Chapter-1 :- Life of a Jinchuriki
Drip Drip Drip….
It is this sound Naruto is accustomted to all his life. This sound is constant for his short life without any change.
Every day he came back to this small damp cell after every mission he had to done with other mask mans.
He was a lab rat and now a weapon a killing machine this is his life he live for 5 years.
Naturally anyone who gone through this much will not be sane but he endure it all and for five years he is enduring this hell.
Anyone who hear his story will think that he is atleast a teenager but it's opposite because he is only five year old though teeneger even adult doesn't deserve this kind of life for the matter. If any other kid was his place then they might not remember it fully as their brain doesn't developed fully but he remember everything happened in his life because a gift or curse whatever one would say though to him it's a curse as he has a photographic memory and because of that he remember every event of his life and it's a living hell which no one deserves.
Now a days whenever he is out of the cell it's for mission or training that's right at the age of 5 he is a trained killer and a part of the Anbu Black ops Root division.
Whenever he is out a mask man will accompany him to his mission and training though majority of his mission are classified as suicide mission which he complete efficiently as well as any training he was given was completed at most efficient way because if he made any mistake then the Mask man would beat him badly. After the mission or training is complete he will be in the cell again chained like some kind animal.
Whenever he is hungry the mask man will give him some bread or ration bar which if he didn't get quick then the water will destroy it or mouse will take it and when he is thristry they will give him a glass of water or he have to drink the water dripping from celling.
In the Hokage office 3rd Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi looking at his village and see that the villager is going on their day and they are as ignorant as ever then he turned and look to wards the picture of his Successor and a wave of guilt course through his body as he started to remember the events happened in the life of Naruto and how much he failed and now he a mare puppet only a face and Council and Elder are controlling everything in the village.
Flash Back :-
It's 11th October Konohagakure is almost destroyed by Nine tail fox yesterday but fortunately the 4th Hokage defeted the beat and sealed it with in a new born making him its jinchuriki and in process 4th hokage died as well.
In the Konoha Hospital nussary a baby with blond hair and three whisker mark on each cheek is sleeping in the crib peacefully with other babies when suddenly a figure clad in hodded cloak enter the nursery and look at the sleeping blond said figure has long black hair with pale white skin and his eyes are yellow with slits that resembles snake. This person is none other than Orochimaru the snake sanin and a S rank rougue ninja of Konoha.
" So this is the jinchuriki of Nine Tails ha." said Orochimaru to himself then he grin and thought " Ku Ku Ku He will be perfect for my vessial as he has the genes of Uzumaki clan as well as Nine tail a perfect test subject and if I can add the Dna of other bloodline with Hashirama cells and Sharingan then he will surely became a perfect vessal for me that for sure and help to achive Immortality and give me the chance to learn all the ninjutsu wheather it's Elemental or Sub elemental."
With that in mind he pick up the baby and left the Village without anyone noticing. After quite sometime when a nurse goes to check the baby's in the nursery she saw a baby is missing so she immediately call the nearby Anbu and inform him about the situation who in turn left in hurry to Inform reinstated 3rd Hokage about the situation.
In Hokage office 3rd Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi who also called the Professor doing his paper work but after sometime he stopped his work and look towards his successor's picture with a sad smile and started to recall how the council meeting went after the Nine tails attack.
He started to remember that the foolish decision he made by announcing Naruto's Jinchuriki status to council as Civilian part of the council wanted to kill the baby with the hope of killing the beast and Danzo want to make the boy into a weapon which he shot down the idea and pass a law that no one will tell about the Nine tails to the younger generation and if they tell anything about nine tails they will be executed without any trail as he thought that it will give Naruto some friends and shinobi council support him wholeheartedly though he saw the breaf flash of anger in Danzo's eye before it became neutral. He snorted at that thought as those fools in the civilian council didn't even know that it's impossilble to kill a bijuu as they will reform a certain amount of time and then it will be impossible to defet it as no one other than an Uzumaki has the power to contain the strongest beast and Naruto is the last member of the Royal Uzumaki clan as well as it's heir not because he is the last member of the clan as it certainly a reason but the reason behind it is his Mother Kushina Uzumaki was the princess of the clan so by birthright he is the prince and heir of the clan. Sarutobi then thought that he has to keep an eye on Danzo as he knew that Danzo will do anything to make Naruto a weapon which he will not allow it by any means because he promished Minato and Kushina he will take care of Naruto.
As he was in his thought he heard a knock on the door so he gave the permission to enter who ever knocking on his office door. When the door open he saw an Anbu with wolf mask came in.
" Ah Wolf what's the matter?" asked the aged hokage.
" Lord 3rd the jinchuriki is gone missing from the nursery sir." said Wolf to which Hiruzen became wide eyed as he order the Wolf to lockdown the village and find for Naruto.
Wolf then leave the office via Body Flicker and left the office to fulfil his order.
In the mean time Hiruzen summon Monkey king Enma and asked his assistance in searching of Naruto who agreed as they left for hospital when they arrive at the hospital in the nursery Enma detected the scent of Orochimaru so Hiruzen gather 2 squards of Anbu and started to follow the trail but after some time they reach a to the Valley of the End and from there they didn't get any trail so they returned to the village.
Now in the hokage office Hiruzen is crying as he failed his successor he failed to protect Naruto.
In the mean time Orochimaru reach his hideout and called his assistant Kabuto.
" Yes Lord Orochimaru what can I do for you?" asked Kabuto to which Orochimaru replied to prepare to implant Hashirama cell in Naruto to which Kabuto nodded and left to prepare.
Orochimaru look at the baby in his arm and smirked as he thought I have full confidence that you will activate all the bloodlines that I am going to implant in you and with the power of kyubii you will became very strong and became my perfect vessail.
In that moment they will start the inhuman experiment on the new born to make a perfect vessial or weapon and they will continue it for 3 years.
Present time :-
In a Cell of Root bace Naruto is sitting and looking towards the celling while he is thinking about his life and how he was a lab rat and the pain of those experiment and how he was rescued and after a short freedom again he became a prisoner again and a weapon and at that same time Hiruzen also thinking the same thing like how he rescued Naruto and with Inoichi's help see his memory and How because of that dam council He failed again to protect Naruto and what his failure caused.
Flash back :-
In three years Orochimaru take Naruto in he and Kabuto done many experiment on the poor boy and due to his Uzumaki gene and Ninetails he survived as well.
At first at the time of experiment Naruto cried in pain as his whole body was felt like they are burning when they inject the chemical and DNA sample and he praied so that if there any deity present will hear his plea and save him but soon he realise that no one going to save him and little by little he stop his cry of pain and started to endure the process without making any sound and if anyone look in his eye they will see that they are dead and held no emotion. These eyes are not suited for the son of Minato and Kushina who is by any means a prince.
First they implant Hashirama cell in Naruto which gave him the ability of Mokutan or Wood Style of Senju Clan next they implant Dna sample of other Sub Elemental Kekkei Genkai into him with interval. The sub elemental kekkei genkai that they implant into Naruto are Hyoton or Ice release of Yuki clan, Yoton and Futton Or Lava and Boil release of Terumi clan, Jiton or Magnet release of Sabaku clan, Shakuton or Scroch Release, Ranton or Strom Release.
Other than the Sub elemental Kekkei Genkai they also implant gene of some physical Kekkei genkai as well those are Shikotsumyaku of Kaguya Clan and Sharingan of Uchiha Clan.
" Ku ku ku you really are a special boy Naruto-kun not only you survive the gift I gave you but also awaken Your clan Kekkei genkai Kongo Fusa or Adamentine sealing Chain and Kagura Singen or Minds Eye Ku Ku Ku." Chuckle Orochimaru while licking his lips at the prospect of how strong Naruto will become and after transferring to his body how strong Orochimaru will become and so many Ninjutsu he can learn and became immortal.
With that in mind Orochimaru started to train Naruto harshly as he taught him the shadow clone and being a Uzumaki Naruto already has large chakra reserve and added the fact that he is a jinchuriki his chakra reserve is much higher as at the age of three Naruto already has Jonin level chakra reserve and Orochimaru use that to fullest.
As Naruto can made 20 Shadow Clone at that moment Orochimaru use the Shadow Clone for Chakra control where as he or his other subordinate teach him Taijutsu and Kenjutsu.
For 6 month Naruto follow the same routine as in this time his Chakra pool also grow so he also can summon more Shadow Clone which are divided in between practising Chakra control learing various D and C rank and few B rank Elemental and Sub Elemental ninjutsu or sometime practising Kenjutsu kata.After 6 month of hellish traning and beating Naruto became strong.
As Naruto was thinking about his life in Hokage office Hiruzen also thinking how he rescued Naruto from Orochimaru's lab and how the council again make that boy's life a living hell. He also regreated that he didn't inform Jiraya and Tsunade about Naruto as he thought that if he told council about the bloodline then the council will leave the poor boy alone and not make his life hell but it backfired and Naruto is suffering for his mistake.
Flash Back :-
It's been 3 years Naruto was kidnapped and when Civilian council heard this they as well as most of the civilian propulation of Konoha even some Shinobi started to celebrate that Demon is gone but Hiruzen put an end to this and even execute some Civilian council member. In this 3 years Hiruzen is still searching for the blonde though he didn't say anything to Jiraya because he was ashemed of his faliure and wanted to rectify his mistake on his own so he assign some of his trusted Anbu to become spy and search for Naruto and after 3 and half years of searching he find a clue on the Blonde and finally he found that clue from his persona spy that Naruto is in a base near Land of Sea.
As soon as he heard that he take 2 squard of his Anbu and goes to the Land of Sea to find the base and rescue Naruto.
After 10 day they found the hideout and goes in though when Orochimaru learn that leaf is going to attack his hideout he flead from the there with most of his subordinate and order the other to follow him after they get Naruto from his cell so basically when Hiruzen and leaf Shinobi reach the hideout they found the subordinate who are tasked to get Naruto and other than that bunch of fail test subject who lost their mind due to experiment also Naruto of course so they dispose the shinobi that are going to get Naruto and then Hiruzen rescued Naruto and order the Anbu to look for any document that is important.
The Anbu quickly spread through the Hideout to find anything of importance when an Anbu with bear mask found some document in which document that contain the experiment on Naruto and the result of those experiment which horrified him. He quickly left to show Hiruzen the file.
" Hokage sama I found this files but this particular you have to look at this file sir." said Bear and give Hiruzen the file of Naruto.
As soon as Hiruzen look through the file he is horrified because there are details of the experiment Naruto have to go through and what experiment was done on him.
Hiruzen then look into Naruto's eye as he see that they are dull and they didn't have any life in them which make him cry.
Hiruzen then promise himself that he will do anything to protect him and made up his failure and with that thought in mind they leave for Konoha.
After reaching Konoha Hiruzen admit Naruto in Anbu Hospital and called all of the clan head for meeting so he can inform them about Naruto as all of them are friends with Minato and Kushina and some of them are worried for him as well.
But before he could do anything he was informed that he has a council meeting and a sense of dread wash over the Hokage but he steel his nurve and go to the council meeting.
When he reach the meeting room he saw that Civilian council and Elders are bickering as usual while shinobi council is ignoring them altogether and waiting for Hokage.
As soon as Hiruzen go in the room everyone became silent and waited for the aged leader to took his seat. After siting down Hiruzen asks " Who call the Council meeting and for what reason?"
Just then " Hokage sama we heard that you brought back the demon so we want to ask why you brought back the abomination to our village." screeched Council woman Mebuki Haruno to which Hiruzen realese killer intent towards her which made her shut up and said in a cold voice " Council woman Haruno know your place this is dictatorship not democracy you have no right to say what decision I can make this council is only for giving me advice not for decide what decision I can make and this is your last warning that you say Naruto a demon next time you utter that word you will be publicaly executed understand." to which she nodded her head fearfully.
Hiruzen then sigh as he didn't want to tell the civilian council and Elders about it but he knew that they now knows that Naruto is back in the village and they will bug him until and unless he didn't tell them the details about Naruto's situation and he saw the opportunity make Naruto's life better as they worship bloodline so he told them all about it which horrified them mainly the shinobi part of the council though the civilian council and 2 elder Homura Mitokado and Koharu Utatane is rather pleased that the Demon got such punishment and excited that a new bloodline is in the village on the other hand Danzo remain neutral though if any one can see carefully then they can see a faint smirk is on his face.
After hearing everything the civilian council propose to initiate Clan Restorsation Act or CRA and elders are supported that as well Danzo also propose to made Naruto enter the Anbu Black Ops but Hiruzen shot down both the Idea and said " How can you be so cruel that you want to use a 3 year old child as a breeding stock don't you have any shame at all and no Danzo he will not join the Anbu he will study at the academy with other children and became a shinobi and if in future he join Anbu then that is totally defferent case and CRA will not be initiate until he is atleast 15 years old and then only it will be initiate if he wants it."
As Hiruzen said that Civilian Council and Elders mainly Danzo is greeting his teeth in anger that they can't make Naruto a weapon and a Breeding Stock.
" You may won this time Hiruzen but next time I will win and that brat will be a weapon he meant to be also I will have many children with Uzumaki Blood to use as a future Jinchuriki and I will have the Uzumaki clan under my control and with the help of that boy I will become Hokage ." thought Danzo as he fumed.
Timeskip 2 week :-
It's been 2 week of the Council Meeting when another meeting was called much to Hiruzen's annoyance as he fumed at the thought of what that idiot's are came up with this time but he calmed himself and goes to the council room and in that meeting what he found is devastated him greately as those bastards gone behind his back and convince damiyo to give order that Naruto will be in the Anbu under Danzo's watchful eye where he will train him to control Nine Tails Chakra and when time came he will be part of CRA because they knew Hiruzen can't deny Damiyo's order so with the heavy heart Hiruzen gave Naruto to Danzo and now he is a Weapon of war and in future will be a breeding stock.
Present Time:-
Hiruzen still remember the infuriating smark that plastered on the elder and the Civilian Councils face with a heavy sigh He sit down and started to doing his Paper Work when he heard a knock on the Door so he give the person to enter the room as it turned to be the a rather Young Anbu with gravity defying Silver hair and a dog mask this Anbu is Kakashi Hatake last living student of 4th Hokage and by all means Naruto's surrogate older brother.
" Ah Kakashi come in and please have a seat." Said Hiruzen to the young Anbu who nodded his head and sit down on a chair infront of the desk. As soon as Kakashi sit down Hiruzen dismiss the Anbu guards and activate privacy seals.
" Hokage sama what is the mission?" asked Kakashi to which Hiruzen responded while smoking through his pipe " I am sure you want to know where is your younger brother right?" to which Kakashi nodded and said " Yes Hokage sama I want to know where Naruto is so that I can take care of him Minato sensei was like a father to me and Kushina sama was like a mother they gave me a parents love it is the least I can do for him so please tell me where is my ototo."
Hiruzen didn't respond to Kakashi but gave him Naruto's file where all the experiment he has gone through are listed as well as the mission he has done which after many try Hiruzen retrieve from Danzo and he knew the mission Naruto done as an Anbu operative is far more dangerous and gruesome it is the suger coated version of it.
Kakashi read the file thoroughly and as he read the file he was horrified at what his surrogate younger brother has gone through it make him angry on himself that he didn't help Naruto as he had no idea of this. He then look at 3rd Hokage and said "Hokage sama what can we possibly do to rescue him from that pain."
Hokage hummed and replied " Kakashi I have a S rank mission for you." to which Kakashi listen with full attention. " You will join the root Kakashi and train him as well as try to find a way to rescue him from that hell also take Shisui with as Naruto is also like a little brother to him as Kushina was his Sensei. Now after joining root you and Shisui will made him strong and protect him from any torture and when you two get the opportuniety break him out from that hell.
"Hai Hokage sama." Kakashi responed and left the room.
Now in the cell Naruto was resting when 2 anbu came and said " Hey demon time for another mission get up." To which Naruto didn't respond and get up as one of the anbu remove the chain and push him forward and they started to go towards a room.
While Naruto is walking towards the room he is thinking what the mission will be is it an outdoor one or an indoor one but he dismiss that thought because wheather it is outdoor or indoor one thing for sure his hand will be covered in blood. It's ironic that he a human but called the names like Demon, it, Monster, Wepon, Subject, Vessail, Nine tails, Kitsune that he almost forgot his name. That's right the Man with bandage a did call his name as well as kind old man who rescue him from his first prison.
That's right his name is Naruto. Naruto Uzumaki.
After some time they stopped infront of a door and left Naruto there.
Danzo Shimura the warhawk is now currently standing on a platform looking towards a field that was used for training new recrutes but recently it used for execution ground while the new recruit are trained outside. While looking at the ground he thought about all the deed that he has done for the village so that Konoha stand tall and remain the strongest in whole Elemental Nation and smile at the thought that how he succeed in all that as first he send some of his man to infiltrate Uzushio and taking advantage of their trust he tamper the seal use for defence and spread rumor that Uzumaki clan going to use fuinjutsu to seal off the chakra of everyone other than themselves and their allay so that Iwa Kumo and Kiri attack Uzu and wipe out the Uzumaki clan and exactly that happened. He also knew that Uzumaki's are strong fighter and Iwa Kumo and Kiri will going to lost many of their man with this process he ensure Konoha's victory on 2nd Shinobi war and also ensure that there will not be a 6th great nation which Uzu was going to be soon as well as Uzumaki clan and all it's technique will be in hand of Konoha. He also ensures demise of Senju clan as after Hashirama none of them possess wood style so he uses his spy and create exactly the secnerio where slowly but surely Senju clan got wiped out though he left Tsunade so that she became vanurable and using this chance he can force her to rebuild the senju clan again and have them under his control but that last part was faliure as after Dan's death Tsunade lost all interest from marriage and kids he then came to know that in rain there is an Uzumaki and with the help of Hanzo the Salamander he attack the rebel group Akatsuki though he lost many of his men he did heard that it got wiped out though he has serious doubt but he let it slide. Now he has Naruto under his thumb and with him he can have an army of Uzumaki's who possess many bloodline. He then started to remember how much success Naruto brought as every mission that assigned to him is a flawless success and with the help of Naruto he also prevented the Uchiha Coup-de-ta.
He then thought about the recent problem of spy as his men captured spy from every major village and after interrogation it was Naruto's job to dispose them and then he send the body of that spy to respective village.
At first they caught spy from Kumogakure but what surprised Danzo that Kumo Shinobi trying to sneaky as far as he remember they always charge head first rather than sneaky only time they ware sneaky were the time of Hyuga incident 2 years ago and incident with that Jinchuriki girl at least 20 years ago guess they are ninja as they can use ninjutsu.
After that they catch spy for Kirigakure and he understand that Kiri might be restless if Konoha involve with their civil war as he learn from his spy that 4th Mizukage Yagura handle the situation of his village like yo-yo as he started slaughtering the bloodline fraction or send the crazy shark man to slaughter his own team.
Sunagakure is out of the question as they are unstabele because their jinchuriki snapped and started slaughtering their people also wind damiyo started to choke the village economy as he started to send the mission to Konoha. Though he have his suspision that they will soon join the fray
Iwagakure is also joining the fray though He never understand the method of Onoki as he order his subordinate to fight while he watch from back never join them.
Though Danzo is disposing spies from other hidden village he himself use his spies and successfully stole various jutsu of Yoton, Futton, Jiton, Ranton, Shakuton and Hyoton from the other great villages and he really want to see the faces of the other kage when someone use their bloodline against them.
Recently his men capture an Iwa Jonin and like a true shinobi he didn't open his mouth in the time of interogation while facing Torture so he decided that he will ask him again one last time then use his weapon to deal with him.
As he is thinking An Anbu came in and kneel infront of him. " Danzo sama they both are ready shall we release them both in the arena."
" No only release the Iwa jonin while keep Naruto out unless I gave you signal." Said Danzo in monotone to which the anbu nodded and vanished.
After some time Iwa Jonin walk to the field and see that some Anbu as well as a man coverd in Bandages are standing in the field.
" I am asking you one last time what your purpose for infiltrating Konoha speak now or their will be consequences." Said Danzo in monotone to which the Jonin replied " Do your worst bastard." Danzo then nodded to the Anbu standing right to him and the Anbu vanishes from the sight.
After few minute the door of the right side open and came a boy who is clearly malnourished and no older than 5 year old though he is surely shorter than anyone of his age with spickey Blond hair and emotion less ice cold blue eyes. The Iwa jonin expecting many thing like an anbu but he didn't expect a kid will come so naturally he caught off guard.
As Naruto came to the room and look at the Iwa Jonin and said said "You are new one to kill" with a tilt of his head while his voice is cold and void of any emotion.
Looking both of them Danzo use a half ram seal and fleare his chakra. As soon as Danzo flare his chakra Naruto clutch his head as a seal on his neck come in to view which puzzelled the Iwa Jonin next moment he was punched in the face by the 5 year old as he recover he heard Naruto shout Lava style: Lava Glob as glob of lava thrown towards him which he dodge but before he recover he was hit by several leaser beam as Naruto shout Strom release : Laser Circus.
" Dammit how can a kid no older than 5 can use two sub element what are Konoha feeding them." Thought Iwa Jonin as he douge a fire ball and thought "I have to be careful. clearly this kid is very strong even he is malnourished."
Danzo seeing that the Jonin is still alive frown and use Tiger seal and flare his chakra and as soon as he did that Naruto started to scream in pain and a Red chakra cover him and very potent Killing intent wash over the area which all directed to Iwa jonin as he froze and looked in fear towards the boy as he has no idea that the boy is an Jinchuriki of Nine Tails.
He cursed his luck as he came to Konoha because a man with black cloak with red cloud give him a mission to identify the jinchuriki of Nine tails. He thought that the Jinchuriki may be some noble who has strong protection. He had no idea that the jinchuriki is a broken child in the dark.
Suddenly he fill a pain in his jaw as he was punched by the possessed child but he quickly shook it off and prepare to end the kid's life and when Naruto jumped towards him he quickly use hand sign and shout Earth style : Piercing Earth sphere as a result multiple earth spike rose from the ground and pearse Naruto on his stomach, hand and leg.
The Iwa Jonin Smirk as he successfully killed Konoha's weapon and now Konoha is a sitting Duck. He then turned around to kill the bandage bustard but suddenly he felt a pain in his chest and as he look down he saw a clawed hand is sticking out of his chest. He then turned his neck and saw it was Naruto who is currently bleeding piearce his chest.
Next moment with a roar Naruto ripped out the heart of Iwa Jonin and the body goes limp as it hit the ground proving that the Iwa Jonin is dead.
Dano brought down his hand in statisfaction and cut off the chakra resulting the red chakra to dissipate and Naruto became unconscious on the floor.
After Naruto became unconscious 2 Anbu take the body of Iwa Jonin and left as well as other Anbu left as well as the show is already finished .
Quckly after that 2 young Anbu one with Dog Mask and other with Crow mask check on Naruto.
Danzo turned around and prepare to leave when one with the Dog mask spoke " Danzo sama we should take Naruto to medic or he might die." to which Danzo turned around and said " No his wound will heal them selves."
" But sir this is very serious wound if we didn't take him to medic he is going to die." Said the Anbu with crow mask but have to brace him as the Elder unleash full force of Killing intent on them.
" We don't need to worry about his wound as this is not his first wound nor it will be his last and the fox will heal it's container as he will not let his host die." Said Danzo then turned around to leave but stopped and asked " By the way both of you didn't call him demon means you know him so who are you both."
As both of them remove their masks reveling a teen with gravity defying silver hair with a black eye and a red eye with three tomoe and a teen with Black hair and Black eye and they introduce them selves as Kakashi Hatake and Shisui Uchiha.
" Ah Copy ninja Kakashi and Shisui of the body flicker it's honour to have both of you in our humble ranks." said Danzo to which both of them replied " Thank you Danzo sama."
As Danzo left both of them has only one thought in mind and that is to save Naruto at all cost.
