them to turn around.
"Hey, Leo." Monkey greeted him.
"Hey." Leo said to his friends as he walks up to them. He notices Peng. "I don't believe we've been introduced. What is your name?"
"Peng." Peng introduced himself. "The name is Peng and I know who you are. You're Leo. It is an honor to meet you."
"Thank you." Leo said.
"You should've seen Peng showing his skills in the Training Hall, Leo." Mantis said to him. "He's really good."
"Then let's have a sparring match, Peng." Leo suggested. "A sparring match is the best way to know someone and plus you don't see a human around these parts."
"Ok then." Peng agreed.
"We'll have our sparring match outside." Leo said.
Everyone went outside and Leo and Peng stood across from each other as the others watches from the stairs. Leo came at Peng with a lunge attack, but Peng quickly blocks the attack and pushes it away. Peng delivered a kick to the back with a punch.
Leo uses both of his hands to stop his fall and pushes backwards into a double kick. Peng was caught off guard as he got kicked in the chest. Leo jumps and did a spinning front axe kick but Peng caught the axe kick with one paw did a jump spin kick.
"Hrgh!" Leo grunted as he took the kick to the side of his face. He hit the ground hard. "Damn." Leo cursed as he picks himself up. "Not a bad move."
"Thanks." Peng smiled.
"But..." Leo said. He quickly charges at Peng. Peng was going to block his punch as he saw the fist coming. But Leo pulled his fist back and headbutted Peng.
"Oof!" Peng shouted.
"Gr!" Leo growled as he felt the pain in his head too. He quickly shook it off and sweeps Peng off his feet and slams his foot down on the leopard's chest.
Peng thought Leo was about to deliver his last attack.
"You have good skills." Leo said. He removed his foot to allow Peng sit up.
"And so do you, Leo." Peng said.
Leo offered his hand and pulls Peng back onto his feet.
"Since you two are done sparring, we should head down to the village." Mantis said as they all walked up to them.
"He's right." Monkey said.
"I'll meet you all down there later." Leo said. "There are some scrolls I have to return to the library." He left the courtyard and heads to the barracks to pick up some scrolls to return.
Leo places the last scroll on the shelf and exits the library. He walks by the moon pool that was filled with blood and saw a reflection. Leo stops and thought, "Blood in the moon pool? And who's reflection is that?" Leo slowly turns around and slowly walks to the pool of blood. He kneels down in front of it and stares at the pool.
The reflection that was staring back was... a shadow. Leo begins to breathe slowly. He recognize the shadow. And a shadow that he knows too well. There was only silence.
"So, how long was it that you tasted flesh and blood before you killed him?" The Shadow asks him, breaking the silence. "A few years, maybe? Or several years when they saw what you did on that night?"
Leo can hear the yells and screaming of the dying soldiers.
"You couldn't control yourself as you were blinded by rage." The Shadow snickered. "Those people have died by your hand."
Leo watches the Shadow rising slowly from the pool.
"You have tasted the flesh and blood before when you killed him." The Shadow said as it stood in pool of blood. "You cannot stop yourself. The smell and scent pushes you to your limit. But you tried to suppressed yourself ever since." The Shadow began to transform and growing bigger. "When you discovered what happened back then, you became... a new monster."
When the Shadow stopped, Leo was looking at a big dark shadow version of himself.
"A monster created in the depths of hell itself." Shadow Leo smiling evilly. "But now that you tasted the flesh and blood of the black wolf thief, why stop there?"
Leo took a step back and his heart was beating fast in his chest.
"Look at me." Shadow Leo growled. He bared his fangs. "You can't run away!"
His voice was so loud that Leo tripped backwards. He closed his eyes, ready for the kill. But nothing happened when he opened his eyes. Leo took a couple steps forward and sees there's no blood in the pool. In the pool was just his reflection. Leo sighs and left the Hall Of Heroes.
Leo helped out by setting the chairs at the tables as everyone was setting some bowls of food on the table in the late afternoon. Everyone took their seats. As everyone was eating at the feast, Peng was telling everyone a joke. Leo continued eating slowly as he listen to the joke.
"And finally he said, "I never even wanted the lids"!" Peng told the joke.
Everyone begins laughing at the joke. Except for Leo. He didn't even say anything as Temutai was still laughing and pounding the table. Some of the soup landed on Leo's cheek and he didn't yelled but sighed in a low voice.
"Tell me!" Po shouted.
Everyone looks at Po.
"Uh, tell me how your all enjoying the feast." Po said.
"It's great." Monkey smiled. "Grab a seat."
Po walks up to the end of the table where Peng was sitting.
"Sorry, Dragon Warrior." Peng apologizes to him. "I'm in your chair."
"Nonsense." Shifu said. "Po doesn't mind finding another seat, do you Po?"
"Uh... well, I guess not." Po said.
"Peng, Peng!" Mantis exclaims. "Do your Po impression again!"
"Oh I don't know." Peng smiled.
"No really, I'd love to see it." Po said, trying to sound interested and sarcasm.
"It's more of a tribute." Peng said to him over his shoulder before looking back at everyone and standing up on the table to perform his impression. "Behold, the awesome power of the Dragon... are those dumplings?!" He grabs a plate of dumplings near Tigress and eats them as he chews loudly.
Everyone laughs again, except for Leo and Po. Leo looks around the table while everyone was laughing. The laughter reminded about the others back home. Having a good time and hanging out. Leo smiled for bit until he heard the screams of terror again.
"Leo, are you okay?" Viper asks him.
"Hm?" Leo looks at her. Then he turned his attention to everyone who was staring at him. He looks back at the snake. "Yeah. Why?"
"I heard you're chopsticks were snapped in half." Viper said.
Leo looks down at the chopsticks in his hand and notice it was snapped in half before looking back at Viper. "I didn't notice." he replied.
"Are you sure you're okay?" Shifu asks him, walking up behind Leo. "You eaten half of your food."
"I'm just a little tired, Master." Leo answered. "I think I'll leave and get some rest. Goodnight." He got up and left.
Leo entered his room after he had his bath. He laid down in bed with his hands behind his head. Leo bows out his candle before closing his eyes. He just hope no one finds out except Nala, Zhi, Qiao and Dr. Fai Bo. Leo closes his eyes and went to sleep.
Leo slowly open his eyes. He find himself standing in a ring of fire while the rest of his surroundings was dark and nothing can be seen but the ring of fire. Voices can be heard from the other side of the fire. Leo closes his eyes.
"Don't do it, Leo!"
"Oh my god!"
"What the fucking hell?!"
"Stop, Leo, please!"
The voices were overlapping.
Leo couldn't tell who's voices are those. There were some voices he recognizes. But then he can hear an explosion behind him. He quickly turn around to a thick fog of smoke. Then a dark shadow leapt from the fog, roaring before lunging at Leo.
Leo quickly dodge the shadow and ran. Up ahead in the distance, he sees two figures and stops several feet away. The first person was standing over a dead body. The first person looks over the shoulder with blood dripping.
Leo can hear the dark shadow behind him as he was trapped. Then a powerful roar echoed in the void.
"I will kill you!"
Leo slowly opens his eyes. He let out a small sigh. Leo sits up and stretches his arms and legs. He changed into his regular clothes. Then Leo heads over to the kitchen to have some breakfast. He saw Monkey eating an apple for breakfast.
"Morning, Monkey." Leo said as he entered the kitchen.
"Morning, Leo." Monkey said.
Leo grabs an apple and sits down at the table with him. The two eat in silence. Then Monkey broke the silence.
"How do you like living here at the Jade Palace, Leo?" Monkey asks him.
"It's good." Leo said. "Reminds me of home."
"That's nice." Monkey said. "I just can't wait see Peng do the closing ceremony tonight."
"This should be interesting." Leo said, finishing his apple.
"So what are you doing today until tonight?" Monkey asked.
"I'll be training in the courtyard and meditating at the Peach Tree." Leo said. "What about you?"
"Going to hang out with Mantis and Crane today." Monkey said. "You know, I still can't believe that you showed up here on the day that Po became Dragon Warrior. That's what you were thinking about yesterday, right?"
Leo stared at him. "Yeah." he answered. "After what happened in the past two months, I never thought I ended up here."
"Well, you did get over your fear of tigers." Monkey said. "Shifu, Po, me and the rest of the Furious Five are forever grateful that you saved us and the valley. Hell, even the villagers are grateful too."
"But not all of them." Leo said. "Some are still afraid of me."
"Don't worry." Monkey said. "They will begin to trust you in time. "
After having breakfast with Monkey, Leo went to the Training Hall for the entire day without any disturbance. Zeng arrived and tells him it's almost time for the closing ceremony. Leo heads down the village and stands on the stage with Shifu and the Furious Five.
"Welcome to the closing ceremony of this jubilee, in celebration of peace." Shifu said to the crowd.
But all of a sudden, Po, Peng and Temutai brought their fight to the area, disrupting the peace. Temutati throws an apple cart at Po, but the Dragon Warrior did a kick to destroy it and hitting Temutai with an apple. Peng attacks Po with a kick that sent him flying into the cart and the cart hits a couple villagers that bumps into another villager. Everyone in the crowd began to fight, much to Shifu's dismay.
Peng kicks Po to the ground as Temutai charges at both of them.
"Quickly help, Po!" Shifu ordered.
Leo and the Five got of the stage and got into their stances, but they were stopped by two Quidan Warriors.
"None shall disturb King Temutai-" the first warrior was saying, but Leo interrupted him as Leo drew his sword and slams the warrior's throat two times with the hilt of the sword and did a powerful punch to the stomach.
Leo quickly blocks a spear attack from the second warrior and pushes it away. He wasted no time by grabbing the warrior's shoulders and did a high jump knee strike forward to the stomach before slamming the hilt of the sword to the head. "While they will learn the true meaning of "peace"." Leo growls softly, looking at Po, Peng and Temutai fighting.
He lunges at three more warriors that attacked him with spears. Leo wasted no time by slicing the spears in half. Withdrawing his sword, Leo caught a fist that was aiming for his face. He twits the wrist violently that made the first warrior screams in pain. Leo did high a jump kick to the jaw and slashes him across the chest.
He picks up the warrior by the tail and slams the buffalo into his two soldiers. Leo could see Temutai holding Po as Peng was punching him in the stomach. But between them and him was the villagers fighting. Leo ran towards the fight and jump onto several heads of Quidan Warriors and villagers alike.
He landed on the other side as Temutai landed on his back after Po grabs Peng and threw him into Temutai. Temutai shook his head and gets up after Leo kicks him hard in the back. Turning around, the Warrior King threw in several punches. Leo was quick to block the attacks with his sword cuts Temutai's arms several times. He ducks a kick and try to do a spinning uppercut.
"Ha!" Temtuai yelled, grabbing Leo's uppercut. He punches Leo in the chest and twice to the stomach before throwing him to the side.
Leo picks himself up from the dirt and looks that the village continue to fight. He felt something running running from his nose. Wiping his nose, there was blood.
"So, how long was it that you tasted flesh and blood? You couldn't control yourself. Your feast is right there in front of you."
"Enough." Leo growled in a low voice as he could feel the rage. He quickly jumps up high and landed besides Po.
"Stop it!" Po yelled.
"Enough!" Leo bellowed. His voice echoed throughout the entire village, making everyone, including Po, to look at him.
"Peng, you don't understand!" Po exclaims to Peng.
"Understand what?!" Peng snapped.
"I lied, Peng." Po confessed. "Shifu didn't want you gone." The Dragon Warrior sighed. "I did."
"What?!" Peng asked shocked. "What are you saying?!"
"It's just that, all of a sudden, everyone was like, "dig Peng"." Po said. "And then you got all liking it and I was jealous and mad and I..." He takes off the crown. "I wanted to wear this stupid crown." Po throws the crown to the ground.
Peng began to calm down with the ret of the villagers.
"Listen, the thing of it is..." Po was saying, looking at the villagers. "Everybody having a good time?"
"Really?" Leo thought.
"Look." Po said to Peng. "This isn't the Po's a Whiney Baby Underpants and Somebody's Cooler than him Jubilee. It's the Peace Jubilee." He sighs. "I'm sorry, Peng."
Peng looks down at the Olive Branch Crown and picks it up. "And so am I." Peng said. "I apologize for my anger, Dragon Warrior." He offers the crown to Po.
The Dragon Warrior smiles and puts the crown on his head. Temutai moves the crown to Po's left ear.
"I like the Jaunty Angle!" Temutai exclaims happily.
Po and Temutai began laughing. But their laughing was cut short by a angry growl. The three of them saw Leo growling at them.
"Are you fucking kidding me?" Leo growls at them. "You were jealous because of Peng?!" He raises his voice at the three of them.
Po nodded his head.
"Po, Peng is just a new visitor here in the Valley Of Peace!" Leo yells at Po angrily. "His skills are impressive, but he can never replace you! You should never let your jealousy get in the Peace Jubilee and it almost got ruined!" He pointed his sword at all three of them. "Po, I don't know what lie you told Peng, but I hope you learned your lesson!"
"Uh, Leo." Peng said.
"What?" Leo snapped at him.
"Your sword is on fire." Temutai pointed out.
Leo looks down at his sword and notices the blade on fire. He can hear some scared voices behind him and he looks over his shoulder. Several villagers became afraid of Leo again while some of the Qidan Warriors were standing up, bleeding and with a broken arm. Leo turns around and walks away from everyone. He looks at Monkey and stops.
"The villagers will trust me in time." Leo repeated those words to Monkey. "Right." Then Leo left the village.
Shifu walks up to them. "Well, this is certainly one Peace Jubilee we won't soon forget." Shifu said.
"You mean because I almost ruined everything?" Po asked.
"Yes." Shifu answered.
"Right." Po said. "Let's get this Jubilee on the road!"
Everyone cheered.
"Now, Po, it's time to do the Ceremonial Tai Chi." Shifu said.
"Oh yea, right." Po smiled. "We can do it together."
A pig hits the gong and everyone watched Po, Temutai and Peng got up on stage and performs the Ceremonial Tai Chi.
After the Peace Jubilee was over, Po and Peng was walking in the forest
"So you wanna come and train with us?" Po asks him.
"Perhaps when I finished my travels." Peng said as they stop walking. "I'm searching for my uncle."
"Really?" Po asked. "Who's your uncle?"
"His name is Tai Lung." Peng answered.
Po raised his eyebrows in shocked.
But they didn't know Leo listened to their conversation.
Leo was standing near the edge of the lake with his arms crossed. His sword was in the ground next to him. Leo takes his shirt and picks up the sword. He walks into the water and lays the diamond sword in the water. The water sizzled as steam erupted from the water.
"Leo." Shifu's voice spoke behind him.
Leo looks over his shoulder to see Shifu standing behind him. "Shifu, what are you doing out here?" Leo asks him.
"I came to check on you." Shiu answered. "You were out here for half an hour."
"I see." Leo replied. "Is the Peace Jubilee over?"
"Yes." his master answer with a supply. "The Furious Five have returned to the Jade Palace and the Qidan Clan has left the Valley Of Peace."
"Good." Leo said, turning his attention back to the water. His nose was met with the steam rising from the water. He stood in the water for half an hour and takes the sword out. Leo and Shifu returns to the Jade Palace and stood outside of the Hall Of Heroes.
"Since the Peace Jubilee is finished, I'm going to visit Master Chao and I will not be back for a week." Shifu said to Leo.
"I see." Leo said. "Master, may I leave for a week?"
"What for, Leo?" Shifu asks him.
"I need to reflect on what I have learned and need to improve on." Leo answered. "And after what I done to a few warriors."
"Very well." Shifu answered.
Leo watches him enter the Hall Of Heroes. Leo heads to the barracks. He couldn't tell them about Kaira or his past. Not after what happened. But one thing for sure, Leo must deal with it alone without them knowing or try to help him.
