Izuku Midoriya had just finish the written exam for U.A. ready for the test against the robots. He's keeping busy with a strange cube toy that is an oversized Rubik's cube, which he found at the beach where he's been training himself for the hero test. He would show Japan that a quirkless kid like him can be a her, he would show All Might that he can be a hero.
Suddenly he solved the cube puzzle and the blocks all merged together and the cube started to glow. This caught everyone's attention, especially Hizashi Yamada, Present Mic who came to start the exam causing him to walk over to see what's happening. Izuku just stared into the glowing cube feeling something like someone is calling out to him if he's there.
"I'm here," Izuku said in a trance.
"Hey kid!" Present Mic shouted snapping Izuku out of the trance.
"What?" Izuku asked seeing that he's the center of attention.
"You just been staring at that cube," Present Mic said and saw that many of the other kids are also staring as well.
"It just started to glow after I solved it," Izuku said.
"Where did you get that?" Present Mic asked.
"I found it wash up on the beach," Izuku said.
"Looks like it puts people in a trance," Present Mic said.
"It's like a lava lamp," Rikido Sato said. (1)
"Here," Present Mic said wrapping the cube with his jacket covering it up. "You can pick it up after the test."
Present Mic walk back to the stage and the hopeful student, and place the cube that his jacket is covering next to him. He explained the rules to the kids and what they would be scored on. The gate to the training city open and the robots are all set to test the kids. He gave the signal and the kids all ran into the city, than he spotted something wrong.
"STOP!" Present Mic shouted causing all the kids to stop and yelled into his radio. "Stop the test, stop the test! Unauthorized kids on the campus!"
The kids looked around and saw what caused Present Mic to stop the test. Right behind Izuku are 4 very young girls, who are all shorter than the other kids, with the exception of the kid with purple balls on his head. All of them wearing something black with a bit of red and wearing that some recognized as iron crosses. One of the girls is wearing giant metal clawed gloves on her hands and has a long metal tail coming out from underneath her dress.
"How did you girls get in here?" Present Mic asked rushing over to the young girls who couldn't be older than 7.
"We were summon by the wisdom cube," the girl with long black hair and has two red horns on her head said pointing to the cube that was left on the stage.
"Alright who's little sisters are these," Present Mic asked looking over the kids who all look confused as he is.
"I'm sending Eraser Head to pick up the girls," Nezu said over the radio.
"And you girls came here for what?" Present Mic asked.
"To be with our commander," the girls said.
"Who's the commander?" Present Mic asked.
"Him!" the girls said pointing to Izuku.
"What?" Izuku asked.
"I'm Little Friedrich, mysterious melody of the Iron Blood fleet, happy to meet you. What music shall we play together, my commander." the black haired girl asked.
"I'm Little Prinz Eugen, third ship of the Admiral Hipper class. I like to read books all day since I'm still too young to go outdoors much. Uhh, I don't like beer... Is there anything else you wanna know?" the girl with short white hair with a red strip asked.
"I'm Little Spee, Deutschland-class armored cruiser of the Iron Blood. I'm stronger than regular heavy cruisers because I've got a bigger bore than them!" the girl wearing the giant metal gloves and has a metal tail said.
"I am none other than Zeppy, the first carrier of the Iron Blood! Heh. Don't be so surprised. The next era of naval warfare will definitely be decided by aircraft, and I will stand as its most brightly shining star!" the girl with the long white hair and wearing a more military uniform said.
"Commander?" Present Mic asked looking at Izuku.
"I never seen them before?" Izuku said.
"You solved the Wisdom cube and now you're our commander," Zeppy said.
"The cube is yours?" Izuku asked.
"You found it and now you're our commander. We are the warship of Germany from World War 2, here to serve you a member of the imperial family," the 4 girls said. (2)
"Right…," Present Mic said wondering what kind of game the girls are playing.
Tsuyu Asui walked up to the girls being use to dealing with small children thanks to her little brother and sister.
"So you're all shipgirls?" Tsuyu asked.
"Yes, we're warships ready for battle, we follow our commander anywhere," Little Prinz Eugen said.
"So where are your guns then?" Tsuyu asked.
"We can summon our rigs," Little Spee said.
To the amazement of the kids all 4 girls summoned mechanical beasts, that are black and red with gun turrets and other weapons attached to them.
"We will make sort work of those robots," Little Friedrich said standing on what some recognized as a record player with two shark like beasts swimming in the air around her.
"Why are you side characters following Deku? He's a loser," Bakugou said causing the girls to glare at him.
"You're mean," Zeppy said riding on top of her 3 headed mechanical beast.
"And what are you going to do about it brat?" Bakugou mocked to her face.
Zeppy responded with a slap to his face hitting his low jaw, which was ripped off from the blow. The kids all stared horrified at the sight of Bakugou's jaw being slap right off of his face. Present Mic rush to Bakugou who's on the ground screaming as he clutch his bleeding jaws, calling in support.
Eraser Head having just arrived used his capture cloth on Zeppy who was wrapped in it but when he tried to pull her off of that thing she's riding on, he couldn't. It felt like he was tugging on something that weighed more than he could pull. And to his shock she ripped the cloth off of her by bitting it and tearing it with her super strength.
"He's trying to kidnap me," Zeppy yelled out.
Little Prinz Eugen, Little Spee, and Little Friedrich's mechanical beast's turrets took aim at Eraser Head and fired, the boom caused all within hearing rang to clutch their hands over their ears. Eraser Head had drop to the ground with the shells flying over him, hitting the far side wall of the training area instead. The section of the wall the shells hit, weren't there anymore as the combine blast from a battleship and two heavy cruisers destroyed the reinforced wall.
"Let's see you dodge again," Zeppy said as she and the others aimed their weapons at Eraser Head who realized that he's way above his weight class.
"Stop!" Izuku shouted causing the 4 girls to stop.
"Yes commander," the girls said standing down.
A figure flew through the hole in the wall, through the dust, a young girl with large ponytails of black with white and red stripes hair. Wearing a black and red dress and like Little Graf Spee has giant clawed gloves on her hands. She's able to fly thanks to the two large bat wings coming out from her back. And also has a mechanical beast with her.
"Tremble, mortals! Before you is the Fiend of the Crimson Darkness, the Avatar of Fear, the Iron Blood destroyer, Z24! All you need to do is grovel at my feet!" the girl shouted out.
"Never Fear, for I am here," All Might said with the other heroes of the school who were watching from the control room.
"You're going to have to do better than that, I have an army with me," Z24 said.
"What army?" Eraser Head asked who is next to her.
The dust settled revealing 77 other women behind Z24. All of them armed with rigs of their own that are either gun turrets with beast heads or mechanical dragons of all things. Some are riding hovering bikes while wearing revealing swimsuits. In fact many of them are showing off their buxom bodies. And all of them are aiming their weapons at the heroes who seen what just 3 of them are able to do.
"That one," Z24 said as she hands Eraser Head a spoon with a smirk. "And this is so, you can eat your words."
"Eraser Head, if I live through this, I'm so going to crush your balls," Midnight said gulping at the sight of so many villains who are all armed with the same type of weapons as the little girls who made a hole in the reinforced wall. (3)
"Get in line," Power Loader said.
"Iron Blood fleet stand down," Izuku shouted again, causing the Iron Blood fleet to stand down and lower their weapons.
"Ok will someone explain what's going on?" Eraser Head asked.
"That's what I want to know too," Izuku said.

Author's Notes -
1 - The wisdom cube doesn't hypothesize people, it's just like staring at a lava lamp.
2 - Seeing how the history of My Hero is different with big world changing events like the quirk war and being centuries ahead. I'm going with lots of people were displaced for one reason and history was lost or another and Izuku has German blood in him, from the royal family. Hence why he's able to summon German ships.
Also that I simply like using the Iron Blood fleet above the other fleets in Azur Lane.
3 - The walls would be reinforced to withstand most quirks and damage from the training. But against the firepower of warships at point blank range, that's different.
