Hello everyone, I'm back. This story has been 2 years in the making and I'm glad I'm finally getting around to doing it. This is a sequel to my story Journey to another world, hope you enjoy it.
It was an average day in the loud house, and all the kids were up to their usual stuff. Lincoln played video games with Clyde, Lana was fixing up Lola's princess car, luan was practicing jokes, Luna was playing her guitar, and so on and so forth.
Up in her room, Lola was practicing her reading skills, looking over a book which featured a silhouette of a ponytailed girl's head and underneath a butterfly, with the words 'property of Lucy F.' On the bottom. This was the diary of Lucy Fluggerbutter, princess of Litwak city on the internet in another dimension. Lola acquired it during her family's visit some time ago, and didn't tell anyone.
"The war will be over soon. The victory on, cyber…tron was just the…beginning. Now, over the magical world of equest..rya? Hope I'm saying these right" said Lola to herself "I'll make my final stand against the galactic empire"
"Hey Lola, whatcha reading?" Lana asked as she walked in with a toolbox
"Oh, nothing important" said Lola as she tried to put away the book
"Really? I heard something about an empire. And wait a minute, that picture on the book looks like the one on Kenny's chest" said Lana
Lana attempted to grab the book from Lola, leading to a small scuffle. Lana was able to get the book from her and see the title.
"The diary of Lucy Fluggerbutter? This belongs to that princess we met in that other dimension last year, why do you have it?" Lana angrily asked
"Uh, curiosity? Like we'd ever see her again" said Lola
"It's still stealing. I'd say give it back, but there is no way back" said Lana "Shame, I'd love to see that place again"
"Well, too bad the dimension hopper is broken, so I guess that means we can't go back" Lisa said nervously as she walked by the door
This made the twins suspicious, and they confronted Lisa. After some prodding, she finally showed them her big secret. She pulled the dimension hopper from the safe under her bed, all fixed up and ready to be used.
"I occasionally go to this dimension with chocolate, I didn't find a reason to share it with anyone else" said Lisa
"We should go back at least to litwaks, give the princess her diary back, assuming she won't kill Lola" said Lana
"So reassuring" Lola said sarcastically
"I guess a return trip can be made, but don't tell anyone" said Lisa
(2 days later)
"Why'd you tell the others?" Lisa asked angrily
"We didn't" said Lola
"Just overheard is all" said Lincoln
Lincoln, Clyde, Ronnie Anne, Luan, Benny, Luna, Sam, and Lily would be joining on the trip.
"Well did you have to invite your friends?" Lisa asked
"I wanna go because I wanna see what strange foods exist" said Clyde
"Since I'm in town for the next couple days for a visit, figured why not" said Ronnie Anne
"Luan tells me this place has robots that turn into cars and stuff. Since I love Japanese mechas, figured it'd be cool to see real big robots" said Benny
"And were hoping to do some more sightseeing" said Luna as she held Sam close
Lily then babbled something
"Lily wants to see more of those preschool characters" said Luan
"Alright, fine, whatever. But warning, this device isn't always reliable, who knows where we'll end up in the city" said Lisa
"Come on, how bad can it be?" Benny asked
"You have no idea" said Lisa as she input the coordinates
Lisa activated the machine, and the group watched in awe as it powered up.
With a blinding flash of light, the group had returned to the other dimension, but something wasn't right. The group wasn't in the city, but in a burning village with ponies screaming and running from droids who were destroying everything.
"Lisa, where the heck are we?" Lincoln asked
"I don't understand, I input the right coordinates" said Lisa
She looked at the computer screen closely.
"We're in the right dimension but wrong time period, we're a year before we originally showed up" said Lisa
"How's that even possible?" Clyde asked
"You know very well I mentioned this machine isn't reliable" Lisa shouted
The group screamed and ran into a building as droids opened fire on them too.
"Get us out of here" Sam shouted
"I'm trying" said Lisa
One of the droids busted open the door, raising its arm at the group.
"No survivors"
Before the droid could fire, it had several shots fired at its back before collapsing. A stormtrooper came inside and did a quick look.
"Building secure"
The trooper ran out of the building with the group slowly following out. Imperial troops had arrived and were fighting back against the droids.
"Watch for hostiles"
"For the empire"
A stormtrooper looked at the kids and fired at them, but not hitting them, instead hitting a super battle droid that was behind them.
"This is crazy" said Benny "what kind of world is this?"
"Not the one we need to be in" said Leni
Lisa's device began beeping before producing another flash, this time landing the group in a very dark city, with people rushing to arm themselves outside a gun store.
"Good news and bad news, we're in the right place, but several months before that scene we just saw" said Lisa
"So this is litwak city? So dark" said Ronnie Anne
"What are these people arming themselves for?" Clyde asked
Lily babbled something and pointed behind the group. Several construction vehicles were approaching the citizens. The vehicles began turning into body parts, forming a giant monster looking robot.
"That is so cool yet terrifying" said Benny
The robot began sucking the surrounding citizens and buildings into its mouth, but before it could harm the group, they were zapped away again. This time they landed on a balcony on the city castle, with an imperial destroyer flying overhead engaging with a droid ship.
"The machine says November 2029, we're ahead in time but not far enough to where we come in" said Lisa
The group heard fighting below, and looked over the balcony to see princess Lucy engaged in combat with a large alien woman with a lightsaber, ending with Lucy slicing the woman's hand off.
"Hey, I think this is what that statue I saw in the park depicted" said Luna
"Statue?" Sam asked
"You'll see" said Luna
"She looks so fierce" said Lola "I like her even more now"
"So that's this Lucy girl I've heard about? Looks tough, like her already" said Ronnie Anne
"You know I was a Jedi, it'd be fun to bring you in, and WATCH YOU CRACK LIKE THE REST OF US!" The woman shouted as her lightsaber nearly cut Lucy in half flying back in her hand
Lola grew worried as the woman pressed her attack.
"Oh, this angers you. JUST WAIT TIL THE ISOLATION! THE TORTURE, MUTILATION! AND AS FOR YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY-
"I won't let you hurt them" Lucy shot back
"YOU CAN'T STOP THE EMPIRE!" The woman shouted angrily
"Whoa, this is intense" said Ronnie Anne
Before the fight could end, the machine went off again, sending the group to another location. The group found themselves in an empty room minus some chairs and desks, with stairs leading to what appeared to be an elevator. Outside the sun was setting, and tie fighters were battling it out against droid fighters. A look outside the windows showed they were on some kind of spaceship hovering over some planet with a lot of nature. It appeared they were on some kind of observation deck.
"The device says February 2030, we're ahead in time again" said Lisa
"Lisa this is ridiculous, just send us home now" Luna shouted
"I agree, this place is crazy" said Sam
"We're still alive aren't we?" Lisa asked
"Spaceship, spaceship!" Lily shouted
Outside, a droid fighter had shot down a tie fighter, and it was spinning out of control and towards the tower the kids were in. It crashed against the windows but they didn't crack or break.
"This is insane" said Luan
"Hey guys, I just noticed, where are the twins?" Lincoln asked
"And where's Benny and Ronnie Anne?" Luan asked
Lisa typed some things in her device and her eyes widened in fear.
"They're on the planet surface, and based on these readings they're not alone. It seems the battle up here is also down there" said Lisa
"We have to get down there now!" Lincoln shouted
On the surface, the 4 kids were trying their best to stay alive. On one side was an army of droids and the citizens of litwaks, on the other, the galactic empire and ponies loyal to them. Both sides were fighting each other in a big battle.
"We're pushing them back, keep firing" a stormtrooper shouted
"In the name of the empire" another shouted
"This is so scary, I don't wanna be here" Lana shouted
"We should pull back with these robots, at least we know they're not trying to kill us like they were before" said Benny
Ronnie Anne grabbed a fallen blaster and fired at a stormtrooper who was trying to shoot them. In response, a tall black droid from the empires side approached them. Ronnie Anne tried shooting the droid, but was grabbed by her chest and held up high
"Hold still, I'm ending your life"
The droid slammed Ronnie Anne into the ground and attempted to step on her head, but Benny grabbed a blaster and shot it in the head a few times, killing it. This unfortunately got the attention of an imperial trooper with all black armor and wielding a staff generating electricity on the tips, a purge trooper.
"You are all traitors to the empire. This planet belongs to the Grand Moff"
The trooper swung his staff at the twins, who began running back towards the droid side with Ronnie Anne and Benny running after them. The twins tripped over a fallen droid as the purge trooper caught up to them.
"Die traitors!"
The twins hugged each other in fear and shut their eyes, but never felt the sting of electricity. They opened their eyes and saw a girl with a blonde ponytail holding back the staff with a lightsaber.
"Princess Lucy" the 4 kids shouted at once
"Miss Honey, get these kids out of harms way back to the command base, I'll handle this guy" said Lucy
"You're just what I trained for" the trooper shot back
A blonde woman with glasses and a tattered imperial officers uniform rushed the kids back to the forward command base, where they were greeted by the rest of their group.
"So glad you're alive" said Lincoln
Lisa activated the machine and sent them away from the battle. They ended up back in Litwak city, late November of 2030, a few weeks after they originally showed up.
"Sure is cold out here" said Lana
"Well, we're somewhat where we need to be. But something doesn't quite feel right" said Lisa
The group saw they were around the castle, but it now sported large red banners with the crest of the galactic empire. A crowd of citizens stood around a stage in front of the castle where an imperial officer addressed the crowd.
"The droid army has been subdued and reduced to a small force. With the signing of a peace treaty, the fighting has stopped. As we speak, the royal family is giving into the demands of the grand Moff. Let this failure of a war be a lesson of the full power of the galactic empire. As long as we stand, we will fight to protect each and every one of you. We are safe, and we are free"
The crowd erupted in cheers. As the officer continued talking, Lincoln looked to his sisters and friends.
"We're gone a few weeks but it doesn't seem like good stuff happened. Wonder what happened here?" Lincoln asked
"Don't know, but maybe we can get inside and ask someone" said Lola
The group started to shuffle through the crowd, but a citizen bumped into them, activating the device. In another flash of bright light, they were transported yet again, April of 2032, 2 years after their visit.
"Well, this time period will have to do" said Lisa as she shut the machine off finally
The group saw they were on the bridge/ throne room of queen Lucy's castle. They could hear her talking on her throne, which was moved towards the windows and a computer console. Standing next to her was a mechanical man with white and tan body playing.
"I tell ya grievous, my life is finally turning around, and it feels great" said Lucy
"It makes me happy to know you're happy, considering what has happened as of late" said Grievous
"And what exactly happened?" Luna asked
"Oh, well my book came out and it caused people to- hey wait a minute"
Lucy spun her throne around and got a scared look in her face seeing the louds again.
"You guys? And other people I don't know. How'd you get in here?" Lucy asked surprised
"Dumb droids" grievous commented
"Actually"
Lisa held up the dimension hopper
"Guess we got some catching up to do" said Lisa
