A Clue From The Past

In the past two days, Shifu's ex girlfriend, Mei Ling, arrived at the Jade Palace. Everyone was surprised, except Shifu, when Leo met Mei Ling months ago after the Peace Jubilee. She claims that she wants to redeem herself. Shifu's honor allowed her to stay in the Jade Palace. Leo wasn't fully convinced of her claim since she did try to make off with his sword last time.

He kept the sword close to him. The next day, Po was already setting up a wedding plan if Shifu and Mei Ling get back together. Shifu had a mission for them. They are to rob the Imperial Convoy that was transporting precious jewels. He explains that the emperor is concerned about security and wants to make sure that the jewels are heist proof. Po and the Five understood their mission. Except for Leo.

Shifu called Leo "Master Leo" before the seven of them went off. It was very suspicious. Leo tells them he'll catch up with them later. The human returns to the Jade Palace and began spying on his "master". He saw the small red panda heads to the armory to take a sword. Whatever was going on, Leo returns to the barracks to get his phone. After that, he overheard Shifu sending Zeng to sweep the halls of the cells. He already swept those halls. When he went to tell Zeng about it, he heard Zeng talking to Mei Ling in one of the cells.

"Then let me talk to one of the Five, Leo or even... Po." Mei Ling said.

"I can't. Shifu sent them on a mission. Something about the imperial jewels."

Leo said nothing and left the cells. He made it to the Peach Tree Hill, figuring it could be a safe place for now. Something was wrong. Shifu wouldn't call him "Master", stealing the jewels and Mei Ling wanting to follow the honorable path. Leo think that Shifu could be under the impression of an unknown item right now.

Leo left the hill and waited right outside of the Hall Of Heroes. He heard the doors open and saw Po, Mei Ling and the Five. Leo took the opportunity to reveal himself. Shifu, in Mei Ling's body, explains to Leo that Mei Ling switched bodies. He notices Po and the Five were holding the doors back from the Imperial Army.

Leo watched the two of them kissed and both bodies began to glow in a blinding light that cause the human to look away. The light dies down and saw Shifu holding a red gem. He threw it to the floor and Po and Monkey opens the door to reveal two rhinos.

Once the fox realizes she was trick, Mei Ling tried to attack Shifu and both of her paws were caught by the human's hands.

Leo slams her against the ground before delivering a spinning uppercut to her stomach that sent the fox flying high above him. He quickly appeared above her head and quickly sent two ax kicks to the stomach. The fox's body bounced off the floor once and Leo sent a strong downward palm strike to her face and knocks out Mei Ling.

That night, Leo was at the Peach Tree Hill meditating in a lotus position. All of a sudden, he can hear a person screaming in pain.

"FLEE!"

The sounds of the helicopters can be heard over his head. He opens his eyes and looks up and saw the helicopters flying over high above him. They fired rockets. Leo followed the direction of the rockets to watch them disappear and explode in a heavy black smoke. There were angry two roars that can be heard from inside. He saw a tip of a large white tail.

Then Leo found himself standing in a beautiful open wide field. Leo looks down and saw a Yang Pendant. He bents down to pick it up. "Why does this look familiar?" he wondered. "Have I seen this somewhere before?" Before Leo can think more, he felt extremely sharp pain in his head.

"Argh! Ah! GAH!" Leo shouted, grabbing his head.

"Son of a bitch!" Kaira growled. She could do nothing.

The human stops yelling in pain as the sharp pain went away. He felt someone tugging him back and placing him gently to lean on something. Leo opens his eyes a bit. His vison was blurry. "Ka-Kai... Ra..." Leo whispered. His vison became normal and see Po kneeling down in front of him with concern and worry.

"Leo, I'm here."

"P-Po?"

"What happened? We heard you yelling in pain."

"We?"

"Me and Po." Shifu walks up to him. "Are you alright?"

"I think so." Leo rubs his head.

"What happened to you just now?"

"I was meditating as usual. But I heard a person screaming. Helicopters firing rockets at two giant beings and one of them has a white tail in a heavy dark fog. After that I saw I was standing in a beautiful field with a Yang Pendant. Then I felt my head was in pain."

"That's when you started yelling."

"That's right. But there's something else. The pendant, I feel like I've seen it somewhere before and it felt familiar somehow."

"What does the pendant look like?"

"It's a Yang pendant, Master Shifu."

"And what about the Yin pendant?"

"Nothing."

"Hm."

"Whatever I just saw from my memory, I received a clue. I'm not sure what this means, but I have to work on this."

"All of us will help you." Shifu assures him.

"Thank you, Master Shifu." Leo bows to him. He gets up and walks by Po and Shifu and stops close to the edge. Leo has a clue now. But what does this mean? Perhaps he'll find out in the future.
