Tales as Old as Time.
Waver Velvet, also known as Lord El Melloi II, also known as Zhuge Liang, stood at the middle of the old dusty room, with a file in his hands.
"This is information on an alleged Alter form for Iskandar," he said. "Finally, after months spent looking for it, I have gotten my hands on it. This is the one matter where I won't tolerate any childish mockery from anyone, such is its importance."
"Hmmm," Reines El Melloi Archisorte, also known as Sima Yi, said.
"I must learn about this," Waver convinced himself, opening the file. "Just so I can understand Iskandar better. This aspect of him must be an impossibility, and yet..."

Biography:
Iskandar Alter. The dark reverse of the King of Conquerors. Like clouds of locusts, his forces roamed the world laying siege to whole civilizations. Any war is an enterprise of destruction. There is no innocent warfare campaign.
The ego of every king is still a beast to be fed. The strong impose their will upon the weak. That is a way of the world, as well.
No matter how many beautiful words are used to dressed those facts, any conqueror is still a killer on a wide scale, and there is no true remorse in that heart but those of the conquests that couldn't be achieved.
Class Skills:
Riding: A+
The skill of riding animals and vehicles. Creatures on the level of Phantasmal Species and Divine Beasts can be used as mounts. However, that does not apply to members of the Dragon Kind.
Animals can be seduced by Iskandar's powerful words and presence of spirit as easily as humans.
Magic Resistance: D
The Skill cancels Single-Action Spells. Magic Resistance of the same degree of an amulet that rejects Magical Energy. Due to being a Rider, a class separate from the Three Knights, Iskandar's Magic Resistance isn't high-ranked enough to challenge a Caster head on without any strategies. Fortunately for him, he almost always has a strategy well at hand.
Personal Skills:
Divinity: C
An alleged son of Zeus-Ammon. From his supposed father, he has inherited an indomitable will to own all he surveys. The opinions of those who disagree matter little if they cannot be convinced. They will be stomped by the King of Conquests.
Charisma: A
He may act friendly and approachable, and no doubt in his own mind he is, and no doubt those swayed by his words will likewise think so. But those alluring words are still a hook to get others to perish in the battlefield for him, to add to his glory.
Tactics: B
A keen mind, deceivingly brutish and dense looking but in truth relentlessly apt at taking over territories and plain military campaigns beforehand.
The rank is lowered because a longterm affinity to establish a lasting reign benefiting his subjects has not been achieved.
Subjugation Tactics: A
An upgrade of the Tactics skill, especially designed to improve his capacity to grind others under his sandaled heek.
Terror is spread through the path of a hurricane, and the result is absolute domination.
Lightning Conqueror: EX
Noble Phantasms:
Via Expugnatio- Distant Trampling Domination: A+
Anti-Army.
Same as the Via Expugnatio of the regular Rider Iskandar.
Ionioi Hetaroi- The Army of the King: EX.
Anti-Army.
Iskandar's Reality Marble.
Same as the Ionioi Hetaroi of the regular Rider Iskandar. Down to every single warrior fighting in it.
Even if those men were given proof that their leader is 'evil', they would still stand by his side regardless, just as much as they would with any other version of him. If they were any less loyal, they wouldn't have merited being Iskandar's Noble Phantasm to begin with.
Such is the borderline worship he inspired on them.
Start of Battle:
"AAAAAAALALALALAIE!-!-!"
"Wonderful! You have a good look on your face!"
"We'll save the talk for after you're beaten."
"Now, it's time to pave a new path to military conquest."
"Heh...looks like this is going to be an exciting battle."
Attack:
"BWA HAHA!"
"Are you tired already?"
"How's that!?"
"I won't be going easy!"
"Clench your teeth!"
Damage:
"Bah!"
"Fie!"
"Feh!"
"Hmmm!"
"You will pay!"
Damage by Noble Phantasm: "Is this the power of the gods!?"
Victory:
"Was that all?"
"More lands to be added to the empire. Good, good."
"I am your king. Remember that."
"There is no fighting soul in you. Such a disappointment!"
"Hah! I win again!"
Defeat:
"GGGRRRRRRRR!"
"I know I should accept this with grace. I know!"
"A king who only obeys to his own desires is still only a slave of himself. Aristotle once told me that... Heh!"
"Hmm. Were my preparations lacking?"
"A new Alexandria shall rise here someday!"
Summon:
"My name is Alexander... Ho, ho! Have you been fooled? I didn't think so. If you were so witless, I wouldn't have bothered to arrive. Instead of a mere child, Iskandar, King of Conquerors, shall carve out your path!"
Noble Phantasm Activation:
"BEHOLD MY PEERLESS ARMY! Their bodies may return to ash, but their spirits still hear my call! These men are my legendary heroes — my loyal followers! They're my true friends - breaking the rules of space and time to fight once more at my side! They are my treasure within treasures; they're my right to rule! They make up Iskandar's mightiest Noble Phantasm - Ionioi Hetairoi!"
"Light is at the other end of the world — conquer! Via Expugnatio!"
Extra Dialogue:
"Hn... I don't want to talk with that person." (When you have Caster or Archer Aristotle).
"What is the problem, King of Knights? There is a haunted look on your face. Do you need a refreshing of my lecture on your noble ideals?" (When you have Saber Artoria Pendragon).
He refuses to make eye contact and walks away in silence. Perhaps, to some degree, he is ashamed of what he has become, but that, too, is an impossibility. (When you have Caster Zhuge Liang or Pretender Hephaestion).
"The brother of Zeus? No, I don't recognize you. I refuse to believe that you are one of us, prattling spirit!" (When you have Avenger Hades).
"Talking ill of him? Thinking ill of him, even? Bite your tongue! Even now I have nothing but the utmost respect for that man." (When you have Archer or Rider Achilles).
"Pay attention faithfully. I might not always be around to guide you." (When you have Caster or Assassin Nitocris).
"That foolishly pure face... I recognize it from through the mists of time! Let us duel once more, Maid of Orleans!" (When you have Ruler, Archer or Lancer Jeanne d'Arc).
Birthday: "If it isn't your anniversary! Okay! I'll go order for your feast! First edition? A first edition of what? You are thinking of someone else..."
Event: "Oho, I see signs of a new battle. Let's rampage, Master!"
Holy Grail: "A new grasp at life, naturally. I love life more than anything else. Because without life, there cannot be conquest."
Waver blinked helplessly. "But... This is basically the same as Iskandar's own profile! Why is this..."
Reines smiled. "Oh, dear brother. Don't you see it? Truly, love blinds you. A person's hero is another person's villain."
He glared down, coldly, at her.
She kept on smiling. "Conquest is a noble enterprise indeed... for all but those being conquered."
"There are different kinds of conquest," Waver said.
"Which are just degrees of subjugation, but still subjugation, and still all leading to the same kind of end. It's only a matter of when, and for the King of Conquerors, it didn't take long." She stretched and began walking away. "But that is the privilege of nobility, of course."
Waver was left alone, standing there.
He tightened a fist by his side.
