A/N: Lemon/smut alert!
Aelita sets out to have a nice, cozy morning in. She is nestled comfortably on the couch in her favorite pajamas along with a soft, oversized sweater that swallows her up and a pair of fluffy socks to match. Her laptop sits in front of her, playing a video about annotating a popular fantasy book series. As the narrator further delves into the ins-and-outs of annotation for beginners, Aelita becomes entirely absorbed in the process of it all.
Her attention is so fixated on the screen that she doesn't hear the quiet jingle of keys at the door. It isn't until William silently enters the Hermitage using his new spare key that she realizes she has company. She glances over at him with a sly smile, amusement twinkling in her eyes. William, dressed casually for once and holding a matcha latte for his lady, returns the smile.
The fact that he can simply let himself in is just another testament to how close they have become.
"Hey, Princess," he says, taking a seat beside her on the couch. "Whatcha up to?"
Aelita sits up and leans against him, the laptop resting on her knees. "Oh, nothing. Just falling down a rabbit hole of YouTube videos about books. Thanks for the latte, by the way."
William wraps an arm around her shoulders and kisses the top of her head. "Of course. Anything for my girl."
Aelita giggles and takes a sip of her drink. "So, what brings you here today?"
William shrugs. "I just wanted to see you. Is that a crime?"
"No, but you could've texted me first."
He lifts his lanyard by the spare Hermitage key. "Then what is this for?"
"Fair point."
"Besides, I have a surprise for you."
"Oh?" Aelita raises an eyebrow. "Do tell."
"Go upstairs and pack a suitcase while I tell you about it."
Now both of her eyebrows shoot up. "William, what are you planning?"
"Trust me. Just go pack a suitcase, Princess."
Aelita sighs and rolls her eyes, getting up from the couch and starting to walk towards the stairs.
He gets up and begins to follow her. "Okay, so I'm thinking we go on a road trip. Somewhere not too far but not too close, either. I was thinking Belgium."
She stops in her tracks before whirling around to look at him. "Will, are you going mad?"
"No, but if you're planning on spending your entire Spring Break just cooped up inside, then yes, I might."
"Will. I appreciate the sentiment, but I'm not exactly the spontaneous type."
"And that's why you have me. Come on, Princess. Live a little. It'll be fun."
Aelita sighs. "Fine, fine. Let me go pack really quickly." She turns back around and starts up the stairs towards her bedroom.
William grins. "Atta girl." He watches quietly as she packs her suitcase, admiring her from afar.
"Alright, done," Aelita says, zipping up her suitcase. "I'm ready."
William stands up and offers her his hand. "Let's go, then."
Aelita smiles and takes his hand. "Let's go."
The two of them leave the Hermitage and head to William's hand-me-down Audi.
"So, where in Belgium are we going, exactly?" Aelita asks as she buckles her seatbelt. "Do you even have a plan for this obviously spur-of-the-moment vacation you're taking me on?"
"How about Brussels?" William suggests. "Aside from that, I have no clue."
"Why am I surprised?" She looks at her boyfriend incredulously. "What's got you so hung up on Belgium all of a sudden?"
William shrugs. "I've never been, and I've always wanted to go."
"Alright, Brussels it is, then. But I'm making us an itinerary and you can't stop me."
"Awesome."
The drive to Brussels is pretty long, but the scenery is beautiful. When she's not researching things to do, Aelita can't help but take pictures of the rolling green hills and quaint villages they pass by.
"It's gorgeous out here," she says, snapping a photo of a particularly charming cottage.
"Yeah, it is."
"I'm glad you convinced me to do this."
William smirks. "I'm just glad you actually agreed to come along."
"Oh, hush."
William just laughs.
The rest of the drive is spent listening to music and singing along to their favorite songs. By the time they arrive in Brussels, it's already late afternoon.
"Well, here we are," William announces, pulling up to the hotel.
"Here we are," Aelita echoes.
"Ready to check in?"
"Ready as I'll ever be."
The two of them get out of the car and head inside the hotel.
"Hello, welcome to the Hotel Le Châtelain. How may I help you?" the receptionist greets.
"Hi, we'd like to get a room for the next five nights. Do you have any availability?" William requests.
"Of course. Let me just pull up our available rooms."
As the receptionist types away at the computer, Aelita squeezes William's hand. William looks down at her and smiles.
"Okay, I have a few rooms available. The total cost will be one thousand five hundred eighteen Euros. How will you be paying?"
William hands the receptionist his card.
"Alright, thank you. Here is your room key. Enjoy your stay."
"Thank you," Aelita and William say in unison.
They take the elevator up to their room and William collapses onto the bed, exhausted.
"Well, we made it," William says. He covers his face with his hands and sighs. "God, I'm tired."
"I bet you are," Aelita says as she lays beside him. "You did drive us all the way here without even so much as a break."
William removes his hands from his face and turns his head to look at her. "Yeah, but you planned the whole thing in that same amount of time. That's gotta be just as exhausting."
Aelita shrugs. "Not really. You know how organized I can be," She glances at the alarm clock on the bedside table. It reads 17:34. "Wanna take a nap?"
"I thought you'd never ask."
Aelita giggles and snuggles up to him. William pulls her close and rests his chin on the top of her head.
"I love you, Princess," he murmurs.
"I love you, too, Will."
The two of them drift off to sleep, content and happy.
Aelita wakes up first after about an hour. She carefully extracts herself from William's arms, feeling the need to go to the bathroom to freshen up. As she walks back to the bed, she sees that William is still fast asleep. She smiles and sits on the edge of the bed, admiring him. He looks so peaceful and relaxed.
"Hey, Princess," he mumbles, his eyes still closed.
"Good morning, sleepyhead," Aelita teases.
William opens his eyes and smiles at her. "What time is it?"
"Six thirty."
"Hm. Not bad."
"Not bad at all."
William sits up and stretches. "Aelita."
"Hmm?"
"You're staring."
She looks away, blushing. "Sorry."
"Don't be," William says with a smirk. "I like it."
Aelita rolls her eyes. "Yeah, yeah."
William raises an eyebrow, but says nothing.
"What?" Aelita asks.
"I'm waiting."
"For?"
"For you to tell me why you were just staring."
Aelita looks away again, another blush creeping across her cheeks. "I don't know."
William scoots closer to her. "Oh, yes, you do," he prods.
She sighs. "I was just thinking."
"About?"
"Um... stuff."
William raises an eyebrow. "Stuff?"
"Yeah, stuff."
"Care to elaborate?"
Aelita bites her lip. Instead of a verbal answer, she leans in and kisses him. William is surprised, but he quickly reciprocates.
"Like that kind of stuff," Aelita whispers.
William smirks. "I see."
"Are you gonna make me spell it out for you?"
William's smirk grows wider. "I did always fail my spelling tests in primary school."
Aelita rolls her eyes. She pushes him down onto the bed and climbs on top of him. "Fine. I'll show you, then."
William just chuckles as he watches her undress until she's in only her bra and panties.
"Enjoying the view?" Aelita teases.
He puts his hands behind his head and smirks up at her. "You know it."
"Good." Aelita rolls her hips against his with a devious smile upon her lips.
"Fuck," William hisses. "You're a tease, you know that?"
"Mhm."
William grabs her hips. "You should be careful. You know teasing me like that gets you into trouble."
"Oh, really?" Aelita challenges.
"Really."
"Well, maybe I want to get into trouble."
William raises an eyebrow. "Is that so?"
Aelita just scootches off of him and wordlessly reaches for his waistband, her eyes sparkling with mischief.
William chuckles. "Alright, Princess. Have it your way. Don't say I didn't warn you."
Aelita wastes no time in removing his pants and boxers, revealing his already hard cock.
"Someone's excited," she teases.
"Can you blame me?"
"Nope." She licks her lips and wraps her hand around his shaft, stroking him slowly.
William groans.
Aelita continues her slow, torturous pace, enjoying the sounds of pleasure that he is making. Without warning, she gets back on top of him, pulls her panties to the side, and slides him inside her.
William inhales sharply through his teeth. In a moment of clarity, he grabs her hips and thrusts up into her, causing her to cry out in pleasure. He smirks. "Just a friendly reminder that you're not totally in control."
Aelita can only whimper in response. Breathlessly, she leans forward a bit and begins to ride him, her breasts bouncing with each movement. He guides her hips in time with his own thrusts.
William groans. "Fuck, Lita. You feel so good."
Aelita just moans.
"Use your words, Princess. It's not that hard."
"I-I can't," she whimpers.
"Yes, you can. Tell me what you want."
"I- I- "
William stops thrusting. "Tell me, Princess."
"No, don't stop," Aelita whines. She tries to move her hips, but William tightens his grip and keeps her from doing so.
"What do you want?"
"I- I want you to fuck me."
William smirks. "Good girl."
He starts thrusting again, this time faster and harder than before.
Aelita cries out in pleasure. "Oh, God," she moans.
"You like that, Princess?"
"Y-yes."
William continues his relentless pace, eliciting more moans from Aelita. She bites her lip as she feels her orgasm wash over her. She feels her face flush a light shade of pink that matches her hair.
"Fuck, Will," she breathes.
William just chuckles. "I'm not done with you yet."
"Wh-what?"
William flips them over and continues his relentless pace.
"Oh, God," Aelita moans.
William groans. "Lita. Inside or out?"
"Out," Aelita manages to gasp out.
William pulls out and strokes himself a few times before coming all over her stomach.
"Fuck," he breathes.
Aelita just giggles.
William collapses on the bed next to her. "That was amazing."
"It was," Aelita agrees.
"I love you, Princess."
"I love you, too, Will."
The two of them lay there in silence, basking in the afterglow.
"We should probably shower," Aelita says after a while.
"Probably," William agrees.
"Race you."
"You're on."
The two of them race to the bathroom, laughing and giggling the whole way.
"I win," Aelita declares, turning on the water.
"Only because I let you," William teases. "It also helps your side of the bed is closer to the bathroom."
"Uh-huh, sure."
William just laughs.
The two of them get in the shower and begin to clean themselves off.
"I'm getting kinda hungry," Aelita says.
"Wonderful, because I know exactly what we're eating for dinner."
"Oh? And what's that?"
"Fries and beer."
Aelita laughs. "You're ridiculous."
"No, I'm on vacation."
William washes Aelita's hair and body, and she does the same for him.
After they finish showering, they get dressed and head out to find somewhere to eat.
"So, where are we going?" Aelita asks.
"A place called Moeder Lambic Fontainas. It's only a few blocks away from here."
Aelita raises an eyebrow. "What does it serve?"
"Fries and beer, like I said earlier."
"I genuinely thought you were joking. Will, shouldn't you be eating something a little healthier?"
William scoffs. "Princess, we're on vacation. We can worry about healthy food another time. Besides, I'm still bulking for right now."
Aelita sighs. "Fine, fine."
William just laughs.
The two of them walk around Brussels until they find the place. They enter the establishment and are immediately greeted by the smell of beer.
Aelita scrunches her nose. "It smells like a bar in here."
William chuckles. "It's a brewery, Princess. It's going to smell like beer."
Aelita looks around warily. "I've never been a fan of beer, honestly."
"I'd wager a bet that the only beer you've tried is the cheap party kind that tastes like piss."
"You're not wrong."
"Trust me, Lita. Craft beer is leagues better than that shit. You'll like it."
"If you say so."
William orders a flight of beers for the two of them, and Aelita is pleasantly surprised by how much she enjoys the different flavors. She is especially enamored by the witbier.
"See? I told you you'd like it," William says with a smirk.
"Okay, okay. You were right," Aelita concedes.
"Of course I was. Did you think I would lie about my favorite drink?"
The two of them order some heaping platters of fries to go along with their beer and enjoy their meal.
The rest of the night is spent exploring Brussels and taking in the sights.
"Have I already said I'm grateful that you convinced me to come," Aelita says.
"What was that? I didn't quite hear you," he responds teasingly.
"I said I'm grateful that—hey!" she playfully smacks his shoulder and pouts.
The two of them return to the hotel and spend the night cuddling and talking.
The rest of their vacation is spent sightseeing around Belgium.
In the morning, the couple heads up to Bruges and walks around the town, getting a feel for the culture and the environment. They watch amazing street performers in a town square and have interesting and friendly conversation with locals in a cafe.
They even spend a couple days out in the countryside and tour a couple castles and other historic locales.
As the couple is checking out and leaving their hotel in Brussels on their final day, William turns to Aelita and says, "This has been exactly the R&R I needed."
"You can say that again," Aelita responds contentedly.
"But!" He pulls her close, wagging a finger in the air. "There's a couple more things we have to do before we head back home. Things I know you're going to love."
"What is it?" Aelita asks, her eyes sparkling.
"I think it would be better to just show you. Come on, let's get the luggage in the car."
They walk out to the car and speed off to the first destination of the day.
William slows down and parks near a local cafe that he heard was famous for its Belgian Waffles.
He puts the car in park and simply says, "Let's get some waffles."
"Real Belgian waffles?" Aelita squeals with delight, jumping out of the car. "I love Belgian waffles!"
They scarf down their breakfasts and head back out to the car. William puts the car in gear and drives off towards the final destination of the trip.
"William. Is this a chocolate factory?" Aelita gawks at the building in front of them.
"Yes, it absolutely is, Princess." He grins, watching his girlfriend be so awestruck. "Wanna go inside and take a tour?"
"Fuck yes, I do!"
Aelita cannot contain herself throughout the tour. She runs around pointing at things and asking questions.
William chuckles to himself. She's literally a kid in a candy shop. She is so cute.
When the tour ends, Aelita ransacks the gift shop, grabbing box after box of chocolate to bring back to Paris. William rolls his eyes, but he can't deny Aelita so he ends up buying it all for her.
The nearly four hour drive back is comfortable.
"Thank you, Will. That was the best week of my life."
"Of course, Princess. Anything for you."
