A Clone Of The White-Tailed Beast?

It was a regular day in the Valley Of Peace. Po and The Furious Five had a regular day off from training. Shifu reward them for a game of Elimination Rounds. The point of this game was to defeat your opponent before fifteen minutes are up. If the opposing opponent is unable to continue the match, that person wins the match and the next challenger will challenge the winner.

The Dragon Warrior and the rest of the Five groans when they heard it. Tigress has won handily in every match. Leo, however, never participated in any games with them. He spent his time in the library, meditating and training at one of his usual spots. They made a mental note of where he would be for a day. But after coming back from Gongmen City, Leo started to hang out with them and watch them all go through the Elimination Rounds, which was a surprise to everyone.

It was nice to see that. They were wondering how Leo was doing right now. It has been two days since the food incident. Leo is under the care of Twilight Titans right now, according to Wang. He must be eating now since he didn't have anything to eat. But they haven't heard anything back from Wang or Leo at this point. The Elimination Rounds were over as Tigress was the winner once again after she beats Po.

"So how do you guys think Leo is doing right?" Mantis spoke up.

"I think he's doing alright." Monkey said. "And Leo could be eating after not eating anything and giving us his share of rice."

"It was nice of him to do that. And it would be better if Leo sent us a message to let us know he's doing okay because it's been two days." Viper replied.

"I know." Crane said.

"Leo could still be in China somewhere with the Twilight Titans. But how strong do you think this Abra person is?" Po wondered.

"If Wang's friends were sent to help rescue Leo, we can only assume that Abra is a strong formidable opponent." Tigress folded hers arms over her chest. "But it's safe to say that Leo doesn't know much about Abra because they first met at SHIELD five years ago."

"Hm." Po scratches his head.

"What is it, Po?"

"I was thinking about what Leo said that he went to SHEILD and met Crow along with Crimson Dusks. And he doesn't talk much about his past. Did Leo met Crimson Dusks after or before SHEILD?"

"It was after the destruction of SHIELD." Crane looks at Po.

"I just hope Leo will return soon." Tigress lowers her head a bit.

Meanwhile, Leo was still in Gongmen City with Panther. He was planning to head back to the Valley Of Peace when he heard Blake was spotted near the river they came to enter the city the first time. Leo and Panther headed over to the river to investigate. They arrived at the shore of small island. Leo recognizes this was the place they passed and tells Tigress he was having dreams about his parents. Panther approached Leo.

"Ready?"

"Yes."

"Good, according to several eyewitnesses, Blake has been spotted here on this island."

"We shouldn't let our guard down."

Panther nodded her head. The two warriors began searching for Blake Eater on the island. They haven't found on the island. There was no sign of him. Both warriors went back on the boat and started searching the river. They only found a footprint near the woods of the river. Leo and Panther return to Gongmen City after searching for a few hours. The two warriors heads back to Gongmen City.

It was about five-thirty when they got back. The both of them went to the restaurant for dinner. A male ibex showed them to their table as a goose waiter approaches their table. Chen was delighted to see Leo and Panther in his restaurant again.

"It's great to see you again, Leo and Panther." Chen smiled.

"Thank you, Chen. How's the business going today?" Panther asked him.

"Business is doing great. I want to thank you again, Panther, for giving an idea for a food challenge to the customers."

"You're welcome." Panther said to him before he went back to the kitchen.

"Food challenge?" Leo looks at her.

"I gave him an idea last week for a food challenge to boost his business." Panther replies to him.

Their food has arrived and the two warriors had their dinner. Leo paid for their meal and heads back to the palace. They sat down in the center arena to meditate. As Leo was meditating, Panther chuckled and cause Leo to open his eyes. "What is it?"

"I was just remembering about someone."

"Who?"

"L."

There was a moment of silence between the two childhood friends.

Leo broke the silence. "It's been five years since my clone's death, hasn't it?"

"Yes it has been. The first moment I met L, he looked like you. L could look like your long-lost twin brother."

"He was made out of my own blood and DNA. I don't think that would make him my brother, but my clone."

"That's true."

"Hm. But there is something I've been wondering about the clone."

"What is it?"

"You think L met his Kaira, the White Tailed-Beast clone?"

"..." Panther lowers head and starts rubbing his chin. "I... I don't know. If the White Tailed-Beast is inside you, then there's a strong chance L has his own White-Tailed Beast."

"And I didn't know anything about Kaira five years later when I came back to the Jade Palace after the Emperor sent me on."

"True. L has been living on SHEILD for quite some time before we arrived."

"I don't think the scientists were aware that they made a White Tailed-Beast clone inside L without ever knowing."

"Even Dr. Zeo wouldn't know since he created L. L is like a son to Dr. Zeo."

"So what do you think White Tailed-Beast clone's personality is? Is it like Kaira or something else?" Leo wondered.

"I'd say something else. Everyone has their own different personality. You remember watching some of the Star Wars The Clone Wars TV episodes with me and the others a few years ago. Rex was eager to follow orders, but he adopted a less rigid approach when the Clone Wars wore on. He's loyal to his men and prioritize his brothers first and foremost. Echo is a know-it-all who goes by the book and a stickler for the rules. He frequently quotes regulations to explain or suggesting strategies to his teammates. Echo has developed a close bond to Fives." Panther said.

"Hm."

"But we don't know much about Kaira's past, like you said. She's planning to kill you, she helped you several times and you offered to be friends with her. Her clone could have a different personality."

"You may be right if L is alive. He died five years ago when we escaped, remember?"

"I remember. There's no way anyone could've survived that destruction."

"Saber's clone survived the destruction of SHIELD above the Pacific Ocean. And the clone ends up in China."

"That's another question to think about."

"I remember meeting for the first time. It was weird looking at my clone for the first time. He really does look like me."

"You remind me of him." Panther scoots over to sit next to her childhood friend.

"How do I remind of you of L?"

"Well, your face, your eyes, your hair and everything." Panther smiles at him. "But he does a have a friendly side. But his hair is shorter than yours."

"That's true. If L was alive with us right now, things would be different."

"Yeah. It would be funny if you left the room when someone ask you to get something and L just steps in the room, we would mistake L for you."

"Tch." Leo scowls at her and looks away. "Then we'll just have a pointless argument whenever that happens."

"Come on, Leo. It'll be just a friendly joke and a misunderstanding is-"

"I know it'll be a joke, Panther." Leo cuts her off.

"That's because I've known you for fourteen years." Panther stands up. "And I'm happy that Lucrecia and I met you. Crow is right about one thing. You may be cold and insufferable; you are a kind and generous soul in your heart."

Leo turns around to look at her.

Panther can see he didn't say anything on her last comment because she's right. She lets out a chuckle, knowing that she's right. When Leo and Crimson Dusks went to the mall for Sheila's mandatory fun night to get the team know each each other, Crow watched Leo gave his prize away to a little boy and girl who wanted a stuff bear.

"Come on. We should head back to meditating now." Panther said.

"Sure. Maybe we can watch the sunset after this." Leo suggested.

"I would like that." Panther smiles at him.

The two childhood friends sat back and resumes meditating for half an hour. Crow was right about one thing of Leo; he is a kind and generous soul.
