In the early morning there was twittering of birds and a lovely black haired Beauty with green eyes opened the window to let her familiar into the castle

The mute Swan flew in and turned into her human form "it's always so stuffy when I'm flying in that form" the Swan familiar said dusting herself off

"I'm sure it is...how's the weather today Lily" Aurora asked her familiar while sipping her tea "clear skies and sunny days from what I can see" Lily said as she sat down near Aurora

"Any other news?" Aurora said not noticing Rose appearing behind her making Lily shriek in shock at her sudden appearance and fell over

Aurora looked down at Lily who was dizzy from the fall and sighed "Good morning Rose pleasant day today isn't it" Aurora said sipping her tea without turning around to face Rose

"I think it's quite lovely to read a book" Rose said pulling out the book as Aurora looked at her with a deadpan expression on her face

"You certainly don't waste any time do you" Aurora said as she bit into her pancakes "come on it's just a recording for our future children what more do you want from me" Rose pouts

"Where's Boyd?" Aurora said "he didn't want to argue with Lily like he usually does so he stayed behind" Rose said as Aurora sighs Lily got up from her dizzy spell

"Are you alright Lily?" Aurora said in slight concern "I'll live" Lily said hunched over on the table "sorry Lily didn't mean to startle you there" Rose said

Lily transformed into her small swan form and perched herself on Aurora's shoulder "oh well if I must read it let me go get Grim" Aurora said as she stood up to get her husband

King Grim was testing some potions in his secret lab only known to himself, his wife and her familiar Lily a knock resounded on the door

"Come in" grim said not looking at the door as Aurora walked in "your experimenting so early in the morning?" Aurora said and walked over to kiss his cheek

"Just a dud was all...now what was it you needed love?" Grim questions as Aurora whispered in his ear "Rose is here, come greet her she wants me to read the story of how we met"

Grim set down the test tubes and grabbed her hand "I suppose we mustn't keep your cousin waiting should we" Grim said as he walked hand in hand with Aurora

They went into the library where Rose was waiting "greetings grim" Rose said with a wave Grim only nodded and sat in his chair as Aurora grabbed the book from Rose

Grim pulled Aurora into his lap while Aurora flipped to the page where their story would start...Aurora cleared her throat and started reading
