Since the dawn of the universe, the very concept of existence was even a thing, before time itself was established, there was nothing, not even a speck of life was created yet just darkness. Until the event that changed history forever had happened. The Big Bang had created not just one universe but the multiverse as a whole.
In this universe, it is changing like the 4 seasons on Earth. One event has occurred that will set into motion one of the many pathways for the future of not just the lifeforms of Earth but even beyond that.
In the first arc called "Dreams of Destiny", one night, Nocturn, the Ghost of Dreams and one of the human/ghost hero Danny Phantom's enemies had escaped from his domain, some call it the 'Ghost Zone' and others call it the 'Ghost World' and into the living world where he had planned to drain the dream energy from a group of new people. Lincoln Loud, the Man with the Plan and sole son of the chaotic Loud family, the rational Annie who struggles to keep her best friend, an unpredictable and talking Pony out of trouble, the loyal yet dimwitted comic book loving Ed, the human/gem hybrid Steven Universe, which he inherited his alien powers from his deceased mother, the renegade and youngest of the Diamond quadruple Pink Diamond, and the confident adventurer who was good hearted in nature and blue in hair, Hilda.
Together, they managed to escape Nocturn's emotionally and mentally problematic traps and defeated his forces which included some old foes of Hilda's known as the Marra who joined up with Nocturn for power. Even managing to get allies like the blacksmith gem Bismuth, the technician Peridot, and even the likes of Danny and his allies to join up with them (with Annie and Pony's help calling them) to get their assistance stop Nocturn.
Which they successfully did with Hilda managing to summon a strange sword during the conflict and sent that ghost packing.
In Trollberg, the gang alongside Danny's friends and family were at Hilda's apartment discussing the events of the previous night. After multiple discussions were talked about the new official superhero team known as the 'Destiny Crafters' was the topic of most of the talks between Lincoln, Ed, Annie & Pony, Steven Hilda and their respective families, they ultimately decided to support their kids on joining up and forming this team.
That was when Lincoln declared that he had a plan to rally other such heroes to their cause. After all, Earth is their home as well. Why shouldn't they all join up to protect it?
It's time we found out what that plan is now!
The Plan!
"Listen up everybody, I have a plan." Lincoln declared as he turned to Steven. "Steven, do you have those heroes phone numbers?"
"No, I felt like that was too personal considering that when I went to a place that they showed up randomly and we would meet and team up when a villain strikes. So, I chose not to ask." Steven admitted much to the Man with the Plan's annoyance. "However, I do have pictures of them, and I know what cities they protect when danger shows." The hybrid said as he took out his phone which had a ton of pictures in its Gallery app. "Hold on, I have a bunch of pictures on here, so this is going to take a bit... Oh wait. Never mind. I have a folder for just this occasion."
Steven stopped when he saw two folders that was titled. "My Adventures with the Crystal Gems!" and "Heroic Friends!" respectively.
Opening up the latter folder, Steven decided to give the group a slideshow of the various do-gooders he's met throughout his journey.
And there were a bunch of them. Which each pic said the name of the town that the hybrid has visited. As well as the name of the hero protecting it.
Ranging from superheroes with secret identities such as the French Superhero team in Paris and a few of the heroes in New York, to even heroes with public identities such as Middleton's top agent and a certain man who felt like he was from ancient times given his attire.
There were even people who weren't wearing costumes but still go out of their way to help people such as the daughter of a nature show runner and the daughter of a certain family in Brighton.
There were even heroes who weren't human at all such as a certain blue alien in Hawaii.
After almost two minutes, the slideshow ended as Steven put his phone away.
"Wow, you have a lot of friends dude." Lincoln commented with a chuckle. "Ahem, getting back on topic, I suggest we all split up and go to these locations and try to recruit these heroes. When we do, we bring them all to our base of operations and give them our proposition of joining up with us."
"Also, when you meet these heroes. Tell that I sent you. That way, they'll know that you guys know me and gain their trust a little." Steven added.
"Okay, so where should we go?" Hilda asked.
"I think we should take some time to try and-" Annie began.
Suddenly, the people in the living room than heard a noise.
"What's that noise?" Johanna asked as she got up.
"I think it's coming from outside." Pony said.
Frantically, the group took their iPads outside to confront whatever was the problem.
Outside of Hilda's department, the group was ready to fight what they thought was a threat.
But in actuality it was a threat, but an opportunity.
"Where's that noise coming from?" Annie asked as she and the others looked around.
Lincoln looked up. "Up there."
Looking up they saw a helicopter above the apartment building which was white in color and had the initials "FBI" written on it.
Suddenly, a rope was thrown from the chopper as two people descended from it.
Once on the ground, the group got a good look at the two people.
One of them was a tall man, slender man with a bald head and was wearing a pair of black glasses, a purple suit, and the other person was a short, tan skinned female with messy blonde hair and was wearing round glasses on her face and white shirt with dark colored pants with a belt and brown boots.
"Greetings, everyone." Began the bald man.
Steven immediately knew who these two were as a smile appeared on his face. "Mr. X! Jenny! How have you two been?"
The hybrid embraced the two people as they returned it as he then let them go. "
It's nice to see you again Steven. It's been a while." Mr. X aid as he addressed the hybrid hero.
"Ahem." Johnanna said as she brought the introduction. "Sorry to interrupt but who are you two?"
"Oh yes, my name is Mr. X." The man introduced himself before addressing the lady with him. "This is my assistant Jenny. Do you mind if we continue this conversation inside your home ma'am?"
"Oh boy..." Danny said to himself as everyone went back inside as he felt a sense of unease from these two. He didn't know why but for some reason, he felt uneasy about them.
Once back inside, Johanna offered them tea to which the two agreed and thanked the mother as they sat down.
Deciding to get to the point, Mr. X began. "Me and my assistant are members of the FBI or for further context the Federal Bureau of Investigation."
"There it is." Danny thought to himself. "Government creeps." He then mentally sighed. "I hope that these two aren't like the Guys in White."
It wasn't that Danny hated the government of the United States, that wasn't the case at all. He just considered them an annoyance to his line of work in protecting his hometown of Amity Park than help as back when he was first starting out as the half ghost alter ego, there was a government branch known as the Guys in White who have done nothing but been a thorn in his side as well as his friends and family. From the time they attacked him for a bounty that his old enemy a man and fellow ghost hybrid named Vlad Masters had placed on him, to chasing him and his friends when his secret identity was accidently revealed during a fight with one the ghost boy's enemies an escaped human by the name of Freakshow, to being Vlad's demolition crew for the evil former mayor of Amity Park and their worst crime, nearly destroying the Ghost Zone (and the Earth too as they were magically connected). Over the next few years after he revealed his identity to the world after the Disasteroid incident, the Guys in White were trying to keep tabs and surveillance on the half ghost and his allies to an almost ridiculous degree and even tried to get Danny to be like their branch of the US government's secret weapon out of fear and uncertainty that one day he might turn on humanity and they wouldn't be able to stop him when he does.
Ironically, Danny alongside Sam, Tucker had to fight threats from the future such as the future version of his enemies and even the offspring of them such as the daughter of Box Ghost and Lunch Lady known as Box Lunch, a fusion of the ghost hunter who uses an exoskeleton named Skulker and the technologically terrifying genius Technicius known as Skulktech. And his most dangerous enemy of those threats, a dark version of himself who lost everything and gained Vlad's ghost powers by a forceful fusion with the rich man's ghost half and from there led a path of death and destruction in both the ghost and human worlds. It took everything that Danny had to defeat him and seal him in the Fenton Thermos.
So, after a few meetings with them the Fenton family and the Guys in White decided to compromise, they can still keep tabs on Danny but only when they feel that it was necessary. Trying to film him when he's at home to give an example was a bit much.
The fact that Steven knew these two agents from the FBI was a bit concerning to him. He definitely would have to have that conversation with the other hybrid when this is all over.
Mr. X decided to explain why he and Jenny were here. "To get to the point, we watched your broadcast on TV, and we have decided to address the concerns that the government has concerning the Destiny Crafters formation."
"What kind of concerns?" Hilda asked.
"Well, for one, the government is wondering if the six of you," He says, pointing at Steven, Lincoln, Hilda, Annie, Pony and Ed. "are even capable enough to be out in the field for missions." Mr. X explained. "If not, we can assist there."
"Well, I've been on tons of adventures when I was 11." Hilda explained. "So, I have some experience there."
"I've had to save the galaxy from the biggest amount of family drama ever, so I've been trained with the Crystal Gems to do that." Steven explained.
"Wow, that sounded difficult." Sam said to him.
"Very much." Steven said with an uncomfortable look on his face.
"Well aside from having to deal with 10 sisters on a daily basis, I think the most dangerous missions I've been on were saving the Scotland town of Loch Loud from one of their residents when me and my family went there during a summer vacation when we were young and saving Royal Woods from being flooded once by a heartless secretary.
"Well, I never been out on a dangerous mission." Annie explained. "The most dangerous thing that I ever had is keeping my Pony out of trouble."
"It's true, she does." Pony said.
"The most dangerous thing that I ever faced was trying to separate fantasy and reality." Ed simply said.
"I'll be sure to keep that in mind when I get back to headquarters." Mr. X said as Jenny jotted down notes.
"Now hold on a second Mr. X, this sounds like something that a government branch like global security, or the National Space Council should be worried about. So why are FBI agents like you guys here delivering this news and not representatives of that branch?" Steven chimed in.
"Unfortunately, most of them are either on missions right now or busy with their own personal lives." The government agent asked. "So, we chose to step in since they're busy."
"Okay, but we came up with a plan to unite the world's heroes together." Lincoln spoke up. "We'll discuss on whether or not we should let the government should get involved there afterwards."
"Hmm, very well. I understand." Mr. X said. "But at least here me out first."
"Okay, what's the government's deal?" Johanna asked.
"Well aside from the capability factor I mentioned before, another issue is that there should be a failsafe of sorts just in case something happens too one of you or any of the fellow heroes that have decided to join up with you."
"What kind of... "failsafe"?" Danny said as he narrowed his eyes at the agent using his fingers to make air quotes around the word "failsafe".
"And why would we need any?" Ed asked.
"Well, think about it people." Mr. X began. "In whatever type of media that you're into whether it's a comic book or TV show, someone portrayed there is either turned evil by a supervillain, or worse decided to become evil of their own volition. When that happens, it becomes doomsday for the world in the process. Even in the real world this might end up being a concern." He then looked at Steven. "After all, Steven, you once told us and the government how you once yourself transformed into a monster because of your out-of-control emotions and nearly destroyed Beach City in the process!"
"I still get scared of that happening again every day." Steven agreed as he looked away in shame.
"Right." He then turned to Danny. "And Phantom, you once fought an alternate future version of yourself that was from a timeline where you lost everyone your loved ones and went on a rampage in both the Ghost Zone and on Earth. And that's not to mention the time you've been brainwashed by an enemy like with Ember or Freakshow."
"Okay, that's fair." Danny said crossing his arms as he couldn't help but agree with the agent's words.
"And considering the world is constantly changing whether it be minor like plants changing in a season or major like a superhuman popping up out of nowhere and we as people are not prepared for it." The government agent said. "The superhumans constantly showing up are getting not just the government concerned but the public as well. Besides, considering the number of different threats the world faces from alien invasions to threats from the future or even interdimensional invasions to as well as heroes going off the deep end."
The group look at each other as they contemplated what they were hearing as the government agent then looked down at his watch. "Not to mention that the people are going into the streets without the proper training and getting themselves hurt or killed trying follow the example of such metahumans. Which is why after we gather the superhumans together, I would like to propose something beneficial in terms of the government. A compromise if you will."
"What kind of flipping compromise, Mr. X?" Hilda asked with a raised eyebrow and crossed her arms. "Like we're going to registered into a government or something like that, if it is no thank you."
"Same here, Hilda." Danny agreed with the Trolberg adventurer. "I don't know why but something like that is just guaranteed to go wrong. I for one do not want any government wanting to control me."
"Easy you guys, I can assure you now that it is nothing like that." Mr. X began as he then used his watch to display something.
It showed a holographic screen that depicted a building but what was shocking was that this particular yet appeared to be upgraded building was in a strange location.
It wasn't on Earth at all...
It was on the moon!
"What's that?" Jazz asked.
Steven then spoke up. "That's the moon base that a few of my family members created for my mom a long time ago."
"Why would-" Johanna began only for the half gem to cut her off.
"It's a very long story, I'll explain later." Steven said as he turned to the others. "That's what our headquarters are going to be."
"Agreed. The government is willing to give you guys a chance. A representative would be here, but they are unfortunately on a mission right now, so we decided to step in for them and deliver the news in their place."
"Who are those representatives?" Maddie asked as she was curious.
"Kim Possible and her partner Ron Stoppable from the Global Justice Network." Mr. X revealed.
"I met them before." Steven said as he got a little giddy at the famous spies' reputation.
"I heard about them." Johanna said, scratching her head as she tried to remember as what she heard about the secret agent's famous exploits. "They're the ones who saved the world when they were teenagers from those alien invaders a while back, right?"
"Yeah!" Ed cheered. "Saving the world young."
"Exactly." Mr. X said with a grin. "She and Ron have been informed and once they're done their mission, they'll come give their own thoughts on uniting the world's superhumans and whether or not they wish to join."
"Yes, in the meantime. We should get the other heroes together and once they have agreed to join, we'll go to the moon base." Annie said as she then placed a finger on her chin. "The only issue is how can we get to them."
"On top of that, we don't know where to go first and who should we recruit first." Pony then added. "We need to split up to save some time."
"I believe I have a solution." Mr. X said as he pulled out his cellphone. "Hello." There was someone talking on the other line. "Yes, everything's fine except for one thing." More phone chatter was heard. "Transportation. See the plan is for these people to split up and recruit the heroes across the world doing that. What do you think we should do?"
More phone chatter was heard before Mr. X responded. "I understand, see you in a bit."
"Who was that?" Annie asked.
"Wait for it." Mr. X responded.
Suddenly, a bright light manifested into the room, causing everyone to cover their eyes.
Once the lighting ceased, everyone was surprised.
Standing in the room was a mysterious hooded figure who had a sim yet curvy shape to her as she wore a robe with a hood on top. The robe was brown in color and the hood was covering her head and she wore a blue colored mask that covered her face.
"Greeting everyone." said the woman. "I apologize for showing up out the blue like this, but the circumstances forced my hand."
"Who are you?!" Johanna said as she immediately shoved her daughter behind her in an act of protection just in case this woman was a threat.
"Easy Johanna. I assure you that I'm not a threat." said the woman as she held up her hands as a sign of trust. "All that you need to know is that I am the leader of the Global Justice Network."
Hearing the woman's name caused Johanna to calm herself a bit as she lowered her arm. "Okay, sorry about that."
"No need to be, I get it." The GJN's leader said with a handwave. "Getting on topic, I shall assist you guys in transporting to the world but first things first, we need to be mindful of we're recruiting."
Pulling out a folder, she placed it on the table. "I'll leave you guys to discuss this amongst yourselves."
"What's this?" Ed said as he opened the folder.
The contents of the folder were pictures and some info of various superpowered and non-superpowered individuals from all over the world with their codenames or real names at the bottom. There was even some information that the Global Justice Network had managed to get through observation. Some of these guys were just regular people and yet they still made an impact in some way especially when a town or the world was in danger.
Some of these were who Steven had previously gotten to know. Others were a mystery to the group.
There were tons of them ranging from those that were regular citizens who had impacted the world somehow (or just their hometown but still) and there were those who had special abilities that they've kept from the public eye be it technological or in some cases magical tools or altered genetics of some kind.
And many others were among them some that none of them, not even Steven who's toured the world, knew of.

And seemingly countless others were present in the folder.
"So, at least we know who we are recruiting." Danny said. "So, we pick which heroes and try to recruit them?"
"Sounds like a plan to me." Ed said. "The world has countless heroes."
The characters picked out the following pictures. If they were going to do this, they need to know who exactly they were going to try and recruit.
For Steven, he chose the Powerpuff Girls, Stitch and some others because of his prior experience with them.
As for Annie and Pony they chose the Turtles and the Dragon since they are protecting the Big Apple simultaneously.
For Hilda, she chose to recruit the Miraculous Team, XJ9 and a few others because of her interest in them.
For Ed, he chose to recruit Star and Marco and Ben 10 because of he loves their special powers.
For Lincoln, he decided to choose Megamind and the Local Heroes because he can see them being a lively bunch.
And the Global Justice Network has been doing their best to keep tabs on all of them.
Ater 30 minutes of looking over the pictures and debating it over with each other they were set.
"Alright everyone, hands in." Lincoln said sticking his hand in. "Let's get this party started."
"Oh, why not?" Hilda said as joined in. "Whatever life throws at me, I want to be ready to take it on with you guys!"
"I'm all for this." Steven said as he put his hand on top on Lincoln and Hilda's and Lincoln's.
"Yeah, of course I'm for it." Ed said, putting his hand in as well.
"Yeah, let's do this!" Pony said as he put his hoof in the pile.
"This is crazy." Annie but she put her hand in regardless. "But I've made this far, what's wrong with going a bit further."
Danny put his hand in. "At least this will make the whole saving the world thing a lot easier."
"Well said, son." Jack as he put his hand in too. "Let's show the world what us Fentons can do."
"Same here." Maddie said as she joined in.
"As long as we remember to save the environment too, you have my support." Sam said, joining in.
"I'll support you guys on this." Dani said putting her hand in the pile. "This is going to be interesting."
"I'll try to do my best to support this." Jazz said as she put her hand in before teasingly saying. "Just be prepared for your personal lives to take a hit due to this."
"I got your back dudes." Tucker said putting his hand in. "I'm quite interested in the tech your moon base has Steven."
"Prepared to be surprised." Steven said to Amity Park's mayor.
Mr. X put his hand in. "You can count on me and the FBI for support in case things get too out of hand for you guys."
Johanna put her hand in as well. "As long as my daughter is safe with you guys, I'll support this." She then looked at Hilda. "I hope you tell me what happens when you finish your hero work, Hilda."
"I'll do my best to remember that, Mum." Hilda said as she smiled at her mother.
The leader of the Global Justice Network put her hand in the pile. "Even though heroes and the government don't see eye to eye in certain things, we can agree that we want protect the world so you can count on the GJN for support and I'm pretty sure Kim and Ron would agree."
Lion put his paw in and simply roared a bit.
"Now, all we need to get hero costumes and codenames for you guys and soon we'll be set on the recruitment process." The GJN leader said as she put her hand in the pile. "We have the resources to give them to you guys."
"Yeah!" Ed cheered.
"I do wonder what clothes people make for animals like me." Pony wondered.
"Hmm, I think I know what my costume will be." Annie said as she thought about it for a few moments before she looked at Pony. "Don't worry Poy I'm sure we can manage something for you."
"I think Mum can help me out." Hilda said. "Do you think so?"
"Sure Hilda." Johanna said. "I don't mind."
"I think my sister Leni can help me with my costume." Lincoln said to the GN leader. "But I will keep your resources in mind."
"While I don't like the idea of wearing costume considering most people that I've come to meet already knows who I am and what my powers are, I'll keep the idea of costumes in mind." Steven said deciding not to take a route of disguising himself even if was to protect his loved ones and decides to face villainy as himself rather than the whole secret identity thing.
"1..." Lincoln, the GJN leader, Tucker, and Danny said.
"2..." Hilda, her Mum, Sam, and Ed said together.
"3..." Steven, the other Fentons, Mr. X Annie and Pony said unison.
"DESTINY CRAFTERS!" They all cheered at once.

Now before we get into the actual recruiting of the heroes, we're gonna focus on the 6 heroes a bit more as they go to recruit the other heroes.
Before I go, I have an announcement to make. I'm making another poll, this centered on the TMNT. Why? Because I want to that's why. Since there are a lot of different incarnations of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles ranging from the cartoons to the comics to the movies and so on, I'm picking four choices, with the fifth being the option of should I make my own version of them.
