We're back on chapter thirty-one.

Later, the girls arrived at the Spirit World intersection.
"Is this the place?" Jinora asked.
"That's where Vaatu is." Korra said.
Korra and Jinora hopped off the dragon, and stared at Vaatu in his prison.
"So you've returned, Raava. The Harmonic Convergence is coming soon, and this time, I'm going to wipe you out for good." Vaatu said evilly.
"I think you've said that before, Vaatu." Korra said. "But I'm here to close the portal. You're not getting out."
"Oh, you might want to reconsider, Korra. That is if you want to save your friend."
Unalaq appeared with a sinister grin.
"I had to see it with my own eyes. I can't believe Tenzin sent his daughter here instead of coming himself… what kind of a father is he?" Unalaq taunted.
"Better than you. Why would you wanna help Vaatu escape? He'll destroy everything!" Jinora tries to explain.
"Don't believe everything you read. Why don't you come with me, so you can do some firsthand research?" Unalaq asked evilly
Furry-Foot appeared from nowhere. He turns dark and grabs Jinora by the shoulders.
"Furry-Foot...?"
Dark Furry-Foot flies to Unalaq, and Unalaq started levitating Jinora in front of Unalaq, and encircling her with purple water. Jinora's body slowly changes its colour to purple.
"Jinora! Let her go!" Korra demanded.
"Not until you open that portal." Unalaq said.
"I can't believe I trusted you, Unalaq! You made me think you wanted to restore balance with spirits, but this… this isn't balance, it's madness! Now let her go!" Korra demanded.
"If you want your friend to make it out of the Spirit World, you'll open the other portal now." Unalaq said.
"Don't do it, Korra!" Jinora begged.
"What will it be? Open the portal, or lose your friend's soul forever?" Unalaq asked evilly.
"Stop! I'll do it." Korra said.
Korra walks to the Northern portal. She puts her hand on the beam, causing the Tree of Time to glow, and it has been opened.
"Now, let Jinora go." Korra demanded before she screams as Unalaq waterbends at her.
"You should've come through the portal. Then you could do this!" Unalaq said before he throws Jinora at dark Furry-Foot.
"No!" Korra threw a rock on dark Furry-Foot. "Get back home, Jinora!"
Jinora faded back to the physical world. Unalaq uses his technique on Korra.
"You should never have joined forces with Sarlaq. All magic comes with a price, and now you'll pay for it."
When Korra was almost covered with the purple light, the dragon bird spirit attacks Unalaq and carries Korra away, with her body changing colour to normal again.
"Korra, don't trust Sarlaq! He's dangerous!" Unalaq warned before Vaatu was laughing.
"I'll see you two soon, Raava. Once the Harmonic Convergence comes, I'll be free from this prison, and then I will have my revenge!"
Back at the ancient airbender meditation circle near the Eastern Air Temple. Korra wakes up.
"Korra! What was it like? Did you manage to close the portal? Was Jinora able to help you?" Tenzin asked.
Jinora woke up. "Unalaq got to me. He forced her to open the second portal."
"Oh, God. We're in big trouble now." Kya said.
"What do we do now?" Bumi asked.
"We have to get the fleet, right now." Tenzin said.
"But Raiko won't help. He doesn't even care." Korra said.
"We have to try, Korra." Tenzin said.
"I knew this would happen. I guess I have to make my chance." Korra said.
"What chance?"
"Sarlaq told me the other way to defeat Vaatu, and for me to become a god." Korra said.
"A god? No. Korra, magic come with a price with that man. you can't trust him." Tenzin said.
"I don't have a choice, Tenzin." Korra said. "I have to do this."
"How?" Bumi asked. "How can you be a god?"
"You wouldn't understand." Korra said gloomy.
Oogi flies toward the Eastern Air Temple carrying Korra, Tenzin, Bumi, Kya and Jinora. Ikki was laughing and riding on an air scooter near Pema and Meelo as Oogi comes in for a landing.
"Dad's back." Meelo said.
Pema approaches the flying bison, looking confused. "What happened?"
Pema drops the flowers she was holding. Shot of the flowers hitting the ground. Pema runs over to Tenzin.
"How could this happen? Pama asked.
"It was all my fault. I tried to save her, but Unalaq tricked me." Korra said sadly.
"Don't worry. We'll go to Republic City and get President Raiko to send the United Forces to the South." Tenzin said.
Meanwhile, back at the Spirit World, where Unalaq stands in front of Vaatu.
"The portals are opened. Now Harmonic Convergence will come very soon." Vaatu said.
"Yes. But my brother is up to something. Whatever he is planning, he would sure hurt my family." Unalaq said.
"True. His powers are one with the Witches of Pure Evil. We must act quicky if we are to take him down and destroy him." Vaatu said.
"And what about the Avatar? She is in league with Sarlaq." Unalaq said.
"She's no match for me." Vaatu said evilly.
